I had ordered Asus rog2 mobile on flipcart on 12october and today it's 28th October and it's not yet delivered nor it's showing that it's is packed yet I am not getting any response from flipcart regarding this they are just ask time. It's now 20days deliver it ask fast as possible. I dint except this kind of bad experience from such a famousss site... And it's urgent as it is Diwali. Flipkart delivery agent picked up my product told will get confirmation message after 10 mins. I left the place (Purely on trust that i had on flipkart with my previous return experiences) but after sometime...

Flipkart is not returning money to my gift card if I return some items. They just eat it up and when I call the customer care they just blubber something as if they dont have proper training. this is to highlight the fake doings of flipkart on its platform towards consumers. As we have purchased product mobile motorola one action 128GB on 9th Oct, and after using it for just 5 days we found defectes in phone and we raised replacement complaint on 14th oct.

I ordered a redmi note 7 pro phone 4/64 during diwali sale and the wishmaster brought an open phone, the carton was opened, there was no plastic covering, the phones seal was also broken, the phone cover / plastic cover over screen was also removed and the literature and other cover were opened, the phone was in used condition. The wishmaster was forcing me to take that phone as it was opened by mistake.

The bill clearly states a 10 day replacement guarantee but there is no option like that on the order page, only a refund option is showing up. On oct 22nd '19, i ordered a philips hp 8303/06 hair straightener priced at ₹849 on flipkart website and it was a flipkart assured product.
