cancelled my return request

My order id od[protected] was delivered on 20th of march 2020 and the same day i found the product faulty and requested for a replacement. I have been waiting for more than 10 days and now my replacement request as well as the refund has been cancelled. What am i supposed to do with the faulty product now? I totally understand you all are prioritizing deliveries at this moment and delivering only essential products but that doesn't...

20 march 2020 i have order oppo Reno 3 pro worth rs 29990 via my debit card and after that i have cancelled that due to some personal reasons, and they have shared the reference number - '30001000810080015225426'
With Refund ID - CR20032021202618824566804 and said that the refund will be processed by 2 april 2020.
And today is 2 april, 11 days passed but yet not get my money back.
Due to lock down there is no option to call Flipkart customer executive .

    I joined flipkart affiliate program on 01/04/2017 and had sale for 120, 078 ₹ on around march 2019 for affiliate fee of 4, 803 ₹ .My payment method was Gift Voucher & my account was also verified but i never received any payment in form of gift voucher .I several times reached flipkart affiliate through contact section of account but never received any reply then complained on [protected]@flipkart.com & again did not received any reply .I didn't had any option so i contacted [protected]@flipkart.com they asked me to contact [protected]@flipkart.com which i already did .Kindly credit my approved due payment .
    I am eligible for payment through gift card according to flipkart policy threshold is atleast 2500₹ for GC & my due amount is for 4, 803₹ .

      I cancelled my flight 30th march flight from Delhi to silchar on 16th march due to corona virus outbreak. I cancalled flight with airline spicejet. They told me that I got full refund of dis flight because of 2hr more stoppage. They jst told me dat I huv to call flipkart fr dat because I booked through there app. So I called flipkart on same day n they assured me d same. Bt after 7 days I called them on 23rd march fr refund bt they say we don't know call spicejet again I call spicejet and they said they already initiated refund to flipkart. When again I called flipkart they said cancalled ur flight by urself as we can't bt whenever i cancelled my flight in app it shows cancellation rejected. After in spicejet website it shows cancelled. Again on 30 th 1 St n 2nd April I called them fr my refund again they said we don't know anything. I huv spicejet mail where they clearly said dat refund is initiated to ur agency. Call ur agency which is flipkart. From 16th of march I jst call flipkart tirelessly bt they jst harass me fr no reason.. I jst need my refund ASAP. Please help me.. Flipkart is a fraud company

        Last month 3 march 2020 i payed through 1431 rupees on flipkart and 4 th march i cancelled my order. They given a statement they will refund the amount after two weeks. So many times i called them. But they are not responding they given one invalid fake reference number. I enquiry bank and phonepay customers care. They said no money credited to my acount.           I have booked ticket for 22 march from bangalore to calcutta,, but airline cancelled the ticket, so they told me they have refunded money already to flipkart, they will refund you, but due to coronavirus lockdown no one is picking call from flipkart, no one is replying through email also, and if i go to flipkart travel booking and there i proceed to cancellation and select the reason as ticket cancellation by airline, still they are taking 3300 airline charges, i don't know why, so please refund my all money, and give me compensation also for this torture as i am worried about my money, depressed due to this, the pnr is wctnkr

            Under Booking ID : FF[protected] I had booked Airindia flight on 21st march AI627 (Mum-Nag) but due to covid19 this was cancelled by Airline .. when contacted to Airline for refund they said this needs to be done by your travel agent i.e. FLIPKART in this case... continuous followup with flipkart via twitter /emails /customer care call but all my efforts are in vain.

            kindly intervene to get my full refund ..refer attachment about communications I had with them & Airline flight status

              I ordered Sansui smart TV and I got different simple led TV model on 16-3-20 and on 18th 2 technicians came for installation n then after unbox I know I got wrong product then immediately I call customer care he apply return request then on 20 again customer care call me n tell me last time return request was wrong n now again they are apply with new refund request I don't know why they do so cause I explain everything in clear but they are not supporting. Today I got message that Ur refund request has been cancelled. Due to covid 19 it is not possible to communicate with them. I am mentally harrassed n even I am not know the way how to get the solution. Specially I order smart TV cause I don't need simple TV .                   Hi, on 24th march 2020 i cancelled my flight ticket due to lockdown i was not able to reach airport to board my flight. I cancelled the ticket from airline and it showed full refund will be processed. Later on airline processed the full refund to travel agent which is unlucky flipkart in my case. I am trying to contact them everyday to process my refund, initially for 3-4 days they told that they will give an update in 24 hours. I waited for 2-3 days in a hope that i will get an update but today i received an email saying they will give an update in next 30 days. What the hell? If airline has process the amount who is flipkart to keep customer amount.in the time of crisis does the company try to gain the system by keeping customer money. Who give them this right?? As a customer i feel cheated and betrayed by flipkart and i believe its very unfair to do this with a customer.

