I received wrong product on 19.11.2019, i checked the product it was different, I immediately requested for replacement but it has been rejected without any reason. I again requested for refund and it has also rejected because of higher return from my flipkart account as per flipkart but i dont think so if you can check my purchase histroy. I am totally harrased by their negligence, everytime i call, they take request but do nothing. Now they have blocked my account also.

If you call customer care they will never give resolution they only take request.

I dont understand what to do, If you deliver wrong product, everybody will return, its not our problem.

i need the wrong product to be picked up, and also kindly unblock my account asap.

Hi, We'd like to let you know that your return request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
Why you are not delivering the right product, i ordered, everybody will return if you deliver the wrong product. Send executive to verify, you are not able to arrange replacement thats the reason only you blocked my account. I dont have high number of returns as compared to total purchase history. Dont befool people like this.

    I am facing severe mental harassment because of flipkart negligence and ignorance behaviour, from 10 days i have been asking for my wallet money back which flipkart blocked with my account, i am not able to access my account. Flipkart stole my 65000 and when i asked for the money, they say they cannot do anything. Please help me. Its not a small amount

      My order number my order no. Od[protected]. Flipkart is forcing me keep the product. I have ordered the by mistake and this time its too much by flipkart. How can someone force customer to keep the product. There is no rule that any company can force customer to keep it.
      I have not opened the product also and they are saying i have to keep the product.
      I am tired with online shopping policy. There is no rule that we have to keep the product.
      If i don't like the phone then how can they forcing to keep it.
      I simply want to return the product and get the refund for it.

      I bought a smartphone and it was not getting switched on. I charged the mobile for 3-4 hours and still it did not get charge or even switched on. I requested replacement of the smartphone online, but my replacement was rejected without any technician visit or help. Flipkart rejected my replacement request without resolving the issue.

        As per the product description this tv should have cricket mode, however there is no cricket mode available in the delivered product.

        I have odererd akshat musical activity walker on 12th October but till 12th November not delivered the same i have requested so many times but no response from Flipcart service...

            I had ordered this product and i received duplicate product and later customer care told me for replacement. I did not received the replacement product as it was delivered to someone else. I filed the complaint nd i informed every details to the team but now they have rejected for the refund and now they are sending me the email that seller had refused to accept the refund. I did not even received the replacement product neither they had investigated properly and now they are saying that my request for refund is cancelled. Cheap customer service of flipkart. I want my refund of Rs. 649

              We have received apple x, instead of apple 11, we had raised 75 times call back request, 15 times refund cancelled and 3 times replacement cancelled and now account is been blocked, its been 45 days as flipkart isnt updating in the system and e kart logistics is out for delivery but no update from flipkart in his app, we need refund 67900/- asap. Now kindly tell me what to do as i am beed fed up and harassed by flipkart and no solution and now they enjoying my hard earned money of 67900/-

                It was along with a gift voucher and scratch card. It was telling like you will get total amount to your account. You should have valid adhar and pan card. The GST and tax you have to pay before. I got suspicious because it was written that don't call customer care because they only book or cancel the items ordered and they don't know further details about it. Please help me to resolve the problem.

                  Hi this fazil shaik i am waiting for refund since 21oct 2019 today 20nov2019 from flipkart i ordered od[protected] redmi note 7s @7729 on 16th october prepaid through sbi credit card due to late estimated delivery date i cancelled on 18th oct 2019 they sent message refund will reflect on 21th oct and in my flipkart account got green colour status as refunded but fact i didn't get if i contacted them (Flipkart executive's) wait 48hrs or contact bank i went bank they are saying refund not reflected ask marchant please help

                  I saw an adv, on iternet ' mobile bonaza'of flipkartdeals. there was an offer for samsung galaxy note 8 midnightblack 64gb 6gb ram at a price of rs.2500.retail company was flashtech retail.i ordered the same and sent rs.2500 by paytm from my fednet a/c.on 24-Sep-19, 8:19 PM.. mobile not yet received.now the website disappeared.

                    Reference to this ticket we open the ticket for receiving wrong material from flipkart return service. They said in mail that there are mismatch between orderid.
                    As already i attached image for same order id but they reject the claim. Once again i open the ticket within 7 days for return issue they said that i have to process for the spf claim which i did previously.
                    After not resolving my issue i try to find customer care number on flipkart seller panel but there are not mention any customer care for flipkart seller.
                    So i called for flipkart buyer customer care and take the number for flipkart seller. They said that order id is correct but now we cannot make spf claim because its more than 7 days. So i said that we already open ticket within 7 days but they denied for claim. All the error in flipkart services from return wrong material, not verifying order id correctly, not guidance for what to do when your cliaim reject, not mention customer care number in mail and in seller panel, not processing payment after all the details given with proof.

                    I reacently about a month ago deactivate my flipkart account and now i wanted it to re activate it again.

                      I ordered during big billion day sale, but flipkart failed to deliver for 20 days and then cancelled the order themselves!! Why cancel after 20 days? If you cant deliver why sell in the first place? Customer care is absolute # and logistics is crap!! Not sure how many more customers get cheated like this!!
                      I am been cheated and i would like to claim compensation. When i have spoken to customer care they committed product to be delivered in 24hrs, i want to file case of fraud against flipkart!! This is not the first time flipkart has cheated not 1 but 2 orders also more than 10 orders they have done the same.
                      No refund or compensation is paid, i will re-open complaint unless i am paid compensation for entire amount of cancelled products without my consent!
                      Flipkart dont give excuses tell me what unforseen issue after 20 days??? Give me no of courier service i will call and ask them directly!! Dont cheat customers, we are not here to waste time by ordering on flipkart.
                      I need flipkart to ship the orders cancelled for free else pay compensation for the amount. No excuses accepted

                      Looks like Flipkart now cancels customer orders without any prior notification.

