I am from dehradun branch and uniform we have got from frankfinn doesn't give me 100% satisfaction. My pant size is 32 but length of the cloth is too lobg according to my height. I spoke to mam but she told me to do it your own and no more problem belt does not fit in the loop. I also told it about it they told me to do from outside. I want to know what is the importance of students and their money which we had spend. I had also suggests that 2 ties and two batch should be given but no action had been taken. We were also told for dress code which we had purchased ourself. Can frankfinn refund our money which we had spent for purchasing black pant and whirt shirt?.

    I called for enquiry once and from that day your company employee has been harassing my phone number from past 2 years, i have ignored enough, i have complained about it so many times to your customer service but no action is taken. This is not a joke ok. Either you take any serious action or I'll make sure that it becomes a big issue n it won't be good for your company reputation.

      I paid registration fee and course fee rupees fifteen thousand on 29/03/2017 I had to do training but because of some financial problem I dropped the plan. So request you to please refund atleast 50% of money.Mam I need that money very urgently.I m going through an anormous financial problem..I will be highly obliged to you i[censored] give back some of the amount .plz try to understand.

        I have done with my course in 2017 but frankfinn doesnot providing any placement call to me i want respond quickly from headoffice. They provide fake promises that after completing the course we will provide jobs but it is not reality plz provide any jobs in hospitality travel or in avaition. It is my humble request to plz provide placements job and talk with indore head office about my complaint

          I am vikalpa paunikar, student of frankfinn institute nagpur (Batch w[protected].in july 2017 i bought 2 admission to mr rajendra rajput for ahtm course under bap policy. It's been above a year amd yet i didn't recieve any cheques nor any calls from him. Whenever i ask him for cheque he ask me to wait. I am very disappointed with this things. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

            Please note that my daughter ms. Arikta sinha - student id: fiat/76123 batch code r[protected] was unable to continue the training
            And she has paid the in-flight training fees of rs.11210/- on 22nd june 2018.

            As per the conversation had with ms. Debolina bose of frankfinn - camac stret, kolkata, i suppose to get refund by 1st week of august 2018.
            Since 20th july 2018 i have been following up for refund of in-flight training fees, till date it is not yet settled.

            Kindly arrange to refund the in-flight training fees, which i had paid rs.11, 210/- on 22.06.2018.

            I will be grateful to you if you kindly refund me the same at the earliest.

            Till date I have not received my hard earned money. I will wait till 7th of September 2018, then I compelled to take legal action against Frankfinn -Kolkata.

              There is no management, as i' have paid all the amount of AHTM course Rs 1, 50, 000 and i have receipts also. They are continuously asking me to pay . According to the rules& regulations i have paid my all fees &amount. This is really very disappointing & irritating. If such messages will continued, i will directly complain to the Head Office. Grooming Room is too small, especially for girls. There are so many girls at a time. The room should be larger&wider or two grooming rooms should be there. I am not satisfied with your institute.

                Hello sir, myself vikash mishra, my registration fee receipt no fadrg19regr1376, student ref no : fiat/drg/18-19/1374. I wants to apply for course cabin crew, divya mam was checked my height on first day, then she says u r eligible for this course nd your height is 170.4cm. Nd i m also know about cabin crew course (Height should be minimum 170cm). So, according toh divya mam, i was pay15000rs for registration.
                But next day, i was come in this center, other mam checked my height. Then her says dear your height is less than 170, u r not eligible for this course because ur height is 168.5. It should be minimum 170.
                So, divya mam argue with other mam.. Nd says u have no idea. I know well...
                So next day i was come. Nd says mam plz refund my registration fee. She says it will not be refundable. Nd because sir, divya mam take the commison from acount department for my registration. On that time. She was hyper. Angry.
                So sir, plz requested to u, plz withdraw of my registration fee.

                    I am doing my graduation from mcm dav clg chd and diploma at frankfinn chd. At the time of admission the councellers told timings will be adjusted according to u. But know they are not cooperating with me. First time asked them to chng my batch bcoz my old batch was from 2 to 4 and my clg ends at 3:30. Firstly they refused. They said there will be a problem in certificates. U will not get the certificates. But afterwards they changed. These all talks were done at the time of admission by my parents that she will not be able to come at 2bcoz of her clg.in that batch growing was done. They told me that u can continue with some other batch. I said ok. The day before yesterday the faculty who was taking my eng class at 4 to 6 resigned. They said that u have to come at 12 to continue eng classes nd my trimming classes will be at 2. That means i have to bunk 4 hours from clg which is not possible for me. I talked to director of my centre. I didnt did anything and talked rudely with me. My sister's marriage in on 14 th but i m not able to go to my house bcoz of this all mess. Please help me what should i do???

