[Resolved]  Flipkart — they had not made me a refund

I had cancelled the order before getting delivered by the company because it was taking too long to be delivered and i needed it very urgent so i ordered the same from another seller but till now after 8 days they had not processed my refund and saying that the seller had not received the product...
It is not fare
When the product was not sent for delivery by the seller then how is this possible that the seller had not received the product till now...

When I open the product i found it was damage, so i just complain about the product that plz accept my complain this matter and return as soon as possible.plz make sure for future that whwnever you pack or deliver a product it should be in good product.

I had booked my order on 5 sep and it show the expected date of delivery is 11 oct but still no diliverd. I have so many folloup with filipkart team but no resolution provided by team filipkart.

This the is very bad service i recieved from filipkart. I already paid amount of my order tv.
