Order if order id - od[protected]
Few days before i ordered a watch by guess. It was mentioned that i will be delivered by 8th december at any how, but i didn’t got the product on 8th so i called flipkart twice ever thrice than at last my ordered got delivered at my office on 9th december.
As i opened the box, even outer box seemed to be opened and when i opened so i saw that the product was totally different. I made a return request on 9th but didn’t received any response 16th december as promissed.
My order if is on 17th december i got call from flipkart that they need my residence address as they not pick up from my official address the on the same day ekart executive came for pick and and took my product. I received the sms for the same in the evening. I got call from ‭ i am attaching screenshots for the call details and pick up message.
My issue is this that its been 11 days but i haven’t received my refund yet i am soo much sad that why the i shopped from flipkart its a big traitor company and you guyss are theifs.

    I newly make flipkart id abou 10-12 product i had ordered in whick 2 product i was returned and also a nike shoe which one i was ordered i had received different model of nike shoe so i placed return request for that but they didn't accept that and also blocked my id by giving reason that i had returned high no product is that anywhere mentioned that u can't return more than 2 product in 10 or for returning is there any ratio plz don't do this this is totally unfair

      Hi i ordered for a mobile on 21st dec 19 on flipkart i got confirmation from flipkart that my order has been shipped and will be received on 24th dec. On 24th evening i got message that my order got cancel due to high demand, and 2nd next day they refund the amount. I escalate with customer care of flipkart on 24th as soon i know that my order got cancel. He assured me that we resolve the issue max 25th dec. But did not get any response from flipkart.

        Flipkart से मैंने शॉपिंग करके बहुत बड़ी गलती किया मैंने us polo का एक winter jacket का ऑर्डर किया जिसका ऑर्डर नम्बर - OD[protected], कीमत - 3999/-, ऑर्डर डेट - 17/12/2019 और delever 22/12/2019 को किया गया परंतु size मे फिट नहीं हुआ फिर मैंने रिटर्न request flipkart को किया परंतु flipkart ने 4 बार मेरा रिटर्न cancel किया जो कि बहुत बेहूदगी का काम है! इनका काम है कि custamber को फसाना गलत समान बेचना, मैंने ऑनलाइन करके बहुत गलती किया मेरा 3999/- रुपया डूब गया, लेकिन मैं इसका शिकायत national counsumer girevane मे करूंगा अगर फिर भी कुछ salution नहीं निकला तो सीधे counsumer फॉर्म मे flipkart के managing पर केस दर्ज करूंगा बहुत ही धोखेबाज campny है flipkart, आज टोटल 4 बार मेरा रिटर्न cancel किया, flipkart का कहना है कि सेलर के द्वारा cancel हुआ अरे bhosdi के जब सेलर ही तेरा मालिक है तो किसलिए ऑनलाइन खोलकर बैठा है अगर मेरा refund नहीं हुआ तो मैं रोज flipkart को अपशब्द लिखूँगा क्युकी मेरा पैसा ठगी की गई है

          I had purchased whirlpool washing machine on 29th september 2019. Also made transaction of rs 13191. I got the product but it was damaged so i returned it. Refund process initiated on 5th december and promised to credit amount upto 13th december. But i didn't receive amount yet. They are saying contact to the bank and bank is saying we didn't get transaction on said date.

            Its been 1 month since i ordered laptop and no resolution yet. After faulty/damage laptop received i raised return request on the same day of delivery but from last 4-time replacement rejected by the logistic team without any proper reason. He only mentions there is another team in flipkart which ask them to cancel it. (Wishmaster virendra[protected].
            Not sure flipkart update something to logistic and something else to customer.?
            Why the logistic team is refusing to pick up although the seller is approving replacement every time.?

            After this mental torcher i have been facing, i raised the request for refund also but no action has been taken.?
            I sincerely request to close this on a priority basis. Either deliver it or cancel and get it to refund.

              I have ordered mobile phone on 23dec and the delivery date was 24th dec 11am,
              It was not delivered on time,
              I have raised my issue 4 times to the flipkart assistance, but the problem is still not resolved,
              More over they have sent a message stating my issue will be resolved within 28th dec.

              I m in need of my order immediately, but these people give delivery date and not deliver exactly as mentioned, what is the use of ordering in flipkart.

              Worst service ever experienced in flipkart,

              Please raise my query and make sure i get my order by today.

                I had purchased one nike black mens round tshirt, refund request successfully initiated against the wrong size, courier person cancelled the reverse pickup from there side as they were not able to pickup the same at my convenient time, but then flipkart also denied to take and product back even after return request was approved within return timeline, this is complete unprofessional act showed by flipkart officials, where courier partners cancels the reverse pickup and we customers suffers and customer team answers in some unprofessional way.

                    My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) got blocked due to high returns and they didn't warn me before ordering and rejected my return request. I ordered some products in 3-4 quantity in different colour on same date & they all got delivered on same date but i didnt like the quality so had to return all of them together. They said that there all multiple return requests so blocked account. But when i ordered either they should warn me before or first resolve the return requests then block it. They wasted my so much of time & money. Return policy is upto 4th january 2020 but i cant do anything.
                    They blocked the account with open return request without resolving them. I had loss of 3600rs. Even customer supports are mailing same replies saying that 'we understand your problem but seller has rejected your return request'. I have not purchased directly from seller but from flipkart so fk is answerable to all my complaints. How can they put now everything on seller's head sitting and talking robotic language? Please help!

                    one person name Rahul Tripathi called me and he was asking my debit card details when I was telling him to refund in my bank and he was asking me my personal details which is wrong.. this is a fraud thing.. the people are making money using this complaint.. their cheap mentality and when I asked him why you are asking me card detail when i am giving my account number he disconnected my call

