I get admission since 17 days back at frankfinn vikas marg branch my grooming teacher is so biased with students and demoralising them with maltreatment. Today she's cursed me that i won't able to select anywhere. M so distress with her behaviour. I already submitted my half fee. Kindly take strict action. After that anything bad happened to me its only frankfinn fault

    I am doing my graduation from mcm dav clg chd and diploma at frankfinn chd. At the time of admission the councellers told timings will be adjusted according to u. But know they are not cooperating with me. First time asked them to chng my batch bcoz my old batch was from 2 to 4 and my clg ends at 3:30. Firstly they refused. They said there will be a problem in certificates. U will not get the certificates. But afterwards they changed. These all talks were done at the time of admission by my parents that she will not be able to come at 2bcoz of her clg.in that batch growing was done. They told me that u can continue with some other batch. I said ok. The day before yesterday the faculty who was taking my eng class at 4 to 6 resigned. They said that u have to come at 12 to continue eng classes nd my trimming classes will be at 2. That means i have to bunk 4 hours from clg which is not possible for me. I talked to director of my centre. I didnt did anything and talked rudely with me. My sister's marriage in on 14 th but i m not able to go to my house bcoz of this all mess. Please help me what should i do???

      Dear sir /mam
      I am mansi from jalandhar cantt and i belong to a middle class family. Few days later, i get a call from your institute regaring attending a seminar. So, me and my sister went to attend the seminar and futher i fell good after attending a seminar so i decide to take a admission in the course of cabin crew due to some circumstances my parents are unable to deposit my further fee because my metrnal uncle is unwell and only parents are the once who support them in their crictical situation.
      Further, on 28th july, saturday i deposited my registration fee which is 15000 moreover they can not give me any kind of bill or receipt of rs. 15000 but i have a proof of this payment because i deposited it with my card
      On the 29th july sunday me and my father went to the office for further process of depositing fee and we deposit it to (Mrs gagandeep kaur who is the head of the institute in jalandhar) and on that day they get some signature of mine on some legal documents and they can not give time to me to read out that documents
      On 30th july monday my father had a call from my maternal aunty regarding my uncle because he is unwell and after that call me and my sister went back to office to request gagandeep kaur man to refundable my fee but they does not refund it and now my father went to office 2-3 times but they can not take any action and said us to that they can not refund are fee. The receipt of terms and conditions they give us later after all process.
      So mam/sir i kindly request you to take any strict action regarding this

        I’m very disappointed with the management of Frankfinn institute of Hyderabad, Himatnagar branch.
        I took admission on[protected] as the consultant said me that there’s a new batch starting with in three or four days and Mr. Ajay (consultant) said me about the three months course and after calling them constantly for the information they never gave me proper information about the new batch now it’s been more than a month finally I got to know that the batch is going to start.
        But when I visit the institute I get to know that the course is changed and now it’s a six months course. I’m going to shift to pune within 4 months and I don’t have any more time and I can’t study at Pune that’s the reason I chose 3 months plan .I spoke to Sushmita mam and Surekha mam about but they are just ignoring it and said they can’t help me out.
        N now after all the admission and fee payment I get to know that married women don’t have scope for getting a good job then what’s the reason frankfinn ask if the person is married or not in the form .
        I filled the form saying I’m married .
        It’s the duty of the institute to check the form and I can’t pay 1 lakh without any good job guarantee.
        And I have burnt marks on my hand which can not be cured . Is it not the responsibility of the institute to check it out and give full details.
        I was not said about the fee structure before Ajay sir said me that ones I pay 51600 the remaining amount can be paid in instalment and I was not informed about the post paid cheque. Anyway I was ready to pay the full amount but again the course of 6 months and about the marks on body and the marriage issue was not said before .
        I want the refund. It’s all the institutes mistake . I understand the rules and regulations you have but your institute doesn’t follow these rules while taking admission so I feel it should not be a problem to break one more rule and give me the refund.

