I have mailing them since december but I see irrelevant stratageis by them towards me to stop account deletion.
even i have used paylater once but it is affecting my credit score showing 60000 EMI i have and paying every month.
I have confirmed them several times but im not getting a real resolution from them.
I have attached mail screen shot you can see how they are reply in they are taking much long tie to process request.

                    Kindly note on 24th December got a call from a lady stating that she is calling from Standard Chartered Bank and said that the credit limit is getting increased on my card and she even told my out standing details on the credit card, meantime an OTP received and she asked me to share the OTP received on my mobile phone, the moment i shared Rs 44157 was deducted..Request you to please kindly retrieve and deposit back to my account. Have intimated SCB also in this regard.

                                Scammer has done fraud with me by using freecharge app
                                I already filed a complaint in cyber cell, bank and police station
                                Freecharge agreed that the scammer is our member but they are not providimg details to cyber cell and bank
                                Because of them we are not able to find a culprit.
                                Kindly take strict action

                                      I have received an email today that someone created a fake freecharge account with my business email address. This email address is registered with my bank and PayPal account. I have a complaint to freecharge but they keeps suggesting to send mail to this and that, I have sent several emails and also complaint on twitter but no proper response received. Company even not verified the email address before registering on an acocunt.
