I have transacted using "DTH30" code for 290/- and after dth recharge successful no cashback received.. when I have contacted care there are dumb fraud people are working with free salary said as follows .

Somebody named Rajul (if it is their real name) registered an account with Freecharge using my email address. I have never authorized the use of my email address. Also, I have never received a message to confirm that I want to use my email for that account. This is highly irregular.

I want Freecharge to remove my email address from the account and take action against the individual who used my email address without my permission to create the account.

I received an email states that I successfully subscribed but I don't even know the service. Somebody used my email address without my consent to create an account with another mobile number, of course not mine. So anyone can create an account with any email address and this is so wrong. I think some kind of scam is going on so I demand my email address and the linked account get deactivated effective immediately.

So far they got back to me and asked me to contact them from the email used to create the account, which I did as it was the email address where I got the successful sign up notification. I am putting pressure to them to delete my account effective immediately. It's unbelievable that some random stranger can sign up with email addresses belonging to other people without a confirmation or verification. My email being part of their system without my consent is a serious data violation and I'm ready to take this onto a further level of actions if they don't delete my account quickly.

I have booked flight ticket through travolook website which gave me payment option of freecharge and transaction was successful but they sent me email saying ticket cancelled. I Checked the reviews they are running a fraud company and when I call the customer care he said
Ticket was confirmed and hung up. Second time when I called another guy says ticket cancelled due to price increase. Freecharge supporting them even after so many complaints. I want my money back.
