I have ordered 2 sarees together as one consignment each costing β‚Ή299 and both costing β‚Ή598.
Flipkart software on its shown as one saree per order costing β‚Ή299. This, it has shown 2 separate orders. But order no. Is same. I don't understand why it should split it into 2 orders even though single order is placed for 2 sarees.

The vendor has supplied one packet showing 2 sarees and an amy of β‚Ή598. Payment was made by me β‚Ή598

When the packet is opened, it contains 1 saree only.
So, i contacted flipkart chatting. They have agreed to cancel and issued cancellation order for β‚Ή, 299 only showing the orderer as delivered.

I paid rs 598 for a single consignment which suppose to contain 2 sarees but due to faulty flipkart software, it is showing as two separate orders.in the process, i am loosing money.

Flipkart people don't try to understand the problem that easily.

I think, it is quite difficult to realize the money.

My account with flipkart (online site) got blocked saying that i misused the account but i havent done anything from my side i have also got my 2000/- rupees in that account which are also now blocked.

    Sir i purchase boat earphones from flipkart. The box is sealed pack but i did not get any product. There is only charger inside the box. But there is no boat earphones inside there. They did not give any response of my complaints. I already complaint 5 times but they did not gave any response to me. I have full video of opening the box. Please help me. They cheat me

      I have ordered vlcc hladi chandan facial kit in 4 quantity seller has send me wrong product and in 2 quantity after complaint it he has send me again wrong product. Flipkart has blacklisted me what was my mistake in it horrible service getting from flipkart. And after blacklisted they have even not send any mail or message and blocked my account. Will nver use this flipkart. And complaint against on them wherever it is possible. Customer service is also very poor. Sellers are horrible on flipkart. I have been surprisingly blackliste. Now tell me if am i the only one who seems to think that' a totally ridiculous reason? I am blacklisted for being a good customer. The worst part is that i was never notified. I have written 2 mails to the company through my product order window and to customer service mail id. I am almost sure the reply will be an apology. If that's the case, then it will be my last ever association with flipkart. Seller name is seller:

      I have received same mail I just want to ask if seller has send wrong items what is the mistake of buyer why should i pay for wrong product i have recieved WRONG PRODUCT thats why i have returned from last 5 years i am using flipkart how many times i returned your products. making a fool to customer and your sellers are not sending properly items to customer and you are blocking and losing your valuable customers.

        Hello my name is chirag Gangwani. I order a shoe campus trendy running shoe for men on 10 August 2019 and deliver on 16 August 2019 and I not the like the quality of shoe fabric so I want to return it and I raise a return request but no one come for pick up so I call Flipkart for that and he raise a request again and again 11 times and after in end now he said that product not returnable.           We bought sofa on september 29th 2019 through flipkart (Order Id: OD[protected]. But, a week ago one of the wooden supports on the lower (ground) side of sofa propelled out by piercing sofa coat. One side of sofa went downwards and making noise whenever sitting. We want to utilize the warranty service. Though we disappointed very much with the sofa, i believe flipkart will take necessary action for solving the issue.

              I had placed an order on flipcart on 24th october 2019 amounting to rs 12438.
              There were no delivery attempts made by flipkart even after i have requested several times to deliver the order. I waited till 25th november 2019. On 25th november flipkart auto-cancelled the order asking me to place a fresh order. As per flipkart customer support they will issue refund of rs 12438 on 4th december 2019.

              Product name: faber hood orient tc bk 90cm, auto clean wall mounted chimney.

              This order included flipkart deepawali offer and sbi bank offer on flipkart order. Now this product sells at rs 14990.
              I want that i should be payed a penalty of rs 2552 so that i can place a fresh order now. Also flipkart should pay me refund with interest on the money i paid as they are keeping my money for one and a half month.

                Sir/madam,
                This will be my last complain and request to flipkart and my last buy ever because they have not live up to customer expectations.
                I mean i ordered a product on 7th november with product id as order id - od[protected] and got delivered on 12 th november but due to size fit issue i initiated a return but the return is still not successful. I initiated return many times but none of them delivery person came for pick up to my home nor have i recieved a call or text. I mean, i really trusted flipkart but honestly the services provided by flipkart is horrible, the customer service always tell me that the problem will be resolved by 24 hours or within 3 days but nothing has been resolved till now. I initiated my latest and my last return today with return id[protected] so lets seee if flipkart really cares about us customers.
                This will be my last try for return so if anyone helps me out, i would be forever in ur debt. Thank you.

                  I was promised to get the delivery of the product by 24th november nearly one and half month after placing order but still did not recieve the product on expected date and they now extend the delivery date. Inspite of requesting them to try deliver the product faster. I tried calling customer care to log a complaint but they said its not updating in the system and giving a new deadline. What is the compensation i am supposed to recieve for this troublesome waiting period?

                    I have purchase redmi note 7pro, form the first day i complaint about the replacement but no response, and engineer had visited and said that they can't replace due to job secure, and take troubleshooting. Now phone get dead and i contact with flipkart for the same they said please contact with service center and service center asked to pay 7078.82 for the parts replacement.

                      I had order denill sneakers on 29 sep 2019 and i got it delivered on 3rd oct 2019, but due to size problem i return this product on 5th oct 2019... And flipkart said that your exchange product will get delivered on 17 oct... But i did not get it yet and flipkart is saying they delivered the product... I request you to resolve this issue asap... Its the paid exchange so if you can't deliverd the product so atlist do refund money

                        I had done full payment of the products with my debit card
                        The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & sms. I have managed inform customer care but they only assured me get it delivered and made me wait till 22 nov 2019. But i got no result.

                        Customer care even do not take a request to cancel the order and refund me my money.

                        I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
                        Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups of assurement of resolve. The issue. They have bad courier service. And they showed my fake signature of delivery..

                          I ordered side table on 9th nov 2019 with advance payment of inr 1, 799 over flipkart.com. I have not received my order yet. Since 11th nov 2019 there is no update over website where it is. Customer support team just doing false comittments to close the call. They also don't know where the product is. Comittments of customer support leads are also failed. They denied to even refund. Please help.

                                My account got blocked in the month of may this year and the reason i got was that their system have noticed that i items i've purchase are not for personal use and i just ordered two power banks. After a month of calling and writing emails, they are replying same thing again and again but nit any solutions, they'll say that send them a mail and i did that too but only got the same reply that their system has noticed some unusual activity and that is the reason my account got blocked but no one is giving any solution and after trying 2-3 months they unblocked it, and now again have blocked it for no reason.

                                  I made payments two times from different accounts as the first one is not showing in flipkart app. The one which was not showing in flipkart app, didn't get refund yet.
                                  I reached the bank customer care but they said the transaction via gpay was
                                  Successful from their end and the paid money received by flipkart.
                                  I have attached the proof of two payments first one via gpay second one via phonepe. Also i have attached the bank statement proof of two successful payments.

                                      I had purchased a detox women blue heels from flip cart. For payment i have used 'pay later payment option'. When i received this product i put a return request due to quality and size issue. One flip kart agent also received this items from me so i did not pay for this items in pay latter.
                                      But those flip kart boys did not refund this product to lupine. When i talk with him he said our franchises with flip is not now. He returned this product to me after one month.
                                      I have 20 times raised complain to flip kart about this matter but they are not responding to solve my issue. Still product is kept near me for return but pay latter payment service has been added fine + fine on me.
                                      Please solve my issues and take action against flip kart.
