I ordered asus rog laptop in 3 april 2019 and it was around 78990 rupees two days later i got the message that your order cancelled automatically and we refunded your whole amount. Igot the amount but after that when i click on the same laptop it shows price 101990 rupees. Please solve my issue this is my second time that i m facing this issue.

    I ordered water purifier from flipkart on[protected]Order id - od[protected], amount - rs.7549/-). Product delivered on[protected] around 7pm. Technician visited on[protected] around 6pm. He installed the water purifier and check its working. That water purifier not working. He tried so many ways, then also water purifier not working. He removed some parts that water purifier and check its separately. Finally he found out, ro membrane is defective. He informed this matter to his office. I spoke to technician, "this purifier is not working, so i will go to replacement because, ro membrane is the heart of the ro water purifier". He accepted my replacement and assured me "i will inform this issue to my office".in front of him, i applied for replacement of that product through flipkart app (Return id -[protected]). Then the technician uninstalled that water purifier and placed its delivery box. The flipkart status shows "your replacement is accepted, your new product will be delivered on[protected]". On[protected], flipkart status shows, "your replacement rejected by the seller". I enquiried from flipkart, how did he reject my replacement without my knowledge?. So, they take another replacement order on[protected]Return id -[protected]). That time flipkar status shows, "your product replaced scheduled on[protected]". On[protected], around 11am, flipkart informed me through phone (Phone no. [protected]), "your product will pick up on[protected] and after refund will be processed according that you will get update message through sms & e-mail". I had that discussion audio in. Amr format which is not able to upload with this complaint. Still now, no improvement happened. Now[protected] i talked to flipkart customer care, they told me " you will wait up to[protected]. The seller delivered defective product, that is his fault, but the consumer was affected regarding this issue. That seller is not an honest person. That seller agency is not trustable one. How do i believe his one year warranty? This is health related product. How do i trust that product quality? May be this will create health issue of my family while drinking that water. Hence i never want to use his product. He will not obey the replacement order conditions (Because without my knowledge, he rejected my replacement). Then he took 16 days for replacement. Still now not replaced. So, i request you to kindly take his product, then process my refund as early as possible. Flipkart supports for that agency, they will not think our consumer problem. I really disappointed from flipkart service. Kindly accept my complaint, then resolve my complaint (I. E., refund of my money) as soon as possible. Please do the needful. Thanking you.

      I bought a gift card from flipkart to order a phone for me, which i can't buy due to bloody # flash sales.
      Now, i want to redeem my gift card money to my bank account and i am unable to do so, neither i can transfer it to another account.
      I talk to their customer care executive and even they aren't able to provide the solution.
      These people are totally fraud.
      Please register my complain, i want to file a case against them.

        I've been trying to buy the redmi note 7 pro on flipkart for couple of weeks only to see it being sold out.
        I thought it must have been genuinely sold out all those while until today's sale that is 6th april 12 pm sale, which got sold out in a fraction of second.

        I was on the website from 11.55 am until 12.00 when the sold out message was displayed.
        I kept refreshing the page from 11.59 am and kept seeing the message "coming soon" and just as soon as it was 12.00 i saw the message "sold out".
        The message changed from coming soon to sold out practically in one single refresh, i couldn't even see the buy button once. It means it was practically sold out in milliseconds and how is this possible?

        I allege them for maybe buying the stocks themselves and black marketing, maybe they are favoring certain customers who are willing to pay much more than the mentioned price. I don't know what maybe wrong but there's definitely something wrong.

        If you check on twitter there are lot many users who have been complaining about the same thing that the phones were sold in less than milliseconds. Flipkart is unnecessarily wasting times o[censored]s customers to get traffic on their website by doing this hoax flash sales.

        We need to ban such malpractices in india. May be ban flash sales at all.

          Flipkart is Cheating people buy giving exchange offer and then denying them at the time of delivery under small pretexts.
          Flipkart's service is also worst in the class

          I have recently purchased a new LG Semi Automatic washing Machine from Flipkart by taking exchange offer with them. For this exchange offer they have given me 1600/- off when I was ordering New washing machine.

