Product was delivered on 4nov 2019.
Installation date was given 7nov 2019.
But till now no action has been taken. I had informed flipkart executive s about the problem i had been facing what they did was just went on extending the dates.
If they don't want to install the product just let me know and take back the product.
I would go for another product. I don't want my time to be wasted due to there ignorance of...

I won flipkart snake smash game more than once but they don't give rewards . I contacted customer care they says about a "my rewards" section in "my account"in which the rewards will be shown. But there is no option like that on flipkart. Flipkart is trying to cheat lacks of people by giving them no rewards please provide a solution someone..

    I ordered a product on Flipkart on 29th Sep 19, and the delivery date promised was 10th Oct, it's been more than a month since the delivery date has passed. and now Flipkart's customer support team is continuously calling me to cancel the order and reorder at a higher price.

    The original cost of the product was 8500 when I ordered and now it's 10490, Now Flipkart is saying that they can't deliver this product, so i should cancel the order and re-order at a higher price.

    its been almost 50 days my money was stuck with Flipkart and they are bluntly saying that they cant deliver.

    kindly help.

Same day we have mark parcel as returned, but no one come for picking the wrong parcel, had discussed with many times with your customer care office, but no one provided the positive response.         Hi,
        I had ordered a butterfly rapid 4 jar 750 watt mixer on 01/10/2019. It has hardly been 2 months from the delivery date and the mixer is not working. There's some problem with the motor in mixer. Butterfly company has given a 2 year warranty for the product. I did complain to butterfly company regarding the issue, and they asked us to talk to flipkart.
        I didn't not receive any proper response from flipkart customer care despite of calling them several times. I want the product to be picked up immediately and refund my money soon as possible or else i would take strict action against the company legally.

              Pl refer to the trailing mails.
              It is highly surprising that instead of resolving my issues my account has been blocked by flipkart.
              Even after sending justification mail to customer care team, they are resending same message again & again (Your account is blocked due to multiple order cancellations).
              My issues with flipkart still remain unresolved. Pl refer to issues already taken up with customer care team:
              1. Order for 5 kashvi sarees:

              We ordered 5 kashvi sarees in oct sale as per the details below:
              Ordered received missing defective
              5 4
              (All different colours than ordered) 1
              (1 out of 5 not received) 1
              (1 out of 4 received defective - torned from end)

              While 1 missing saree was delivered after request, replacement request was raised for 4 sarees which came in different colours. These 4 sarees were replaced but again with some different colours (Not what we ordered).

              Instead of again getting into replacement/refund circle we accepted the wrong/different colours sent to us & thus issue was closed, though leaving us dissatisfied.

              2. Order for prabhas woven, solid kanjivaram cotton silk saree (Pack of 2):

              Set of 2 sarees set of 2 sarees
              1 defective having ink marks both sarees
              (As per flipkart procedure as both came together) both sarees
              (Both ok after replacement)
              As per the details in above table, set of 2 prabhas sarees were ordered during october sale & i found defective (Having multiple ink marks). Replacement request was raised for both the sarees because system took request for replacement request for both sarees only (As per flipkart procedure). Replacement sarees were received & found ok, but it was an unnecessary trouble to us.

              3. Order for 5 ananda sarees (Animal print): biggest issue:

              We ordered 5 ananda sarees (Animal print) in oct sale as per the details below:

              (All different colours than ordered) 1
              (1 out of 5 not received)

              Missing & replacement request was raised after which 1 missing saree was delivered but no saree was replaced:

              We again called flipkart team & requested for replacement of other 4 sarees. After the request, all these sarees were picked up from our house (This was done around 1 month back) but nothing was delivered along with the pickup & till date.

              We again called flipkart team & requested for delivery of balance 4 sarees which is still pending till date. We raised request for refund but it is also still pending.

              Meanwhile we placed another order as follows & another mess was created by flipkart team & delivery team as they could not handle such high no. Of orders:

              4. Order for 2 rupa thermocot top-bottom sets & 1 rupa thermocot paijama set:
              Other orders were placed as follows which were again not as per the specifications mentioned on website. One of these orders is still not delivered:

              Mess up in sl. No. 3 & 4 together:
              (Ananda sarees animal print replacemet & new order rupa thermal paijama set):

              Delivery executive came to deliver 4 items (3 ananda saree replacements + 1 new delivery of rupa thermocot set)…. We know this because it was mentioned on one of the packets.

              He thought 4 items which he has are 4 sarees and asked to deliver those 4 sarees only when we hand him over sarees available with us, which we did not have as they were already picked up 1 month back.

              He did not deliver the package to us. We asked for thermocot paijama but he did not gave it to us as he thought it is saree……….. He was so illiterate.