                          I have ordered mobile on flipkart with exchange offer, flipkart denied to take the old mobile for exchange. So i have cancelled the order od[protected] and flipkart processed refund of rupees 9311 and 100 against the reference number 74163260059023749466892 on feb 27 2020. After the refund is credited into my account, flipkart debited back the same amount 9311 and 100 using the reference number 74163260060023749466899 without my authorization.

                          I raise so many complaints with flipkarts, they are saying giving the reference number 74163260059023749466892 and saying refund is completed successfuly. I explained them that the issue is flipkart debited back the refund using the reference number 74163260060023749466899 without my authorization. I provided bank statement and everything they need but they are keep on saying we refunded using the reference number 74163260059023749466892

                          First of all debiting amount from my credit card without authorization is not at all correct.

                          Flipkart has to understand that they took back the process refund using the reference number 74163260060023749466899

                          I need my money back.

                            I had bought a phone on cash on delivery mode. But you people provide a pay before option and k i have payed the amount in that option. But the payment not confirmed by flipkart. It's been told that seller has switched the payment option to online payment. But the delivery guy told the payment not switched and we payed the amount on cash on delivery. But it's been 13 days and none of the people from flipkart has contacted me, or ready the solve the issue. I have mailing them daily and no one taking any responsibility against my issues. Under the covid-19 situation, this 17k plays a vital for day to day activity. It's the second payment isuue facing from flipkart. Being a flipkart assured member make insecure with your response to customer. You people not ready to take any responsibility in returning the amount. After providing the payment proof, you people fail to response for it.

                              Booked flight tickets from muscat to kochi on 3rd april 2020 through flipkart travel, now as the covid 19 travel restrictions indigo airlines cancelled the services to india. So i tried to cancel the tickets from flipkart travel. But always shows something wrong happened please try again later.                               I have contacted several times but till now my issue has not been resolved.
                              Also lodged complaint at flipkart but they do nothing.

                              They simply say that because of covid 19 it is taking time. U took time for about 10 days whereas u have promised to resolve the issue within 3 days.

                              I request you to kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account.
                              When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank of inr 60000.
                              And this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score.
                              So i have contacted bank to do so. They asked me to clear the dews if any and asked me to contact flipkart pay later to deactivate following which they will clear the loan immediately.

                              So please kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                                After buying this phone i didn't use a single day, after unboxing within hour it started heat up and i inform you same day. From that day every time you are ignoring my complain and cancel my request everytime without any solution. I sent vedio of that phone on off automatically to your technician. Again you are solving my problem without replacing my phone and without any contact, can you explain is this my mistake to trust you. Now you are saying visit cervice center even my phone is in replacement period. Is this your way to serve costumer, then you should put this in your policy that once you will buy it will be your responsibility even we can send defective phone. Once you pay 16000 and we will send one phone. That's it later you use that phone or not shop will never responsible for this. Put this line in your policy, at least later no one can buy products from your shop.

                                  E gift card [protected] it was added to my flipkart wallet with
                                  Registered email id [protected]@gmail.com, had an expiry date of 25/03/2020 and i could not use it because your website is down since that date.

                                  I have been requesting flipkart customer care since so many days to refund and renew the e gift card balance to my flipkart wallet since its not my fault of course that your website is down. You must take ownership, but of course none is even understanding simple english complaint and just marks it off as resolved without even making an effort to read. Incident in[protected] has been closed without even replying to my query or trying to help me with validity extension.

                                  I am not going to lose my money, for your stupid antics flipkart. You must give me back my money. Your website and app is down, i have no hand in it, you must renew the validity of the e gift card so that i can use it.

                                  I would want a quick resolution by helping me get the validity of the expired card renewed and added back to my flipkart account. Go through the complaint number as mentioned above and resolve at the soonest.

                                  What has the lockdown to do with extension and renewal of gift card? The gift card expired, and i could not use it since your website is down. I request you to renew the validity and extend it so that i can use it, so you can do it even now and add it to my flipkart wallet. When your website starts working again and i can use it back again. Its as simple as that, why are you complicating it? Kindly resolve my case at the earliest!