          At the time of Delivery of New washing Machine they were suppose to pick my old machine in exchange. The delivery person found some tiny marks on the body of the old washing machine where the paint had come off and said Exchange will not be made and I will have to pay 1600/- rupees more If I want to take delivery of my new machine.

          Reason for Denying -
          Delivery person Denied for picking the old machine is because the machine body is steel material and it has got some spots in it due to usage. Those stains you can see in the attached picture.

          Since I wanted my newly ordered washing machine I paid 1600/- and sent delivery man after accepting my new Machine. I also called Flipcart and lodged a complaint on this issue.

          That Means Flipkart is expecting people to exchange new unblemished goods in return for new goods.

          Or else

          They are cheating people by giving exchange offers which they deny under small pretexts at the time of delivery.

          customer has raised the issue with regards to the exchange product wish master has denied to pick as we have interacted with the customer and customer has paid the exchange value and received the product
          hence informed customer feedback is been noted hence closing the case from our end.
          I ordered yesterday new washing machine from flipkart with exchange offer. Received the product today but delivery person refused to take the old product as they are saying there is rust on body. There was a small line of rust on bottom part of body and it was fully functional.I paid the exchange value to the delivery person and received the product.
          I have only one question from the flipkart, are you expecting a brand new product for exchange or please don't give this kind of offer.

          I am thinking to return the product as I have not opened it.

            I have ordered a MI 4a pro smart TV 108 cm which has been delivered to me on 5 April 2019.
            But it's remote controller is defective. It found somebof it's part broken when it taken out from the box.
            It is not working properly but by mi phone inbuit TVremote is working properly on this TV. I have tried many types of batteries but inspire of that it is not working properly.
            Please replace it as soon as possible.
            Further I will take any legal actions.

              Missing Mobile phone of

              Hello sir,
              Sir i had order a mobile phone Redmi note 6pro (Red, 6/64gb)
              Which has delivered on 30/03/19
              But i do not found mobile phone inside the deliver package Mobile phone is missing.
              When i inform to flipkart customer care
              His asked to wait 2-3 days for the resolution
              But when today i try to open my account
              I am not able to open this even I have received email.
              Account is blocked due to high number of returns has been detect to system record.
              But its my first order issue
              And when i retry to contact again
              No satisfactory respond me from flipkart. So I request you sir please investigate own your level and help me to recover my loss amount

              At the place where you are sitting and repeating the same statement, if it had been done by any store keeper, I would probably explain you the exact answer, how do you ignore your fault instead of improving it, you make the allegation, I am unable to understand that if your report is correct, then what is the problem of sharing this, your company has blocked my account without explain any satisfactory statement, if your company is honest and not faulted by them, then why you have blocked my account, even when order is under the return window to terms of policy. I dont care my money is recover or not ? but lastly I have have request you, can you meet me at my address

                It's a wonderful surprise to run an offer with extended warranty on respective products.

                After purchasing an VU LED from your portal. You extended warranty has got started from "Jeeves" ( https://jeeves.co.in/). I have registered a complaint on 26th Feb, 2019 with respect to motherboard is DEAD but its more than 1.5 months but issue has not been resolved.

                Received a faulty part, but its still it will take 1 month more to resolve the issue. Seriously, really disappointed with your service

                Strong recommendation - Don't go for extended warranty with flipkart products.

                    I received a seal opened defective phone from flipkart on 1st april 2019. Box was opened and speaker is not working properly.

                    I also checked the device status and it says that it was running before 1st april.
                    I am attaching the photo for the reference.

                    I am trying to contact them and they are not taking replacement request.

                    Furthermore, they have deactivated my account. This is really bad.

                        I received a sms that i won a tata indigo car worth of 650000 rs in flipkart lucky winner and i have to pay 6500rs as registration+tax in advance to them. For more detail call [protected].
                        Also i received a call from [protected] and asked to send my bank details and they sent me their bank details to put 6500rs to their account to receive my prize.

                          Hi team,

                          This is in regards with the order no. Od[protected]. I order this item milton aqua 1000 930 ml bottle on 4/04/2019. Payment made on this product is done through my sbi net banking facility even my amount got debited but it is not reflecting in the website, i also received the message from sbi team in my registered phone number even i can see in the mini statement of my sbi account details. At last as per the urgency i ordered this item through cod method, but till now i didn't get my money back in my sbi account.

