Hi sir/madam

We went to kormangla for frankfinn institute for avatation training, the first day when we went they explained about the avatation and they told from government we wil be getting sclorship of 60000 for that you need to pay 15000 as registration fees. Me and my fraiend both went and payed them the amount. Due to some personal issues we are not able to the corce so we called them asked about money they are teling it is not refoundable, 1day also we are not attained the class. Plus they are telin we paid tht amt to government they are not even giving us tht acoknowagement letter.

We are from middle class we are going to job and learning please help us.

I got admission in frankfinn institute branch m. Pnagar bhopal of air hostess training and i paid rs.36100
As admission. Then i got into financial problem as a result i forward the refund application on the other hand i did not attend a single class of frankfinn.. I told to center head to refund my fees but centre head. Told that you will not get any money. What shoud i do kindly suggest me...

Yesterday i visited shiksha.com and searched for my mass media course, i received a call from [protected] girl named sonam application no- 68265, she told me there will be some career guidance seminar with different streams and given me address application no, she didnt even let me keep the phone so that she should confirm all things are correctly done by me fro her record, when i visited i came to know its frankfinn and all the Guidance us to join frankfinn, i had to travel there spending my money for train ticket and auto fare, and had to seat there for 1.5 hours meaninglessly wasting my time, when called on same no bot then no one pickups as there work was done with me, to enter application no fro her record, i have done night shift came 6 am in morning after a 2 hours of nap i visited there, I cancelled my very important program for that and this is what i got, please dont lie for your sake

My father is not feeling well and he has the heart problem and i cannot leave my place and come here for this training and also we cannot pay such huge amount so. I am abhishek shringi from a1 batch. I took trainning of ahtm from frankfinn institute (Camac street, kolkata). My batch was completed on october 2016.
I received certificates of diploma, udaan & galilieo in december2016. But there was a spelling mistake in my name in all 3 certificates.
Spelling mistake - abhshek shringi
("i" is missing in my name)
Correct spelling - abhishek shringi.
I gave for correction to frankfinn institute (Camac street, kolkata).in the month of january. But till now, i didn't get my certificates as well as icm certificates also.
So, it is requested to please send my all certificates. It is very urgent.

Hi this is Pragati Landge I was in batch of 2016.i completed my course of ahtm in 2017.After that we started applying for jobs.but didn't received certificate.I went to them at that time they told me that I'll get my certificate.i contacted in Delhi they said the same thing..many months passed and then in 2018 I went to them with my dad and they were like that we can't give her the certificate as she has failed in one software subject and now we have removed it.And they also said that we called all the students and asked them to reappear before we remove the module but they never contacted me for this..every time I used to receive the call was only for fees..The mam told me that she cant give me the certificate now n all..but this was there responsibility to inform us..we paid soo much money and this is what you do to us.. Seriously it's not my fault that the institute didn't inform me.Its not my fault that the module is being removed. This has affected my career in such a bad way..seriously just please give me my certificate it's about someone's career and about their life..we trusted you guys and came to and in fact I paid my whole fees one the first day itself...if I'm failed in one module OK no problem but at least provide me with that...

I'm a frankfinn student from margao center. I an really ashamed to tell that frankfinn staff cheated me. Its account section and front office people troubled me without explaining me the udaan concept as for why they removed me of the groupafter i atrended the first day. Unfortunately i had to make a own group formyself alongwith the people whoes mames were arent put in any group like me. After the project they said that we all are not getting certificate instead we will receive a warning letter. Without explaining us why they removed us from the previous group, what was the point for them to do this with me? I did my seperate group for the certificate since i thought i wouldelnt receive it if i wont go for the rest of the days. They should have informed me and not sent me back when i had visited the center several times and phoned the head office many times they themselfes said to speak to center which doesnt know a thing to tellme. For the 10days they didnt give my money which they promised as pocket money of 1000
...& i had to waste my money which i carried for lunch. Now you tellme what you feel about the institute.
