Hello, i have ordered one pepe jeans shirt on november 23, it arrived with massive smaller size issue, immediately contacted customer service for the same, they were about to initiate return request that time. But i was travelling somewhere out of town so requested them to initiate the return request once i return back in the town. Now yesterday i have returned but the issue was different, i tried to place the return request myself from my fk app and website but due to some technical issues i was unable to submit the return request on their app and website. Even tried to contact with them over phone, but that time all customer executives were busy so i was getting only callback option on ivr, placed the same but still did not receive any callback, and clock stroke 12, november 24th around 00.15am i got connected with them over chat channel, but the support agent completely refused to take the product back as 30 days policy passed, they didn't understand even what issue i faced exactly. Not satisfied with fk, this is complete example of worst customer support and they try to save their back after providing incorrect products. Immediately do the needful.
