Recharge Failed and money deducted

I did a recharge through UPI on mobile no.- [protected] but it was failed and my money was deducted so how much time will it take for refund and how will I get it?!

Someone is called me, ask for the registration after that a link is shared with me of this site for the payment process... amount Rs. 10...I did the payment when I got the debited massage which was Rs. 20259...this transaction has been done on 15 September 2021...I am unable to understand how will be back my debited amount.

Request you if possible then plz help me.. This fraud is done with the help of your site Freecharge...

FreeCharge pay later cashback fraud !

FreeCharge pay later is a fraud service.
Total worst service, I have been promised to provide 200/- cashback after I activate pay later services where no Cashback provided, I have sent complaint many times but still no response or cashback not yet credited, kindly initiate severe action on this fraudster service and provide me compensation of 10, 000/- for the fraud done by this company......

BSNL bill not updated

I have paid my BSNL landline bill from Freecharge app using debit card and the transaction was also successful. Its been 10 days but still the bill is not updated as Freecharge told it will be updated in 48 hours. Also contacted Bsnl customer service they told they didn't receive any transaction with this. 1000 cashback NOT yet received for my last JIO recharge for 999 done through the then latest Freecharge App on 17th June 2021

It's a matter of ashame that freecharge DO NOT keep its promise of providing ₹1000 cashback for my last JIO recharge for ₹999 done through the then latest Freecharge App on 17th June 2021.

If Freecharge is Not providing cashback there is no need for me to use Freecharge app to recharge my jio number, instead I can use my debit card directly in jio app for that purpose. They persuaded me to use Freecharge app to get...

Unauthorised transaction

On 1st September there was an unauthorised transaction through my account and my account is debited by Rs16, 283.2 in Accelyst Solution A/c

I have placed an order for pizza from Dominos website using freecharge payment gateway. money successfully deducted from my a/c and also transaction showed sucessfull on freecharge dashboard. however dominos website order captured not showed and they were complaming payment not received from freecharge so order will not be placed. when contacted freecharge they said for sucessful transaction you need to contact merchant. now both freecharge...

My bank account debited twice with a one transaction at a one time

Address:I-106/14, SHIVAJI NAGAR BHOPAL

I recharge Airtel prepaid 149 rupees at morning 644 a.m. but once I transaction showing fale transaction after that I'll do another up recharge for same amount it yeah this time the recharge get done but the thing is is my my bank account debited twice for 149 so please solve it....

While doing payment for gas cylinder translation failed and money debited refund not received yet

On 6 August I have paid gas cylinder money through FreeCharge but the transaction. Got processing and money was deducted from bank account and till now I have not received refund please help...

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: freecharge UPI

The issue that I have experienced was: I tried making a payment to Nakpro company via freecharge UPI of amount Rs 2696.07
This was successfully made to [protected]@freecharge (UPI id:[protected], PFA screenshot. But this payment never reached its actual receiver account i.e. Nakpro and money still lies with freecharge...

Payment failed but money deducted

I have done recharge of 599rs from freecharge. After giving money through net banking they are showing transaction successfully, but recharge is not done in my mobile and money is debited from my bank account. Please refund my money🙏....
