Hi
I ordered a Trimmer from Flipkart
Brand #Beardo on 15th September 2019.
Order delivered by 16th September 2019.
After 2 days when i used it ...it started making some foreign noise..i felt something is broken. ..
I saw that Flipkart return policy also got over.
I complaint to Flipkart for the solution because i didn't got any customer care number on Google.
Neither any service center in Mumbai & thane.
Flipkart gave me a number & email.
I called on the number & the executive said hold on for a minute...& That minute never ended...& Call got disconnected after 25 minutes.
I wrote a mail but later the mail was sent return to me saying some wrong email.
Please look into the matter

    I also have the same problem. I have around rs.5345 approved balance from last 2 months. I have selected get as payment mode. But still i have not got the payment yet. I mailed on flipkart affiliate customer support but still no reply.

    They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

    I want purchase products with good quality products. But I can't purchase. When I purchase a product, seen in display Account is inactive please contact customer support
    Flipkart blocked me to play games in their game zone section. I called many times to their costumer support but they are not giving the appropriate answer even they also don't know what i am asking about. I also want to know how many days i m blocked to play? I m flipkart plus costumer also.
    I'm not talking about Flipkart order I'm talking about Flipkart affiliate program payment which is approved but I didnt receive the payment I send many emails to you but no respy

      This is to inform you that i ordered a peter england wallet from flipkart in september. The product quality is worse it started fading off its color in 15 days. It does not seem a genuine product. Please exchange or give a refund of the same.
      Mostly branded items does not get torn or something in 1 month or so. It does not seem that it was actually a peter england wallet.

        I bought a redmi phone in flipkart and it had some white patches on the screen within five months. I have also added extended warranty to that product and i called flipkart to resolve this. Flipkart did not resolve it and directed to another company and they also did not resolve it and flipkart said they will give 2000 rupees or points and i have to repair the phone myself. So that is the point of warranty and extended warranty. Looks like just to escape from these issues flipkart is tying up with some fraudulent companies who do not bother to honor their promise and flipkart by itself did not honored the warranty. I tried more than six times and now complaining in this board.

        How blatently you guys are lying. I made multiple attempts to address this issue. Flipkart did not addressed it and directed to another vendor for gaurantee. They did not honored the warranty.
        When asked this to Flipkart, they just said that they will give some points/coupons for 2000 Rupees and i have to repair it myself.
        If i have to repair it myself then why the hell you guys are selling warranty also?
        You are only making attempt to cover this rather than solving the problem. I will even go to consumer court to make a point eventhough it costs me.

        No action was taken even after two weeks of posting it on this website.
        This is very true, flipkart does not honor their warranty most of the time.

          Sir, i had mistakenly made payment twice for the same item of (Order id - od[protected] redmi 8). Today my order is delivered to me but due to some techical issues it was not showing to the delivery man that the transaction is sucessful. But my account got debited by the amount rs 7999. So by mistakenly i double paymented it. I request you to refund my one time payment of rs 7999 as soon as possible. Screenshots of the two payments are att ached below. Thank you.

          I order boat bluetooth earphoned, i filled all the detail and make payment from Google pay, my money is debited from my account and order is not confirmed by flipkart.
          27/11/2019 somebody purchase in your flipkart through my bank account without my knowledge for 1000 rupees. I want to know who made purchase from where. My axis account no: [protected] and my debit card no: [protected]. Kindly give the reply as soon as possible.

            order flipkart blocked

            When i try to login my flipkart account it is showing that your account has been blocked. When i try to contact them regarding this, they told that you didn't buy products for your personal use.
            I ordered flipkart smartbuy powerbank and they cancelled due to excess demand. I ordered 3-4 times in the hope that my order will be accepted. Everytime my order get cancelled and now they blocked my account.
            I didn't understand why...

