I have given nsdc exam I haven't received my certificate yet

I've paid the registration fees of rs.5000 on 18th February 2022 at the South ex branch of Frankfinn. But due to some financial reasons I don't want to take admission anymore. And when I asked them to refund, they're totally denying to refund my money.And at the time of registration they've given me each and every details of course and career but never discussed about that the money is refundable or not.

It is about Mr. abdus and Garima in Frankfinn institute at south extension, where i send my daughter in January 2022 just to bring basic information where in institute, Mr. Abdus told today is last day of fees concession. but I requested will come back after workout at home but they try to convince if pay Rs 1000 will be book ur daughter seat vice versa, so i paid online Rs 1000, and after 2-3 days i ask to refund that rupees as she can't join this course on that time Garima and Abdus send me back by saying will check with out senior management then we come back to you and try to refund it. later they did not call me, and when i given call Mr. abdus he did not pick up the phone, and same done by Garima, then i visited again at institute where both talk with mis behave and tell we can't help you.

Hi iam sandeep I studied in your institute and my course is A1AHS branch Kormangala and I completed all my exams and still have not been received my certificate it's all most 5 years over regarding this I mailed to institute and spoke to them no response soo my colleagues got there certificate but still I didn't receive my certificate required this I want to take a serious action on this I need to get my certificate are else I take other action and me needful

Please note that my niece Anushka Bindra is doing airhostess course H3 batch from south extension part 2.
The due date of submission of monthly installment is 20th of every month but the staff and faculty keep pressurizing student 4-5 days earlier. Not only this, they compel my niece to exit from class few times earlier also. Today this incident happened again 4 days before the fee date. Now they are asking for PDC cheque, this was not told at the time of admission.

This behavior is very unacceptable and depressing. We request you to please sort this matter out as soon as possible else we demand the complete refund of our fees deposited so far.

I got admission in frankfinn Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training at (kapoorthala) Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and I gave 15000 as admission fees but now due to some uncircumstances I'm unable to join the institute and they're denying to refund the money.. Please help me to get my money back.

The team just sends the screening details on whatsapp...but when we ask about the interview dates they dont reply...
I gave my first screening and was selected..the interview was at the airport...we went there and were informed that they dont have the list of students from our center...it was postponed for other day...we again went...it was again postponed...
On the actual interview day they told to half an hour prior to interviews date...I come from a far off place...so it's not possible to reach for interview at such a short notice...
Now I gave my second screening...this time again I was selected...they told me to send the CV...I did it...but I was not informed of the interview date...

Again I gave my third screening...they told me that they dontv have the data about me for the interview for which I was selected earlier...

I request u to pls tell them that they should give proper info. And should reply to our queries...

Mai ne October last mai Frankfinn institute of airhostess training Ranchi mai admission kraya tha 15000 se but unfortunately mere family mai Medical emergency hone ki wjh se mai attend nahi kar payi .. Meri jinse baat ho rhi thi unka naam Antresh sir hai maine unko inform kiya tha or wo mujhe aaj kal krke bus ghuma rhe thy maine infact application v diya but aaj tk refund nahi hua ... 10 jan kl jb mai institute gayi finally paresan hokr toh mujhe accounts department se mila diya gya .. tb pta chla mujhe ki unhe first tym paper mil rha refund ke liye ... Or mujhe bola gya ki 5100 cut krke refund hoga jo ki mujhe inform ni kiya gya . .. mujhe koi information nahi di gayi thi ki koi v amount deduct ki jayegi agr Mai cancel karaungi toh ... Its my request bht tym ho chuka h please isey jld se jld resolve krwa dijiye ...

My sister got admission in frankfinn institute of air hostess training and i paid 15000 in three stage
as admission.then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class. Now Franfinn institution of camac street park street said that my sister admission has cancelled and admission fee will be not refunded. So, I am so worried bcz my financial condition is so bad. So, sir I kindly request to you plz help me for refund my admission fees

I need my money as I lost my job and I cant afford this course right not. So please help me in this. I registered this in frankfinn and within 2 hours I sent a refund msg but they told me to wait till monday.

I was very much interested into aviation course and somehow I made up my mind to join in the Frankfinn institute, himayatnagar branch, Hyderabad . So I paid the registration fee of Rs 15, 000/- on 10/12/21 around 06:29 pm. However, I was under an impression to join the classes in a week since I was out of town and informed the same to the counsellor at himayatnagar branch Hyderabad who guided me in taking me through the process and making payment. But due to my personal medical issues I won’t be able to join the classes and requesting you for the refund for the treatment I have to go through. I haven’t attended a single class yet. Hope you understand my situation. I’m the only bread earner at my home which I already informed the counsellor while making the payment. Now that my situation has gotten worse that I’m unable to manage money for my own treatment. I don’t have any additional financial support. This help from you will be appreciated. Please help!!!

I have requested for cancellation of admission on 18.11.2021 while paid fees on 13.11.21 & 15.11.21 respectively vide cheque no. 208859 & 208860 and request lodged for a refund of partially paid fees of amount Rs.25000/- against total fees of Rs. 104000/- due to financial crunch, I have requested with centre head (Race Course, Vadodara) in person but no response received from their side till the day, may please help to refund my fees of Rs.25000/- immediately.

Sir my name is naveen and i have received a call that i have been selected for training under skil india programe . next day i have visited frankfinn office at south extention where i met miss disha Mam and vishal sir they told me that u have to pay only 15 thousand for that course. When i make payment of 15 thousand after 15 days they told me u have to pay 1.5 lacs in 36 month. they have taken sign on paper saying that it is a formality, due to weaker section i am not able to continue that course bacause my father earn 400 rs per day as he is labour, whwn i asked for refund of fee they said that fee is non refundable. i have send mail to customer support farankfin in reply they also write that fee is not refundable. sir i m in depression and kindly solve my problem they have cheated me and fraud

I am aniket. Student of p-3 batch rajouri garden. I gave 15000 ruppes at registration time and 23000 later. Due to covid pandemic my father lost the job and now my family is facing financial problems. I informed the management about my situation and i don't want to continue as I am not able to pay remaining fees and i want to support my family by doing some other job. I want my fees refund which will help my family alot in these hard time but management doesn't want to understand my situation and they are denying me any refund. Please help me.

Due to some personal reasons I want to continue with frankfinn kaporthala branch (1st floor and 2nd Floor Sai Tower 2, opposite Pragati Bazaar, Kapoorthla, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226024)
