Three days ago I received an email that welcomed me to the Freecharge family, and then other emails followed. But two hours ago I received an email that I had "successfully done a Mobile recharge of Vi Prepaid for ₹ 99.0 through Freecharge, " followed by another email saying "Hi Iwhqyava,
Your Freecharge account has been credited with Rs. 30.00 for FREECHARGE Order OCMRWM[protected]. This amount will expire on 07.06.2025, so be sure to use it now!"
Needless to say, this is the first time I hear of Freecharge, I do not know anybody named Iwhqyava, and the time this recharge was done is in the future!, in a different time zone 12 hs ahead of mine.
When I want to complain in the website, the link is broken, Funny thing.
Please do something so that these things DO NOT happen. I demand that my email be removed from the database, since I have not given anybody any permission to use it.
