I ordered moto action one mobile (With exchange of on7 mobile) from flipkart with order id od[protected], the delivery guy behaved very rude to my fiance while delivering, since my old mobile had screen guard, so rudely he told to remove it otherwise he did not accept the exchange and went back. After removing the screen guard again he came to collect the mobile and this time he demanded to provide the mobile charger, other wise cancel the mobile, so again my fiance went to get the mobile charger, at last i got my ordered mobile.
Here my question is who gives the author to behave like this to a customer, and fiance is staying on 2nd floor, to take this mobile at list she came 3 times to down then what is the means of door deliver.
Who gives the order to take the mobile charger while exchange, as per my knowledge flipkart take only mobile they don't need any charger. Pls take immediate action to that delivery boy and i don't need charger but return it to me and please send that delivery guy to return.
