    Why are you not mentioning on your app that you can't order mobile more than two. Is i am purchasing in large quantity. How can you wrote that you are taking for resale and also blocked my account.

    Also raise complaint on 4th nov but no response till dated.

    With this reference no. I am going to complain against your company in consumer court that how you and your company are harassing to the customer. Else you resolve my issues.

      Flipkart — My order is delayed since many days. i want a compensation of 1000 rs on the same product.

      My Order No :- KRX PVC 40 KG Combo 5 SL Home Jim Kit.

      I have ordered Home Jim Kit on sat 16th Oct 2018. it showed expected delivery date as 23th Oct. As it was CC payment I took a leave for the same. I contacted to the senior in flip kart care center. He told that it has been extended to 31st Oct 2018. While tracking the order status there is no activity conducted from 30th Oct till 06th Nov. Worst service I have not received till date and inappropriate response from service representative.

      Note- I want a compensation of 1000 Rupees on the same product only.

        Ordered a product from FLIPKART on 10th October 2018- order no-OD[protected]. It is a prepaid product. expected delivery was 17th October. Delivery hub was ecom express . We get a message saying that the product is out for delivery. After 3 hours we get a message from them as product was undelivered as the residential address is closed. We din happen to get any calls from them . Customer support makes us wait till 7pm.
        Second expected delivery was 23rd .Fails again . We wait till 7 pm.
        Third expected delivery was 25. Fails.
        Fourth expected delivery date was on 29th.fails
        Fifth expected delivery date was 1st. Fails again
        Sixth expected delivery was on 2nd Nov. Fails .
        We have been calling the customer support hundred times, but the issue dosent get resolved. All they do is extend the date..and make us wait till 7pm, promising that the product would be definitely delivered.
        Finally on 4th October, we go to the delivery hub- ecom express.
        The tracking Id was given to them. They search for the product in the store but don't find it.They happen to tell that the product is stolen or misplaced by the delivery person.
        they tell us to file a complaint with Flipkart. Inspite of registering a complaint, nobody responds properly. Who is held responsible here ???

        Customer raised a complaint stating that the want to cancel the order. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been initiated on 10 Nov 18 and will be completed as soon as the shipment reaches to the warehouse which usually done by[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

          I bought a real me 2..on November 1...and I was unaware of the new policy they have put... I ordered it coz it was getting out of stock very quickly...after ordering that I thought that phone will be very good like provided in the review ...after getting my hands on the phone...its full made of plastic...and it costs too high 14000rs...and I requested for return but they strictly say no... If I know Abt the policy that was the case why would I buy from online.. I can directly go to physical store and buy... I am unhappy...and depressed it was my 3months savings wasted on flipkart

            I placed my order on sunday evening in exchange of my old phone lenovo which was tested while placing order but the delivery guy rejected it claiming it's body is damaged. On talking to senior by phone they said vl send me someone else to deliver nd see to the matter but they didn't even called or responded. They simply rejected it by consulting me.

              I had ordered few products order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 4641) of the same through my credit card on 1 nov18. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered in 2-3 business days. On 3rd november morning i started receiving many massage for delivery of product
              Scheduled for today and tomorrow. Out of 13, i got 4 products till evening and suddenly i had received massage that my order has been cancelled. I was shocked what happened did i asked flipkart to deliver atom bomb? Checked my mailbox and there i found this massage:

              ""greetings from flipkart.com!
              You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your order od[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items""

              Again i checked on site, there i found exactly what happened, actually flipkart had done a fraud with me or may with many people. Same product now selling at higher price.
              It's a big fraud by flipkart.

              One question i want to ask from flipkart, how they can cancel a product which is already about to deliver? Might be someone was paying in dollars but i was paying in rupees, is it so?

              Please take action on flipkart for these frauds so they never try to cheat indian people. I will never make any purchase in future and also i am appiling to people to be aware of such a fraud.

                Od[protected] is been delayed for almost an month. Even after several calls, the order is still not shiped by the seller.
                I ordered lenovo ideapad 330 on 13th oct 2018 during the big billion day sell on flipkart but it is not even shipped till now.
                I called flipkart multiple time but no resolution was done.
                Every time i called them they say that it will be delievered by the date that they call the "promise date". The so called promise date has been shifted four times.
                First the order was expected by 26th oct 2018, then it was shiftet to 29th oct, then to 1st nov, then to 4th nov, then to 7th nov, and by the 6th november that is today it is still not being shipped.
                Never expected that kind of service by flipkart but unfortunately that is the case.

                Dear Sir/M'm i have ordered a mobile phone today payment has been debited from my credit card sucessfully and my is approved but after 3 hours sent me a message that my order has been cancelled. plz refund my payment in 24 hours or approved my order
                My product purchase data 12.10.2018 and expected delivery date was 25.10.2018 but as on date product not receive.

                Hello Viraj, I am facing same issue, I had ordered a laptop on 13th October 2018 till now no resolution. On cancellation of the order i receive a notification on flipkart app saying refund is cancelled. After cancellation when called on toll free no. i come to know they have tagged it as a return rather than order cancellation and today on 06th Nov 2018 when i called to check regarding my refund, Ms. Garima the call center agent says the order is not cancelled but the agent has mistakenly tagged as return.

                  I have ordered hp laptop 4520s battery through your portal on 01st november 2018. Before ordering itself saw the picture and confirmed what i am ordering is fit for my personal laptop.

                  Unfortunately today when i received the order from ekart, it is totally different. Instead of laptop battery, i got it laptop charger.

                  Even now also i go to my login and check what i ordered still i can see clearly it is laptop battery. As i am travelling abroad for a project next week, that is the ordered before i am leaving country.

