I deposite 1, 76, 000 rupees of my fees.
I have completed my diploma... I have yet not received a diploma certificate or any icm certificate... Frankfinn not
Provide me any job placement and any interviews on their center... I want justice and my money should i return...

I miss several classes due to my university internal exam and project. I have submitted Rs 59000 to frankfinn till 21 Feb.         I'm a frankfinn student from margao center. I an really ashamed to tell that frankfinn staff cheated me. Its account section and front office people troubled me without explaining me the udaan concept as for why they removed me of the groupafter i atrended the first day. Unfortunately i had to make a own group formyself alongwith the people whoes mames were arent put in any group like me. After the project they said that we all are not getting certificate instead we will receive a warning letter. Without explaining us why they removed us from the previous group, what was the point for them to do this with me? I did my seperate group for the certificate since i thought i wouldelnt receive it if i wont go for the rest of the days. They should have informed me and not sent me back when i had visited the center several times and phoned the head office many times they themselfes said to speak to center which doesnt know a thing to tellme. For the 10days they didnt give my money which they promised as pocket money of 1000
        ...& i had to waste my money which i carried for lunch. Now you tellme what you feel about the institute.

          I am Madhusudhan who finished my training in AHTM in Bangalore Infantry branch, , I have received course certificate & Galileo certificate but when I get a call for interviews I am attending almost each and every interviews but the problem is after the interviews no one is informing me whether I am selected or not ( that's the duty of Naina Madam) in one of the interview that's JW Marriott I came to know that I was selected for F&B but Naina Madam didn't informed me & and even she didn't gave my offer letter, in fact I had given my contact no. has well has email id also
          I am frustrated now so please take this seriously and help me

            I'm studing in Nagpur Frankfinn Institute at the time of admission me and my guardian have informed about all our poor financial condition and the person who taken my admission said that during your training we will give you a part-time job so that you by yourself can pay your training fees without any trouble to your parents now it's since 5 moths i have not recommended for any of the interview and when i contacted to them than they said so what we said have we given any of written satmp that we will give you job and the male person all misguided me such a ridiculous staff due to late fees i was not permitted to attain classs for 3 days

              I was a student of Frankfinn-Institute of Aviation and Hospitality Industry, Camac Street, Kolkata. I've completed my course of AHTM and got certificate In the session of 2015-16. But I've paid Ten Thousand rupees for In-flight Training Which has not been done and they are not bother of that. So I want to get back that money. Hence I have to go to the Consumer Forearm.                 They said that extra money will be charged for training and they didn't mentioned it previously.

                    Currently personality development training is going on
                    It's very sad to say that actually we are going to learn it from sir but he give his duty to one of his student
                    So our class is taken by mam
                    She has time management
                    She come around 11.30 and leave at 1 pm..
                    She take too much leave
                    There is no class tomorrow and also no class day after tomorrow
                    It's very hard to tell the parents that there is no class
                    No management or nothing...

                      My name is bharat chugh, am a student of frankfinn (since[protected], my batch code was h1 from frankfinn, vikas marg, peert vihar, delhi.
                      I was one of a good student, my attandance was good & everything went great during the course but once i compleate it, i got nothing, i didnt get my certificates, no job interview from frankfinn, when i did enquery about frankfinn before admission then they called 3 or 4 times in a day to take admission, then i join frankfinn and i paid the whole fee or 1.65 lac at the time of admission, now its almost a year am not geting my certificates from frankfinn, whenever i go to visit frankfinn office or whenever i called them, they said you have a panding exam, which i was never awear about it, then i ask them to take my exam, so the answer was, we cant take exam like this, you need to ask your batch mates to give the exam again, and all my batch mates get there certificates, now am thinking to sue them, was thinking to take a legal action.

