I have made the payment of the seat hold amount in frankfinn lucknow Hazratganj branche but due to some siviour financial issues i was unable to continue the course as my grandmother is suffering from kidney failure and she has to go for regular dailies. I didn't attended a single class. Please grant my request and pass my approval of refund request.
I hope you will consider this request and help me out. I have filed application for refund so many time but no one is proceeding it.

    Hi my cousin premsagar gaikwad from udgir dist latur he took an admission for diploma in aviation, hospitality and travel managementin frankfinn institute pune on 7th apr 18
    He paid rs 15000/- for the admission process.
    On the same day he got a call from family due some huge financial crises they will not be able to pay rest fee.
    He rushed to frankfinn institute informed them the condition but they said he has to submit his true copy of pay receipt (Admission fee receipt) please give me clarification on it why do you need true copy, if you already have everything is in system
    He requested them regarding the same for refund money
    But mr. Saurabh and miss arti were not listening at all and they were defending on him

    Frankfinn team it's a kind request to you please refund his rs 15000/-

      I paid frankfinn 15k to book a seat. I m not interested to join the institution for further course because of poor financial condition and poor training given by them. I want a refund. I contacted them through verbal and written communication. They have not given me any kind of receipt saying that there won’t be any refund. After i informed them that i m not able to join the academy, i was expecting a refund. I then called the manager and asked for refund. They say that they are registered under government and the refund can not be processed because government has given me scholarship. I tried to explain them but they were really rude.

        I have taken AHTM course, my parents paid 1, 53000 full fees to Frankfinn due to some personal issues I want to leave Frankfinn
        I request to everyone for refunds
        I told them I don't want to continue a course kindly refund my fees at least half amount but they are not listening at all PLZZ refund my money

          Well iam a student of batch 3, 2017 frankfinn guwahati (Ulubari, jana path lane) and i had already completed my 9 months of ahtm course our galileo exam is also over but still they are not providing us galileo books and we got our uniform after completing 6 months at frankfinn and whenever we go the faculty members regarding books they give response so rudely.. And yah one more thing they don't stars and end the class on time.. They do our class by their own wish.. And while we were studying our ecs class the teacher didn't taught us anything she was always conducting some games or some poems reciting and all our one month english classes ended up like a class 1 student we were... But the hell is this. We had paid a huge amount of money in your institute (1, 68, 000) not for getting this type of # training.. We had expected a good training as you are taking so much money but now we are feeling like we wasted our parents money and even our one year of education... We had learned nothing from your institute till now and even their is no improvement in our communication skill... And yah the most important thing is the height and scars requirement of your institute why you guys select evryone for the course of aviation huh.. You guys select from 5 feet while the main height requirement for any airlines started with minimum 155 cm you guys don't tell this thing on the very first day of personal interview and even about the scars related things after paying registration fees of 15000 + 30000 then only your faulty members come on class and tell us to remove scars, tatoos, straightning of teeth and even about height... After paying 45000 you people let us know about the requirement for airlines.. So what that mean huh.. Its a money taking institute or what... If we are not eligible then why you guys choose us jus for taking money am i right.. And at every other aviation training institute they had complete the campus interview of maximum airlines but till yet at frankfinn there nothing about the topic of campus interview.. But still we students are facing walkin interview outside of frankfinn and getting rejected by our height why because of your selfishness you selected us as a airhostes still we are not about their height required.. And the most noticeable things is that you people firstly selected us for aviation and then after completing course or after 9 months the placement teacher pushed the students for hotels interview and even for sales man... Interview what is that now many student of guwahati frankinns are forcefully doing job at hotels but they had paid the fees of aviations and even they were selected as a cabin crew or ground staff at first personal interview... Why you people are cheating us playing with our parents emotion and money... Lastly i just want a favor from the head office of frankfinn that we are crossing 9 months please do. Conduct the campus interview of airlines not of hotels and kindly gibe placement at that course for what we have been chosen for. And provide us books at time... Not after completing the course.. Kindly. Please look after it.. Instead of looking a money...

