They add cashback in wallet than add same to total bill to pay from your account.. Don't understand what kind of cashback it it... Also it's seems to be on another planet where 24 hr is much longer than on earth to reply to your query and in case if you lucky enough to get reply they reply generic without reading your queries. I wonder with this kind of customer support how they survive till now.
Attached screenshot for your reference of all spends pls calculate and let me know how spend being total at 3856.63 where as it's clear that i have only utilize only 3036.85.

    I want to permanently deactivate my Freerecharge Paylater account but freecharge is not deactivating it permanently the have only temporary deactivate it. I have complaint it several times but still they are not deactivating it permanently.

        There was a unauthorized transaction of Rs 13520.07 which was happned till now nothing refunded complained so times.

            Such a pathetic system!!! i was getting notification to activate Freecharge pay later in my freecharge app i had activated and i was not willing to use it but i was trying to pay through wallet or credit card from freecharge app but the same got paid by freecharge pay later and in that they will raise a bill on exactly on 05th of every month and same day due, we cant even pay before or after such a idiotic system however in this month i forgot to pay on 05/04/22 and paid the due on 06/04/22 with some stupid small fine and i am ok with there fine but in my bank they had debited INR:590/- PFA (screenshot) of the same, for ECS return charges!!! need clarification and solution on the same, my freecharge register number is [protected]

              Hi,

              I was unable to make the payment on due date because there was no option to make the payment at all on the application.
              Finally they started charging me late fees and interest every single day after the due date.
              I tried to reach out customer support via chat but it has only templates sent out by bot which doesn't resolve the issue.
              Later I also tried to get in touch with the customer care executive over a phone ca where they put me on waiting for more than 5 mins and finally the call gets disconnected automatically without me getting a chance to speak to anyone. This hasn't happened just once but for more than 10 times.
              Looks like the whole eco system of doing business by freecharge is unethical and fraudulent where they just want to milk money from customers without any reason.

                Somebody registered an account with Freecharge using my email address. I have never authorized the use of my email address. Also, I have never received a message to confirm that I want to use my email for that account. This is highly irregular.

                I want Freecharge to remove my email address from the account and take action against the individual who used my email address without my permission to create the account.

                      I tried to pay electricity bill on February 19th 2022, but the transaction failed in the freecharge app and amount of Rs.350 debited from my bank account, but not refunded till now. From bank end the transaction is successful . I complained to freecharge customer care but they are telling the amount didn't reach them.

                              On the 28th of February a UPI payment of Rs 1585 was made for paying electricity bill to MSEDC via freecharge, however this didn't go through and I have successfully received the refund for the same (UPI ID[protected] .

                              Since the above payment was unsuccessful, there was a further payment made to the same merchant for the same amount Rs 1585 (UPI ID[protected] but the merchant never received this payment either as I checked the status on their site and otherwise as well.

                              however this amount was deducted from my bank account and it shows that it was successfully credited to freecharge and no refund was initiated.

                              I am writing this as I have not heard back from freecharge on the refund status of this UPI transaction (UPI ID[protected]

                              It has been more than 7 days since the original payment and I have not received any proper response from freecharge customer care.

                              They keep saying that they are looking into the issue and nothing more is updated in regards to the refund status neither is any information provided as to what checks are being done at their end.

                              As per RBI guidelines any UPI payment i[censored]nsuccessful should be refunded within T+1 day and when I approached my bank they have asked for freecharge's confirmation that the refund won't be processed or their bank statement to check ahead which is also not being provided to me.

                              I need this money back in my account ASAP since the purpose wasn't fullfiled.

                              Hi,

                              The transaction that you are referring to is different to what I am indicating. Please note that I am talking about the transaction no/UPI ID[protected] and not UPI ID[protected]. As mentioned the payment was made twice to MSEDC and I am yet to receive the refund for[protected] as I have confirmed with the merchant who has not received this settlement made.

                              Aa the merchant didn't receive the settlements made on 28th Feb 22 i had to reinitiate the payment on 2nd March 22 for the bill to be paid on time.

                              Your team keeps stating that they are checking the status of and have also mentioned that the same has not been refunded yet but no more updates are being provided.

                              Please check my replies on the same TICKET NO.3376353 and process the refund ASAP.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I had placed an order on Jiomart for ₹285 with payment being made by my freecharge wallet.

                                  However the order was cancelled and JioMart refunded the money into freecharge wallet and JioMart also provided the Ref No WFRW[protected] for the refund.

                                  But amount is not yet credited into the freecharge wallet.

                                  Freecharge is neither providing refund credit into my wallet and nor reverting on multiple mails and auto ticket being raised for above issue

                                      I spent money for following transactions.

                                      Feb 12th: 180.05 for Zomato
                                      Feb 19th: 183.84 for Jiomart
                                      Feb 19th : refund 40.90 from zomato
                                      Feb 20th: 315.45 for zomato
                                      Feb 21st: 165.34 for jiomart
                                      Feb 25th:. 83.45 for Zomato
                                      Feb 25th: 169.00 for swiggy
                                      Mar 1st: 30.00 refund
                                      Totall: 1097.13- 70.90 = 1026.23

                                      I should pay 1026.23, But they generated 1433 rupees. It's wrong bill..
