[Resolved] Flipkart — the delay in collecting the defect product | |||
We booked nokia 6•1+ on september 14 of order number od[protected] we received a defected one thus applied for a return on september 17th• still we are getting messages regarding the return dates but no one is here till now and the product is still with us•firstly the date was confirmed on september 22nd then with no information they itself recharted the date to another one and the last date they informed was october 9th•today it is 10th and it's been a month• it is such an insult from such a renowned firm like flipkart•we are completely disappointed and annoyed by their customer service"• the thing which triggered as the most is that, the same item is in their big billion days with 1000 rupees off. Hope the authorities find it as an important message and will do the procedures as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have bought product With No-Cost EMI and now you are charging interest for the same. And blaming that it was my mistake.

I have bought REDMI NOTE 5 PRO on No Cost EMI of 9 months AXIS BANK on the date of 26/09/18. But i have been changed for interest and when i did complain of it to CC of flipkart they are saying that they can't do any help and it is their mistake.

I booked a realme 2 mobile on 25.09.18 and on 27.09.19 afternoon 3pm got a message that you product is out for delivery and i did not got the mobile but in the night 8 pm i got message that you product is delivered.
