Hi sir. Iam waiting for a buying new infinix hot 8 mobile in flipkart application at the time of your notification on nov 13 at 12pm. I operating for after received mail notification to me. But not show buyer option in the application. After crosing many long time ago but never did anything happen again... So please kindly issue the problem is that.. I want need a new infinix phone..

    My flipkart account is [protected]@gmail.com and flipkart blocked my account on 29 August the reason is i raised a complaint through consumercomplaints after that i mailed about this incident flipkart is not responding properly and that time i have a pending payment of Rs.4050 i flipkart and i informed that also but flipkart refused to unblock my account after that the due date over i received a mail from flipkart about that pay the amount but if i click the pay link it redirect to account login if i enter login details it will show your account was blocked than how i pay payment after some mails flipkart sended me external link for payment i asked flipkart how i pay in an external link he told this is the only way made payment i also made payment it showed some error after some try i received a mail and call confirmation from flipkart about payment success but now flipkart now added penalty and some threating mails again and again via call and mail i have the payment confirmation mail received from flipkart . Now he sending mails again and again. Please check the attached payment confirmation mail

      I've purchased vivo z1x phone, which has very low battery back up an heating issue.
      Flipkart is denyed my replacement even after a technician visit, the technician has checked the phone for few minutes and told he will update his findings, where as in long run phone is discharging fastly and heating quickly. Then my retun request is rejected without any reason.
      I've again requested the return request for the phone.
      Kindly help me to get the phone return.

        I ordered earphones at my friend's location and received mail for successful order and the order got cancelled after 1-2 days and the reason shown in the app was that the due to high demand and limited stock, the order has been cancelled.
        I ordered again because the earphones were still showing available on the app and the same thing happened again.
        This happened like 3-4 times and then i raised a concern regarding this on customer call which was not properly answered and i did not get a solution.
        Then my id got blocked within 2 days without any prior notice stating the reason that i ordered things that were not intended for personal use. This all happened because they cancelled my order themselves for like 3-4 times and i reordered the item and then they blocked my account. This happened on nov 5, 2019. Since then i am contacting customer support on call and email. I have not been provided with any solution and my emails are not being responded properly. Plus i had over 800 flipkart plus coins in it. What is the point of being loyal to a site. This is what we get as a bonus for being loyal.
        My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile no. is [protected]. And Order ID because of which my account has been blocked is OD[protected]. Please assist in getting my account unblocked.
        I want to get my id unblocked, please provide me a solution.

          I bought a sony cyber shot camera which had a technical problem so I applied for the return of product but the pickup was cancelled twice for the same reason I.e missing content. It has been an awful experience and I am very unhappy with service as no one reached me from the ekart logistics.Please arrange and reschedule the process of pickup and refund as soon as possible and proper action should be taken against the person responsible for this act else I would take a serious action against the company legally.

            I am not able to access my Flipkart account from last two days. As I am trying to login, it show "Try after sometime" but I didn't log me in.
            Is there any way through which it can get my account access back. It's very urgent for me to get that account back.

              On 29th october 2019, i paid ₹314 to flipkart at 8:38pm through upi via google pay. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed.                 Product returned not refunded yet. Product was purchased using Bajaj finserv and not completed the refunding.
                I have purchased a mobile from flipkart by exchange offer, but at the time of delivery they said that my mobile is not eligible for the exchange procedure, so I had returned the product. The product purchase was early paid using Bajaj finserv card. As if now flipkart has not yet completed the refunding procedures. Not I'm paying for the not purchased product.

                        I had ordered an iphone 8 of inr 34249 from flipkart on 22nd october 2019 and canceled the order on the same day. I had made the payment online using my sbi debit card.
                        Flipkart is saying that the refund has been completed on 23rd october 2019 and asking me to contact the bank for any issues related to the refund.

                        I contacted the bank but they said that they can't do anything as the amount was transferred by flipkart it's flipkart responsibility to process it to the customer's account.

                        I want flipkart to take responsibility and do the refund as soon as possible.

                          Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                            I bought a watch on flipkart. It is not good. Return request has been raised, but it canceled by seller.. Doing so four times, the seller canceled my return request four times. Then my flipart accout blocked by flipkart. I called to customer care. They answerd as "we'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.                               Yesterday delivery boy called to me and he said that he is on my destination as i placed the order for my office address i. E on 2nd floor of a building. When i ask to the delivery boy come on the 2nd floor he denied. Than after sometime some one called to me and she told to me that she will resolve my problem.
                              But today i got a mail that i my order has cancelled without any confirmation & consultation.
                              This is a very bad policy, this is not a right way to solve any problem.

                                I bought two product from flipkart one is sparx sandal and another one is realme c2 phone. I got the used sandal first time and then i applied for replacement and then they delivered me the right product and after some days i got my second order which was realme c2 phone and then i put a replacement request to flipkart and then they arranged me a technician visit in which technician name was nilesh ingole he came to my house i told me the issue which i was facing and initially he said i will your feedback and he left after that i found my return request is cancelled and then i called that technician guys and asked him why it is showing me this then he told me that your product is all ok and he cant solve my issue and made a fake report and after that i raised complaint so many time to flipkart but noone is ready to listen me please help me out with this

                                  I have ordered a mi led tv 43" from flipkart on 30 sep. They have approved and shipped the order very soon and also product reached the delivery centre on 4th oct. The product delivery was handed over to gati courier. Gati courier even took that product out for delivery 3 times on 12th, 18th and 19th of oct but the delivery agent didn't even call once. When i called flipkart customer care executive they said that we don't provide courier service agent phone number. They also said that we will try to resolve your problem and took lot of time not once not twice many times but today is 13th of nov till now they have not delivered my product. They even cancelled the extended warranty of 2 years from seller end on that same product. I just want that they must deliver my product within 2-3 days. As the product is not small it might get damaged and they will not take the responsibility of damage we can't go and receive my product on my own.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

                                    I order two pair of nike revolution running shoes on september 28 order not at all packed till now, if i do cancelled order not at all cancelled i call to customer care they are cancelling order but order not taking cancelled, flipkart team telling given complaint to higher officer it will resolved with in 24-48 hrs from november 10, but it resolved till now,

                                      I have ordered an item from my mobile number [protected] bearing online order no. Od[protected] on 15/10/2019 and the expected time of delivery is 30/10/2019. On 30/10/2019 the website send an sms regarding the delivery of item is delayed and it will be delivered on 04/11/2019. Again on 04/11/2019, they send an sms that the aforesaid item is delivered in 08/11/2019. Again of 08/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 12/11/19. Again on 19/11/2019 they said the item is delivered on 18/11/19.
                                      Kindly let us know whether any other grievances option is available in flipkart or i will go to consumer court. An early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

                                        We have ordered few items in flipkart through online payment... As per ur flipkart rule. The delivery boy should give door delivery... Incase if we r not in city then the delivery boy should submit out delivered product to security guard... Btt today we r in home... Flipkart delivery boy didn't deliver our item to our home... I have recieved msg that ur product is delivered.. How come it is possible... Immediately i called to that delivery boy... He talked to me in a reckless manner that he called me several times btt i didn't recieve his call... I went to our security guard and asked him regarding our delivered product as we have mygate app... So our security guard showed me in cc cam that the particular deliver boy scanned qr code of our item outside our apartment... He didn't even come inside and gave our item to security boy.. How come this flipkart delivery boys will show this hectic behaviour with flipkart customers... This is not first time before also we had this issues with flipkart delivery boys... I have raised so many complaints against flipkart and flipkart executives had resolved that particular issue... I hope this raised complaint against delivery boy should be taken seriously
