I have created flipkart account l years back with a mobile number 82299xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 82299xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I have bought a mobile redmi8a with cardless credit facility gvn by flipkart and emi is of 2247 but they are charging me 2261 from the first emi and i filed they complaint they call me and told you have to pay this we don't know you have to pay after when i pay also in my second emi of jan month i paid on 13 jn before their due date 15 jan they still didn't updated this emi on their website and suspended my account and when i filed complain there is no resolution till now i filed the complain on 14 jan so please help me if possible

        I have ordered a be indi skirt from flipkart but i was having size fitting issue so raised a exchange request for the same and in exchange they have sent me a kurta of same brand in place of skirt and now the seller is not accepting my return request.
        Flipkart has fraud sellers. After so many request they are not providing the solution just keep saying that we are working on it. There customer service is so pathetic they don't have any answers just say every time please wait till this date or that date

          My flipkart account has been blocked & not any resolution regarding order from cc team, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.

          Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

          I called your customer care lot and gave lots of emails but no use. Please unblock before that or else fine will be waived off

            Dear sir/maam,
            I am writing this to inform you that i bought a four door wardrobe. After they installed it, in one month the back side of wardrobe fell off. What a poor installation the worker has done. I tried contacting customer care but there's no response. Please send somebody to repair that wardrobe. I am finding it quite inconvenient as other pest may enter the wardrobe.                 Flipkart is blocked me to play games and saying you violated rules. When i asked what are the rules, they are not replying.
                Not only me many of my friends also having same issue.

                Flipkart thinking that they are only monopoly in india. But its not true. If people decided to dont buy anything from you. Then no more flipkart. Already i told many of people to dont buy from flipkart % everyone following.

                In coming days we may miss flipkart if they doing like this.

                If your care people could resolved this, y should i come to here. They are illiterate. Even they dont know whats going in flipkart. I told my problem to them. They said please signout & signin again. Is it the solution to the problem ..?

                  not providing invoice of the delivered product

                  I bought this redmenote 7 pro phone on 4th jan. Firstly i have not received invoice for the order, this is a very big compliance issue for the brand like flipkart. Without invoice the credibility and genuineness of the product gets into to questions and without invoice i am not able to ensure mobile insurance putting my phone on risk. Also, i will not be able to claim the warranty in case of any fault. Moreover customer care are buying more...

                  I haven't cancelled my item of khadims brown flats yet but you are showing that it is cancelled. Delivery agent came once but i couldn't able to meet him and requested another delivery and waited for 4, 5 working days.in website you are providing that it will be resolved on 16 th jan 2020. Yesterday morning i have received a message by apologizing for delay in delivery and it says it will be resolved on[protected] by 2 pm. I am repeating i haven't cancelled this item. I need a solution, i need to get my order not money. I am not ready to cancel my order at all

                    I had cancelled my order on 28dec 2019 and was to get refunded by 7th jan but i didnot get and when i call flipkart customer service it said transaction was already done now i should talk to my branch (Sbi) or contact customer care as i am quite far from my sbi branch so i tried to contact sbi customer care but did not get any help they said that it was a third party transaction hence i should contact flipkart and on that flipkart told mr to sent bank statemeny on pdf but whevwvwr i try ot shows something went wrong no matter how often i try... I have attached sufficient proofs i hope to get any help from this site i will be really glad if i could get any help from this site further i will definately think about online payment, i dont know whether its flipkart or bank who can help me but i am looking forward to get my refund.

                      I started flipkart affiliate from september 2017 and in march 2019, i earned over 5000 inr. Since i completed their payment criteria in march 2019, still didn't received payment from them.
                      I mailed them several times, still no reply from flipkart team.
                      I filled all payment details in my flipkart affiliate account.

                      I contacted flipkart team many times in a year, they never replied. Can you provide any contact mobile/landline number.
                      Sir my account has been blocked because reason for many return or cancel order bt this is not by me only seller cancel order and I have account with flipcart since 2014 and many order with flipcart sir my transaction is high level now I have no account with flipcart

                          I had ordered a titan watch but flipkart had delivered a wrong item. The cheater company rejected my return request 6 times without informing me anything. They asked for my photo id which i provided 4 times still they are not refunding my money. They are not informing me anything. I want my hard earned money. I got cheated by flipart. I need a justice.                             Without knowing that Flipkart pay later would reflect in my CIBIL report, I've given my details to it for activation. Later I came to know that Flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with IDFC first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and Flipkart have to do it. When I asked Flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my CIBIL report and the organisation which I've joined for my job is asking me a clean CIBIL report. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still I'm not able to close my account. No one is responding, should I lose my job because of their irresponsibility ??

