I ordered a mobile from flipkart on 22th oct for my sister's birthday gift her birthday was on 30th oct, but i can't gift to my sister because only cheap delivery service of flipkart. I pay 8999 ₹ for the order using prepaid transactions. The delivery date was 28th oct and today is 10th nov but my order is not delivered. When i call to customer care the give me wrong information. They couldn't give me a fix dateso please give my order or give me money back with intrest in. That means i want 12000 rupes

    Today, I got my order from Flipkart which was different product and model, not the actual ordered product and model from Flipkart. Raised complaint still not yet resolved. I am escalated the issue.

      I have ordered an apple watch series 3 worth 23900 rs from flipkart on 27th october and received a chinese 300 rs watch on 31st october in a proper apple watch box.
      I informed this immediately to the customer care within 10 minutes, they informed me that i will have to wait for 12 days inorder to complete their ground level investigation. Today on 10th november i received a call from flipkart customer care (Vishal) and informed me that the seller has rejected my return request and flipkart can’t do anything on this issue and disconnected the phone.
      I am presently helpless and don’t know where to lodge a compliant further.

      I am attaching all the photographs available with me.

        I have ordered sleepx memory foam matress from flipkart on 3rd of october during big billion sale, which was supposed to be deliver by 18th of october but today (10 nov) i received a call from ccr and ahe says that they cant deliver my product and i have to reorder the product but now product cost is more than double (I ordered for 9455 and now it retailes at 19600), back then i had the option of amazon since product was available for same price but now after price rise they says i have to recorder the product. This is not acceptable i have paid the full money. I want the product or the difference amount gift card before reorder so that i can reedem it while placing order.

          We have ordered redmi note 7 pro 64 gb on oct 17, till now it is not delivered due to mobile number mistake, later we contacted you and discussed about mobile number update you confirmed like will update the same but there is no progress nearly 12 times we have updated the same to you customer care. Finally today you are saying please cancel and reorder to update correct address (Why you didn't inform the same in first conversation) why you wasted 20 days, the actual problem is we got the mobile in offer now we can't get it with the same price.

          Please provide the compensation on this as you are wasted my time.

            I have already filed a number of complaints stating the inconvinience and harrasmeny caused to me by flipkart stating that my flipkart account was blocked on 29th of october 2019 giving the reason that of high number of returns detected by the system. First off all if there isnt any fixed number of articles that can be bought from flipkart then how can the conpany decide on the number of articles that the consumer can return? One can surely return with havibg valid reasons and after the seller accepts and the wishmaster does the quality check. So the reason you stated for blocking my account is conpletely baseless.

            Anyhow i have a pay later amount due on 10th of November 2019 of ₹1476. I have already filed a complaint against docket no ‭171035 with the National Consumer Forum on 1st of November 2019, to which the flipkart customer care replied “we will revert back”. But no resolution as of now however i am receiving messages and emails to pay the dues on daily basis.

            I also personally emailed to the flipkart customer care, called them several times but the only response i have been getting is “your issue has been escalated”.

            Resolve my problem within 3days as 10th is the due date o my pay later or else i will be moving to the DISTRICT CONSUMER COURT to file a case against flipkart. And also i wont be paying any fined amount which flipkart does after the due date is over.

              I have ordered a gas burner on 23/10/19 on flipkart with order id : od[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered by 30/10/19.
              It has not been delivered to me yet even though it is a prepaid order. Each time raise a complaint on their website they give a timeline of 5 working days but no call no acknowledgement no resolution of complaint has been made so far.
              They have the worst customer service and their customer care is absolutely useless, everytime i call them for status update they only ask me to wait.
              Kindly deliver my product or atleast provide me details of delivery executive.

                14 june: ordered

                I unknowingly have ordered with a wrong pincode and i want to change it without cancelling the order. The adress is correct only the pincode is wrong. I dont want to cancel the order as i orderd it following an offer if i cancel it the order is no more available and i wont be able to avail that order. So please do the needful.

                  I had purchased microwave n00426/bajaj hsn:85165000 from flipkart with invoice no: faabdp[protected]dated[protected].
                  I paid for extended warranty also, which you pass on to jeeves.
                  The unit stopped working a few months back and jeeves changed the megatron to make it work. Possibly, the megatron was not properly aligned and caused the metal below the rotating palate to burn all around in a circle. Though the unit is still under extended warranty, yet jeeves have refused to service it. I give the trail mail at the end of my request, which would be self explanatory for your purpose.

                      Dear sir/maam,

                      I have recently bought an iphone 8 from flipkart and the unit came out to be a faulty out of the box, the screen touch isn't working properly all the time.
                      I raised this issue with flipkart and asked for a replacement however they redirected me to visit nearest service center for device related issue.
                      I therefore visited apple authorised service center "treasor imagine" and explained the issue. After they perform a diagnosis of the device, they declared that the screen has some intermittent touch issue and i can either send it for a repair or contact flipkart for a replacement.
                      Therefore i denied for the repair as the device is under 10 day return period i asked them to provide a replacement job sheet and they provided the same and asked me to share it with flipkart in order to get my device replaced.
                      It's been almost 10 days and i have been continuously contacting flipkart with the replacement job sheet and they everytime came up with different excuses and denying to provide a replacement.
                      I hereby looking forward for your assistance and to get a proper resolution for this issue.

                      Hello! This is to acknowledge that I got a call from a no. [protected] saying he's from Flipkart and want to provide a refund for the issue I have raised regarding the mobile in consumercomplaints.in, he also knew the imei no. as well of the iPhone and asked for my credit card details and I mistakenly shared all the details except cvv no.
                      Within few mins I have received an otp for a transaction of 13000 rs.
                      I'm pretty sure that this has been done by one of the flipkart executive!
                      Really didn't expected this!
                      Please do necessary investigation regarding this fraudulent as well that was about to happen!

                        The response was negative and they said that I would have to pay Rs. 350/ for the visit of their service technician apart from the cost of repairs.

                            I have ordered 2 products august beautiful dream beauty makeup set. And reebok zora flip 1 m's flip flops products on big billion days, schedule deliver 5th oct 2019 and 3rd oct 2019 order id - od[protected] payment done by credit card, but still not received both product,
                            • for this concern i have raised compliant on 24th oct 2019 in flipkart and flipkart promise to delivery on 28th oct 19 but again could not delivered again extend their delivery schedule to 30th oct 19.
                            • this concern further escalated on social platform twitter on 28th oct 19 since not delivered from last 1 month post comment on twitter i got call from [protected] he introduce him that he is calling from flipkart as seller.
                            • but seller used foul language and told that “you will not get any product” nor “get money also”. When i asked him who is on the phone line he told me some foul language. When i asked who is on the line - he said - main tera baap bol raha hun. Kabhi bhi parcel nahi milega.

                                मैंने दिनाँक 24/10/2019 को vivo z1pro कीमत 15990/-, ऑर्डर नंबर - od[protected] किया, 31/10/2019 को delever हुआ परंतु मोबाइल dead, कलर sonic blue ना होकर सिर्फ ब्लू तथा चार्जर पॉइंट के बगल में damage था जब मैंने flipkart मे इसका रिटर्न बनाया तो तीनों का अलग अलग ऑप्शन था फिर मैंने damage का रिटर्न बना दिया, जब curiar boy mobile return pickup करने आया तो उन्होने मोबाइल pickup नहीं किया उनका कहना था कि जब मोबाइल on नहीं हो रहा है तो मैं कैसे जानूगा की ये vivo का कोन सा सेट है फिर मुझे रिटर्न cancel करना पड़ा, इसकी शिकायत जब flipkart custamber care को किया तो रिटर्न मे उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा लिख दिया मानो कि वो मोबाइल नहीं बल्कि कुछ और है, इस तरह मेरा रिटर्न सेलर ने 4 बार cancel किया, आज मैंने एक बार फिर रिटर्न बनाया हू different model, different color, dead, and damage इसके अलावा मैंने national counsumer grievance मे शिकायत दर्ज किया हू जिसका camplain no-1728480 है, flipkart बहुत ही धोखाधरि का काम कर रहा है, जब औकात नहीं है समान सही देने का तो क्यूँ duplicate समान बेचते हो, अब यदि मेरा रिटर्न और replacement नहीं हुआ तो मैं सीधे flipkart के managing director पर केस करूंगा, इन्होने मेरा 15990/- का ठगी किया है!

                                  I ordered earphones at my friend's location and received mail for successful order and the order got cancelled after 1-2 days and the reason shown in the app was that the due to high demand and limited stock, the order has been cancelled.
                                  I ordered again because the earphones were still showing available on the app and the same thing happened again.
                                  This happened like 3-4 times and then i raised a concern regarding this on customer call which was not properly answered and i did not get a solution.
                                  Then my id got blocked within 2 days without any prior notice stating the reason that i ordered things that were not intended for personal use. This all happened because they cancelled my order themselves for like 3-4 times and i reordered the item and then they blocked my account. This happened on nov 5, 2019. Since then i am contacting customer support on call and email. I have not been provided with any solution and my emails are not being responded properly. Plus i had over 800 flipkart plus coins in it. What is the point of being loyal to a site. This is what we get as a bonus for being loyal.
                                  I want to get my id unblocked, please provide me a solution.

                                      I ordered a furncentral study table from flipkart on 30th september and in one month time span also flipkart was unable to deliver the product to me. After then losing all hope of delivery, i cancelled the product on 1st nov and today is 9th nov and they have not provided me with the refund. I called customer care for refund they are saying like when the product will get back to the seller from that day onwards it may take upto 8 more buisness day for my money to get back to my account.
                                      There should be a fixed promise date for either delivery or refund. And one should stick to it and if couldnot provide some compensation to customers.

                                      In one month they couldn't deliver it to me lets say for another one month if they did not returned it back to seller then j have to waith for 1 more month and then 8 more days technically to get my money back.

                                      Does this sound anywhere professional.

                                        I'm s. Sai sharan has started playing games in flipkart, when the app was launched with video, ideas and new games just before bbd. I own a nubia red magic 3 gaming smartphone which has got some top notch software and hardware which also i bought from the flipkart recently. So, the flipkart games used to run much smoother and better on the bigger, better screen when compared to other mobiles of my family members in which the games used to run with some lag/delay. So, they started to play in my mobile with their own unique account. Yesterday (08/11/19) i and all my family's accounts were blocked from flipkart game zone. So, i think just because the game was played in the same device using multiple accounts of my family members, flipkart might have banned us. As far as i know this was a fair play and the reason is genuine, i would be very happy if flipkart unban the accounts from the flipkart game zone.

                                        This act by flipkart might be by their rules but the reason behind it is genuine. This has made me restless.

                                        I was very much happy with shopping and gaming with flipkart. We had won several rewards also. And for your information i'm a flipkart plus member and i had shopped recently in the sales worth around 1, 30, 000 (One lakh thirty thousand rupees) which you can check in my orders. I think flipkart doesn't want to lose a potential customer just because of some resolvable issues.

                                        Kindly help me in this issue and please get it resolved asap! Thank you.
