      Sir, I have made a transaction on Swiggy using freecharge.The transaction got failed due to some error.From that time in freecharge app it is showing the transaction as pending.I talked to swiggy customer care they replied they didn't recieved any money since transaction was failed.I also talked freecharge customer care and they send me a silly reply that money will be credited to account.I have waited for almont 2 months and its now times up.The transaction was done on 13 Sept., 2021 12:57 p.m. The transaction id is-QSEV80O5nBjPQh_[protected]_1

            Dear Freehcharge.in Team,

            I had reached out to your Help & Support team where i requested for call support and even after raising request from app no call received from your end to help and resolve my query.

            I have raised refund request from Yatra.com and they have confirmed that they have processed the refund and released the amount which i can see in freecharge app as status "Processing" since many days. and as per Yatra.com they have processed the refund and have also shared their transaction details on email confirming on release of refund amount. But Freecharge has not yet released it and its just keeping the status as processing and on reaching their customer support they affirm that its been pending from Yatra.com end which i don't think is now pending from yatra.com. So can your team please release the amount and refund it back to my bank account that was paid via my debit card? I need it immediately since its been already ten days since Yatra has released the amount.

            There is no way to call the support team and support option is just useless, neither any customer care nor any proper way to raise the issue. its been 11 days and my money is still stuck and your team is not releasing it. Its so disgusting.

              I paid 614 for the merchant, telugubooks.in on 25th sepetember 2021 through FREECHARGE. The Freecharge transaction id is: 6KYPoZOzAMNjc7_[protected]_1.

              The merchant has not received the payment. Upon my continuous follow-ups, they checked with payUbiz (their payment gateway) and replied to me that they have not received the payment at all from freecharge. So i raised a complaint to them via email, but they are not replying or anything. I sent them my phone number also, so no phone calls as well. I also raised the same to their grievance redressal team, no response yet. I tried calling their phone number also, it is not working either.

              Please help me.

                  Dear Sir, This has reference to series of Communication/ Emails already forwarded by me to Freecharge Customer care Team and their Grievance Officer too, regarding PENDING Cashback of Rs 100.00 for my 1st Transaction using FREECHARGE PAY LATER” option (available on their Mobile App), to Pay My Airtel Broadband Bill of Rs 588 on 27.09.2021 Whereas it was COMMITTED from their end that “ GET AN ASSURED CASH BACK OF RS 100.00 ON YOUR FIRST PAY LATER TRANSACTION” ( Even i have Screenshot of the Rs 100 Cash Back Offer on 1st transaction using Freecharge Pay later scheme, reflecting in my FreeCharge App) & also got email dated 27.09.2021 from Freecharge, Confirming about successful Transaction.

                  But really regret to say even after so many Reminder Emails, THERE IS NO PROMPT ACTION OBSERVED FROM FREECHARGE TILL DATE, regarding release of my Cash Back amount of Rs 100, which was Committed by FreeCharge, as per their Cash Back Offer. Even after having telephonic conversation with one of their executive, i was assured by him, to get a call back from their Back end Team but it was a FAKE promise., as I received No call from their SR.Team till yet. Although the cash back amount doesn’t matter but it’s a matter of Commitment by Freecharge. It clearly seems that FreeCharge is avoiding the case, even don’t care to acknowledge my email, no call back to me..i.e totally deaf and dumb now..

                  Totally disappointed to have such type of poor response from their Customer Care Service Team where no one cares to respond evenly acknowledge the emails and even no reply / No prompt action regarding Cashback from their Grievance Officer till date...Really HOPELESS SERVICE & WORST Experience with Freecharge... If Freecharge can't remain stick to their words, they should not do FALSE commitments and FAKE Offers.

                  So its my humble request to look into the matter & do the needful at your earliest please, without FAIL..

                    I have done many transaction always seen fraud tactics with FreeCharge !!!

                    Be alerted FreeCharge users this is No 1 fraud company in India do fake and fraud offerings, which lead to mental torture !!!
                    Case (1) :
                    So here I have done my First LPG cylinder booking transaction I'd : OCLCAL[protected],
                    On Oct 6, 2021, but here cashback is not received, when I have contacted care received reply fro deaf and dumb persons as ypu have done transaction with FreeCharge pay later instrument where nothing written in T & C, but deaf and dumb care person seems mad always send reply not eligible, but as per terms nothing there, I am enclosing T& C here !!!

                    Case (2) :

                    I have done merchant transaction where there is offer seen as scan and pay for any merchant and get cashback, but here deaf and dumb care person told you have done to same name merchant, what is deaf and dumb policies of this fraud company, so here nothing credited !!!

                      I would like to inform you that I have done the payment to the tatasky merchant on 09th-sep-2021 for 200Rs but it didn't receive to tatasky merchant account. Also, I haven't received the refund of this amount yet in the source account.

                      I have raised the complaint multiple times to freecharge merchant as well as tatasky but haven't received any solution or proof of successful transaction or recharge in my account nor refund of this transaction.

                      Also, I have verified with ICICI Bank that payment was successfully credited to freecharge merchant. Please find the below attached proof of transaction for your reference.

                      Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 200 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary Freecharge account XXXXXXXXX1465 on 09/09/2021 20:25:37 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

                        On october 7th i was trying to pay my bsnl landline bill and my wallet balance was Rs.20 so i paid rest balance Rs.451 through upi /paytm and amount debited from my paytm and my landline bill was not paid till date nor any refund came. do check problem from ur side.. i talked with paytm and they said from their side amount was sent to freecharge successfully kindly do reply me as soon as possible..

                          I had done tata sky recharge through freecharge app on 11.09.2021 of ₹200. The amount debited from freecharge but not credited to tara sky. I have mailed and talked to tata sky multiple times but after internal verification tata sky is saying continuously they didn't get the amount. They said and also mailed me that I should contact to freecharge and tell them to do their internal verification on their payment gateways. I had shared the screenshot of tata sky mail and mailed to freecharge customer support but freecharge is also declining the same and telling to contact the merchant. It's type of a shuttle clock both ends are playing with me and my hard earned money . It's really shameful. If both tata sky and freecharge is unable to resolve a matter, then what is the meaning of that kind of offer? I am also unable to contact and talked to freecharge directly. Freecharge, do your internal verification on payment gateways, contact to tata sky, arrange to refund my money. It's almost one month.

                                      I paid Rs 378 from UPI and Rs 508 from the wallet for an LPG booking with FC transaction id OCLCIL[protected] on 27 Aug 2021. Freecharge refund the UPI payment on 01/09/2021. But I DID NOT GET THE REFUND OF WALLET DEDUCTION TILL NOW. I have contacted customer care many times but, I never saw such harassing customer care. They did nothing.

                                        mera transaction failed 18 may 2021 ko hua tha tab se aaj tak me freecharge se contact karra hu lekin mujhe ab tak koi resolution nahi mila hai sir bola jata hai ki refund initiated hogaya hai but koi bhi proof nahi diya jata hai jis se refund track kar satke ho kuch bhi nahi provide karte hai sirf bola jata hai ki refund initiated hogaya hai aap bank se contact kijiye jab ke bank ka kahena hai ki money freecharge ke pass hai abtak

                                        bank customer care ka kahena hai refund initiated kiya hoga to uska rrn number le freecharge jo 10 dijit se jayada ka hota hai

                                        but mujhh freecharge right rrn number provide nahi karta hai
                                        kuch bhi send kardeta hai jaise kabhi 8 dijit
                                        kabhi failed transaction reference
                                        jo bank customer care accept nahi karra hai