                      Dear sir /mam
                      I am mansi from jalandhar cantt and i belong to a middle class family. Few days later, i get a call from your institute regaring attending a seminar. So, me and my sister went to attend the seminar and futher i fell good after attending a seminar so i decide to take a admission in the course of cabin crew due to some circumstances my parents are unable to deposit my further fee because my metrnal uncle is unwell and only parents are the once who support them in their crictical situation.
                      Further, on 28th july, saturday i deposited my registration fee which is 15000 moreover they can not give me any kind of bill or receipt of rs. 15000 but i have a proof of this payment because i deposited it with my card
                      On the 29th july sunday me and my father went to the office for further process of depositing fee and we deposit it to (Mrs gagandeep kaur who is the head of the institute in jalandhar) and on that day they get some signature of mine on some legal documents and they can not give time to me to read out that documents
                      On 30th july monday my father had a call from my maternal aunty regarding my uncle because he is unwell and after that call me and my sister went back to office to request gagandeep kaur man to refundable my fee but they does not refund it and now my father went to office 2-3 times but they can not take any action and said us to that they can not refund are fee. The receipt of terms and conditions they give us later after all process.
                      So mam/sir i kindly request you to take any strict action regarding this

                        I’m very disappointed with the management of Frankfinn institute of Hyderabad, Himatnagar branch.
                        I took admission on[protected] as the consultant said me that there’s a new batch starting with in three or four days and Mr. Ajay (consultant) said me about the three months course and after calling them constantly for the information they never gave me proper information about the new batch now it’s been more than a month finally I got to know that the batch is going to start.
                        But when I visit the institute I get to know that the course is changed and now it’s a six months course. I’m going to shift to pune within 4 months and I don’t have any more time and I can’t study at Pune that’s the reason I chose 3 months plan .I spoke to Sushmita mam and Surekha mam about but they are just ignoring it and said they can’t help me out.
                        N now after all the admission and fee payment I get to know that married women don’t have scope for getting a good job then what’s the reason frankfinn ask if the person is married or not in the form .
                        I filled the form saying I’m married .
                        It’s the duty of the institute to check the form and I can’t pay 1 lakh without any good job guarantee.
                        And I have burnt marks on my hand which can not be cured . Is it not the responsibility of the institute to check it out and give full details.
                        I was not said about the fee structure before Ajay sir said me that ones I pay 51600 the remaining amount can be paid in instalment and I was not informed about the post paid cheque. Anyway I was ready to pay the full amount but again the course of 6 months and about the marks on body and the marriage issue was not said before .
                        I want the refund. It’s all the institutes mistake . I understand the rules and regulations you have but your institute doesn’t follow these rules while taking admission so I feel it should not be a problem to break one more rule and give me the refund.

                            Sir i am a student frankfinn, sir the time of joining did not tell me anything, refund will not be given on payment of. When was the first payment to go. Toh had given the form of frankfin, with rules and regulations, but did not give the prescription, just had to give me signature quickly, sir i m a middle class family, sir, my job was gone because of my job, because i had to build something, now i do not have any more money. I asked mam for 3 months time, but he did not say, so i said you should pay my money back, but madam will not get the money for the money. So sir, i will say this now, you should have said this before, sir i want to request sir give me 20000 rupees, other wise i have to commit suicide sir, because we will not be able to fight you, nor is the money to go to court, only we will write a report in the police station, and upload facebook, youtube and instagram, because we know you will win, but sir please help me i request you, please my 20000 money refund, i am very poor man

                              I am anjali from frankfinn institute of air hostess training dehradun branch. I frankfinn accounted has been drop out of frankfinn due to the late fee deposit. My total fee 1.65lack was alliance now that 1.85lack demand. Sir i am from a poor family and my father are nurtured with great difficulty by wages. Sir my mother's health was very critical and she i. C. U. Was admitted and i have to go home to take care of them. Which i was unable to attend the classes. Father spent a lot of money to treat good health. Which was delayed in submission fee. Sir i am unable to collect extra fee. Sir i reaquest you plz help me. Otherwise it will be my future waste. Sir my course completion are left only 2 months. You will soon take action.                                   I am ekjot Kaur I have enrolled for training and I have deposit Rs.15000.
                                  And I am migrating to Canada for higher studies in January because of this I won't be able to continue this training. Even I have not attended a single class yet.
                                  So please do consider my complaint.
                                  And please provide me with refund as soon as possible. Please do take this complaint in consideration please.

                                    I have been sending the below mail since three years with no response or help in return.

                                    If I do not get my certificates with my right name, I will have to take serious action and I will also definitely share my mails which I've been sending since years on social media to spread awareness on the same.

                                    Below are the details-

                                    This is with regard to the issue of my ICM certificate and Post graduation diploma certificate (AHS).

                                    My name is spelled wrong, my surname is also missing on both the certificates. It has been three years since I have been requesting for this change.

                                    I have completed the course. I have successfully completed all the modules (including swimming) from March 2014-April 2015. Kindly look into this and do the needful as i need to submit the certificate for my job. Below are the required details :

                                    Course - Post Graduation Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality and Customer Service.

                                      Respected sir, I m Urmesha gaonkar. I registered myself in frankfinn institute at margao, goa. I had paid a sum of 38000 to the institute but due to my bad financial conditions at home I ws not able to join the course and I had not attended a single class over there. So I requested for the refund and as per their saying I send several applications to the central head but I dint got any reply from them. Right now my conditions at home are not good and I really in need for money too. Sir, please help me In getting my money back and as soon as possible please do the needful.

                                        Hello sir/madam,

                                        I'm Manmeet kaur, I had enrolled for the admission at ur frankfinn institute of Rajouri Garden, New Delhi branch, by paying Rs 15000
                                        10000 through Online banking, but Now because of my family's weak financial condition.
                                        I won't be able to continue the course ahead, so I decided to cancel my admission and I want the refund of my paid amount that is 15000 rs, due to such circumstances I didn't attain the single class
                                        And even after number of requests to Mrs.Simpy who take my admission and by Submitting letters then too I didn't received a single response she make excuses whenever I visited I'm in need for my money so kindly do me a favour to return my paid amount Back.Even after calling to institute and head office are not responding And then tooo its my humble request to return my money I'm in need plz.
