Hello sir this side sumedha I m again fill this complain because in Jalandhar center mam name shakshi she is not even sure for batch. today after 2 months she gave me 22nd oct date in 4 to 6pm batch but she is not eligible to start my batch I request in this week if my batch is not so kindly pay back my fee because it's around 2 .5 months w8ing

    Hello i'm tejaswini patil, from your institute andheri (West) branch. I would want to request you to atleast make a room or space available for students for group assignment discussion so that they can discuss about the assignment in groups. As you might be knowing we are given a lots of assignment back to back in individual as well as group, it gets difficult for everyone to decide a place where they can meet for a longer time for discussion outside. Most o[censored]s stay at different places and some stay quite far and it's not possible for us to do back and forth. Hence we stay back after our lectures and within the building we wait somewhere in the corner and discuss. Even there we aren't allowed to wait for the work so where are we suppose to do it. It would be a kind request that if you can arrange a room or permit us a space within the building that can be used for group work discussion. And second thing is that the girls grooming room is very small and the number of girls come in the grooming room is very high. It gets difficult for us to use the grooming room when it is so crowded. We can't even move inside sometimes due to the high traffic inside. I would like to request if you can make some arrangements for a bigger grooming room for girls and also timely cleaning of grooming to be maintained.

    Hello I m a new joiny of this centre I paid my fees in the month of August with deal of 4 to 6 pm batch timming this is a October month n I m very disappointing that they r not able to start my batch at this date they are postpone my batch section every month again n again .

      I had some problem with admission, it's a medical issue i had thyroid so I told about that with Poonam mam she said to talk with sir he will give you a suggestion I want to back out of the aviation course so I talk about that with my counselor she said that sir is not available since many days but one responding about my issue so, I requesting you to please solve my problem

        I am nikunj leuva. I am studying in your frankfinn ahmedabad branch. This mail is just for inform you that we had a problem in study. There are faculty but we can't understand them method of teaching. We had done complain at there but they doesn't respond us properly.           I took admission at ahmedabad in may then because of some genuine reason I wanted transfer at hyderabad that also I took asurance from that faculty I want transfer in hyderabad and at ammerpet branch only if posible then only i will take admission otherwise no. She said yes it is possible and no problem you will get transferd to that branch. Then that time she said fee is 199000/- you are getting scholarship of 34000 where fee of course becomes 165000/- and for limited period n limited students get this opportunity. (that is there plan not any scholarship) then I was supposed to transfered money 15000/- ok I transfered then still branch was not ready she said me within some time branch will be ready. then I was suppose to pay 23000/- B.S.F (Batch Starting Fee) and I will be able to attend classes.I paid 23000/-in june. Still branch was NOT READY. Ok then I was asking her for latest updates
          Brach is ready or not but she was saying it is under construction, under plan, your transfer will take some time of 15 days more see I took admission in may, branch was not ready june branch was not ready july and till august branch was not ready long period time of #5 months (totaly waisted my prescious time) and then they told me to join at kukatpaly branch which is 25km away from my home 50km. up down regularly I was waiting for ameerpet branch there batch . There batch started in September still I didn't got any transfer letter from ahmedabad now they are saying your fees is pending of 5 months first pay that fees then we will give you transfer letter(still mY 38000/-are there with them from 6 months ) at amerpet batch is started there from 20 days still I am not supposed to attend lectures and I am Ready to pay fees to them women there at ahmedabad she is saying we r not Redy to pay the fees. I asked first give me transfer at ameerpet then I will pay the fees then she selected the fee structure by her self 0f 14000/-per month at the time of admission I was supposed to pay 165000/-total amount then I paid 38000/-. SO,[protected]=127000. That 127000/-I chose to pay with the monthly instalment of 9000/- per month they are telling same thing to transfer the pending fees of 6 months which is not my fault as branch was not ready that is because of there delaying not student's.
          I am totaly haraseed from 6 months i joined in may till now my classes are not started I m at home from 6 months if i took any wrong step only frankfin will be RESPONSIBLE for that and if you are not able to transfer or any other issue from your side refund my money back. Just remember FRANKFIN will be RESPONSIBLE if anything WRONG happens.

            I got admission in frankfinn institute branch koramangala bangalore of air hostess training and i paid rs.5000 as registration and rs.15000
            As admission. Then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn..               I took admission in 2017 july and they said during seminar within 1 year you got placement and certificate also but course itself not completed and they do wrong commitment and i hope you take my complain seriously​ i[censored] commit u will have to give us crew job and complete your commitment only taking admission and after no take care this is bad.

