Placed an order for realme xt mobile phone on 15th oct in flipkart sale and it's still not delivered. Raised many complaints, but yet the phone is not delivered. Flipkart is unable to provide updates on my order. The only suggestion i get is to cancel and reorder, but the phone is always out of stock and i will need to pay more if reordered as i ordered at discounted price. On 29th october 2019, i paid ₹314 to flipkart at 8:38pm through upi via google pay. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed. Then the installation and demo was scheduled after 4 day but no one came...
And when i called customer care they every time asked it will be done on scheduled day and time but it didnt happened...