              He gave mr. Amit kumar’s no. ([protected]) who was ekart head of final delivery centre.

              Mr. Amit cleared out doubts. He said: sarees are in “replacement mode” & not “delivery only” mode, so they can be delivered only when flipkart team changes it to delivery mode.

              Even after repeated calls to flipkart team & requests through app, flipkart team (Including floor supervisor) were not able to change the mode of delivery. Flipkart team clearly confirmed that they have received the sarees which were picked up from our house 1 month back.

              One thing was clear that there were only 3 sarees & 1 was missing.
              Secondly new order for rupa thermocot paijama was also not delivered.

              After getting fed up from the issue, i raised a refund request but till date no refund.

              Over & above, the executive who took refund request for 4 sarees, made a wrong refund request for some other ordered sarees by us (Ananda saree geometrict print)……this mistake was only for 2 sarees, for other 2 sarees refund request was made against the correct sarees, i. E., ananda sarees animal print.

              Wrong refund request got rejected as those sarees were already delivered to us.

              Before we could place refund for rupa thermocot paijamas, my acoout was blocked.

              After calling customer care team, they said we could not access any thing on our system & asked me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days, i got a mail from flipkart that my account is blocked.

              Even after sending justification mails to customer care team, they are resending same message again & again (Your account is blocked due to multiple order cancellations).
              I feel harassed & demotivated even after shopping of items worth lacs at flipkart & after so many years of association.
              As a result, i am forced to escalate this issue to flipkart escalation team.
              My further advice to flipkart is to prepare properly at all levels before conducting such big sales else it is causing unnecessary harassment to consumers. Even after repeated calls to your executives they do not understand & resolve the problem. Delivery executives fight with us.
              Refund amount which has to be received by me may not be of very big value, but kind of harassment which we have faced is just too much. This is the reason i had to write such a big mail.
              If your team fails to resolve my issue & provide me refund of 4 balance sarees & 1 thermocot paijama pair, with reactivation of my account, i will be forced to escalate this matter further to your top management team & bring it to consumer forum also.

                I got the delivery (Mi note7 pro 4/64) from flipkart on 12th. Oct

                Buyed for bithday gift as on 14thoct.

                But its damaged (Display damage)

                I registered a complaint on flipkart 14thoct.

                Last 30days i called regularly to flipkart for same, upto now they said, "delvery not dispatched to customer so they cant take back,

                Delivery team didnt updates the info..."

                I waited 20days, their response same as from my first call. Last 10days i waited as.

                Flipkart socila media team said we will refund and take so wait upto 5 to 7 working days as

                Today i got a call from social media team, sir we try to refund it, but cant, we try try for replacemnt also, cant, try service centre for service the mobikea s like.

                After a long 30days, i got a response like this

                Real cheating

                All call records i have,

                Lot of sorry, asking 24hrs to 48hrs, we will solve this issue before the date on everytime as like...

                Cheating only. Waited one month for replacement, now response got as

                Plz take a action this fraudulent company.

                  I ordered a croptop and paid by debit card of 589rs later on i cancelled it but didn't receive my refund till today.. My reference i'd is [protected] and my account number is [protected] they have told that they have refunded money.. It's bank fault of not reflecting money in your account..                     I had ordered a smartphone of nokia model no. Is 5 blue colors, on 13 october 2018 in mid of july 2019 there was software damage occurred in my phone nokia gives 1 year warrante to their customers on behalf of that i complain to nokia for product issue and also ask them for resolutions this time i also called many times flipkart for my complaint against their product but they didn't pay attention to me.
                    After that nokia confirmed that this product was issued to someone else before you, and ran out of warrante so we can't assist you free.
                    It means flipkart sold me old phone on behalf of new one.
                    They are doing fraud kindly help.

                      I have order a Dell make I5 7000 laptop on 27th October 2019 on your website vide flipkart maha sale.pay.me 3.tk/lap.php. The vender is Soumen Stores order no[protected] and the payment through Paytm vide 2019102411121381181683003093976 of Rs.2199.
                      But till date I have not received my item.
                      Why after received the payment on date the materials is not delevered or the if not delevered, the amount was not credited to my account.

                        Dear team,

                        I have purchased a laptop battery (Order id: od[protected].in the specification of the product, it is mentioned that the capacity of the product is 4400 mah. But, the delivered product has capacity of 2200 mah only. When i raised replacement request (Replacement id:[protected]), replaced product is also have delivered less capacity i. E. 2200 mah only. It means the product was not replaced.

