1. My new phone got delivered today and it was taken on an exchange offer for moto e4 plus under the order id od[protected].
2. The wishmaster rejected the phone and further demanded 2100 rupees for giving the phone.
3. I thought there was some miscommunication from his part so i accepted his terms as i was in dire need...

Mobile handsetsflipkart not replacing the phone

My name : mohamed yazar

I've bought asus rog phone 2 (8gb, 128gb) through flipkart and the phone is having display problem.

For that i've put a replacement and they have registered a technician visit for me

The technician even checked my mobile display and told me it's display problem he took pics mobile with the reddish tint issue and told me he will update to flipkart.

The problem : the technician has given a fake update to flipkart that the issue is resolved although the issue is not resolved.

I'm having the picture of my faulty device which is having red tint issue below 30 to 0 % brightness.

Now what should i have to do?

The technician was from jeeves.co.in company which has tie up with flipkart and all the problem was with the technician who was giving wrong updates to the flipkart company.

Jeeves does not want to honor the warranty and has suggested getting the repairs done from bajaj electricals on a chargeable basis.       I am fredy, i got lured into a fake website while browsing the internet. It looked very similar to the flipkart online market, with the name flipkart explore plus, the products were offered for amazingly low discount prices. Realme 3 pro was being offered at 2899 rs. When clicking on add to cart a page with just 3 boxes apoears, name, mobile number and full address. It raised a red flag but thought other details would be on the next page. I was wrong, it took me to paytm to make the payment. Upon clicking the amount got deducted. Saying "payment made to online mobile shop". Thinking that it was genuine, i ordered a mobile, and paid but got no receipt or anything. Please help. Photos attached below

          Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

            I have earned commissions of rs. 24912 on flipkart affiliate program by referring flipkart products through social media and websites. The full amount is approved more than three months ago and i have uploaded all necessory documents including pan card and bank account. But flipkart not transferring the commissions of rs. 24912 to my bank account. My friends whose payment was approved later than me also received their payments to bank.

            While im calling to flipkart customer care regarding the problem, they don't know where to transfer the call or who deal with the problem. Then they tell me to email the matter. So, i have emailed them, but they don't give any response.

            WHEN OPENIN "MY ACCOUT" SECTION I CAN'T SEE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS LIKE AFFILIATE ID, EMAIL, NAME ETC. I THINK FLIPKART HAS FROZEN MY ACCOUNT.

            BELOW IM ATTACHED SHOTS.

              Hey my flipkart account got blocked and reason given was i m reselling the products but the truth is i was ordering products only for personal use not even for a friend or relative.
              I purchased apple airpods pro thats is a high demand product and it was out of stock so i clicked notify me and and got the notification that the product is available and then i ordered it for first time due to some glitch in app the order was not successful and got cancelled and then i waited more 3-4 days and then it got back in stock and then i ordered and it got successful. Order got confirmed and payment was successful and after placing order the 3rd day i got a mail that my order is cancelled due to high demand and i contacted customer care and they said we will surely add you feedback and will try that thats does not happen again so i was like okay.
              Then next days i was trying to order apple earpods with 3.5 mm jack it was out of stock so i again clicked notify me option and they same day i got notification that the product is in stock and then i placed order and payment was again successful but after 1 more day i got mail that my order is cancelled again due to high demand again and i was really frustrated and then today that is 6 of december 2019 i updated the app and when now i m trying to log in it says my account is blocked please contact customer care.
              Now i m having a gift card of 1500 in my flipkart account and it is goona expire soon i just want you to please unblock my account and please tell me that why my account was blocked so i can keep that things in mind and not do same again please help please help asap

                I ordered a realme 3 pro mobile phone on 3rd oct, 19, it was an exchange offer and i paid rs.8629 as the exchange price was rs.1400. On 13th oct, 19, a delivery person from e-kart logistics came to deliver the product, i opened the product in front of him and found it was a keypad phone lephone k11, i told him i am not going to receive it but he told me to complain it to flipkart customer care for replacing the product and he insisted to take my old phone as it was an exchange offer, i had to pay him rs.1400 just to keep my old phone after many request. Then started my miserable experience with flipkart customer care, whenever i call them, they listen my whole story and respond by saying that they have escalated the issue towards higher authority, but 2 months have passed, there is no resolution. I am really very frustrated and don't know what to do, please advice.

