    Why is my paylater due is higher than the total amount of transactions I've done? Also none of refunds i got was settled in my total amount due and even without those refunds being deducted from the due it's still higher than the total amount of transactions I've done i want answers, transactions done from 7 August(last bill paid on 5th August) is 102+97+70+209+276=754 and my bill is 852rs out of which 102+70 should be refunded so bill should be 582??? so can I consider this as some kind of masking by the company and except a proper reply for this fraudulent billing? If i didn't notice i would have ended up paying all the extra amount of money and maybe would have done the same in future and past bills i want a proper compensation for this with a proper response

            Hi,

            With Reference to the above customer id the bill that is generated for the cycle of 5th of July 2022 to 5th of August 2022 is wrong,

            The Usage I have made in the cycle is Rs.
            2691.15

            But the bill generated is for Rs. 4563.56

            Which is wrong, and today is the due date if the amount gets debited from my account I will really take this issue seriously and will charge legally, there are so many ways I have tried to reach freecharge but they always give the same answer that i have only the help and support option, which is 100℅ a Autobot so take Necessary action about this issue and give proper answers.

              Sir, i have made transaction of Rs 20217.12 on freecharge via credit card for rent payment. But amount was deducted from my credit card and didn't credited to beneficiary bank account. I have called customer care of freecharge and mailed many times but still amount not credited.

                      I recharged my Tata Play DTH through freecharge app but the transaction failed and even after more than 7 days i have not received the refund I rechrged on[protected], Moreover, i mailed customer care but there was no follow up though the ticket was raised.

                              I have raised complaint to freecharge team multiple times as my amount is deducted from Freecharge Paylater even in Failed transaction.

                                Three days ago I received an email that welcomed me to the Freecharge family, and then other emails followed. But two hours ago I received an email that I had "successfully done a Mobile recharge of Vi Prepaid for ₹ 99.0 through Freecharge, " followed by another email saying "Hi Iwhqyava,
                                Your Freecharge account has been credited with Rs. 30.00 for FREECHARGE Order OCMRWM[protected]. This amount will expire on 07.06.2025, so be sure to use it now!"
                                Needless to say, this is the first time I hear of Freecharge, I do not know anybody named Iwhqyava, and the time this recharge was done is in the future!, in a different time zone 12 hs ahead of mine.
                                When I want to complain in the website, the link is broken, Funny thing.
                                Please do something so that these things DO NOT happen. I demand that my email be removed from the database, since I have not given anybody any permission to use it.

                                    I have done my rent payment in freecharge app on 30.05.2022 of rupees 45478 rupees but till now not credited in landlords account and also not refunded. Now it's showing it will get back in 7-8 working days. I have lot of issue in the payment personally so pls take action and do the needful

                                        Someone has used my email without my permissions, using a mobile number that isn't mine, to create a freecharge account. I previously didn't have a freecharge account but have now received emails about transactions that I did not authorize. I see that other users have reported this problem as well. I would like this account shut down and for my information to no longer be associated with it.