              I want to complain about the faculty behavior it is getting bad day by day and even worst now as the udaan is going on.
              So this is what happened we were at our center where the faculty sended us after reaching there at around 8 o'clock in the morning we got to know that the hsc exams were starting at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Not a single faculty told us about this. They called up some group supervisors but we dint got a call from them. We were waiting their for so long after that we went for the break after collecting some numbers from another college that was near our center. At that time some faculty members came for a survey and they didn't even informed us that they were coming but now also all other students received a call from their faculty members saying that they are coming for a survey. They came but they are saying now that we weren't at the center and data we collected is fake. As we were telling them about the whole situation what happened there the faculty started misbehaving like raashmika ma'am, mahek ma'am, bhagyashree ma, am. And not only this raashmika ma'am also pointed a finger on my character by saying that he is my boyfriend and also said him that i am his wife as i was supporting him on at his correct points. I am going to take this issue very seriously.
              The faculty is not doing their duty properly and blaming the students and misbehaving with them.
              Refund my fees i don't want to continue my course from this so called worlds no 1 institute or else i want a apology letter from the raashmika ma'am and mahek ma'am. They have behaved very rudely even when the fault was theirs.
              I want you to take action on it cause not only i am having the problem many other student are also there but are afraid to complain. Or else ill a take a action.

                I am komal yadav studying in frankfinn institute of so called world's no. 1 airhostess training.
                I've taken ahtm course by which this is my last 4/5 months left. Currently our udaan project is on verge wherein girls are getting abused and molest still we are continuing this filthy project. The thing got above my head when i wore jeans which is not allowed but though from past 2 days people where wearing and coming and i had a genuine reason which she didn't took into consideration. She intentionally targeted me just because we didn't have her (Rashmika das-the head of ghatkopar branch) extra money which she asked for. The total amount that we paid for this course is 1, 60, 000 inr. She just not only tortured me but also misbehaved with my mom which is not tolerable. I don't understand who gave her such a post which she isn't capable of. Shes just misusing her post and talking falsehood regarding others. Shes so fake personality that she even pointed out on my mom's upbringing which not tolerable.
                I request you to refund my money back as i don't want to continue this course any longer.

                Even i have the same problem. This thing happened with me also and many other peoples but they are afraid because of the Raashmika ma'am and other faculties saying that they wont give us our certificate.
                And the faculty behaves so rudely with us. the branch head itself don't have any manners how to talk and they are in a hospitality and customer service institute I wonder who made her the head of the center and other faculties behaves with us as they are the owners of the institute and can make us do anything.

                  I have been there in the institute to attend the seminar on 22 january 2018 and there we get to know about that it's was the last day for admission and we have to submit the admission fees that day only otherwise next batch will be next year. I paid rs. 15000 as my registration fees. When i went there to attend first class they told me about remaining fees that is rs 85000 to submit rs 36500 on that day only otherwise i'll not allowed to take class. As im not able to arrange huge amount immediately because of financial issues i want to get refund my registration fees. As the teacher who's in regular contact is not picking up my call. Kindly do the needful i'm in urgent need of funds.

                      Hi... I am a student of frankfinn institute of air hostess training (Hyderabad). I am not at all satisfied with this institute... They look for only number of admissions and fees that has to be collected from those students.. There is no fixed amount of fee... They collect according to their wish but no less than 1.3 lakh where the actual fee according to frankfinn rules and regulations is actually 1.2 lakh.. They don't check eligibility criteria of a student while admission... Give fake promises and take admissions.. Promise to provide placements anyhow saying that they are tied up with many top airlines.. When students like go with dreams to fly high.. We complete the whole course and look for jobs.. And then these people show us 10 k salary per month jobs in hotels or any other front office.. Least bothered if we are really interested in taking that particular job.. They be like.. We have shown you the placements.. Its you who dint take that job... Do we really have to pay such huge amount of fee for one year diploma just to get paid 10k salary per month? And there are no campus interviews.. All are walk in interviews... These people will just inform us when and where the interview is happening.. After seeing al this we regrete for taking admission in this institute.. On the other side
                      In recent days two branches were terminated. Ameerpet and kukatpally branches were terminated and himayathnagar the headbranch in hyderabad took responsibility of students from ameerpet and kukatpally. Miss surekha is the centre head there... Called us and asked us to come to himayathnagar branch and she will help us in placements... And now when we go there and ask.. She'l be like did you take admission in our branch? Did i take your admission? I am not getting any extra pay helping u students.. Tha'ts totally her job to help us why is she expecting more pay for that? And is that the way to speak to students? Being a student... After paying so much fee.. And knowing that branch is terminated and no proper assistance about placements... Student will be frustrated and they have their rights to question about it.. She says we cant question her for anything... Whom should we question then? She is representing that particular branch.. She called us and said that she took our responsibility.. Only then we went to her.. Else we don't even know that one such lady exists.. Now when we ask for help.. She shouts at us.. Front of all visitors.. Sends us out literally.. Shouting us to get out from here.. N if one does the mistake she shows her anger on 10 people for one's fault.. Says she is english professor and treats every others as illiterates and call them illiterates.. She keeps us waiting when we go to meet her... No seats to sit and wait atleast.. Today she declared she is not gonna assist us for placements... Whom should we question now? We either want refund of whole fee or proper placements as promised.. And this kind of behaviour with students cant be encouraged!