                        Then, i have raised multiple refund request (Id:[protected] &[protected]) to cancel order and refund. Initially, it was showing that the problem will be resolved on 14th oct 2019 (In previous request it was different), but these requests also have cancelled and refund was not proceed.

                        Please help me to return product and process my refund as asap.

                          Jab parcel deliver hua tab us parcel me mujhe sirf data cable, power adapter, back cover, user manual, sim nikalne wala tools mila lekin, mobile nahi tha.
                          Maine complaint karwaayee..
                          Complaint karwane me mujhse galti ye hui ki maine ek-do dosto se jab saari incident share to unhone kahaa different product boat ka headphone mila hai karke complaint kar do aur jab courier wala pickup lene aayega to jo sab mila hai de dena to maine same complaint karwa di..
                          Kyunki, mere saath first time aisa hua tha.
                          So, mujhe in sab jhamelo ka koi idea nahi tha..
                          Phirr mere complaint ko cancel kar diya gayaa..
                          Phirr maine jo chize mujhe courier me mili thi wo saari chize mention karwa karke phirr complaint karwaya aur phirr mere complaint ko cancel kar diya gayaa..
                          Uske baad se maine lagaatar10-12 baar complaint karwaya hai aur har baar mera complaint cancel kar diya jaa rahaa hai..
                          Is beech main lagaatar purchase bhi kar rahaa hu taaki mujhe jaldi se jaldi mobile deliver karwa diya jaaye..
                          Maine 10999/- ka mobile emi par purchase kiya hai.
                          Ek month 9 din ho gayaa hai.
                          Maine bina ek din phone use kiye huye hi ek month ki emi bhi jamaa karwa di hai.
                          Sir, meri aap sabhi se bas ek chhoti si ghuzarish hai ki please mujhe aap mobile dilwa dein ya nahi hota hai to sir kindly mujhe mere paise refund karwa dein taaki mera emi cacnel ho jaaye.
                          Kyunki, agar maine ek din bhi mobile use kar liya hota na to afsos nahi hota.
                          Lekin, sir main ek second bhi mobile use nahi kar paya hu.
                          Kabhi-kabhi itni fraustration aa jaati hai mann karta hai sucide kar lu.
                          Ghar me guardian jab puchhte hain to mere paas koi answer nahi hota hai..
                          Andar se bahut taklif hoti hai ki main flipkart par itna trust karta rahaa hu aur flipkart ke taraf se mujhe ek mahine me koi solution nahi mila hai.
                          Ab to sir ummid bhi khatam hota jaa rahaa hai ki aaplogo ke taraf se mujhe mobile milega bhi ya nahi..
                          Sir, agar f. I. R. Karwaani hai to boliye main f. I. R. Karwa karke consumer court me bhi complaint kar deta hu.

                            I had purchased several cars for my kids and other relatives; out of 4 same cars only one of them was delivered and other 3 are missing. Customer service is not willing to help in any case. We live in usa and all these products are sent to my mom address, upon coming to india i had checked all the packages received and only one car is available. Order# od[protected] and item details: dd retail high duty anti gravity remote controlled wall climber car for children.

                            Would like someone to pay close attention to this and have this issue resolved. I been making purchases with flipkart from past few years and never had this issue, would like to continue to use it but only after getting this issue resolved.

                            I given a order in flipkart on (25/10/2019), actually it will be delievery to 31st of October. Even today (08/11/2019) till no updates on my order. Executive will told last three days onwords " your Query will resolve 24hrs ". Even Excutives also no updates on my Order.

                              I bought a watch on flipkart. It is not good. Return request has been raised, but it canceled by seller.. Doing so four times, the seller canceled my return request four times. Then my flipart accout blocked by flipkart. I called to customer care. They answerd as i have spoken with flipkart customcare many times. But there was no proper response from them. I am a regular flipkart regular customer from scratch. I bought a lot of products on flipkart. Please activate my account..

                                I have placed order during big billion sale on 30th sept, 2019 for below
                                Od[protected] samsung 6.2 kg activwash+ fully automatic top load grey

                                But as of now, 13th nov, 2019 still they have not delivered my products. Now they are asking me to cancel my product. Even though these products have reached near to my delivery location. I am ready to pick up from their hub but not providing either hub address or delivering the products. I have followed many times with them. They just say within 24 hrs.. These products will get delivered. Not delivered yet. Can you please look into this issue or guide me to take legal action against this flipkart for fake promise.

                                      Hi ! My Name is swarnim. I have booked two different back cover for two different mobile. One for my Redmi k20 and second for my brother who's using vivo z1x. But flipkart blocked my account saying my purchase is not intended for personal use. I complained about this to flipkart. They always raise a complaint but they didn't solved the problem.
