Order OD[protected] delivered a fake product after stope it working I have visited Sandisk micro SD card customer care they told it is a fake we can not replace it you contact Flipkart from last 07 days they told we need time for Escalations by a company. They have not given another memory card or refund money.

    Dear sir,

    I had bought smartphone vivo z1 pro on 17thjuly 2019 from flipkart along with complete mobile protection. My phones inner screen is cracked and i submitted the phone to jeeves consumer services as recomended by flipkart customer care.
    My phone was submitted on 22nd feb2020 for repair or screen replacement.
    I am still waiting for my phone to be repaired. Inspite of repeated conversations, response from jeeves consumer services is very poor. Please help me to get my phone repaired as i am being harrased by jeeves consumers services.

      Dear Flipkart Team, as your policy says block those accounts who request large number of returns and my account is blocked for this, but its not reasonable in my case because only 2-3% orders are returned and all are valid returns from my side and I've use this service because flipkart proudly says "easy returns" and aside of this Flipkart never warn or notify me that returns could block my account its very unfair,

      The whole problem is occurred with my last order, i have ordered
      Samsung Galaxy Note 9 6GB 128GB - black but I've received Samsung Galaxy Note 9 6GB 128GB - blue,
      so i got different color and it is valid reason for return,
      after i placed return Pickup is proceed but no one came to pickup and i got SMS says "Pickup Unsuccessful"
      after next day when check my account its logged out when try to login it says "Your Flipkart account is blocked please contact customer support"
      i contacted support team and they registered a complain and asked me " please patient for 72 hours" and the 72 hours is not completed till now since November 2019
      i'm very disappointed please look upon this and unblock my account.

        For an order of mi power bank, wd external hdd, flipkart smartbuy hdd case, sandisk sddd3-064gb, skmei ad1166 digital watch having order id: od[protected] the payment of 6, 665 rs has successfully been done by upi id [protected]@oksbi to [protected]@indus by transaction id[protected] on 10/03/2020 but the order is not placed and shows the payment request as expired. The amount has deducted from my account and is transferred from the bank side also. So, i therefore request for immediate response and refund of money as soon as possible.

              I ordered asics running shoe and got it delivered on 10 march. I received the product and found that the colour is slightly different but brand is same. So i created a return request on 10 march. I got a text message on same day to upload my id proof in email. Since i didn't receive any email i contacted customer care and they advised me to share i'd proof though chat section. I did the same on 10 match 5.56 pm. But on 12 th i received message that the request rejected by seller due to non receipt of i'd proof. So i called the flipkart people and explained that ispite of me sending idproof on chat why the request cancelled. They replied that they received my id proof and it is their fault that the request got rejected. So they created a new return request and guarenteed that it will be resolved by 15 th march. This time they didn't send any mail or text message to upload i'd proof. But again today ie 15 march i receivrd a message that the request got rejected due to non upload of documents. This us utter disguest. U people are playing with out resolving the issues. U don't want to accept the return. You simply lagging the issue and creating mental torture to customers. I already placed a complaint on consumer court. Lets see there. I also have the call records of your executive accepting that it is flipkarts mistake that the request got rejected twice..

                i have been experiencing problems for the last 15 days but my problem has not been resolved yet. Please pickeup my product and return it to me. Did not and it gave Flipkart incorrect information or canceled the pickup because the product was damaged so my product is not a jbl brand different brand and totally local brand speaker Received by me but not solved my complain
                There is no company name written on the speaker.The wishmaster said that this is not a jbl speaker so we could not remove it and later show the wrong reason that the item is dameg.
                If you can, I request Flipkart to refund me. I want a refund. Because you are no longer trusted.

                  I ordered two n95 mask, and although i paid for two masks, the seller only delivered one. When i complained about it, flipkart customer support informed me that it will be resolved, however the refund request was rejected.in the time of emergencies like this when people are not getting masks anywhere, flipkart is playing for their own gain. Its pure case of fraud and cheating.

                          I received a order of mi trimmer on 8'th march. The box is packed with labels of flipcart but when i opened it i found nothing inside it, not even the accessories

                            Complaint... I purchased micromax mobile from flipkart. Od[protected] but the mobile delivered is out of warranty. Total cheated. The mobile was micromax bharat 4 putchaeed in may 2019. But the mobile is out of warranty n despitr regularly calling flipkart no replacinhg. Total cheated... Since may 2019 flipkart onky wasted my time.                               Hello,

                              Good evening!!!