                        I took addmission for (Fdahtm) in frankfinn training center bund garden pune... They offer me platinum payment offer in which i have to pay total fee of 127, 500... And because of i dont have dad and there are financial issue i ask for instalment in this fee structure and they also promise to give me

                        1st i paid nov 15000
                        2nd i paid jan 11200
                        And 3rd i am going to pay 55000 in april
                        4th instalment 55000 i am going to pay in august

                        (I have lots of financial problems sir/ mam coz i dont have dad and mom is doing job in private sector she got only 8000 per month and because of this it is not convinient for me to pay fees in one time)

                        Please do some fever for me and open this option for me coz i have to pay my fees by my own i am doing part time job

                          I joined two students in hospitality in frankfinn. Many time i toled in my institute in ludhiana. They don't responsing. I m telling them from 5 months but they don't responsin. Pls give me my encentive.

                            I am sneha my parents paid rs.81000 to frankfin due to my accident and my family having son money problem i want to leave frankfin. I request to everyone for refund my family member sending a mail but we didnt recived any response from the institute.
                            After a long back i got one phone call from delhi head office regarding pending fees.
                            I told them i dont want to continoue a course kindly refund my fees then that beautyful girl speak to my husband and ask the same then my husband said the same thing the speak to rude and disconnect a call.
                            I dont think show its a professional way to speak to our family mamber.
                            This is not a small amount its a huge amount which we paid and we are not asking full amount we asked only the last cheque which we paid to them of amount rs, 50, 000.
                            This is a valuable money for our parents we cant give as a charity to them.

                              I joined frankfin on 2 january and i hv only attended 4 to 5 classes of grooming.. Now i dont want to do the course.. Bcoz of my financial conditions.. I hv submitted 15000 at the time of registration and after that i submitted 11000 more.. To pursue the course and applied for loan.. But i dnt want to pursue.. I went to the franfinn at gandhi nagar mode centre and i hv talk to them about my situation that why i cannot pursue... But they are not listening at all.. Plzz refund my money...

                                  I'm simran kaur from frankfinn of airhostess training (Chandigarh). This is regarding to our in-flight training at indra gandhi international airport in delhi. As we all students attend the training on 10th december 2017 and it was so boring and unsatisfied training. As we expected to be taught about aircraft and handling of passengers. But later on i did not have money to complete the course I did not even start my clases. I asked them to refund the money they told me that they do not have any policy to refund the money. but if we go by the policy they took my admission when i was 16 however according to their policy the child must be 18 above or at least 17 as their customer service told me according to them there is no procedure to take the addmission of a 16 yr old child.                                       My name is Km. shashi ! and I took admission in Frankfinn Instituted of Air Hostess in Gurgaon. and submitted a registrations fees of Rs 15000 and Rs 26000 of the Course submitted, I attended a month class . then it was revealed that my course is not of Air Hostess, my course is of the FDHTCS, The seminar was told the course of Air Hostess and when I asked mam, I told you this course was also told, and your height is low, So mam should have told me, So think about doing the course, But mam decided on himself about my course Now I do not want to do this course, I don't have the money to deposit fees. and there is some financial problem in the house. I can't complete my course. I request you to return my remaining fees.

                                        I dont know what is happening in this institute have lots of complaints
                                        1. Its been 2 months i joined and still not got my uniform.
                                        2. Forcing about fees as i have choose a loan facility but they are forcing to borrow money from someone or deposit to them.
                                        3. Having alternate classes from last month just loosing all my intrest in this cource just because of this and we all have some other classes and due to this type of drama they are creating of alternative days i am not able to attend them.
                                        4. They just need fees as early as possible don't care about students.