                        I have saw an advertisement on facebook about frankfinn airlines so i just went to link & did the online registration after few days i got the call from the company to atten the seminar in the office i went from shillong but before going their i have ask that weather i need to pay some amount over their or not so she said that u dont need to pay, ...the moment i went their from shillong i have attend the seminar & after that they started giving details about the fee at that time i got shocked i told them i dont have that much of money still that person told me that u will get a loan from SBI so still i said that i cant he told me that atleast u have to pay this 15000 i said know to i dont have i gave him 5000 he started forceing me but i was confused but aftr coming bk to shillong i thought tht i cant do this so i called that sir & told him to refund my fee in starting i asked him that weather u can refund or not he didnt told me anything & know they are telling me that they cant refund my amount but my amount in not a part or full then why, ...if it is like that then u should informed once this is a fraud thing they are shwng that this company is fraud thats it ...i want my money should be refund or i will give complaint to my Co Of my navel base or i'll put the fir against to this company

                          My name is Shashank Varun and I paid the fees for my course and during the 4th month of the course, I took holidays for 25 days as I went to my hometown. When I returned, I only found the Chennai FrankFinn branch to be closed. No phone no contacts nothings indeed I tried contacting Delhi branch and no response from them either. My time and money is wasted. At least provide me online course or I can take up examination and complete this course right away. Expecting a swift response in this regard.

                            My name is Miss. pankaja Kadam .i contacted with Frankfinn institute for many times through mails and calls. every time i submitted my complaints to them .i personally visited to pune Frankfinn institute also and submitted my fee recites there .But i never got any satisfactory response from them .
                            I took admission to the Frankfinn Institute At satara Center in 2012..i near about paid 1, 52, 000 for AHTM course .but suddenly that branch closed and they never completed our Course. After that i went to pune camp area office at cannought place and submitted my complaint to Ms.Hanita there and submitted my fee recites. but from there end also i never got reply.
                            Now i want my complete certification because now i completed my education and want to apply for jobs .So i hope you understand and contact me with satisfactory conclusion.

                              I'm ISHA KALAR, I had enrolled for the admission at ur frankfinn institute of Anderi branch, by paying paying Rs 15000
                              10000 through cheque and rs 5000 through cash, but my mother is on medication she is severe conditions and becoz of my weak financial condition
                              I won't be able to continue the course ahead, so I decided to cancel my admission and I want the refund of my paid amount that is 15000 rs, due to such circumstances I dint attain the single lecture

                                Good evening,
                                I isha kalar, had enrolled for admission in ur frankfinn institute at anderi branch
                                By paying rs 15000 (I. E. 10000through check and 5000rs cash)
                                But as my mother is on medication she is in sever. Condition and becoz of my weak financial condition i won't be be able to proceed my course ahead becoz of such circumstances i dint even attain a single lecture
                                I want to cancel my admission and want my refund
                                Since long time i m requesting for my refund but yet i din received my refund
                                I'm in need for my refund so kindly refund my money fast
                                Total amount paid by me is rs 15000
                                So plz now refund my money fast

                                    Dear Sir My daughter Miss Gurleen Kaur Deposited Rs 22500/- as Fee for course in Frankfinn Institte of Air Hostess Taining in CHANDIGARH ( Head office New Delhi)in the year 2014. She did not attended the classes due to domestic compulsions. I requested the Director of Institute for Refund of the fee as she has not attended any class in Institute due to serious domestic circumstances. Institute refunded me Rs 15000/- after six month but remaining Rs 7500/- has not refunded. Number of Reminders were sent to the institiute to refund the amount but same has not been refunded so far. I am retired force Personnel having genuine earned money .                                       False promises
                                      This review is for those who wants to know that frankinn institute is best for their future or not.
                                      Well, I joined Franfinn institute in Chandigarh branch, I consulted with Mr. Atul who is currently a head of the branch, I told them that I am working right now because of my family financial condition so i want to be in the morning batch because i have to go to work also in the afternoon. Mr Atul promised me that I will be in morning batch and also if I can join today I will get scholarship in which i can save 15, 000 only if I can submit the fee same day.
                                      I came back to home talk to my father, in very short notice me and my father collected some moeny and we deposited the registration fee in Chandigarh branch same day. After 15 days i received a call from them that my classes will start on next Monday. Well, i went to the institute and i was surprised that they were asking PDC cheque [ PDC cheques are for those who want to give their fees in installement]. Well I asked Mr. Atul that they didn’t informed anyone in the batch that they have to submit the PDC cheque and i got reply from him that it is compulsory to submit the PDC cheque or else u won’t be able to continue your course even the registration fee I deposited already will not be refundable. For 1 week they didn’t start they classes and were keep calling us in institute to pay the remaining FEES and PDC cheques.