                              This is a lengthy mail and rightly so due to the fact that i am feeling cheated and policies of your company that are questioning your own business model.

                              I had done some analysis and placed an order of the newly launched real me 6 pro mobile phone on your website - flipkart.com under the order number ref. Od[protected] yesterday afternoon.

                              This was done only after i saw a confirmed delivery promise today i. E 14th mar 20. I had an option of buying oppo f15 from your competitor where the delivery promise was today morning.

                              The payment was made as a combination of 4 gift vouchers that i had and the remaining amount by credit card for which i also have a confirmation.

                              Post the order, i kept following the portal for the shipment updates and accordingly yesterday afternoon it was shipped out to my address.

                              All was fine till today morning when i suddenly receive a message on my mobile number [protected] saying that my shipment was delayed and would take 3 business days to deliver. Post that i confirmed over portal and since i had an option on the same for help, i clicked it. I got a call and i explained them my concern. They were of no help and kept on repeating the same thing - we will take 3 business days to deliver with no one explaining the exact reason behind it. Then i asked for escalation and all the 2 levels (Shivani and kaiser) above the customer service agent repeated the same thing as above. After speaking with them for more than 1 and half hours, i sincerely requested them to share some senior management persons contacts which they refused saying that they were final level of escalation.
                              Throughout the discussion, i could see the helplessness of the people at all levels and hence they became defensive in their replies. Why have such crippled customer support who cannot even answer customer queries?
                              After multiple requests they told me that they would internally send an email escalation and not give me any contacts. Upon insisting they gave me the reference number as – incident in[protected] (I dont have any visibility of the current status on this incident complaint)

                              Post that at about 1 pm, i got a call from indore flipkart confirming that i would be receiving the package before 7 pm today.
                              In both the above mentioned calls, i clearly mentioned my next step – i would wait till 7 pm and if not received, i will be going to the nearest police station and giving a complaint and calling you people from there. However, due to corona scare here i am not encouraged to do that. I am marking a copy of this complaint to the cyber crime cell of bangalore police for their assistance. I am also posting this in social media for 2 reasons – there is no response from you on the delivery and also i would like to warn other customers on such fraudulent practices being adopted by flipkart.

                              Till the time i am typing this email i. E 8.36 pm today, i have not received the mobile phone and neither any updates. So it is clear that it is not going to be delivered today. Under these circumstances and based on my discussion with your customer care, i have decided to write this mail and pose few questions to you for immediate reply as below,

                              • i have given complete money to you and bought the product (Including the exchange which was evaluated by you). This was done post your promise date of delivery of 14th mar and now you seem to disown it - why?

                              • we trust you and place an order on your portal and your company disowns your sellers, logistics team, courier team and finally even the customer - why? Had they good connect among all, then they could have taken others into con-call and sorted out the issue.

                              • the seller in my case is bangalore based and i am also in bangalore. Going from one end to other or anywhere in the city is not more than 3 hrs and in this situation why you require more than 24 hrs to deliver a product in the same city - bangalore?

                              • when i order for an item, i make payment on your portal i. E flipkart and not to the seller, logistics person or courier person. Do i take confirmation from all as to whether they can deliver at the time and date that you people are promising to us?
                              • you people are in the front end and customer facing - it is basic confirmation that you people would have an understanding and agreement on the same. Is this not done in case of flipkart?

                              • the status that you people give on the portal for the package is also questionable and contradictory (As compared to the shipment company) – why is this?

                              • what is your business model where you are not able to even trace a package and deliver in the same city for more than 24 hrs with all latest technology available at your stake – rfid, courier tracker number, ai and so on. What is the use if a customer cannot be even answered, leave alone satisfaction and delight.

                              Let me make a mention here – your competitor is far better and well equipped to handle customer queries. They immediately escalate internally and take people into con call, locate the product and ensure delivery on the same day of escalation (Even if seller is from another town / city). You are not even bothered about the customer.

