I ordered water purifier from flipkart on[protected]Order id - od[protected], amount - rs.7549/-). Product delivered on[protected] around 7pm. Technician visited on[protected] around 6pm. He installed the water purifier and check its working. That water purifier not working. He tried so many ways, then also water purifier not working. He removed some parts that water purifier and check its separately. Finally he found out, ro membrane is defective. He informed this matter to his office. I spoke to technician, "this purifier is not working, so i will go to replacement because, ro membrane is the heart of the ro water purifier". He accepted my replacement and assured me "i will inform this issue to my office".in front of him, i applied for replacement of that product through flipkart app (Return id -[protected]). Then the technician uninstalled that water purifier and placed its delivery box. The flipkart status shows "your replacement is accepted, your new product will be delivered on[protected]". On[protected], flipkart status shows, "your replacement rejected by the seller". I enquiried from flipkart, how did he reject my replacement without my knowledge?. So, they take another replacement order on[protected]Return id -[protected]). That time flipkar status shows, "your product replaced scheduled on[protected]". On[protected], around 11am, flipkart informed me through phone (Phone no. [protected]), "your product will pick up on[protected] and after refund will be processed according that you will get update message through sms & e-mail". I had that discussion audio in. Amr format which is not able to upload with this complaint. Still now, no improvement happened. Now[protected] i talked to flipkart customer care, they told me " you will wait up to[protected]. The seller delivered defective product, that is his fault, but the consumer was affected regarding this issue. That seller is not an honest person. That seller agency is not trustable one. How do i believe his one year warranty? This is health related product. How do i trust that product quality? May be this will create health issue of my family while drinking that water. Hence i never want to use his product. He will not obey the replacement order conditions (Because without my knowledge, he rejected my replacement). Then he took 16 days for replacement. Still now not replaced. So, i request you to kindly take his product, then process my refund as early as possible. Flipkart supports for that agency, they will not think our consumer problem. I really disappointed from flipkart service. Kindly accept my complaint, then resolve my complaint (I. E., refund of my money) as soon as possible. Please do the needful. Thanking you.

I have only one question from the flipkart, are you expecting a brand new product for exchange or please don't give this kind of offer.
I am thinking to return the product as I have not opened it.