            Sir i am a student frankfinn, sir the time of joining did not tell me anything, refund will not be given on payment of. When was the first payment to go. Toh had given the form of frankfin, with rules and regulations, but did not give the prescription, just had to give me signature quickly, sir i m a middle class family, sir, my job was gone because of my job, because i had to build something, now i do not have any more money. I asked mam for 3 months time, but he did not say, so i said you should pay my money back, but madam will not get the money for the money. So sir, i will say this now, you should have said this before, sir i want to request sir give me 20000 rupees, other wise i have to commit suicide sir, because we will not be able to fight you, nor is the money to go to court, only we will write a report in the police station, and upload facebook, youtube and instagram, because we know you will win, but sir please help me i request you, please my 20000 money refund, i am very poor man

              Sir,
              I am anjali from frankfinn institute of air hostess training dehradun branch. I frankfinn accounted has been drop out of frankfinn due to the late fee deposit. My total fee 1.65lack was alliance now that 1.85lack demand. Sir i am from a poor family and my father are nurtured with great difficulty by wages. Sir my mother's health was very critical and she i. C. U. Was admitted and i have to go home to take care of them. Which i was unable to attend the classes. Father spent a lot of money to treat good health. Which was delayed in submission fee. Sir i am unable to collect extra fee. Sir i reaquest you plz help me. Otherwise it will be my future waste. Sir my course completion are left only 2 months. You will soon take action.                     I have been sending the below mail since three years with no response or help in return.

                    If I do not get my certificates with my right name, I will have to take serious action and I will also definitely share my mails which I've been sending since years on social media to spread awareness on the same.

                    Below are the details-

                    This is with regard to the issue of my ICM certificate and Post graduation diploma certificate (AHS).

                    My name is spelled wrong, my surname is also missing on both the certificates. It has been three years since I have been requesting for this change.

                    I have completed the course. I have successfully completed all the modules (including swimming) from March 2014-April 2015. Kindly look into this and do the needful as i need to submit the certificate for my job. Below are the required details :

I had paid a sum of 38000 to the institute but due to my bad financial conditions at home I ws not able to join the course and I had not attended a single class over there.                         I'm Manmeet kaur, I had enrolled for the admission at ur frankfinn institute of Rajouri Garden, New Delhi branch, by paying Rs 15000
                        10000 through Online banking, but Now because of my family's weak financial condition.
                        I won't be able to continue the course ahead, so I decided to cancel my admission and I want the refund of my paid amount that is 15000 rs, due to such circumstances I didn't attain the single class
                        And even after number of requests to Mrs.Simpy who take my admission and by Submitting letters then too I didn't received a single response she make excuses whenever I visited I'm in need for my money so kindly do me a favour to return my paid amount Back.Even after calling to institute and head office are not responding And then tooo its my humble request to return my money I'm in need plz.

                            as admission.then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn.after giving the refund application to centre head.he told that you will not get any refund .my time is being wast just to go to frankfin institute again and again in order to get my mony back but they are not giving .

                              My name is nivedita rai and i went to frankfinn institiin of airhostess training on 21/6/18 to know about the course but they manipulated be by saiying that ur perfect abd this is ur golden chance for achiving ur dreams and today is ur last date of admission where u can get admission in 145000 othetwise it will be of 200000 from tomorrow and they forced me to give 15000 as admission fees at that very moment so that they can get add my name in the list this was done by sonali mam head of rajouri garden institution. Then they called me on 23/6/18 for orientation day and told me tho bring three checks on the very same date of different amounts one of 30000 issued for 23/6/18 another of 50000 issued for 25/7/18 and another of 50000 issued for 25/8/18 then i got to talk to the older students who told me about the institution that is is not good and worthy they have not got jobs till now and they are trapped in this and then i also serched it on google and got the same reviews and i was very disapointed after this and now i dont want to continue this course and i want my money back so on the same day i went to the rajouri garden frankfinn institute to get my cheques back but they are not giving me the cheque and saying that one its paid it cant be refunded they should have told it earlier and then i saw some students who are not even to the height of 155cm wich is a nessity for becoming an airhostess and the studebts who were fat and not to the actual bim then my doubt became much clear. I request u to plz give my money back so that i wont face any trouble because i am from a middile class family and i dont have 145000 rs to waste on this thing and my account also dosent have that much of money and if the cheque bounces my dad can go to jail which i cant let that happen. And you can take it both as a warning or as a request so that u can help me other wise i will go up to the media and i hope you know the power of social media and am warning you that it can baddly effect the reputation of frankfinn and the dream of frankfinn opening institutes in dubai and foreign countries can get shattered right away and the sucess story of mr ks kholi of earning 450cr from 40000 borrowed by a friend can go back to its earlier amount.145000 may not be a big amount for you but for the people who work whole day and night with all the hardwork means everything. And if my demand will not be listened then i will make shure to sue ur company for playing with young generations future because "what goes around comes around".

