    I would like to inform you that i had completed my fdhtcs diploma in 2013 from udaipur center. But i didn't received any certification from the center till date.
    As you know udaipur branch is no more in existence and udaipur center is not taking any responsibility for the same. And also my galileo exam is pending. I received a message from head office that your certification is hold on due to examination.

    So please suggest me what to do in this case.

      I dont know what is happening in this institute have lots of complaints
      1. Its been 2 months i joined and still not got my uniform.
      2. Forcing about fees as i have choose a loan facility but they are forcing to borrow money from someone or deposit to them.
      3. Having alternate classes from last month just loosing all my intrest in this cource just because of this and we all have some other classes and due to this type of drama they are creating of alternative days i am not able to attend them.
      4. They just need fees as early as possible don't care about students.
      I just got frustrated from this institute and i cannot believe that its a no 1 institue ...

        To whomsoever it may concern, i beg to state that i am anu rai, student of frankfinn institute of air hostess in hyderabad at ameerpet. Sir all students from our branch are getting calls about termination of our ameerpet institute and we got a call from delhi addressing that we have to attend the classes at himayath nagar frankfinn not ameerpet. So we are really confused on this matter as ameerpet faculties are not allowing us to give attention on those headquarter calls. Many students also got calls nd were scolded for not attending himayath nagar classes. Sir please, i hope you will come out with a soution for our troubles.

          I had summit 15000 rupe. At admission time in frankfinn institute in nagpurbut due to some reason i was not attend a single class because of my family problem and i had not aske to money back at that time but after some time when i asked to refund money after three mouth so they tall use that your money is not refundable because it is too late.

            I want my registration fees refunded.. It was informed at the time if admission that it is non refundable.. I paid 15000 as the registration fees at the camac street branch, kolkata.. It is written in the receipt but we were not informed about it before paying it.. & what's the use of being informed through the receipt after paying the fees.. I belong from a middle class family & now that i've decided to quit this course i request a refund.. The amount is a lot for us.. Please look after the problem & get back as soon as possible..

            I humbly am stating I will not be pursuing the course as my dad has fallen sick and is in need of constant medical support. I belong to middle class family and with a limited income .The registration amount is a big amount for us
            Kindly give us the refund for the registration fees. Also it was not discussed with us that the registration fee is non refundable during the entire counselling.

                  My brother chintan desai was studying in franklin institute ahmadabad for 2-3 months, after that he wants to transfer to surat for the same course. He requested his transfer in ending of august month, that time his madam told him that he will be shifted to surat within 15-20 days. But now after 25 days she said that we done our paper work completed but authorities didn't do anything for that, that's why it's not our problem. Now she says it will take more 5 days for that. We don't know when they would complete their procedure. My brother's whole study link is now broken, and he waste his 1 month because those non responsible authorities. I want this matter solved as soon as possible.

                            Respected sir,
                            I am anant rajput and had had paid course fee of rupees 15000 for the ahtm course but it was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted from my mother's account and i was concerned about it and then only talk to my father regarding it for the first time and then i came to know that we can't afford such an expensive course as it is out of our reach and budget and then only i came to know that the authorities at frankfinn institute rajouri garden had collected the amount i paid online but then i tried to cancel it but they won't listen to me and it's been around 1 month now and all my applications for the cancellation of my admission are completely ignored there and they say on my face they can't do a thing and i am on my own so please sir do the needful as we need that money in 15000 rupees are a lot of money for my family and i can't afford to lose them.

                              I am a student of frankfinn name-arti gairola. And i have done my diploma from dehradun frankfinn institute in 2014 and 2015 it was completed. I have call many times but there was no response from there. Even they don't bother to revert me they only say i will call you back but as usual no response. I have called many times then i searched delhi head office number from internet and i have called in delhi frankfinn number but someone received the call they said they will call back but again they didn't revert call many times. Its your fault when 1st time certificate came the outer cover in which address is mention it is mine only but inside the name was not mine in that certificate and i have given that certificate in dehradun frankfinn from where i have done m, y diploma they said they will sent a mail in delhi center head office but i don't know that they sent it or not i have got my gallileo certificate but main diploma i have spent so much money for that diploma i want my diploma as soon as possible.

                                My name is fardeen bilal shaikh. I had paid deposit of 15000 at frankfinn institute of air hostess training pune branch nine days ago to saurabh sir. That money was given without the consent of my mother. As for the remaining amount it was going to be paid through as i've applied for loan. But we already have taken loan for our shop. The deposited money was installment of that loan as my mom doesn't know about this course i need to return this money to her. And i dont intend on doing this course. So i need the refund. As the amount was kpet for installment of our loan. I need it to return to my mother. As she is the bread earner of our family and the shop is our only solace. So i request you to refund me the deposited amount.
                                I hope to get refunded as we genuinely have family crisis. Please consider my request. Sorry for the inconvenience.

                                  I have successfully completed my course in frankfinn institute (Branch-thane, hospitality travel and customer service). Before starting the course the staff said me that they will do there work honestly and with full loyalty unfortunately they changed after receiving the amount from me. They entered my name wrong in the system and issued wrong identity to me. Not only that they also issued me wrong certificate to me even after submitting the adhaar copy to their website. The staff members of the institute are not co-operating with me and not providing me my correct galileo certificate, i have already given my galileo exams in may and now even after 3 months they are not providing me my certificate. They have given me 2 certificate one with wrong name and one with the right one. They still have to provide me one certificate (Galileo). It is my humble request to provide me my galileo certificate as soon as possible

                                    My name is fardeen bilal shaikh. I had paid deposit of 15000 at pune branch nine days ago to saurabh sir. That money was given without the consent of my mother. As for the remaining amount it was going to be paid through as i've applied for loan. But we already have taken loan for our shop. The deposited money was installment of that loan as my mom doesn't know about this course i need to return this money to her. And i dont intend on doing this course. So i need the refund. As the amount was kpet for installment of our loan. I need it to return to my mother. As she is the bread earner of our family and the shop is our only solace. So i request you to refund me the deposited amount.
                                    I hope to get refunded as we genuinely have family crisis. Please consider my request. Sorry for the inconvenience.

                                      Respected sir.
                                      I am shweta jaiswal from ghatkopar branch. I had paid 15000 as a registration fee and 23000 as a admission fee but due to my health problem m not able to attend a single lecture n also m belonging to a lower middle class the amount i paid is very essential for me n my family. I had given a letter to the center but they told that u will not get your money back n even when m calling to the center office they are not responding.
                                      I kindly request you to take this issue seriously n take some necessary against this.