            I ordered bus ticket on flipkart for 5th evening 5:00pm alhind bus travels from kochi to hyderabad, 2610/- was deducted from my account but i haven't received any confirmation of the bus nor any bus ticket details, happened to check with multiple departments in flipkart no one took responsibility and no one helped me, at last i checked with alhind bus agency people they mentioned that they haven't received any booking from flipkart, again checked with flipkart one of the representative
            He was able to check the bus booking but it was in pending status so he asked me to wait for 24hrs so bus ticket would be confirmed or refund would be initiated, also suggested to use other providerto book bus ticket, after writing a mail to flipkart i got a call for previous prouducts refund and after asking for supervisor she mentioned that they can see booking & after requesting she happened to send mail about bus booking id but they asked me to get written acceptance letter from bus agency, as per their requirement i checked with bus agency again and bus agency clearly stated that as they haven't got any booking on that particular day with the name from flipkart it's not their responsibility and advised me to check with flipkart again, t's been 1 month now im daily calling & chatting with flipkart but none of the representative helping me and recently got the information that they have close the case without resolving the issue, i'm roaming aroung multiple departments many times but nobody is responsibile about my concern & my refund.

                  I purchased few garments from. Flipkart in last few days.. In its return policy it is mentioned if any problem can return within 30 days..
                  After I received found fitting was not well so tried to put return.. But after many requests flipkart didnt accept the request and they blocked my account..
                  Now my concern is what happened with my dresses since they fitting of them are not good.. So it has no use for me..
                  I spent around 15000 in last 10 days and few things not fit well..
                  Now flipkart is giving reason that due to high return they blocked my account.. If there was an issue like this.. They should close my account before..
                  Why they are doing now.

                  Please do something as they also need to. Understand our value for money..

                    I ordered a jbl headset of rs.699 in flipkart. I have paid rs.699 via googlepay on 10th oct 2019. I got a email statement from my bank regarding the successful transaction of rs.699 to flipkart. But flipkart cancelled my order saying they haven't received my money. Even i mailed them all proofs i got from my even though they rejected my refund request. Please help me to get refund from flipkart soon.

                    I contacted my bank regarding this reply from flipkart. they send me a mail telling that they reached you regarding this but flipkart rejected their request and askedme to contact your beneficiarybank and get refund from flipkart. My bank gave me a mail statement regarding the successful payment to flipkart and asked me to get refund from flipkart .i need my money back, make the refund

                      I have made a booking of vistara airlines via flipkart travel, but my tickets is cancelled by airport authority due to medical reasons and they said they will make the full refund of the tickets... And as they have make the full refund of the tickets and send me the proof via mail also

                      And still flipkart is not giving my refund back, as i have already share the proof of refund to the flipkart which vistara has given me.. But still flipkart is not giving my money back

                        I purchased a sheesham 6 seater dining set from flipkart because of the positive feedback on the product and trust developed over flipkart. On delivery, i found cracks, manufacturing defects on chairs. Very next day, i reported it to flipkart. Post sale, the stance of flipkart has changed radically.. It is harassing and cheating by not allowing return of the defective product on the pretext that furniture is installed, which it is not.. As a customer who has paid hard earned money, has a right to know what kind of product that has been delivered. Instead of accepting their faulty or defective product for returning, it is blatantly cheating customer by denying the legitimate right of return of a defective product.. This is how they treat post sale when payment is already made.. I will write on every platform before taking legal recourse till i get justice...

                          I have an approved affiliate commision around rs.7000 in my account. I have also verified my pan and address proof. I have selected gift voucher as payment mode.in this mode, threshold amount is rs.2500 and as per flipkart rules, approved commission is paid within 60 days of valid product delivery. So, i should get paid yet. I have also write to flipkart more thean 15 times on their mail ([protected]@flipkart.com
                          ) but they have not responded to that even a single time. I have also write many times on contact form on the affiliate site, but no response at all. Plese, check the matter and solve it as soon as possible. If, i have to take any step, inform me as well.

                          So, please don't reply with the message that i have to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com or fill the contact form. Whatever to be do, you pass the feedback to your flipkart affiliate team.

