My child has taken admission at Frankfinn. Respecting opinion here, I feel some control on language should be maintained. No one has got any rights to be so rude at anyone. Specially the language used here is not acceptable. I expect this website moderator to maintain some decorum and ethics in the group and such messages should be deleted. And yes I am not in any ways associated with this institute. Just that my child wanted to pursue his career in hospitality or aviation and we choose to go with Frankfinn. Specially when there are 100 other institutes in the market and we did not know which to choose from. Atleast these guys still had better reputation than many others. And lastly i feel that a student should make himself/herself capable enough to be able to get a job and not end up blaming an institute for that. If this is the same Institute that has placed 1000 other students then I am sure their curriculum isn't that bad or in-effective. Time to think on this.

Please learn to speak English and also learn spellings. even i know frankfinn sucks! and dear its not FROUD :D it is FRAUD.

My self Nitin Ghuge i was student of frankfinn in 2009 i was complete my education in Mar2010. but still i was not gen any certificate.and no one is there who can take this responsibility.

The above is absolutely frivolous and bogus as there never ever was a person at any centre in India or abroad by the name of Richardson in the employment of Frankfinn since its inception. It seems to be the handiwork of some competitor who has a vested interest in trying to malign and tarnish the image of Frankfinn. Frankfinn is the by far the leader and the world’s no. 1 air hostess training institute with the largest network of centres. It has the best placement track record and has made more air hostesses and flight stewards than all other academies in India put together. Thousands of students have been placed as cabin crew and many more thousands have been placed in the hospitality, travel and customer service industries. Year after year it has been certified by the Limca Book of Records for having the best cabin crew placements. Samir Valia – VP, Marketing and Corporate Communication.

I agree totally with you Richardson (whosoever)...Infact this is one of the main reasons why their staff leave the job within few weeks or months!! This is one of the most unprofessional and unethical organization I have ever known. They not only pester their employees in various manners but also do the same with the students!!
Proper information or facts are not told clearly to the candidates/parents to just get the admission. And if someone cancels the admission, they do not get REFUND of the admission fees for ages!
The students are not treated well, even after the admission. They do not get their uniform, bag, badge, folders, etc on time. Infact I have known that the students have got his/her uniform/bag, etc after almost their course was completed. Does anyone need 01 year to get a bag or a uniform stitched?? Barring some centers, all other are in hopeless state, wherein ACs, lights, projector, computers, etc are not working properly, chairs broken, classroom in poor conditions!
Not only this, when students are taken for inflight training, they are ill-treated, made to wait for 6-8hours in their office premises, as their inflight training is done in midnight only. Students have to be awake whole night!!
You will find several ex- students across all branches, who haven't got their due certificates after completing the course!! Its useless to follow up with them, as every other month you will find someone new on the desk who will assure to take care of your complaint!!
Moreover, many students have been forced to give their testimonials.

After paying so much of money and time, you get pains only!!

Everyone should BE AWARE...Before taking ADMISSION...and get true details from ex-students/employees !!

The students who are claimed to have got job as cabin crew, already had required qualities (good looks & personality, good communication skills, etc) in them. If you have the qualities to be a CABIN CREW, you can be, by applying directly on the airline's website. All airlines give professional training, once selected, which is compulsory also. You will find all details and requirements for the job in their website only.
If you don't have the required qualities for cabin crew, then no airlines will recruit you, even if you are Frankfinn student and have spent 2lac rupees!!! Thus No need to waste 1.50-2.00 lac rupees on such said institutes who could set up this business some 5-10 years back, when there were no proper means of sources to get information and verify the same and thus could easily influence customers. But now its not the same n today's e-generation !!

You are completely right. i did my course from ghatkopar branch in mumbai. These people are , they lie during admission to take our money, give big ball talks about limca book of world records, no 1 air hostess institute, etc. All the trainers are arseholes. Some even flirt with girls and look at us with bad eyes. It is just a waste of time and hard earned money.

yes i completely agree with above comment... the staff is bad, , i did course from pune branch... they claimed lot of things before we started the course... they claimed to be no 1 institute which is really false.. the staf[censored]sed to interfere in our personal lives... the institute sucks... they are cheaters... please dont pay so much of money and take admissions in this fraud institute, , they will ruin ur life..

I went to frankfinn institute of air hostess training (Guwahati) for inquire of there courses with my friend then forcefully request both o[censored]s to take the admission. Then we both paid for the registration and admission fees and they advice that you can start you classes after 3-4 moths but due to some reasons we now don't want to do classes there so we requested to refund our fees but they are not refunding even a single amount to us. Please look on the matter and help us so that we can get amount of money back.

I used to work in Frankfinn in a senior post. I resigned from Frankfinn as I was extremely dissatisfied by the entire process of student recruitment. I feel Frankfinn is not a training Institute but just a money making institute. Trust me if you want to be a cabin crew you just need to develop your communication skills and your personality which can be done by you yourself. Spending 1.5L to 2L for such course is unnecessary. Cannot say Frankfinn is Fraud legally as they take all precaution by making the student sign an agreement on Stamp Paper by which the student cannot go legal against frankfinn, and the best part is they do not let you read or take a copy of the same and the employees are trained well to tackle such situation. The target given to the Center Head is 150-200 admission in a year hence the quality of student recruitment is extremely poor hence placement is poor as well. CHILDREN BE CAREFUL...ITS YOUR LIFE.

yes its true. They are master of making fool to the people. The certificates they are issuing are false in many cases. When some of the sudents discontinues the course and ask for refund, they threatned them that they will take them to court as their Chairperson is a criminal Lawer of Supreme Court.