                      This the 30 days return policy any reason they mentioned that we will accept return but now they changed it and saying we cant accept return.
                      The butterfly mixie that I have got only used it once and it stopped working. even after end number of calls I have not got a solution or a replacement. such bad service on delivery or customer service. hopefully now somebody will connect to get this resolved.

                        My account was hacked and i talked to their cs about it. They said they can't do anything now they are calling me and saying that i have 58k due. I never used it. They are calling me and i have already explained this issue to them they said they will resolve the issue but i am still getting due mail from them they are harassing me by calling saying that if i don't pay the dues i will face consequences.

                        I haven't received any form of communication from flipkart and still waiting for any resolution. But the status is showing as resolved. This is absurd
                        I purchased mobiles for my friends during flipkart sale for my friends in flash sale flipkart blocked my account I called flipkart customer service they are escaping we can't do anything plz help me I am not able to claim warranty because of flipkart every time they will reply ur purchase history shows products are not for personal use

                          I purchased symphony air cooler on 30 march 2019 for my sister which lived in bihar. Then my account blocked by flipkart, giving reason that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.
                          But i purchased all items on cardless credit emi.. So i contacted flipkart cs many times to activate my account by which i pay my emi but they give me payment link and told me please pay ur emi then account automatically activated then i paid outstanding emi 16026 on 15 may 2019. But my accounts not activate after that.. Then i contacted many time flipkart cs till september 2019.. But flipkart don't activate my account. Then i assume my flipkart account rest in piace. But now after 8 months when my account blocked kisst.com calls me on 19 november pay ur flipkart due emi 28675 which includes penalty charge then i again contacted flipkart cs then they told me there is no information about emi for your account. So now i confused if i have no flipkart account and flipkart doesn't have any record about my emi then how to i believe any call related to emi which may be fraud call. If flipkart really wants to emi then flipkart directly call to me and activate my account for pay due emi. Why i received third party call, i don't know. So please resolve my issue.

                            I ordered a samsung 6.2 kg active wash+ fully atomatic top load grey washing machine on e
                            25th october 2019. Flipcart promise date to deliver the product was 3rd of nov and max date was 6th nov. But till 9th nov i didn't receive the product. I tried to connect customer care never received proper solution. Finally on 9th nov in evening i received call from flipcart and the person on the call told me to cancle the order. So finally i cancled the order immediately on 9th nov only.
                            Note: i paid full amount rs 13770.
                            I still didn't receive the refund. It's almost 10 days from order canceled date. Please look into the issue and try to resolve it.

                                Hi team,

                                I have reported this issue on 7th nov by email and before that on phone.

                                Issue was that, i wanted to create a return request for my order of bajaj OTG oven because it was not heating the food properly just the container itself.
                                But i couldn't do so due to some error in the app and website

                                After raising this concern, i am regularly getting call from your customer care not because they have resolved the issue but just to knowing my problem vocally over and over again

                                Conversation were common like below:
                                C.C : hi sir, what was the issue with the product.
                                Me: explaining my issue to him.
                                C.C: Sir, can i put your call on hold while i try to create the refund request.
                                Me: ok

                                After a min or 2...
                                C.C: We are sorry sir, we are unable to create the request at the moment, we are forwarding your request to the concerned department. Can i put your call on hold for 2 mins.
                                Me: yes please.

                                After a min or 2...
                                C.C: please wait for 24 to 48 hours you issue will be resolved.
                                Me: Ok thanks.

                                This is not just a single conversation, i have got at least 20 calls till now exactly the same conversation like above.

                                What i don't understand is, don't you log customer problem first time when you talk to them instead of asking them again and again with different customer care executives.

                                How could i keep my cool when i am getting this type of call instead of resolving my issue they talk like its the first time i am getting call for my concern.

                                Please just don't waste my time anymore and resolve this ASAP.

                                  I had requested for replacement of my hp laptop which i purchased online last week (15 nov 19) however my replacement request has been cancelled without any action by the company. The problem did not get resolved by the suggestions of customer support and i insisted on replacement of the item but the request has been cancelled unilaterally without informing me.

                                    I purchased realme5 phone which was showing blur camera problem after lots of complains new phone was handed over to me after 20days and this time too same problem exists. This phone shows similar problem and is damaged too. I have lost all trust on flipkart and have vowed never to make any purchase from flipkart. I don't want any replacement now i just want my money back so that i may buy any other phone from any other source. Flipkart gave delayed services and defected products. I had very bad experience with this

                                      I have purchased sofa on 27 sep 19, but not received yet Order ID - OD[protected]
                                      Every time the give date but don't deliver the product and just msg me that ur sofa will be deliver after 10 days and again gets new day of delivery..This is very pethethic delivery service by Flipkart...plz help me out it's urgent for me ..& I have already paid all amount for this ..

                                        This is to inform that I have purchased a mobile (Refubrished) vide oreder no ( OD[protected]on 15/08/2019 I got the parcel on 17/08/2019 and the mobile was not working properly ie the battery is not supporting it drains very fast, as per flipkart (2GUD) policy there is a 10 days replacement/ refund warranty is there. I found that they have send me the faulty mobile on the same day and I made a compliant but the have sent a technician from Jeeves tech services the technician also confirmed the mobile is faulty, but they keep on telling they will refund they kept on dragged me for 1 month and finally they said they cant replace or refund since they crossed the time (10 days) then they can only repair the mobile and give so the collected the mobile and kept if for 1 month the sent back stating that mobile is repaired but when I checked it is not repaired and and again I made a complaint on 6/11/19 took back and kept for 10 days again sent in the same condition not repaired please advice what is the next step