                            I purcahsed this product from flipkart on 27 Nov 2019 and promised delivery date was 28 Nov 2019 But still i am looking for my order to get delivered.

                              I placed an order sleep spa mattress on flipkart on 25/10/19 and as flipkart track record it had been shipped on29/10/19. The product was to be delivered on 5/10/19 but got rescheduled on same date to 12/11/19 for some unforeseen reasons as they told me. When i got mysel[censored]nable to track item on flipkart account i contacted flipkart service, on which they assured me order would be delivered by 12/11/19. But till evening i don’t get message for delivering item and called customer service and insisted to take my call forward to superiors, at this customer executive told me she can’t do this because promised date is not over i. E.12/11/19. But within minute i hang up call the delivery rescheduled to 20/11/19. I reverted customer service now this executive told me since promised date is 20/11/19 so she cannot escalate my complaint. This is what like they treating their customers?? Further service exe. Gave me courier docket no.81816502 of gati, which is untraceable. Again on 20/11/19 till evening they reach idled delivery to28/11/19 but despite my multiple request they didn’t allowed to talk escalation team and gave me hollow assurance that they are working with seller and courier service and gave me same docket no. This time i chat gati service and found docket no. Is wrong!! When asked flipkart tram about this they simply fudged question and giving me assurance order would be delivered on or before 28/11/19. Again on 28/11/19 they first rescheduled it to 5/12/19 and within minute 10/12/19. The question arises, is it ethical practice of e-commerce to keep customer in dark, despite failing on their end not let customers to escalate complaints even giving customers wrong information such as docket no. And delivery date, does this practise don’t draw in punitive action against those practices, not giving concrete solution for customers they on own rescheduling delivery leaving me helpless. I want my grievance be addressed by at most priority and action should be taken against accountable for agonising me last mor than month. This is complete harassment, they should change their policy to customer oriented. If this seller practice is so dubious how is he still online at flipkart platform. Clearly interest of small purchase customers should be protected against these giants

                              This is what your team has been saying from 5th November that product would be delivered before promised day. Second nowhere in India it takes one and half month to deliver item at Allahabad which is supposed to be delivered within a week. Again since it is consumer complaint dash you carefully chose word “should” in sentence ‘ Rest assured the product should reach your doorstep within the revised timeline by 10th Dec 19.’I am attaching previous replies of your team please tell me how this one is different.Besides providing wrong docket number of courier and changing “promised delivery date” within minutes.

                                I prefer to buy anything from flipkart.in my office all my friends purchase anything from my account. But one day when i book a mobile seller cancel this product. I try to book then seller cancel my product. When i complaint to flipkart they told me as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

                                  I have lost my mobile number very earlier whch were registered on flipkart acc. And i have dont attached any email address to the account. Many time i told flipkart that i wants to update my mobile number but each time they say you should have pc to update it,, as soon as i became flipkart plus member after approval of my id which i submitted there on app i requested for the return fo a material which has poor fabrics they blocked my account and till now there is no response from them even regarding my order and not even regarding my account recovery. I use to call them everyday but still no result. Pls help out

                                    From past one week my orders are getting cancelled automatically without any proper reason of cancellation. Today i just tried to buy infinix hot 8 from my flipkart account and after some i received the order confirmation message from flipkart but at that next step when i went see my order details i just saw that my order has been cancelled 😠😠😠.. My order i'd is od[protected]. I want a fair justice..

                                      I made an order for redmi 8a for 6499 rs on 30th nov, so please 19, paid through debit card and the order was made but was immediately cancelled saying its out of stock and will get my refund by 10 december, called up the support and the ladies told me to wait and another lady told me that it'll be done within 24 hours and again on chat i was asked to wait for 10 december and all delayed responses and robotic same replies.

                                      No, it is not reflecting, your call and chat support asked me to wait till 10 December again and my bank doesn't have any request regarding this refund. First, it is your fault to accept the payment when you don't have the stock then you ask me to wait for 10 days and give me different answers, this is ridiculous and I don't understand this at all. You guys will make me run behind my own money now.