Yes this is true, I am also a frankfinn student cannot say student i studied in their Bangalore branch with lots of trust and hope i went their. I am from a middle class family my parents suffered a lot to pay the fees still they sent me and i went there having a dream of a cabin crew job with a handsome salary and building a house at least a small house for my mom which is her dream of the life, But now i am end up going for a printing company as a receptionist for 8000 rupees and without a degree in hand. Now i am a burden for my family i am thinking of a suicide now, but if i die also surely cause my death will be FRANKFINN.

Absolutely true. My experience has been the same. Besides collecting huge amounts from innocent children, Frankfinn has also mastered the art of making money by not clearing the dues of their staff, who choose to leave the institute by giving a month's notice. Interestingly, they never say no and only delay the matter endlessly. This company can afford to do that, as their Chairman is an advocate in the Supreme Court of India and understands the legalities very well. They are almost invincible in the game of duping their students, clients and staff alike.

in my case they called me at late nyt and took the cheaque no... and promised me that they will offer me a loan but after they took ma admission and they couldnt offer me loan jst becoz bank management does not trust these vocational course and later on when i want to cancel ma admission they are not refunding ma money but givng me assurance to refund ma money but they are acting oversmart .. i didnt paid ma batch fees yet but stilll if m cancelling ma admission i have the rights to get refund but just for their one small rule which they have mentioned in their reciept is that non refund is just like they are thinking that they are dual smart...let me say u guyz nor any such kind of rule exist during admission process if the consumer felt that they have cheated. and in ma case its same ... before taking admission i was clear to ma statement that if i'l get loan i'l do it otherwise not...but these frankfinn management thinking m fool...but i will fight against them in consumer court and want to show them a big big fraud...so guyz i[censored] are wth me then post ur comments and go against these managements...lets see common people win...earn ur parents respect by proving and saving ur parents precious money...dnt let this money go to any of these fraudy managements...

I have completed my course on 2012. But from past 3 years Ihave not received my certificates.I was about to get 7 certificates which was committed by Frankfinn Institute. But in past 3 years I have received only 2 certificates.

The most important certificate i.e. ICM Diploma that I have not received and I am facing issue for that in my present work place.Kolkata Saltlake Branch is no more taking care of it and i was informed a month back to connect with Delhi main Branch.As per the instruction i did the same I checked with Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Delhi 110027.

They told they are not the concern person.

Frankfinn institute fraud intitude. I pay the full fees + Icm certificate but I have only one certificate. She call last day she says u pay the again fees. Wht is this I'm see plz meri problem solved ki jaye

This Institute is fake and just make money.i was take admission at vikas marg preet vihar Delhi and paid 15000 for registration and 16000 for batch start fee and then i joined classes. Fst month start at there ECS module then after one month I go for complain to Monika mam (manager) .she said first u submit ur balance above to one lack then i say to her give me some time ur Effective Communication Skill (ECS) is complete now but in this module teacher totally time passed in this class nothing do .no was lavel of teaching class, this types class going on for 4th to 5th standard student ...like repeat introduction again and again to full class(32 student) then time over and come back home. Not do book activity proper and not give feedback and not check our activity that I do wrong or Wright.what benefit from this Institute nothing improvement... And when I was complaint that time mam only focus that i submit fee nothing else. I say then OK you give me my 31000 or take some money for one month class... She directly deny, we can not back money.. I m also doing job in this Institute. They are master of making fool to the people .this Institute are collecting money then they never turn back and never ask again to their students for feedback then they just kick the student after receiving money. I fell in their trap . Dear guys never go to frankfinn Institute for admission they are totally Frod.

I and my best friend were went for admission and they talked very sweetly and after second day of seminar I got calls and messages for fees ...and today also I'm getting same message...I want my refund 38k plzzz give me backkkk .and that faculties are Soo rude that lady who sit in cabin for time changing she said overacting mat Kar and all stuff that lady she don't have basic manner how to talk ..### lady @frankfinn.com

I am Ajay I am from Ludhiana city I have done AHTM diploma in September 2018. and started getting interviews at many palace Delhi, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana Amritsar without any assistance of frankfinn and unfortunately i was not selected in vistara airways and at last, i was selected at VFS Jalandhar but the salary was not enough so ( only 8k) how would i stay far from home on rent and other expenses. so i refused and still waiting for my batch group in which mam always post little job who offers us an 8k monthly salary. so what is the meaning of frankfinn advertisement 1lac per month salary and what about my fee. thank god i did not get a loan but i had opened an account for a loan for my fee because of their big words salary growth.

I am not blaming any faculty. faculty was excellent I love their teaching style.

i have problem with their promises and still going same word 1 lac per month salary just come and we will help you till you did not get placed these all words were truly fake.

yes when i was studying there are lots of people who meet us near to institute warn us don't join but we focused on our institute but i really feel i hope that time I listened to them carefully.

if you thinking I'm not excellent that why did not place right but guys I am an excellent boy of my batch I have got good marks and receive A+ in galileo and Fidelio test and always submitted my assignment on time.
they just post little shop job with 8k salary I hate them that's why i paid 1lac 50 thousand just for this

yeah if anyone who selected in many airlines and proud feel on frankfinn yes maybe they ryt for them but think there is no limited seats whenever you will go they always say this same word limited seats.
and after year who told us big words after year, all the staff will be move one every month.

Myself Imran Chauhan, I have given the cheque of Rs 20000/- to the Frankfinn institute at ghatkopar branch for the admission and told them not to deposit the cheque untill i give the call and on the very next day I went there to take the cheque but they had deposited the cheque without my confamation. Now after a period of 6months they had refund me Rs 15000/- and saying that Rs 5000/- have been deducted for my admission, but i have not taken the admission. plz hep me to get the amount refund the are saying you can do what ever you want but we will not refund your money. Because oe finincial problem i thaught i would not be able to pay the futher fees, so I ask for refund.