                I aftab shaikh ex-student of frankfinn institute batch no - an4 mumbai. I had requested the institute to return back my in-flight training fees and they promised to return it back in 45 days. But perhaps its more than 45 days now and i have not received my cheque yet and when i called in the andheri branch they said to wait for a week more. So kindly approve my request and help me to get my refundable fees as soon as possible

                  I have registered myself for diploma in "Aviation hospitality and traveling manangement" in jaipur branch of "franklinn institute of air hostess training". I got hit by a car while driving and had sever injuries. I wasadmitted to the hospital and just got discharged. I am still recuperating.

                            I'm the student o[censored]r institute nd the reason of giving complaint is that im complaining about vashi centre the thing which i want to say is that the staff or the members who are there in the vashi centre are not gud they teach us (Students) that how to talk with ur customer or guest or elder younger but it seems like they don't have any manners in our centre the girls grooming room is too small that's why sometime when we get late we use staff washroom just to change cloth but mam which r there they shout on ourself which is not gud coz we have to reach in the class on time so if we use the washroom so she can't shout on ourself it's not our fault that the room is too short

                              Frankfinn is world's number training institute. It is true only because they don't care about their employees in their bpo unit. They believe in hire and fire culture. The gm of the bpo unit is refferred by the vp of the bpo and that's where the trouble starts. They are going running a company they are running a jungle where the rule is simple "do what we want u to do, or else u r out".

                                Respected sir,
                                My name is deepansh malviya, a student of your institute, bhopal centre, persuading my aviation, hospitality, travel and customer service diploma. I took admission in may 2017. As far as i knew it should be one year course (Diploma) and i have passed that time period but still only 4 modules are completed, that are - english effective communication skills; grooming; swimming; and travel. And in that too i didn’t got english module till now also for swimming a pool which was very far from the institute with no facilities and dirty water was provided to us which was closed for 10 days as the local newspaper printed the news of pool being dirty and for travel they hired some local, untrained trainer to teach us. Also for swimming we didn't got any trainer from frankfinn. Sir, we took admission here so that we can learn from well trained frankfinn trainers and not some local people.
                                My problem basically are:-
                                1. The course has been extended for a long period now with irregular classes and no cover up classes.
                                2. No professional trainers by head office.
                                3. Centre head forcing us to shut our mouth and false promises are done to manipulate us to not to complain.
                                4. Wrong eligibility criteria displayed in the centre, which is misguiding students and giving them false hopes for placements.
                                5. Before admission they assured us 99% guarantee of our placement and now they are backing off by giving the code of conduct, in which its printed that no guarantee of placements are there and this was not told to us till 8 months of course duration.
                                6. They said they have a tie-up with vlcc for our grooming classes and they will be providing us makeup kits but nothing as such happened and we had to buy products ourselves.
                                7. They made us rome around the schools during board exams of students in schools for their advertisement thing.
                                8. They aren’t providing equipments required for our proper training. Such as safety kit etc.
                                9. Making false promises and hiding the truth about trainer not being well whereas the ex faculty says that she resigned due to equipments weren’t provided to her.
                                10. Taking cash as fine for not being in uniform and attending classes.
                                11. Not giving proper information about when the classes are resuming everytime.
                                12. Deceiving students and parents trust on the brand “frankfinn”
                                13. When we complain about it to the center sales manager and center operation manager, they manipulate us everytime and give us false hopes for conducting classes asap.
                                14. No proper infrastructure provided - class are not sound proof, grooming room is too small. Proper hygiene is not maintained.
                                15. Making some frabkfinn students, who are good in english teach the students at frankfinn for free.

                                16. They are not following head office rules and not forwarding correct information to them.

                                Sir, we students took admissions due to the trust in brand and have paid huge amounts of fees so that we can gain knowledge and get trained properly with proper trainers and proper placements.
                                By this i wanted the clarification of my points because this fraud can’t be tolerated till long

                                  It's been weeks. We have been waiting for classes. I just want now my classes to started beacuse it's quite long that i am sitting at home. It's a request to you all. To start up the classes and give us proper news. Sitting at home won't be working out for us from so many weeks and waiting for the teachers. We just want a date madam /sir from frankfinn.
