Hello sir/mam
I have been a flipkart customer since 4 years, always loved flipkart more than any other website. Ordered alot of product was a plus customer.
But these last 10 days have changed everything due to your poor service.
What happened is, i ordered 11 products in a single order, out of those 11 items, i had size issues with 8 of those items, so on 20th december i placed my first return request for those 8 items.
That return request got rejected for on 22 december. So hoping for a explanation i called flipkart customer service, the customer agent said that he will place the return request again from his side and assured me that it will be accepted.
The next day 23rd december, that return request again get rejected. So i got worried and called customer care again to ask why are my return requests getting rejected? They were unable to give me an answer and told me that they have noted down my concern and team will get back to you on 25th, nothing happened till 25th so i contacted again customer care, they said till 27th your issue will be resolved. Then 27th came and nothing happened. The same happened again and again.
Today on 29th december my flipkart account has been blocked by you guys saying i am placing too many return requests. So this is the solution?
You've hurted the four years of trust i gave you, i am left with products that don't fit me, my so old flipkart account is blocked.
Thank you flipkart, you taught me very valuable lessons, never to trust you.

Also i have pay later balance due, how can i pay that now that i can not even login into account.

    Flipkart account was blocked or blacklisted i don't why when i ask for reason they said your purchase are not for personal use they think i m resales the product but that's not true i only purchased for home use and for friends. Please unblock my account bcoz i can't purchase anything from flipkart sales they always cancelled my order. My account also us flipkart plus account i dont want my account easily.

      I placed an order yesterday and using google pay i completed the payment criteria. But even after the debited sms, it wasn't showing any reflection on flipkart. It shows my order is not placed but i already paid the money. I want my money back or deliver the product, please.
      I hope i get a refund if my order is not placed. Debited money is around 9500. It's a huge amount and i'm scared of not getting it back.
      Please respond as soon as possible. Waiting with hopes!

        Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.
        I need clarity on terms and conditions. They say background check. It's kind of felt defamed. This is not acceptable. They explain terms and let consumer explain. Clear the air and i will never ever play the games.

          I have complained you regarding the same problem on Thursday. On Friday I played the snake game and also 'guess what' too..when i tried for 1more chance in 'guess what' it's again showing me the same error which i have complained you before..why this happens to eventhough i'mnot using multiple IDs?? What do u mean by 'we encourage fair play in line with our T&C' ? Does it mean that playing with a single ID is not fair??

          Please unblock me..and please do not repeat this..if this happens again i just want to uninstall flipkart..

                For last few days my account had not been opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                Then i used forgot password button and then received code.

                I entered the code successfully.
                After that it was asking please set a new password.

                Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I have order a nokia 3310 mobile handset from flipkart in @ rs - 3165 but i have received damage product, after received damage product i have complain to flipkart for return and replace the product but they reject my request and send a technician at my home the technician also said to return the products but filpkart did not accept my request. So sir i request you to please solve my problem

                    Flipkart is not returning my money. They are cheating me, its been almost 10times the refund for the same products have been failed. I m highly disappointed and shocked, they already have my updated bank details, but not giving my refund. Both the products have been picked up long time back, but i have yet not received my refund. One product was damaged and the other had size issue. I have lost my trust in flipkart since my money is stuck with them.

                      I order nike retaliation shoe (₹ 3668) from flipkart on 1st of december 2019 but i got 2018 model old shoe for that reason i made replacement for the same and i received this replacement order on 6th of dec with sports brand (Local) shoe. On the same day i created return request for this and asked for refund. But till now i. E 28th of dec this product is neither picked by ekart not i got my refund back. They are continuously canceling my return request by giving different different reason and not helping me out about this.

                        new phone received with box seal broken

                        I ordered a redmi 6 pro phone from flipkart (Details below) and to my dismay, the phone box seal was already broken and the protective sheet on the phone was re-pasted (Had bubbles on it). On turning on the device it directly opened the home screen (The way it does on a phone that's already set-up before). All in all, it's a used device that's been sold to me instead of a new one.

                        Hi Sir, Ma'am,

                        I have ordered a Puma Shoes from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 1399 on 2nd december2019. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my Puma Shoes next day. On 55h december 2019, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

                        I waited till 19th dcember 2019 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Citibank Customer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com. They said me to ask the reference number from Flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                        Again I called to Flipkart.com and asked for the reference number. On that they said that they are not having any reference number since I have done the payment through Net banking not through Credit or Debit card. Instead of that they had given me one Reference No and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the Reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                        I again called to Citibank Customer Care and told that Reference No. which I got from Flipkart.com but Citibank guys were unable to see any details using that number since their system accept only 12 word-digits reference number to fetch any kind of information regarding refund. But Flipkart.com didn't give me any reference number. After that Citibank guys told me to forward the mail which I had received from Flipkart.com and told me to wait for 31st december 2019.

                        I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund has been done from Flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, Kindly contact to your bank.
                        I didnot ge any sollution from the. How i got my refund.