                    But before ordering you should inform not after delivering the order. As all these products came on the same day so i have to return altogether as i didn't like the quality of the product. Am i forced to keep the products!?? This isn't the policy. Products are still under return policy instead of that You blocked my account. This is what you do with customers! Giving wrong policies and make them buy and later on force them to keep bad quality things. See you deliver all products on same date and if i could have got some products early then i could have checked quality first and wouldn't have accepted other products. But you delivered all together only so i cane to know about the quality of all products at same time only. So what am i supposed to do now? Keeping all bad products which aren't worth of a penny because of your new policy which i cane to know after buying.
                    See if you go to shop and buy 4 packed products (different colours) and after going home you open and realise that products are waste. Then you go back to shop and seller tells you that you can't return all products as this is unusual. So what will you do? Because either seller could have informed you before buying or could have refunded you this time and next time onwards you will buy higher range better quality products. Right!!
                    Either warn before and refund this time and next time onwards i will not return. Because that's cheating as after delivering you are saying you can't return.

                    Why are you replying same robotic answers again and again? Read what you are typing first. And read with your head what people are writing to you, listen them properly, try to understand what is the real concern and where does fault lies and what should be done legally. Dont waste your and others time by copy pasting same replies.

                    As I ordered a truke air pods 3days before the problem is when I opened the box there is nothing inside the box i have reached the customer care many times but still now i didn't get my refund.it was my hard money so please help me with my problem.

                      I ordered moto action one mobile (With exchange of on7 mobile) from flipkart with order id od[protected], the delivery guy behaved very rude to my fiance while delivering, since my old mobile had screen guard, so rudely he told to remove it otherwise he did not accept the exchange and went back. After removing the screen guard again he came to collect the mobile and this time he demanded to provide the mobile charger, other wise cancel the mobile, so again my fiance went to get the mobile charger, at last i got my ordered mobile.
                      Here my question is who gives the author to behave like this to a customer, and fiance is staying on 2nd floor, to take this mobile at list she came 3 times to down then what is the means of door deliver.
                      Who gives the order to take the mobile charger while exchange, as per my knowledge flipkart take only mobile they don't need any charger. Pls take immediate action to that delivery boy and i don't need charger but return it to me and please send that delivery guy to return.

                        December 23 2019 (Monday) i played once & when i got second chance i got the above mentioned error.

                            I have paid money for flipcart request from my brother flipcart order and money was debited from my account, but his order was not confirmed yet. So, please either confirm my order or give my money back. I can provide you the reciept if wanted. But ensure that my money should be returned back.                               This is the second time i have been blocked from playing in the flipkart gamezone. I really do not understand on what basis do you guys decide that i have cheated because i have not.

                              Even last time when i started winning regularly flipkart blocked me from playing and now again after i started winning regularly, i am blocked again for no good reason. It is not fair of flipkart to block me for just winning regularly because that is what we play for. By blocking me it is flipkart that is not playing fair.

                              But why are you blocking me when I have not done any fraudulent activities while playing on the contests. I would like to know on what basis have you identified or decided that I had done fraudulent activities to win the contests?

                              I believe you guys are blocking me just because I have been winning regularly. But I win regularly because I am good at playing those games.
                              So please give me a valid proof of my fraudulent activity for which you have blocked me and if you are unable give that, then I would request you to unblock me.

                                I ordered product 'labrada muscle weight gainers/mass gainers (5443 g, chocolate)' order id - od[protected]. Amount paid : rs. 4049/-. My product got delivered on 13th-december-2019. I received fake product from the seller. There are no details such as mfd, lot no., etc on that product delivered to me, so i raised return requests several times but wishmaster have cancelled it again and again without any valid reason. Every time i raise return request, i got message with pickup boy mobile no. And pin but each time wishmaster deny to come to pick that product as he said that didn't got any mail for pickup of product from flipkart. Wishmaster cancels return request every time with false reasons and didn't even contact me for pickup. I feel trapped in circle where i am told to wait for 24hrs again and again from customer support from so many days and i got no proper response about why my pickup is not getting completed and getting cancelled again and again after raising refund request. My latest pickup had to be completed on 23th december but still i got no response from customer support why product is not getting pickup. Please pick this duplicate product asap and i want refund only and nothing else asap.
                                Need the resolution as earlier as possible because its been high time now.

                                    Hii, my lost debit card was used by someone to purchase something flipkart. My card details were filled by the unknown person but no transaction happened because i received the otp. Can i know the id of the user who used my card so i can find the person because along with my atm some of my important documents were also stolen. Need help. I can also send you the card details, and police complaint no.

                                      Hello, i have ordered one pepe jeans shirt on november 23, it arrived with massive smaller size issue, immediately contacted customer service for the same, they were about to initiate return request that time. But i was travelling somewhere out of town so requested them to initiate the return request once i return back in the town. Now yesterday i have returned but the issue was different, i tried to place the return request myself from my fk app and website but due to some technical issues i was unable to submit the return request on their app and website. Even tried to contact with them over phone, but that time all customer executives were busy so i was getting only callback option on ivr, placed the same but still did not receive any callback, and clock stroke 12, november 24th around 00.15am i got connected with them over chat channel, but the support agent completely refused to take the product back as 30 days policy passed, they didn't understand even what issue i faced exactly. Not satisfied with fk, this is complete example of worst customer support and they try to save their back after providing incorrect products. Immediately do the needful.

                                        I have gifted to Skechers 3024rs shoe and sole is missing and i am trying since 17 days for return but they keep cancelled my refund request and giving squz about seller policy every time i contact and my return policy is expiring within 5 days .
