I recharge my tatasky account with freecharge on 25th aug - 2021 8.54 am with rs 308. but money debited from my account did'nt credited to tatasky account. tatasky teach told me that was failed. they initiated refund on 27th aug-2021 so please check and refund my money.

      Someone is called me, ask for the registration after that a link is shared with me of this site for the payment process... amount Rs. 10...I did the payment when I got the debited massage which was Rs. 20259...this transaction has been done on 15 September 2021...I am unable to understand how will be back my debited amount.

        FreeCharge pay later is a fraud service.
        Total worst service, I have been promised to provide 200/- cashback after I activate pay later services where no Cashback provided, I have sent complaint many times but still no response or cashback not yet credited, kindly initiate severe action on this fraudster service and provide me compensation of 10, 000/- for the fraud done by this company...

        Paylater from freecharge is a big scam/fraud. It was offered as cashback which never came. They never even allowed to pay the bill back. Only on 5th the bill got generated that too with compulsory additional interest of 17 rs. When i had money in my wallet why should I pay from payback and again pay interest?

            I have paid my BSNL landline bill from Freecharge app using debit card and the transaction was also successful. Its been 10 days but still the bill is not updated as Freecharge told it will be updated in 48 hours. Also contacted Bsnl customer service they told they didn't receive any transaction with this.                 It's a matter of ashame that freecharge DO NOT keep its promise of providing ₹1000 cashback for my last JIO recharge for ₹999 done through the then latest Freecharge App on 17th June 2021.

                If Freecharge is Not providing cashback there is no need for me to use Freecharge app to recharge my jio number, instead I can use my debit card directly in jio app for that purpose. They persuaded me to use Freecharge app to get upto ₹1000 cashback and I never get that cashback which is a clear CHEATING.

                I contacted them through email several times. But I didn't get any resolution yet. I tried the help and support section in the app but it is totally waste as it says I have to apply promo code - but there was no option to apply the promo code in the app at the time of payment of Rs 999 Jio Recharge on 17th June 2021 - the app notified that no need to apply promo code to get cashback. This is really cheating. I trusted freecharge, but freecharge deceived me.

                      I have placed an order for pizza from Dominos website using freecharge payment gateway. money successfully deducted from my a/c and also transaction showed sucessfull on freecharge dashboard. however dominos website order captured not showed and they were complaming payment not received from freecharge so order will not be placed. when contacted freecharge they said for sucessful transaction you need to contact merchant. now both freecharge and dominos making customer to play TT and none of them taking ownership. whom should i approach for mtpy Rs997?

                                  I Done my recharge on freecharge app but recharge is processing from hours.
                                  And my money is debited from bank.

                                  I am very disappointed from freecharge service they don't even reply.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: freecharge UPI

                                    The issue that I have experienced was: I tried making a payment to Nakpro company via freecharge UPI of amount Rs 2696.07
                                    This was successfully made to [protected]@freecharge (UPI id:[protected], PFA screenshot. But this payment never reached its actual receiver account i.e. Nakpro and money still lies with freecharge bank account number ending 1465 as confirmed by my bank as well.
                                    I raised a ticket 3002971 with freecharge, but they are not at all addressing my issue.

                                    It occurred on: 27/07/2021

                                    I want freecharge should refund my money which is still stuck with them in their bank account ending 1465 and not processed further for placing my order. If this money has been processed to its receiver bank account, kindly provide me the screenshot of bank account details of 27.07.2021 or 28.07.2021 which should clearly show the receipt of the amount Rs 2696.07

                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
