Hi, my sister bought a new laptop (Product hp 15q apu dual core a9 - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 15q-dy0007au laptop with order id od[protected] from flipcart an delivered on 25th dec 2019, after starting the laptop it was found that the screen has a visible line, so raised a product exchange request immediately. On 27 dec 2019 the flipkart assigned technician to investigate, but he never visited till today to find out the issue, even after submitting so many complaints and a customer care calls (Where every time we explained the issue and requested to return the product but only got the premise for corrective measure) the issue is not resolved, after almost a month, we are unhappy with the product as well as the service from flipkart!! Pls send the technician immediately and return the money we have invested (Unfortunately) in the product. I hope you will get back to us immediately to solve this issue... Thank you.
