Hello, I have taken a 1st dose of vaccination in Fortis Noida sector 62 on 29th may 2021, but have not yet received any SMS or any certificate on cowin.
Even they are not taking call from us, and just saying it will be updated soon. I have read many news where they have not issued any certificate and because of that they have to face a lot of problems for 2nd dose.
Please resolve this issue

    My husband met with an accident and was taken to fortis vasant kunj early morning. Now we went to fortis expecting to find a good experienced doctor and good service. This is what happened:

    1.My husband was taken to emergency but there was no doctor to attain to his wounds. 30-45 min past, my husband is in great pain, no instructions from the team on duty- REASON- NO DOCTOR since its not OPD time( i wonder why the emergency was even running if there was no doctor?)

    I was frustrated so I demanded the “on duty doctor” to attain but the male nurse gave me a stern look as if i was asking for his kidney. He even replied back to me in anger. After much chaos the doctor came out from other cabin and he got furious because he was sleeping. I scolded him for not doing his duty and he started yelling at me asking me to go to some other hospital-Fortis standard!! The doctor was supposed to come by 9:30am. We reached the hospital at around 7:15 but nobody informed us on what to do.

    2. Once admitted, i requested the male nurse on general ward to get a slipper for my husband since he had to use the toilet. I understand its not their duty to stock slippers but they are the only ones i could ask for help and a humble reply would have worked instead of telling me that “hum ye sab yaha pe tho nehe rakhange na”

    3. No sanitisers and tissues were given. No waste bin.

    4. No tissues in washroom.

    5. No ward boy to assist male patients.

    6. We had to wait for a request for one full day “just 24 hours” for a nurse to do a dressing on the wound of the patient. Well we did not expect that such things need to be asked for in a hospital considering that we are there because we are nor well.

    Overall the attitude of nurses towards the patient and family members were just rude and horrible. Not the kind of service provided for the amount of money charged.

    My name is Dr Permod Kumar Gupta a retired UN Diplomat. After repatriation to India i consulted Dr Anil Mandhani Urologist in Fortis Research Hospital Gurgaon. Dr advised few tests which by long pain of queuing for payment not accepting on line payment finally i was ready for RGU test.
    1. I was asked to change for test unfortunately dress given was unclean smelling and looks not washed fro months together. Due to small it was difficult to put it on i approached the administrator a Sikh gentle men who promised to get it changed but nothing happened in next 30 minutes. In Pandemic time wearing such cloths were nightmare to me and being UN Diplomat posted whole life out of India had never experienced such chiotic/negligent and carelessness attitude of a supposed to me premier health institute of India. I decided to undergo test with soiled dress but it took 90 minuted to find a nurse for IV required for test but had no choice but to get it done though dress was stinking.
    In this difficult period i will suggest Hospitals to be more careful on Hygiene and cleanliness but my repeated request did not bear any results on other hand i was advised to get refund of test after 3 hrs of struggling. Before escalating complaint at International fraternity and WHO i would like to get Hospital Management response and look into the whole episode deeply.

      On 25th March'21 I Shyamal kr.Ganguly aged 66 yrs got my first Civishield jab from Fortis Hospital at Sector-62, Noida .While scheduling for my 2nd jab found that my data was not updated in the system resulted in disallowing registration. For last more than two weeks I have been writing, speaking to one Mr.Ram Tiwari (may be from Administration)to help me update so that I could register for my 2nd jab.But regret to mention as being experienced with horr
      ible actions from your end.Neither on your part you could act that's the reason I had to mention as "reminder 2" nor Mr.RamTiwari the later whom was provided even the counterfoil of the slip evidencing the proof of my 1st jab.
      You must appreciate my concern so for God's sake intervene and help me to update my data.

        My wife and I ( both o[censored]s are senior citizens) had taken the second dose of vaccination at Fortis Malar hospital, Chennai on 29 April 2021. We never received any SMS after the vaccination nor have we received the vaccination certificate till date. Even in the Co-WIN portal the certificates have not been uploaded.

        It's a very serious lapse on the part of the hospital. Kindly investigate the matter and
        please ensure we get the vaccination certificate.

          I got the covid vaccine (covaxin) first dose on 19th may. I paid 1250 for the first dose. While administering the vaccine i realised the attendants were talking to each other and forgot to submit my details. When i tried contacting them again after getting the jab they said they had done it. But i was sure they didnt. Still i gave benefit of doubt and left the hospital. I went there with two of my family members. Both of them got their vaccination certificate today .. I didn't. I need to know when and how to this mistake can be rectified. Its important that i get my vaccination certificate for the first dose only then i can hope to get the second dose. Please help.

            The administration took their staff's side even after getting proofs against him, and now severe case negligence has come out due to which a middle class family after spending their entire life savings in a month still the patient didn't cure rather developed post operative complications, despite being in icu got infected by covid19, the hospital even after discharge didn't provide case history and dr sk mishra has always lied about patients health, fortis has shown great deal of negligence thus the patient is battling for his life, culprit must be punished, fortis kolkata due to negligence and lying has destroyed a family and has snatched the future of a 10yr old girl.

              This is regarding inappropriate behaviour of Ms. Poonam (Dr. Vikas Maurya's assistant/coordinator). During the entire course of admission of my father Mr. Vinod Kumar, she was assigned as the contact person, even after repeated calls and messages, she didn't even attend or respond to a single message or call. We were told to talk to her for follow up, i even asked her to give me somebody else's number if she's not free, but she kept on reading the messages and didn't reply. Once she called us as the hospital compelled her too to give the update about my father's help. She had no idea about the health, said a line or two in rude tone and hung up the phone even while we were talking. Please take strict action against her. This is no way to behave with the attendants who are helpless

                Hi,

                I am writing this email with at most disappointment in the way that Fortis hospital has treated me. I am shocked to write this email for such a pity thing. Nevertheless, below is the summary.