                                      a) HERE is the FIRST point of this branch that they lied me the very first day they didn’t informed me that I have to give PDC cheques for my instalment plan, if they would told me in the beginning I would happy .
                                      Well, what to do i gave them PDC cheque because nothing is more important then my future. I submit my FEES and PDC cheque to Mr. Varun [ accountant], i was begging for atlest 10-15 days to give me the receipt Mr. Varun was so busy in collecting the fees and PDC cheques that’s why every single student have to wait for 10-15 days to get the receipt.
                                      They changed my batch time I told almost every Franfinn faculty that I also have job where I have to be at time and i been promised by Mr. Atul that you timimings will remain same... one of they faculty said to me you can go early we don’t have any problem but u will be losing your lectures.
                                      They never start the lecture on time and they finish the lecture on time. Poor Management. I been struggling every day to reach my office. After a month i joined frankinn My father is a handicapped person he was suffering from physical pain I was unable to continue the course. I told them i won’t be able to continue the course due to family problem.
                                      NEGATIVE POINTS
                                      a) I took AGS course[airport ground staff] but the Chandigarh branch they didn’t provide me the proper recipt for AGS fees they gave me different course receipt by telling me that they are having a problem in their software.
                                      b) They lied to me every time about the fees about the course in everything they lied to me.
                                      c) They never give me any knowledge about AGS they put me in the batch where everyone have other course and i was they only one who have AGS course.
                                      d) Management is so poor, infrastructure so 2rd class, Franfinn is a big Brand and infrastructure is like u are sitting in a government school.
                                      e) Classes will never start on time.
                                      f) Accountant will come every day while lecture is going on and asking about the fees and PDC cheques, he don’t care if student will get disturbed,
                                      g) Student complaint facilities are so poor, I complained through email about these thing many times to head office but I got no response, I even tried to call in the head office nobody answered the phone and phone will keep on ringing and ringing and ringing.
                                      h) Computer lab, in computer lab hardly 3-4 computer are working that’s it... more than 50 students they have in their branch who took classes every day.
                                      i) They promised me that they will adjust the timings so that I will not face any problem to go to my office but they didn’t do that
                                      j) I had been in this institute for 30 days in 30 days they were closed 3 days because they got problem in their Air conditon so they were closed and no even informed the students. Students who travel every day to come to take classes faced problem.


                                      I was not going to the institute so I got call from Frankfinn chandigard branch they told me to came over the institute and they gonna need a written letter to me that I won’t be able to continue the course because of my family issues and also refund my admission fee because i only deposite the admission fee after a month i discontinued my course. I went to December, 2014 now its march i got no calls from the head office not even from the chandigarh branch, they even didn’t returned my PDC cheques yet.

                                      Believe me guys this is not the place to built your future. But yes if wanna fun and have no problem about your better future you are welcome to join frankfinn.

                                        i received a call from delhi head office of frankfinn and they asked me whether i am interested in doing a 3 month coursewhich will assure job you in aviation industry.i told them i will be graduated by 2015.but they assured me no problem with that and i can attend my classes in between my graduation going on.so, In december 2014 i got my registration done at jalandhar office of frankfinn.i paid registration fee first instalment which sums near about Rs.50, 000but when i reached delhi they didn, t allowed me to attend the classes and told me to come when i will be done with my graduation.i took written permission from their side for allowing me to attend classes in july.when in july 2015 i gone delhi and shown all of my documents but i told them my last sem certificate i will submit as soon as my result will be declared.They told me submit underwriting for that, I agreed but they were now asking for undertaking of a pimple and scar too.this was just not understandable.how one can guarantee for the pimple.Ans also for going through a surgery but the fact is they never asked for these requirements at the time of admission.I denied for giving the undertaking for this and i asked them to refund my fee after lawful deduction but they are not taking any serious turn towards my case.
