I ordered a philips dlc2518b leather braided 1.2 m micro usb cable with order number #od[protected] on 11/3/2019 and delivered on 11/5/2019, i received seal broken condition of my order so i want to return the item but when i'm doing that it's showing my account has been blocked for doing a high number of return but i don't think so that, just pick up the item and refund the money that's all i want. I had booked one item and paid the same by Credit Card on 21/10/2019 (Order Number -OD[protected] .
The order is expected to get Delivered by 30/10/2019 .
But no communication received till 06/11/2019 on its Delivery.
Delivery date is increased 4 time. i want to now when i get my product delivered.
Kindly update details status of my order....

I ordered one nike shoes on 19th october vide order no. Od[protected] whose delivery was showing as 26/10/19.
Till then i was continuously chasing for the delivery of the product via mail and phone calls.
Every time i was told to wait and today finally told to cancel the order.

This was not only mental harassment but also non delivery of a gift to someone i want on the occasion of diwali....

My flipkart payment later showing due of rs 675 for the product which i have already cancelled and the customer care is only giving deadlines to resolve the matter and nothing action has been taken yet, after 10th nov i will be charged for this payment, please resolve the matter or i will escalate to higher level.

I had booked lg 32 inches led smart tv on 19 oct 19 and made payment on same day. Initial delivery date was 25 oct 2019.
The product has not been delivered till date.
The order id is od[protected].
On regular connecting with customer care, no response has been given so far.
Now if the item not delivered in next 24 hrs. I will lodged a legal case on this issue.

I have purchased a sofa from flipkart, They delivered me a damaged product so i have asked for replacement or refund. Flipkart is not accepting my compliant and asking to keep the product with damages. Every time when they are contacting me asking me to keep the product instead of giving a proper solution on it.

We have booked a mobile in big billion sale, which was expected delivery 26th oct 2019, but so many times flip kart team shared resolution date like 31_oct, 4th nov.. Etc still the mobile did not delivered and more over we are clearly ignored so many time conversation with the call center team regarding the solution for it, now given date was to wait till 8th nov, which was again random date, no clue how come every time we trig we get +4...

I ordered a nike shoes of amount 3597 and made a online payment through hdfc bank using phonepe method which was showing as failed, when i called bank and phonepe about the same they confirm that the payment is successfully received by flipkart but they are not accepting this due to which i am not able to get my refund.

I ordered shows from flipkart, i received in a horrible state. I requested for replacement, it didn't work. I requested for refund. Pick-up guy came for wrong product. So requested pick-up again, the pick-up guy was hesitant to pick-up horrible product. Reached flipkart 1000 times to arrange for pick-up on urgent basis. After back-back calls, escalations, in-app filings, no-one cared. No one came. I had to throw the stinky fungus products....
