Reference to this ticket we open the ticket for receiving wrong material from flipkart return service. They said in mail that there are mismatch between orderid.
As already i attached image for same order id but they reject the claim. Once again i open the ticket within 7 days for return issue they said that i have to process for the spf claim which i did previously.

flipkart cancelled order and refund pending

I ordered during big billion day sale, but flipkart failed to deliver for 20 days and then cancelled the order themselves!! Why cancel after 20 days? If you cant deliver why sell in the first place? Customer care is absolute # and logistics is crap!! Not sure how many more customers get cheated like this!!
I am been cheated and i would like to claim compensation. When i have spoken to customer care they committed product to be delivered...

flipkart account hacked and paylater credits used

My account was hacked and i talked to their cs about it. They said they can't do anything now they are calling me and saying that i have 58k due. I never used it. They are calling me and i have already explained this issue to them they said they will resolve the issue but i am still getting due mail from them they are harassing me by calling saying that if i don't pay the dues i will face consequences....

I purchased symphony air cooler on 30 march 2019 for my sister which lived in bihar. Then my account blocked by flipkart, giving reason that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.
But i purchased all items on cardless credit emi.. So i contacted flipkart cs many times to activate my account by which i pay my emi but...