                  I feel there is nobody checking the order or seeing the picture of the model what we ordered. Above after reporting to your customer support, they said it will take another two days for a person to come and pick up the return product and take another 3 days to credit my money back to my account and then again i need to go to your portal and order same product on different company.. So i don't know understand what is the point of ordering through your portal.

                  Even now i heard from my friends as well about these issues.

                  Honestly, i am really disappointed your service.

                  Please requesting you to return the money back.

                    I have ordered vivo y71i on 2nd non 2018. But the phone battery is getting heated up so early that i am not able to touch it. When i contacted the the authorities they said that there is no refund option instead they sent a technician to my home. The technician himself saw that the phone is getting heated up and he has provided wrong information to the authorities stating that the issue is resolved. But the phone is still getting heated up. The concerned authorities are not even responding properly to my calls.
                    I hope that my amount will be refunded as early as possible.

                      I have ordered this bucket. Since i was travelling out i dodn't opened this bucket. Two days back when i opened this box i found broken piece inside. Connecting part to stick got broken. Quality was very bad. Same thing same amount i ordered in amazon which was very good in quality. When i called your customercare they are saying they cant take back.

                      I will never buy in future at flikcart. How can you send defective piece? Take back that or give me replacement

                        So i recently started shopping on flipkart and ordered a few products, some of which were extremely good and i decided to keep and a few had either wrong sizes or defective piece was sent. I requested for a refund on the app and here my problem starts.

                        They informed that the refund would be done in a day or 2 and i waited for an entire week. Then i receive a message saying that my refund was unsuccessful and my bank details were wrong, i updated them with the correct details thinking i was wrong, but the next day i received the same message. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now!!

                        My money above ₹2000 is stuck with flipkart and i need a refund as soon as possible. I've spoken to countless people in their call centres and sent hundreds of messages on twitter and emails! If this isn't done soon, i might have to approach the consumer court as this is just a violation by such a big firm in our country!!

                          I have ordered yamaha f310 guitar. It was defective. I called customer care and requested for replacement within 30 minutes of receiving the product. They canceled the replacement one day before the expected date. Then i requested for the refund which got canceled thrice. And i am calling them from 6 days continuously and they are saying we have escalated your issue and we will call within 24 hours. But it ain't happening. Please help me with the replacement or refund of the product. It has been more than 20 days and they are not doing anything. I have called the company regarding this more than 10 times.

                                I had ordered a women's wrist watch, but when i received the item it was damaged (Key broken) and seems a purely fake product. It does not contain any brand box, brand name neither price tag.
                                For which i have make request to cancel the same and refund my money and because surprise after visiting the picking executive he demanded me to show price tag, brand box etc.
                                I again make request to refund my money and three times flipkart's executive has visited to me and demand same things and go back. I have make several mail to flipkart but i don't think there any one present who can read the stuff they just send me auto generated mails no body care.
                                This matter is actually fraud by flipkart they provided me a cheap and fake product and now not taking it back.

                                  My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in and contact number is [protected]. Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs. 2099 whereas i tried to open my account for last last week which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my id. Even when they blocked my account i have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

                                  Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
                                  They don not contact me on my number at all.
                                  If i am not stisfied with a product then i have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
                                  They blocked my account the moment i paid for my order. So, i am now forced to keep the product.

                                  I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.
                                  They are not helping me at all and sending me mails regarding payment.
                                  How can i pay if my account is blocked.

                                  There has been no assisstance from Flipkart regarding thos and they are faily sending me a mail yo fulfill my payment.
                                  How will I make the payment if I am not able to log into my account.

                                  They are not contacting me on my number, there has been no assisstance.

                                  They are sending me mails daily and no further step has been taken, they have blocked my account and forcing me to pay the amount, but how can I, if my account is blocked.

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                                    I purchased so many items on it/11/2108 . But to day morning i saw all items was cancelled... I am so worried...I believe flipkart... But so many times flipkart cheated me. But I purchased so many items from your website or app.now all items rates are changed .There was no offer still.please repayment arrange me that items as same rate...

                                      I brought this ifb 25l microwave during big billion days. It costs around 10000. When i received the product it turned to be damaged. There was no heating and many other faults. Then i immediately complained flipkart for return. They said a technician will come to check the product and they will refund my money. But on the schuelded date no technician came to visit me n neither there were any phone calls from flipkart. Infact the cancelled my refund request without my concern. I again wrote a mail to flipkart but there was no response from them. When i called them they rescheduled my date and said after 3 days our technician will come. Then again the same thing happened. No replacement no refund. All they are doing is making fool of me, giving me mental harassment. This is the worst response i have ever received from any online shopping site. Once they get the money they won't return it. Infact they don't even pay a little heed to your problem. They are big robbers. Total fraud. Now finally i am going to consumer court. I advice everyone never ever buy any products like tv fridge microwave electronic gadgets as they give faulty products and never take it return.

                                      I have supplied a defective handset by flipkart
                                      by visionn star seller. The seller doesn't refund or given any replacement . More over the seller also delayed my refund
                                      I got mine 6 mobile delivered on 23 oct. The glass found crack. Your customer care no not answering. Please replace the set.
                                      There is no option to include the consumer GST number in the bill. I am buying a phone for work and need to claim input in that. Which will be around Rs.7000 which is a huge amount I am missing out on. Please revert back ASAP

                                        I ordered nivia pro football shoes from flipkart awb no.[protected]. From last 6 days they making me fool by saying your ordered delivered tommorow now they have rto lock is wasting customer time is their motto. They even doesn't try to deliver me once. When i call to his executive he said he doesn't have my parcel and he is going to deliver it tomorrow but he didn't..
