I ordered Redmi 8 A which was delivered on 25 Dec .I put in a request for replacement because when i used to switch between screens, the screen used to get freezed and i had to lock n unlock the phone again n again to make it work . For around 2 hrs, i was pestered by the customer agent trying to tell me that mobiles r like computers etc etc ...he kept on telling me again n again to follow various steps to change settings ...n to reset the phone .I told him, i have already been reset my phone ...he said u do it again n then again...and later agreed that phone will be replaced .However, he sent a technician from Jeeves on 30 dec..who tried to run the phone in reset mode without sim ...and showed me that screen was working fine and refused for replacement.
The phone comes with 10 days replacement Policy .Why is flipkart refusing it ? This particular handset is not fine . It freezes inbetween . How can a technician judge it in 15 minutes ?
I have around 1.5 - 2 hrs conversation saved on my word file .If required, will share it too. This is causing a lot of mental agony and as if being bullied by the customer care .would request to please replace the handset .
I have put in a replacement request again and have shared the two SMS messages that i received from.flipkart .Please check the language .
Though the flipkart has just called once today, when i wasn't available and couldn't
lift the phone .
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The phone is freezing /hanging from day 1.can upload videos to show the same.please share link.now, the problem has aggravated .this is 7 th time that i am typing .the screen itself closes.please refund the amount for this defective piece .
