We have booked a in flipkart on 04-oct-2019 and committed deliver was 15-oct-2019 but delivered on 18-oct-2019.

We have requested customer care many times about that and they agreed to complete with in 48 hours but never happens and same thing was repeated till 31-oct-2019.

When we call to them they have been telling same stories to complete the installation.

I ordered vivo z1 pro on 25th october 2019 from flipkart and made payment from my hdfc credit card and after that i saw that the shipping address was not proper and then i cancelled my order on that day itself and flipkart assured that they will refund the amount by 29th october but today it's 31 and it is still pending. Plz sir help me out to get my money back...

I had ordered realme xt smartphone on 30th september 2019 and i received a defective piece and the replacement product was also defective. Now flipkart had told me i will get a replacement but now they are saying i will only get a refund. This is completely unacceptable as i was promised i will get a replacement but now they are not accepting. Please look into this issue....

I ordered redmi k20 pro on rs 22999 on 1 october but when package came to me on 11th october it was redmi note 7s of rs8999 in that package. So i informed them and told my situation and even sent them photo of package and all. They initiated replacement and pick up but when on 19th october wish master came, he rejected to pick up the product saying that it is expensive product and for to pick this up we didn't get any email specifically saying...

I had ordered realme 5 mobile by debit card but before getting dispatch the fraud flipkart automatically cancelled the order but when i ordered it was in stock now after payment they send us msf that your ordered has been cancelled due to limited stock and they show your amount will be refunded till tomorrow but haven't recieved my refund...

No update and no message regarding the delivery of my product. I have ordered the product on 4th october 2019 and it's already 30th october which is the delivery date but still no update and no message i got. I don't know what those people are doing.
Take ia as high priority and deliver as soon as possibleby today before 2 pm. Otherwise i will escalate it to the higher authority of flipkart....

Flipkart has given promotional offer of 10% sbi instant discount on debit card which was advertised in all media forum on dhanteras.
I confirmed the order before placing it with flipkart as well as bank. Both approved the same.
After the placing the order discount not received.
I called customer care of flipkart 4-5 times, who havent addressed the complaint making different excuses everytime. Today the senior esclation...

You people are effing cheats. I prepaid for an order and what you did...???? It's been more than 20 days that I have not received my order. And you taught your customer support one thing, " our sincerest apologies. We are working with the partner to resolve the issue. Your complaint has been escalated to the concerned department they will contact you. I have not been contacted. You effing cheats, liars . FYI the product was Flipkart assured....

I had placed google home with this particular seller-retailnet at rs. 6299 on 24/10/2019. After 6 days, the seller cancelled the product citing the reason that it is out of stock. After that, i checked on flipkart if this product is actually out of stock, but to my surprise, the product is still available with increased price of rs. 7999. Really, this seller is fraudster. Do no place any item with this seller-retailnet....

On 27-10-19 flipkart person come with refrigerators, and after check my old refrigerators person refuse for exchange offer and ask full payment and hi give reason your refrigerators has dent, but actually it is not dent, than called and make complaint in his call center than they...

I have ordered macbook air on big billion day offer on 29th september 2019 with exchange offer and with no cost emi.

The transaction was reflected in my credit card statement on 2nd october 2019 but was not converted into emi as shown in the offer.

The total amount was 37890 and the emi was approx 3200 per month with no cost emi of 12 months.

With repetitive calls and emails, flipkart is responding...

We have booked Haier Refrigerator on Flipkart on dated[protected] and the delivery date given by you was[protected]. You have despetched the material through Gati Courier and they give us assure delivery date[protected]. But till date we have not received the material. we have contacted on your helpline also, they have given us the Gati Courier number but no response we are getting from there and also they are not contacted us for delivery...
