Flipkart — sending products without giving valid awb number to track and frustrating me by doing is regularly after complaining about tracking issue.

I am flipkart plus customer and i ordered multiple items from flipkart but they are not providing me valid awb numbers or tracking id i complained several times and cancelled my orders because i am not able to track my orders. When i called regarding this matter they are simply telling that sir we can't track it is server issue but till wait for promised date you will get the order if you don't get it even after promised date then call us and we will look into it. If we can't track the order how can we know where is it and when will we get it we also have to arrange money if it is cash on delivery order. If we can't track the order they why the hell tracking option is given. My orders are given below

And i ordered mi 32 inch led tv and it is shipped on 19th december it's been in bangalore itself and there is no update from 21 morning 5:45 pm it's been two days and there is no update of shipment of delivery of it. You please look into it and take proper action to not to repeat it again.
