[Resolved]  Flipkart — Refund of money

My Order with Flipkart.com [OD[protected]] has been successfully placed yesterday i.e. on 31/3/2014. The phone moto g, that was ordered is defective. I have made the complaint yesterday only. I don't need replacement. There is no technical service help done from your company side so I am very disappointed and I don't want replacement. I want my money back i.e. Rs. 13999. I am highly dissatisfied with the services and follow-ups of flipkart. I registered my complaint yesterday and till now nothing has been done from their side to resolve my issue. Those people really show disinterest in their customer's complaints. My hard earned functional money is wasted in their non-functional instrument and now nobody is taking responsibility for sending a faulty product.