                            We would like to inform you that pay later has been deactivated and the same is not reflecting but cx said that it's reflecting in his phone pe so and he has deactivated his FK account also he doesn't want to activate it so informed any problem revert back.
                            Hello Sir/Mam,

                            My name is Pratik and I have been using Flipkart since 2013. I am one of your Plus Member customers.
                            My Flipkart account phone number is +91-XXXXXX9149.
                            I have raised a Complaint no# IN[protected].

                            First of all I want to tell you that I am getting a very irresponsible / bad response from your Customer support team and I am very unhappy with it. I have been trying to get in touch with one of your representatives who can resolve my issue but it's been 4-5 days but i haven't received a call back yet from your backend team.
                            I have talked to the Flipkart help center representative multiple times but they have not called me back to resolve my issue. (I talked to Kashis and Agniga and two more representative whom i don't remember the name and i have recorded the voice call incase if you need)

                            My issue is:
                            I bought 3 shoes in March 2020 i.e., Order ID: OD[protected] & OD[protected].
                            And as i didn't like the shoes i raised a return request based on your 30days return policy.
                            I raised the return request before 22nd March i.e., before Lockdown was imposed but nobody was knowing that Lockdown was going to happen and due to that nobody came to pick up the return request and I was unable to raise any return request again in flipkart on that period of time.
                            I had paid the money from my Flipkart pay later account for all these orders and as i wanted to return the shoes, i didn't pay flipkart pay later money because after the return i was going to get my money back in my Flipkart pay later account but this didn't happen.

                            After 1 month i.e., in April 2020 I received a call from the Flipkart Pay later team that I had not paid the money of my Flipkart pay later dues. I explained to them that I have few items to return so, once the item gets returned i will pay the pending amount and they said - OK. The reason i didn't pay was because if i would have paid the money i was not going to get it back because the return policy was over till then and it was Flipkart responsibility to take back the item.

                            Now in the year 2021, I noticed that this Flipkart pay later amount is showing as a Personal loan in IDFC First bank and has even added charges on my principal amount and affecting my CIBIL score.
                            I never received any call, no messages and no emails regarding this and everything has been done without my knowledge and without any notice.

                            Please look into this issue as soon as possible because I tried to contact the Flipkart help center but I haven't received a reply on it.

                              I am unable to update my email id on my flipkart profile. When i tried to update my email id then it asks for otp from my number as well as my email id and also asks to write my password and when i done everything then it always says that "identifier is already in use". Please do something because i don't have access my previous email address. Waiting for reply.....

                                I had ordered 3 gv worth 2000 rs/each so total value is 6000rs on 2 january 2020 & my order number is od[protected]. But after that i had received only 1 gv of 2000rs till 5 jan 2020,, that also complaining about that.. They delivered me only 1 till now.. Since i had contacted the flipkart customer care numerous times..& also i have all the proof.. Call recording, my order complains emails data regarding the remaining 2 gv worth 2000rs/each.. Total value is 4000rs.. Now the flipkart is not giving me any kind of resolutions.. I want to complain against them...

                                They provided GV directly in my flipkart wallet after complaining there. Now they have blocked my flipkart account without sending me any kind of notice.. SO I HAVE COMPLAINT AGAIN.

                                  I placed an order on 2-1-20, but i received junk in mail. I requested a return on 4-1-2020 but flipkart has been not responding and giving me a go around till now. First there was supposed to be a resolution till 16-1-20, but now they r saying wait till 22-1-20. This seems like a fraud. There is no guarantee they will honour this date. Kindly help me.

                                    I have purchased mi a2 mobile handset on 12th of this month which is delivered today, but when i started unboxing i was shocked that some of the accessories were missing i already made a complain regarding this issue, and one more thing why should i suffer for this. I am waring flipkart if my problem will not solve then i will straight forward go to consumer form.