                  This is really shocking for me as after so many years of shopping from flipkart this has happened to me for the very first time.
                  I've ordered realme x2 pro a premium phone instead i got realme 3 pro, i paid through sbi credit card emi. It was a genuine mistake no worries i applied for replacement, i recieved realme x2 pro but this time there was a white spot on display, i thought it was dust tries removing nothing happened, then i thought it's because of screen protector pre applied on screen i removed it but still nothing happened so i started the phone now that spot has yellow and green colour depending on different background. I've applied for return but this time a technician was required because it was a technical issue, okay. Technician came from jeeves, he came inspected the device and said yes it is defective and was about to file report as defective phone. Then he called his superior and sent pics of mobile on whatsapp the genius superior sitting in office told him that it was because customer (I. E. Me) has applied pressure on screen. I'm so strong i know that if i press any phone it'll break or display can stop working for sure. Still they falsely claimed it was my mistake and rejected the request. If he inspected the phone and found it defective then why did he called someone who was not on spot. Then flipkart is telling me to wait and wait but the jeeves support called me and told me they'll not provide any technical support to me anymore. I'm frustrated now, i'm having a headache a huge experience for me i'll think 1000 times before ordering any expensive stuff from flipkart. On the other hand amazon never did things like that. Not even a single casualty. I hope this complaint will help me.

                  See that's what Flipkart is doing, they're currently working on my first replacement request which has already been solved. Now I'm talking about a return request placed after that, the technician was a fraud and falsely rejected my request. Jeeves is a fraud company and Flipkart is supporting it.

                    I have ordered vivo z1 pro with exchange offer of rs.1550/- and balance amount i have paid three days back. Now for my old mobile it has been rated just rs.400/-for good looking and it is good working condition. There is on mentioned in the flipkart site at this rate. The person who came is a rude fellow and not listening anything and within a minute he has gone informing to raise complaint in the flipkart. I have been waiting for three days. Will anybody will look into it and solve the issue at the earliest.

                      I would like to bring this to your attention that i have ordered for mi 4a 32inch tv on flipkart on 26th nov 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on 29th nov at my home address which did not arrive on the date and no update was even updated in my order page as well after lots of struggle i somehow connected to ekart hub mumbai and got a reply from them that there has been delay as they have ye not received the product and finally on 2nd dec i got my tv delivered and then i found that i had ordered for 4a pro and received 4c pro model i was ok with it and arranged for the installation the person came on 4th dec at my place and when he opened the box there was no remote in it shocking... It was i then requested for the replacement of the product on 4th dec and on 6th dec i get a msg from flipkart that the return request has been cancelled... Don't know why... After paying money for the product what a customer gets is this..

                      Pathetic service given by flipkart and its seller... Now either u replace my product at earliest or please take ur product and refund my money or i will be happy to take this pathetic service of flipkart to social media and urge people not to buy anything from flipkart. Also attaching the invoice copy and the video of proof that there was no remote in the box when the installation person opens it.

                          I have ordered one product from flipkart and that product is being delivered by ekart logistics. When i ordered it, that product was about to deliver before 5th of dec 2019. But as of now i can see. That max day limit is passed and 6th of dec is also about to over. But they are not answering my email and messages. I have also raised complaint over flipkart about it but no answers yet.

                          I am still arguing about my product is not delivered but no one is resolving my issue. I have explained though to flipkart customer care that how much that product important is. But still no response.

                          Product is not arrived yet instead it was arriving on 5th of Dec. and still no product in my hand
                          How the bad your services flipkart????? If you dont fulfill requirement on specific date then dont tell customer about specific dates of arrivals :/
                          I have bought it because I wanted it on 6th of Dec as a Gift for someone and still the product is not arrived. Now if product arrives what should I do? Gift that person for whom I have bought it? seriously??
                          How you are going to adjust my damages?

                                  I ordered Asus 6z 64gb varient on ₹27, 999, on 25th of December, it got delivered on 26th, within 24 hours o[censored]sage, I noticed it was getting restarted automatically. On 28th I filed replace, there was some sort of troubleshoot by technical team they asked me to do some basic troubleshoot, but problem remains the same. So they proceeded with the replacement criteria. Visit by technical team was done he took the video as a proof that the product was restarting. I was given the date 3rd December to replace the product. Meanwhile I realised that the product was misbehaving more that earlier, sometimes it was heating more than normal without any usage, and it's restarting problem has been increased, it was rebooting again again for more than 10 times but didn't turned on, and on 30th November It was completely dead, without any usage. On 3rd December delivery boy rejected to pickup the phone saying that He wants to verify the IMEI number. So I cancelled the return request, I was told from Flipkart that you can change your request after 48 hours. and my issue will be resolved by 6th of December, but when I called Flipkart they are saying that your seller that is - Truenet Commerce is no approving my cancellation, they further said that my issue will be resolved by 9th December.
                                  I am pretty sure that when I'll call on 9th December they will again increase the date to 13th of December.

                                    Received damaged product 2nd time also. Product was ordered on 14th Oct 2019 with order ID OD[protected]
                                    Damaged product was received on date 5th Nov 2019. After so many followups, replacement was initiated and new replacement date was committed as 30th Nov 2019. product was not delivered on 30th and new date was given as 5th Dec 2019. Finally, product got delivered and wish master denied to open the package for product condition check. We only opened the product and found damaged once again. It's been 2 months I have paid INR 35737 and taking regular followups on my product still struggling to get a good one.