                                I mrs. Louiza r fernandes mother of riya r fernandes would like to inform you that in the month of april my daughter riya had gone to take admission in frankfinn (Andheri). I had been told to be paid ₹15, 000 for her admission... But due to shortage of money i paid ₹9, 500.
                                As i am in the need of money urgently. I stay in my mothers house in a joint family so my family members are against this course as i have lost my mother 5 years before.
                                As my mother would have been in this world i would have no tension.
                                Very soon i was even hospitalized in the month of may for 1 month and i have spent alot of money on my medical treatment and i have no support from any one so i have taken money on interest to pay my medical bills.
                                Sir/madam... I need this money to pay to the person from whom i have taken money on interest as the person is harrising me to pay the money soon. I know that you will understand my problem and give me back the money soon... Sir/madam i request u once again to do the needful soon.. As i have to pay the money by end of this month..
                                Pls i request you... Please we are really poor and need our money back

                                    Respected sir/madam,

                                    I'm thohid chikodi, i took admissions at frankfinn institute, margao on 24 may 2018, i din't even attended a single class, they lied me saying that seats are going to be full, and forced me to reserve the seat, and just to reserve they took 26, 200 rupees from me, and they ensured me that i will get the loan for other remaining money. Which was not possible, and i don't want to enroll in this institute.

                                    Sir/maam i belong to a middle class family, my father is paralyzed and i need to refund my money. Because the money which i've paid was taken by my fathers friend and i need to return him as soon as possible.
                                    Its a humble request to u, please help in refunding the money.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My name is chakrapal singh and i am visiting continuously visiting the frankfinn - rajori garden branch for the refund of my forcefull admission of course (Frankfinn post graduate diploma in aviation, hospitality, travel n coustomer services.)
                                      Unfortunately i was misguided by the hwad staff mrs simpy singh. Who misguided me and got myself into the course which was suitable for my career and future both. I was promised for my loan process and i was continuously struggling for the approval for that loan.
                                      Mrs simpy she is so mean and never pick any of the students call because she just wanted to take money from people and to kon them. And then i have decided to got myself out of this trap of false admission and requested mrs simpy for the cancelation of this course.
                                      Now, after so many months of following and requesting to mrs simpy, to get refund of my cancellation of course but no replied, and then i got my refund but only 9300 i got refund. Now next step of action might force me to go legally againt mrs simpy. Which is not only including the refund but the waste of precious time and hard earn money. She also tried to ruined my carrier by misguiding into wrong course and not refunding my 5700 not only this i spended 26000 for convenience and other things i lost my job just because i was coming here again n again. Now i am warning her to refund my all this money. Otherwise i will go legally against her. My entire year wasted i will call media now to frankfinn rajori and take legal step against mrs simpy. I might now go to media and get the new article print in the newspaper and will use variant ways of exposing frankfinn. And mrs simpy to ensure that futher they cannot cheat other innocent people like me.
                                      And also i will take the name of mr sumit and accountant jitender beause of not sending my file and was kept my file with them and when i visited again to frankfinn and i asked at that point of time they said we misplaced all papers please right it again. They both are very cruel people.
                                      Now i will take my action within next 48 hrs. If they will not take this request seriously.
                                      This complaint will copied to the following.

                                      Hi this is Arshdeep Kaur, I did not joined your Frankfinn Institute but i have submitted 15, 000 rupees on 20th, june, 2018.
                                      My mother is in Hospital and i want my money back i need it.
                                      I do not have my father i am the only earning hand I did not joined any Class or I just want refund back. Please help me out.

                                        I am shalini biswas of i-1 batch 8 am to 10 am south extention branch when i took admission i asked them ther was abdul sir sadvhi mam and another mam clearly that i want aviation + hospitality+ travel management the the staff told me that that yes its the same you just first pay the fees first its the same what you want and did not answered me properly and said its the last date do it fast pay fast take lone or do any thing but do it fast right now even i asked i want ground staff if m not so tall but now i got to know that i am in hospitality course so the cheated on me please resolve this as soon as possible