                I called Fortis OPD on 24th April requesting for a Urology surgeon & I was told that I need to visit a vascular surgeon & appointment was booked with Dr Nagabhushan. After waiting for over 1 hour in the Vascular Dept, Doc said that I need to visit the Urology Dept.

                By now, I had paid 1000/- which includes a 200/- registration fee & 800/- consultation fee. Post this, I paid another 600/- for the MESS that was created by some incompetent people in the hospital.

                I was told that they will arrange a refund of 800/- in 24 Hours, and it's been over 10 days that I have not got my money back. Every time I call the vascular OPD, the person on the telephone does not seem to help & keeps disconnecting the call.

                Such useless people need to be thrown out of the system & have someone who is helpful. While I have been calling your team multiple times, I don't seem to get anywhere.

                I spoke to sushma from customer care who was from a feedback team apparently & she does seem to help either.

                I am expecting my money back which is held by your team unethically. Awaiting response from you

                      My son have been prescribed blood test by Fortis Dr. Ajay Agarwal on 11.04.2021. OPD Billing personal has been shown prescription to raise bill. Accordingly after payment test was done. When report shown to doctor he said the one specific test was not prescribed for which amount has been charged. The matter was brought to notice of Patient care dept. They have promised to refund the amount. But even after continuous followup they are not resolving the issue. May please take up on top priority.

                        I went to get my father vaccinated for covid at Fortis Noida. At billing, I was asked his phone no. registered with Fortis. I told him the number with which he was registered with CoWin. But he insisted on Fortis registered number. He said I can give my number for billing. I was told after argument that in govt vaccination certificate my father's name will be there because that was the number on which registration was done with CoWin. But now, the Cowin records show that I am vaccinated instead of my father who actually got the shot. Now, I cannot register for my first shot because according to government record, I am vaccinated. So, because of hospital's mismanagement, my vaccination has been ruined. I need immediate redressal of my complaint because otherwise I will be without vaccination. My phone number is [protected].                               Patient been charged wrongly . He been charged for services he did not avail. So overall bill is incorrect. We can provide all such details as and when asked.

                                I got a TKR done for my mother (UID[protected] and she got discharged 3rd March from Fortis Vashi, Mumbai
                                However, more than a month and after the hospitalization claim has been settled by the Insurance company, I am yet to receive my deposit amount of INR 20k. How can there be SLA of 2 months in this digital age??? While taking deposit its immediate, isn't it?
                                Firstly, deposit shouldn't have been needed especially as this is a network hospital and I am on a corporate plan. But I still gave the deposit
                                Secondly, no one lifts the phone; the main line is unanswered always. Once while my mom was in hospital post surgery I was unable to reach her as no one answered the call
                                Thirdly, TPA desk at Fortis Vashi is quite incompetent barring a lady. Only because of her we were able to complete the admission which took 1.5hrs. I brought this to the patient advisor's notice but I doubt any action has been taken
                                Fourth, I do believe the management is very ineffective as other than the doctors who are extremely good, overall management is not good at all. I find no reason to visit this hospital again unless of course I have to go there again to get my refund as no one answers the phone or are busy having meetings with management!

                                  Sir, I Visited to fortis hospital sector-62 Noida for Post surgery review ofMy Wife on 08.04.21. The madam (priyam Rathore)sitting on Desk No. 3 for OPD Billing was very slow. I request her to expedite the process as my doctor Kapil Kochhar was about to leave. She said at 5:15PM that doctor is already left peoples coming for billing cancellation. I request to kindly expedite the billing she said i will not do you billing go any where. do my complain to even chair men.

                                    I have been calling Fortis hospital Mohali for the appointment of DR. Subhash Varma, Internal medicine. Hospital authorities are refusing to give appointment to CGHS employees seeking that they will be given appointment for 10th May, 2021(today it is 08.04.2021)and the authorities are saying if provided in general quota it can be given for tomorrow i.e on 09.04.2021. This shows how CGHS employees are being given benefit. Fortis Mohali clearly has become a set example of making money and not looking after their patients.

                                      Dear Sir/ madam
                                      I wife Dr Shweta Mishra worked at fortis noida till September 2020. After which she was at home till April 2021. Since she was at fortis during covid we waited for vaccination call from the hospital. But till date we didn't get any such calls and then government stopped vaccination drive for doctors. Our only hope for vaccination was fortis because Dr Shweta worked no where else till late March.
                                      After government notification we contacted HR of fortis noida but didn't get satisfactory response. We were refused to give email id of MS and Hr.
                                      We were told that there is no such person responsible for this cause and only person we can contact is deputy MS.
                                      Please let us know how we can get vaccination of Dr Shweta. I presume it is responsibility of hospital to vaccinate it's doctors who worked during pandemic.

                                        Hi,

                                        I was admitted to Fortis on 3rd April and discharged on 6th April. I had applied for cashless insurance for Corona Kavach through an insurance company.

                                        Fortis charged me extra money for room rent charges beyond what was agreed from the initial authorisation approval from insurance company.

                                        In the final settlement, they mentioned patient has to pay 7846 to hospital and they took 11746 from me.

                                        The TPA company also confirmed it’s an overcharge to patient.

                                        The Fortis team is not responding to any calls or emails and I need to submit complaint for looting customers.
