It is highly surprising that instead of resolving my issues my account has been blocked by flipkart.
Even after sending justification mail to customer care team, they are resending same message again & again (Your account is blocked due to multiple order cancellations).
My issues with flipkart still remain unresolved. Pl refer to issues already taken up with customer care team:
1. Order for 5 kashvi sarees:
We ordered 5 kashvi sarees in oct sale as per the details below:

While 1 missing saree was delivered after request, replacement request was raised for 4 sarees which came in different colours. These 4 sarees were replaced but again with some different colours (Not what we ordered).

Instead of again getting into replacement/refund circle we accepted the wrong/different colours sent to us & thus issue was closed, though leaving us dissatisfied.
2. Order for prabhas woven, solid kanjivaram cotton silk saree (Pack of 2):

As per the details in above table, set of 2 prabhas sarees were ordered during october sale & i found defective (Having multiple ink marks). Replacement request was raised for both the sarees because system took request for replacement request for both sarees only (As per flipkart procedure). Replacement sarees were received & found ok, but it was an unnecessary trouble to us.
3. Order for 5 ananda sarees (Animal print): biggest issue:
We ordered 5 ananda sarees (Animal print) in oct sale as per the details below:

Missing & replacement request was raised after which 1 missing saree was delivered but no saree was replaced:

We again called flipkart team & requested for replacement of other 4 sarees. After the request, all these sarees were picked up from our house (This was done around 1 month back) but nothing was delivered along with the pickup & till date.

We again called flipkart team & requested for delivery of balance 4 sarees which is still pending till date. We raised request for refund but it is also still pending.
Meanwhile we placed another order as follows & another mess was created by flipkart team & delivery team as they could not handle such high no. Of orders:
4. Order for 2 rupa thermocot top-bottom sets & 1 rupa thermocot paijama set:
Other orders were placed as follows which were again not as per the specifications mentioned on website. One of these orders is still not delivered:

Mess up in sl. No. 3 & 4 together:
(Ananda sarees animal print replacemet & new order rupa thermal paijama set):
Delivery executive came to deliver 4 items (3 ananda saree replacements + 1 new delivery of rupa thermocot set)…. We know this because it was mentioned on one of the packets.
He thought 4 items which he has are 4 sarees and asked to deliver those 4 sarees only when we hand him over sarees available with us, which we did not have as they were already picked up 1 month back.
He did not deliver the package to us. We asked for thermocot paijama but he did not gave it to us as he thought it is saree……….. He was so illiterate.
He gave mr. Amit kumar’s no. ([protected]) who was ekart head of final delivery centre.
Mr. Amit cleared out doubts. He said: sarees are in “replacement mode” & not “delivery only” mode, so they can be delivered only when flipkart team changes it to delivery mode.
Even after repeated calls to flipkart team & requests through app, flipkart team (Including floor supervisor) were not able to change the mode of delivery. Flipkart team clearly confirmed that they have received the sarees which were picked up from our house 1 month back.
One thing was clear that there were only 3 sarees & 1 was missing.
Secondly new order for rupa thermocot paijama was also not delivered.
After getting fed up from the issue, i raised a refund request but till date no refund.
Over & above, the executive who took refund request for 4 sarees, made a wrong refund request for some other ordered sarees by us (Ananda saree geometrict print)……this mistake was only for 2 sarees, for other 2 sarees refund request was made against the correct sarees, i. E., ananda sarees animal print.
Wrong refund request got rejected as those sarees were already delivered to us.
Before we could place refund for rupa thermocot paijamas, my acoout was blocked.
After calling customer care team, they said we could not access any thing on our system & asked me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days, i got a mail from flipkart that my account is blocked.
Even after sending justification mails to customer care team, they are resending same message again & again (Your account is blocked due to multiple order cancellations).
I feel harassed & demotivated even after shopping of items worth lacs at flipkart & after so many years of association.
As a result, i am forced to escalate this issue to flipkart escalation team.
My further advice to flipkart is to prepare properly at all levels before conducting such big sales else it is causing unnecessary harassment to consumers. Even after repeated calls to your executives they do not understand & resolve the problem. Delivery executives fight with us.
Refund amount which has to be received by me may not be of very big value, but kind of harassment which we have faced is just too much. This is the reason i had to write such a big mail.
If your team fails to resolve my issue & provide me refund of 4 balance sarees & 1 thermocot paijama pair, with reactivation of my account, i will be forced to escalate this matter further to your top management team & bring it to consumer forum also.

Your Customer care no. also unable to help me as my account has been blocked. My E-mail is also blocked for sending any mails to your customer care email ids.

Updated by nishant257 No response from Flipkart means they are at fault.
They should be penalized & should also pay for time & mental harassment to me due to this issue.
