I am rani i had enrolled for the admission at your frankfinn institute of south extension i have paid rs.15000. Through debit card, because of my weak financial condition i won't be able to continue the course ahead, so i decided to cancel my admission and i want to refund my paid amount rs. 15000 due to such circumstances i have paid by yesterday. And even after number of requests and by submitting letters i did'nt received any single response...

I am sneha my parents paid rs.81000 to frankfin due to my accident and my family having son money problem i want to leave frankfin. I request to everyone for refund my family member sending a mail but we didnt recived any response from the institute.
After a long back i got one phone call from delhi head office regarding pending fees.
I told them i dont want to continoue a course kindly refund my fees then that beautyful girl...

I joined frankfin on 2 january and i hv only attended 4 to 5 classes of grooming.. Now i dont want to do the course.. Bcoz of my financial conditions.. I hv submitted 15000 at the time of registration and after that i submitted 11000 more.. To pursue the course and applied for loan.. But i dnt want to pursue.. I went to the franfinn at gandhi nagar mode centre and i hv talk to them about my situation...

As we all students attend the training on 10th december 2017 and it was so boring and unsatisfied training. As we expected to be taught about aircraft and handling of passengers. Im shubhanshu from frankfinn south ex and i have a issue with my class timing in pd class we have the class on 2-4pm but now when we are taking our hospitality class our class timing has changed to 2:30 to 4:30pm its really uncomfortable to attend my classes at this time and beacuse of it i reach my home at 10pm so plssssss its my request to you to change my class timing...12am to 2 pm.

My name is Shreshtha Sharma, I took admission in Frankfinn institute and submitted a registration fees of rs. 15000. But later on i did not have money to complete the course I did not even start my clases. I asked them to refund the money they told me that they do not have any policy to refund the money. but if we go by the policy they took my admission when i was 16 however according to their policy the child must be 18 above...

I dont know what is happening in this institute have lots of complaints
1. Its been 2 months i joined and still not got my uniform.
2. Forcing about fees as i have choose a loan facility but they are forcing to borrow money from someone or deposit to them.
3. Having alternate classes from last month just loosing all my intrest in this cource just because of this and we all have some other classes and due to this type...

My sister has completed her course from this institute and now she is not getting the minimum package which was informed to us at the time admission. Infact institute is forcing us to submit offer letter from other company where she working as an accountant to submit in their office. This they want just to safegaurd themselves from the claim that my sister is not attending campus.. But the actual reason is they have provided us faje information...

I bharti mahatma had given to frankfinn institute rs 15000 od dated[protected] for the admission of frankfinn institute because of my personal problem & financial problem i will unable to continue the same but after lots of taking follow up with frankfinn customer care the names are vanisha arora & mr kushawnt kaur but still till date my money was not refund plz suggest me what we have to do.

I would like to inform you that i had completed my fdhtcs diploma in 2013 from udaipur center. But i didn't received any certification from the center till date.
As you know udaipur branch is no more in existence and udaipur center is not taking any responsibility for the same. And also my galileo exam is pending. I received a message from head office that your certification is hold on due to examination.

To whomsoever it may concern, i beg to state that i am anu rai, student of frankfinn institute of air hostess in hyderabad at ameerpet. Sir all students from our branch are getting calls about termination of our ameerpet institute and we got a call from delhi addressing that we have to attend the classes at himayath nagar frankfinn not ameerpet. So we are really confused on this matter as ameerpet faculties are not allowing us to give attention...

I want my registration fees refunded.. It was informed at the time if admission that it is non refundable.. I paid 15000 as the registration fees at the camac street branch, kolkata.. It is written in the receipt but we were not informed about it before paying it.. & what's the use of being informed through the receipt after paying the fees..