                              Lastly request you not to play around with the customer beliefs. When we order something online, we place complete trust as we cannot touch and feel the product and do not have anything in hand. Still we pay 100% and keep waiting for the product fully at the mercy of you. You should not cheat customers like what you have done to me.

                              Now since you have not delivered today which was your promised date of delivery, i demand you to deliver the product immediately without any further delay and pay me compensation for the delay as well.

                              @ senior management team, flipkart – it is not good to hide from customers. You should be there in the front end to have a real feel of the service being rendered to customers. At least be accessible to customers. Presentations and board room meetings are only to please you and review internally. Please appreciate that your topline and bottom line is dependent on customers doing business with you. I am shocked at the attitude in flipkart.

                              @ cyber crime department, bangalore police – i am requesting your help. My above mentioned mail is very clear in terms of what i am going through as a service from flipkart and their associates. Moreover, i also feel this qualifies under 420 as cheating case as they promise one thing at time of sale and back track on the same at the time of the service delivery. I am marking it now itself because i am not getting any sort [censored]pdates from flipkart and i feel my money is lost.

                                I purchased yora magnet 4.1 headphone but after delivery, i checked headphone one side not work and only one side properly work, i complaint against headphone to flipkart customer care for refund this product, date 12/03/20 refund product reached for delivery but delivery boy say your first product different colour please you complaint customercare after complaint i delivered this product, second time i complaint, but no refundable yet, please solve my problem...

                                  Flipkart service promised my item delivery in 1 day. After 4 days no information yet. The message came from the bajaj debited amount.
                                  I tired to complain flipkart. Every customer executive say fix in after 18th.
                                  What can i do?

                                    My account is linked with mobile number [protected]. I placed an order for samsung galaxy s20 on 02.03.2020.
                                    The phone was pre-booked and to be delivered on 12.03.2020.
                                    As of 11.03.2020 the seller still hadn't packed and shipped the order so i launched a complaint. On 12.03.2020 the product was still unpacked and thus undelivered. I launched a complaint again and received an email in response assuring me the delivery will be done on 13.03.2020.
                                    On 13.03.2020 the product was still not packed and thus still undelivered. I launched a camplaint again (High priority complaint) after speaking to mr. Nitin, the supervisor.
                                    On 13.03.2020 i recieved an email assuring me that i will receive the order on 14.03.2020.
                                    As of 14.03.2020 at 2:41pm the product is still unpacked and not shipped. I have launched complaint again today with ms. Anuradha.
                                    Your team is very inefficient. I have been complaining since 4 days and still no one has contacted the seller. My order is still not delivered.
                                    I am highly upset with this kind of service. I am not being connected to seniors for contact. Your team has done nothing at all since 4 days to look into my order. Your company has already taken the payment since 12 days. And i have no option left but to register a case against your company.
                                    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. It has been 12 days since the payment.

                                      I have ordered a highlander shirt from flipkart. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered it on 11th march and received on 13 march. When i open the package i got shocked there is nothing in the package as it is very light in the weight.
                                      I purchased on it by cod.
                                      After opening the package i call to the customer care of flipkart they took my bank details for refund.
                                      On 14th march time 11:48 pm i received an message saying your return request is cancelled.
                                      I have raised return request again.

                                      Please sir help me regarding refund.

                                        Hi sir, ma'am,

                                        I booked a flight ticket from flipkart travels worth rs. Of 3512 on 20th of february 2020. Although my money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked showing the message that the "cvv is required" when i had booked it through sbi netbanking. There was a glitch in their system and because of their problem i have been suffering since 1 month. I have been trying to solve the issue contacting my bank as well as flipkart customer care but i haven't got any response except that we do not have any information about this.

                                        I waited for 15 days after they told me to but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and they said they had done the refund to my bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. I have contacted my bank and flipkart customer care numerous times after that and everytime some different executive gives a different response. Sometimes they say that their is no money received by them but i have the bank statement saying that there was a successful transaction and sometimes they just say that they have refunded the amount. I called to sbi customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. They said me to ask for the written proof from flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                                        Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for the proof that they have refunded the amount. On that they said that they are not having any details for the transaction as it was never successful. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                                        I again called to sbi customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but sbi guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system doesn't it to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But flipkart.com didn't give me any other number.

                                        I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank. When i say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days". Flipkart is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from flipkart.com end.

                                        Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:
