Hello,
Flipkart has blocked my account, saying that “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

Which was wrong, if flipkart feels like that, it should not allow me to buy, but it blocked my account, so i’m unable to get old order list.

Worst flipkart service. Bye bye to flipkart. No more punches from fakekart.

    This is vinoth, during big billion day oct 1, 2019 i have ordered bpl television (Order no od[protected] and installed on oct 9, 2019. On 20-oct onwards tv is switched off in 2min after switch on. Unfortunately return policy ends on 19 oct that is one day after issue starts. From oct 21 onwards i mean contacting to bpl customer still they havnt fixed the issue. They didn't response properly.
    I am about to do legal action. By last chance i m here register complaint in flipkart.

      Hi i ordered one washing machine on 31st october (Order id is-od[protected] where it was saying delivery by 7th nov and after some time it was showing delivery by 13 nov but today is 17 november but i have no clue where the product is, where your app is still showing delivery by 13 november which is already passed.. I am extremely surprised that what kind of service flipkart is providing there is no updation at all at this point of time i am feeling cheated.. I have written you three times but nobody bother to address the issue.. Now you have left no way except the consumer forum..

          Regarding my orders:od[protected]Realme 3 pro) mobile for exchange:

          As per the exchange offer quoted in the flipkart for returning my old moto g3 mobile was 1050. Though the mobile is maintained well and is in a very good condition the delivery person, for a minute (Not visible much) dent expressed that only 550 worth the mobile. He was not paying attention to the concerns shared by us to re-estimate appropriately saying/showing us some checklist which is unnecessary for us. Now, my question is, why in the terms and conditions for mobile exchange column it is stated that for dents means rs.800 will be the mobile worth and why at the time of delivery customers are being cheated by giving a different value for the exchange of the product?
          In this regard, i strongly suggest you to either be clear with your terms and conditions or at least send a well equipped person for exchanging of products. I am highly disappointed with the service offered and am sure on spreading a word with my corporate colleagues regarding the time and effort of mine which has been wasted by flipkart. I don't want to buy any more products from flipkart.

          I have cancelled the order and requested for refund .I checked with customer care person they said 100% (Rs.12, 049) money will be refunded .
          They have deducted RS.100, and refunded only RS.11949 ( not sure whey they deducted without intimation)

              Hi,

              I had ordered nokia 5.1 on 5th of october, i received dead on arrival phone and back panel damaged product. I raised issue on day of arrival itself for dead on arrival.

              Later on request of wish master updated damage matter on 16th october which came to our notice on day itself when he opened plastic cover for through inspection.

              Resolution was promised by earlier 21st october later extended to 1st november, then to 11th november now to 14th november, now extended to 20th november.

              Whishmaster has visited 4 times till date and every time damage check comes fail.
              While asking customer service they assures that they have updated damage along with dead on arrival as issue.

              Now 35 days has been passed, no resolution has been provided.

                My name ashok reddy, i am from hyderabad. I have ordered mi led smart tv 4a pro 80cm (32) with android on 13th october 2019, with in flipkart (The seller is truecomretail). But my order is not packed and shipped till now. I have complain the customer care with the same on 23rd, 26th, 28th, 31st october and 1st and 3rd november (6times). They replied that there was a problem with the partner agent and trying to solve the issue. Whenever i enquire the answer is same. But there is no updation yet. I have done with the payment and first emi has also been debited without delivery of the item.

                I am requesting you to look in to the issue solved as early as possible
                Without delay. As i may proceed further legally.

                  I have redeem the gift voucher in flipkart and the voucher was redeemed sucessfully but when i saw next day all the gift voucher were deactivated.

                  Why flipkart, what is the reason that flipkart deactivated my voucher.

                    I have ordered some of the items through flipkart and the payment mode was pay later. But in between, they have blocked my flipkart account (Registered mobile: [protected]). After that, i could not open my account from the past month. The pay later due date was on 10th november 2019 and now it is charged with penalty rs. 200/-. I raised this issue in front of the flipkart customer care and i didn't get a proper solution. This is the third time i am facing an issue from flipkart. Their messages are irritating me. If they want me to pay the amount, they have to unblock the account. I am really frustrated. I need a solution. I don't want to waste my time on this. I want to escalate this issue in front of them. Kindly do the needful.

                            I placed an order on 30 oct 19 for a mobile phone realme c2 3gb and flipkart canceled my order mentioning the reason as limited stock availability.. The order was canceled on 31 oct 19 and i was told that refund will be reflected in my original payment mode by 8 nov 19. To date, i haven't got any refund. I have called up flipkart cc many a time but every time they say that i will be conatcted about the issue within 72 hours and they are not able to provide any solution for that. Please help me in getting my refund back asap.

                                I have been bought the product (Realme c2 mobile price rs-629) on 26th oct and delivered on 29th oct and got the defective piece (Unable to detect sim card) and raised the request for replacement and it got rejected from seller end and raised the return request again and seller has sent the technician on 4th nov and updated as issue has been resolved as issue was not resolved. Again i contacted flipkart customer care for replacement and again they sent technician and technician confirmed that product was defective but product was rejected at the time of replacement by the courier boy as imei number is showing null value (I am not sure why technician did not check that) and as a customer i am not aware of that. Again i request for the replacement and contacted the flipkart customer care and they said issue is going to relove by 12th nov and not sure why they mark the issue as resolved and again i contacted the flipkart and they said they are going to send the technician to check the product and this is the 3rd time technician visit and till not resolved. I have been following up the issue with flipkart from 3rd of nov and till now issue is not resolved and they are not taking any issue and marking the issue has been resolved multiple times.                                 Again flipkart has cancelled the technician visit and when I contacted the cusotmer care they simply say that because of techinical issue it was marked as canceled and they ask me to wait until 20th Nov. I have been this issue with 1st of Nov and contacted flipkart customer care mutliple times and they just simply marking my issue as resolved without taking any action.

                                    Dear sir/ madam,
                                    I have ordered item vide order id od[protected]. After receipt of message regarding out for delivery of said item i have contacted the courier boy through mobile for status of item. He confirmed the receipt of item but he denied to bring my items even after physical dispatch to this location by flipkart central facility center. Last time i ordered 6 items with another registered mobile no [protected]. He had also rejected those items without giving intimation to user or otherwise to flipkart facility centre. I contact customer support and lodge complaint against these issues. They further executed my complaint and assured to rectify the issue on before 16 nov 2019 but they are also not able to rectify the issue till date and also cancelled the ordered items once again without intimation. This is very worst service of courier it directly effects the fame of flipkart. Request solve the above mentioned issues at your end, also forward all the items rejected by courier boy at his end with his own opinion to my address at the earliest please with giving proper instructions/guidelines to courier boy

                                      I have bought 3 sofas in dusshera sale. They delayed in shipping and delivery. I was supposed to get before diwali but received 1 week after. 2 sofas out of 3 was damaged. I can understand that it may have got damaged in courier. Then i called customer care and customer care is the worst ever i have seen. No one knows what to do, they only say "we understand you" and it will be resolved.in my call every time they were saying the same thing. I have called 10 times every time they said it will done in 2 days. It never happens. I would suggest to buy from amazon instead of flipkart. At least they have better service.

                                        I ordered one pair of asics shoe from flipkart. I got the product but when i tried that it was smaller to wear. So i tried to file exchange request in app but it didn't proceed forward due to some technical reason. I called customer care they also failed saying that due to some technical problem we cannot process the request. I called him 13 times and all the time they said the same thing. Now i am tired of calling customer care and i am done with flipkart application and website system. I have already wasted 20 days and i am soon approaching my last day of return policy. I am left with no choice choice now i can't wear the shoe at the same time unble to exchange also.