                              I have ordered a dress on Flipkart on 9th December initially i selected Cash on delivery as my payment mode but after that i got message from flipkart saying that i can still pay using net banking so i tried to make payment using net banking. The amount got deducted from my account but it showed payment failed in flipkart. So i thought there is some issue with my bank. so i registered a complain in my bank. and paid again through COD. after some days my bank confirmed that online payment was successful. so i called in Flipkart customer care on 24th December regarding this issue. First they told me within 72 hours i will get my money back. After that I again called on 26th they said i will get my refund within 9am to 9 pm. Today i again called they are saying the same things but still i haven’t received my money.

                                Dear Sir, I purchased a LED TV (Kodak) along with 2 year extended warranty but after 1 day post Installation LED TV is not working
                                For that I logged a compliant on 21 Dec’19 and I got the msg that there would be technical person visit to check LED TV before replacement but till now there is no visit happened till now.
                                Like this flipkart giving false commitment

                                I connected 21- Dec-19 and they asked me to wait
                                I connected 24- Dec-19 and they asked to wait till 7:00Pm same date
                                I connected again 24-Dec-19 and they asked to wait again
                                Today again I connected to 25-Dec-19 replacement help but they asked to wait

                                Kindly let me know for how many days do I need to wait. Is there any responsibly taken by flipkart. Or just selling product who doesn’t take care of their customer.

                                I really released that I made mistake while purchasing product from flipkart.

                                Sir, I just want my TV to be replaced.

                                Its my humble request you…. kindly help

                                  Recently i was blocked on flipkart gamezone with error "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions". There is an issue with the algorithm used to identify unfair play and anybody's account can get locked if the below procedure is followed:
                                  1) select win a chance to play by referring the game to your contacts in "guess what" game.
                                  2) the above option will take you to whatsapp contacts to select the contact for game referral
                                  3) if you press go back button without referring the game to your contacts, your account will be blocked.

                                  I raised a ticket with flipkart help desk to get the issue resolved but to no response to my disappointments:
                                  1) all flipkart executives will provide the same reason for your account getting blocked (Access of game zone via multiple devices) without investigation of the actual reason.
                                  2) flipkart executives claim not to have authority to unblock the account
                                  3) flipkart executives claim that game zone is completely independent of flipkart

                                  With above responses there is no chance/ hope of any tickets related to gamezone getting resolved but flipkart is taking the complaints and also closing the same without any resolution at their own discretion

                                  Flipkart blocked my gamezone account many days ago. I had contacted customer care many times using chat, voice call but they did not resolved my problem and every time they send the same terms and conditions. Every executive of flipkart repeated the same thing. I told them that I had not broken any of the terms and conditions and told them that there may be some fault in their system but still they kept on sending terms and conditions. Flipkart executives just cheat their customers using these type of fraud activities and lose trust of their customers. Till now they have not unblocked my gamezone account.                                   My game zone too blocked past many month tried to sort out through customer service but not got resolved.

                                  My game zone account is blocked as well I didn't break any rule but still they blocked my account and when I tried to contact with customer care I couldn't because all channels were busy if they can unblock my account okay otherwise I am deleting my app

                                    My flipkart game zone is showing error. I am unable to play gane. According to my knowledge i did not played an unfair game. This problem arose yesterday since i was playing the game. I am eagerly waiting to know what the problem in flipkart for which i am unable to play game. I am expecting that the problem regarding this will be solved as soon as possible

                                      Hi all for formality.

                                      You guys are dont deserve it literally.

                                      So first thing is that i ordered a shoes from your so called app (I am uninstalling it right away) and i received a size smaller. I ordered it for a wedding but as it didn't fit so i purchased a new shoes from market.

                                      So basically i already invested 10000 rs from my valuable money.

                                      So i want my money back as simple as that.

                                      But thanks to you guys you have a terrible horrible worst irresponsible not helpful at all customer service

                                      Its been 13 days of raising the request but still i didn't get any resolution.

                                      Everytime i talked over chat over the cal you said please wait 24 to 48 hours.

                                      # your 24-48 hours. I want my money back not your freki'n candid responses.

                                      Second thing-

                                      The agents you hired give them some proper training. Then dont know what they are doing.

                                      They dont want to help in real.

                                      Ask them to take the job seriously.

                                      I have talked with 10 people in two days and half of the time agent disconnected the call.

                                      This is how you handle customers. Do you have any policy. I dont think you have. When i ask to transfer the call to a seniour they put me on half an hour hold and then no response.

                                      Dont you have supervisors on the floor or you dont keep record with whom i am talking or how many times i called.

                                      Your. Supervisor himanshu assured me that in 24 hours concerned team will contact me.
                                      But bamm still no response

                                      So your complete customer support is useless and piece of # and worse than that.

                                      So enough from now if i won't receive my my money till morning i will burn your shoes and record a video and i send it to you guys and also. I upload it on the social media.

                                      Also i will make sure nobody will use your useless all among my friends and family.

                                      You have troubled me a lot. Now its your turn.

                                      Its been 20 days to hear for waiting 24 to 48 hours but still no response. This is my last request for compensation otherwise i will go with consumer court for claim your irresponsibility.
