Respected sir,
I am anant rajput and had had paid course fee of rupees 15000 for the ahtm course but it was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted from my mother's account and i was concerned about it and then only talk to my father regarding it for the first time and then i came to know that we can't afford such an expensive course as it is out of our reach and budget and then only i came to know that the authorities at frankfinn institute rajouri garden had collected the amount i paid online but then i tried to cancel it but they won't listen to me and it's been around 1 month now and all my applications for the cancellation of my admission are completely ignored there and they say on my face they can't do a thing and i am on my own so please sir do the needful as we need that money in 15000 rupees are a lot of money for my family and i can't afford to lose them.

I am a student of frankfinn name-arti gairola. And i have done my diploma from dehradun frankfinn institute in 2014 and 2015 it was completed. I have call many times but there was no response from there. Even they don't bother to revert me they only say i will call you back but as usual no response. I have called many times then i searched delhi head office number from internet and i have called in delhi frankfinn number but someone received the call they said they will call back but again they didn't revert call many times. Its your fault when 1st time certificate came the outer cover in which address is mention it is mine only but inside the name was not mine in that certificate and i have given that certificate in dehradun frankfinn from where i have done m, y diploma they said they will sent a mail in delhi center head office but i don't know that they sent it or not i have got my gallileo certificate but main diploma i have spent so much money for that diploma i want my diploma as soon as possible.

My name is fardeen bilal shaikh. I had paid deposit of 15000 at frankfinn institute of air hostess training pune branch nine days ago to saurabh sir. That money was given without the consent of my mother. As for the remaining amount it was going to be paid through as i've applied for loan. But we already have taken loan for our shop. The deposited money was installment of that loan as my mom doesn't know about this course i need to return this money to her. And i dont intend on doing this course. So i need the refund. I have successfully completed my course in frankfinn institute (Branch-thane, hospitality travel and customer service). Before starting the course the staff said me that they will do there work honestly and with full loyalty unfortunately they changed after receiving the amount from me. They entered my name wrong in the system and issued wrong identity to me. Not only that they also issued me wrong certificate to me even after submitting the adhaar copy to their website. The staff members of the institute are not co-operating with me and not providing me my correct galileo certificate, i have already given my galileo exams in may and now even after 3 months they are not providing me my certificate. They have given me 2 certificate one with wrong name and one with the right one. They still have to provide me one certificate (Galileo). It is my humble request to provide me my galileo certificate as soon as possible

I am shweta jaiswal from ghatkopar branch. I had paid 15000 as a registration fee and 23000 as a admission fee but due to my health problem m not able to attend a single lecture n also m belonging to a lower middle class the amount i paid is very essential for me n my family. I had given a letter to the center but they told that u will not get your money back n even when m calling to the center office they are not responding.
I kindly request you to take this issue seriously n take some necessary against this.

Hi sir/madam

We went to kormangla for frankfinn institute for avatation training, the first day when we went they explained about the avatation and they told from government we wil be getting sclorship of 60000 for that you need to pay 15000 as registration fees. Me and my fraiend both went and payed them the amount. Due to some personal issues we are not able to the corce so we called them asked about money they are teling it is not refoundable, 1day also we are not attained the class. Plus they are telin we paid tht amt to government they are not even giving us tht acoknowagement letter.

We are from middle class we are going to job and learning please help us.

I got admission in frankfinn institute branch m. Pnagar bhopal of air hostess training and i paid rs.36100
As admission. Then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn.. I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head. Told that you will not get any money. What shoud i do kindly suggest me...

Yesterday i visited shiksha.com and searched for my mass media course, i received a call from [protected] girl named sonam application no- 68265, she told me there will be some career guidance seminar with different streams and given me address application no, she didnt even let me keep the phone so that she should confirm all things are correctly done by me fro her record, when i visited i came to know its frankfinn and all the Guidance us to join frankfinn, i had to travel there spending my money for train ticket and auto fare, and had to seat there for 1.5 hours meaninglessly wasting my time, when called on same no bot then no one pickups as there work was done with me, to enter application no fro her record, i have done night shift came 6 am in morning after a 2 hours of nap i visited there, I cancelled my very important program for that and this is what i got, please dont lie for your sake

As above stated subject we have paid the 15, 000 cash on 28th april in axis bank at davangere. Due to some personal problem ie. My father is not feeling well and he has the heart problem and i cannot leave my place and come here for this training and also we cannot pay such huge amount so. Kindly understand the situation and please provide us the amount and oblige.

I am abhishek shringi from a1 batch. I took trainning of ahtm from frankfinn institute (Camac street, kolkata). My batch was completed on october 2016.
I received certificates of diploma, udaan & galilieo in december2016. But there was a spelling mistake in my name in all 3 certificates.
Spelling mistake - abhshek shringi
("i" is missing in my name)
Correct spelling - abhishek shringi.
I gave for correction to frankfinn institute (Camac street, kolkata).in the month of january. But till now, i didn't get my certificates as well as icm certificates also.
So, it is requested to please send my all certificates. It is very urgent.

Hi this is Pragati Landge I was in batch of 2016.i completed my course of ahtm in 2017.After that we started applying for jobs.but didn't received certificate.I went to them at that time they told me that I'll get my certificate.i contacted in Delhi they said the same thing..many months passed and then in 2018 I went to them with my dad and they were like that we can't give her the certificate as she has failed in one software subject and now we have removed it.And they also said that we called all the students and asked them to reappear before we remove the module but they never contacted me for this..every time I used to receive the call was only for fees..The mam told me that she cant give me the certificate now n all..but this was there responsibility to inform us..we paid soo much money and this is what you do to us.. Seriously it's not my fault that the institute didn't inform me.Its not my fault that the module is being removed. This has affected my career in such a bad way..seriously just please give me my certificate it's about someone's career and about their life..we trusted you guys and came to and in fact I paid my whole fees one the first day itself...if I'm failed in one module OK no problem but at least provide me with that...

I filled the form and they told me to pay the amount and comitted me saying that you will get a 100% guarannteed job. Then i paid the amount and i got welcome kit. After a month i came to know that they will give only job assistance not guantee. I really feel bad and my lofe has been spoiled. Whatever the amount my dad saved for my marriage i vested in frankfinn institute and also i taken a loan for the same. Now i am unable to survive my family. We are on the road.