                          Kindly please look over on this issue and resolve this as soon as possible.

                            I have been a frequent buyer from flipkart. Suddenly my account is blocked by them. This is my third account already. And i had total money of rs.3500 in my wallet. I even mailed the customer care and they never resolved my issue and not even bothered to reply my mail. Finally i came to know that this company (Flipkart) is looting many customers money. I got too my complaints from my side as well. If they are not refunding or resolving the problem, i will file case at london court of international arbitration (Lcia).

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is with reference to Flipkart Order ID OD[protected] dated 22nd Mar'19 for Samsung A50 Cellphone which got delivered on 24th Mar'19, late evening. Next day, it was realized that the phone is heating massively and as a result battery is draining to an extent of 40% in 3 hours with no use (data - wifi all off). Even the signals are poor and voice clarity is not there at both ends. In this regard, a complaint was made to Flipkart on 26th Mar evening. The engineer visited finally on 30th Mar, for checking the phone. He agreed there is some problem in the phone and advised me to visit service centre for resolution as he was helpless, if phone is getting switched on. Based on his advise, I visited Samsung Service Centre where I got to know that the motherboard has some problem and it needs to be replaced which may take few days. They advised to speak to Flipkart. Again, a call was logged on 31st Mar for the issue and the concerns were explained to Flipkart. As per the SOP, they told it is to be represented to the seller and again a tech visit got arranged. But, what is the use, if these technicians are advised not to accept genuine returns.

                              But, I fear this phone will blast and if it happens, only Flipkart will be responsible for the mishap with me and / or family.

                              Flipkart should accept the return of this defective product immediately.

                                I ordered (Od[protected] asus zenfone max m2 (Black, 32 gb) on 27th of march 2019. Money got deducted from my account immediately but order status was pending payment confirmation.
                                I complained to flipkart on 27th march 2019 and they promised to come back shortly with resolution.
                                They called me next day (28th march 2019) and said they have received the payment successfully but due to technical error they are not able to proceed with the order so they will refund the amount by 2nd apr 2019 6pm ist.
                                On 2nd april 2019, i received a mail that they need one more day to resolve it i. E. 3rd april 2019 6pm.
                                On 3rd april when i called them after 6pm they have come back saying they need time till 8th april 2019 7:30 pm ist and also they have purposely disabled request call back option on this order.
                                They are just postponing the refund and also irritate by calling my bro-in-law (Instead of me) to check whether the amount is credited into my account without initiating it.

                                  Order number OD[protected] was placed with Flipkart - Coco Chanel perfume Eau de Parfum - 250 ml for Rs. 3, 575/- . One package against the order was delivered on 4th March'19. The product contains two bottles of 25 ml perfume and one lipstick. I immediately informed the matter to Flipkart helpline today, but even after twenty minutes on hold on phone, they could not understand the problem.

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on (3rd Apr). Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                    I ordered "realme 3" from flipkart on 29 march 2019. But i received faulty product from them. So i request for replacement. They told a technician will come to resolve the problem in the mobile. But no technician won't come. Next day flipkart rejected my request. This situation happened 4 times.. All time rejected. So i want to replace my phone. Do replacement fast.

                                    I want to return this product because quality is not what was expected.. But i could not found the return option still in my orders. It s showing return policy is up to 4th may. but its not showing option of return or exchange anything. Please help as soon as possible.

                                      I have paid for "Piftif Women Shapewear" on 02-Apr-2019 through SBI NetBanking on Flipkart Website.But the order is not placed.Item is still in my cart.

                                      Called the customer care.They are asking to give order ID. Saying no record of order, hence contact the Bank.

                                      My question is if order is not placed how can i tell them order id.Very bad experience

                                        I tried to book redimi note 7 pro worth rs 13999 from flipkart on 4-4-2019, the transaction was successful and money deducted from my account but the order was not placed... I got an error screen that says that transaction may not completed, i also contacted to customer care executive but they said that they have no details about the transaction... I have an sms regarding the amount is transferred to flipkart india prvt ltd... Plz help me to get back my refund as soon as possible
