I took personal loan from fullerton india and was continously paying the emi but due to some financial crisis. I have some outstanding emis and now the recovery agents are calling me and my family including my facebook friends and relatives to defame us. Also the recovery agent vishal rahevar from kotak has been calling me and has visited my home.

I am continously requesting the time i need for the settlement as currently i don't have enough money to repay the whole loan.

Since i am not intentional defaulter i am just asking for some time.
And requesting to not call any of our relatives or friends or neighbours.
We are getting so much of mental harassment than we need immediately

      Hi Team, I have pre closed loan in Fullerton India on 6th January 2020. Still NDL not provided and loan is not closed hence my CIBIL SCORE IS EFFECTING. Kindly provide the NDL and close the loan ASAP. same escalated to [protected]@fullerton India on 6th January. They replayed via mail that loan is closed I will receive NDL within 15days but still I didn't receive. Still loan is showing active. How many days to give NDL. Nearly 2months completed still issue not yet resolved.

        Hi, i am customer of fullerton india credit. Last emi was due because of some my payment is not came as per the commitment and same i am update to the company and i agree to pay extra intrest and penalty as per the loan agreement, but after that also they are continuously calling and abusing. They are not following the guideline as per the rbi. They are charging high roi then other companies still i am paid previous emi on time but we know that some time situation out of our control. But still they have insurance for the loan so therefor they not need to worry for loan. I need to file the complaint against fullerton india credit for abusing. Tolerance, & threaten.

        They have legal ways recover their loans, but through this way.

          Dear sir, Iam PURAM CHENCHAIAH having a grevience with respect to my Loan account no; [protected]. Though I have closed the loan, a sum of rupees 16, 344 is showing as over due as on date. Now I request you to send NOC for the said loan as it is fully closed . At present a loan bearing no. [protected] is running in my name, and the EMI are being paid as agreed. As per our agreement my first loan was closed, but it still showing over due. Because of the first loan my CIBIL is being effected. Which is given by your executive amount deducted from my account but your company said you did not received any amount, this january month my emi came with included one month charges 14042, (2520/-) additional charges, i had to pay this also, i think fullerton is completely responsible for this delay and my loss of money and cibil score, so fullerton have to pay my loss, even i went to bank of india saket branch, indore, for raise my complain online, from one month ago, i got a message from boi that my complain ref. No is 040120data67597, they said that my transaction is successful, there is something wrong from fullerton,

                I took a personal loan from fullerton india and i have paid 16 emi on time. As i was not well and was admitted due to health issues i was not able to pay my emi on time. My last 2 months emi bounced as i was not on job. My emi amount is rs 9272. I am continuously getting calls from recovery agents from the same.
                A guy came to my home today i. E on 30th january 2020 and was threatening me to pay the emi in front of my family and was also saying that if would not pay my emi he would come and sit at my home n will not go until i pay my emi. This is very unacceptable as i said that i would pay my all the emi in the next month as i have recently joined a company and would get salary on 7th feb. The recovery agent named sudhir is coming to my home each and every day and harrasing me and my family. I totally understand that i was not able to pay my emi on time but the way people are trying to recover the money is very unprofessional. I had to sell my mobile phone in order to pay my one emi. I request you to please help me solve this issue as i am harrassed and tortured every day. If these continues there won't be any option left for me and commit suicide. Please help me.

                  I have not taken any loan from your company, but still i am getting calls (From [protected]) for recovery of some one else's loan.
                  As per your recovery agents, mr. Vijay anandas has taken loan from your company and the person is having same surname as mine. So, lady from your recovery department is calling me from mobile number [protected] and asking me to get in touch with that person for recovery. I have told her more than 5-6 times that i am not aware of that person, but still she is calling me and abusing me and my family, using abusive and harsh language. This is leading us mental stress and uncomfortable environment.

                  I don't know how you people got my number and why your recovery agents are calling irrelevant persons like me.
                  I would like to request you to ask that lady to stop calling me.

                    This is reference with the home loan application which turned as harrasement for me with grihshakti fullerton india i have applied for home loan on month of november with fullerton india in akola branch for the amount of rs. 2300000/-
                    And also have paid processing fees now,
                    I request you to please return me my documents and the paid processing fees as early as possible as i am not interested to avail a loan from fullerton after such service and inconvenience and harrasement
                    Still i have not received any proceedings or updates on the status of the file and mr. Shyam dange, executive officer f or the same is not responding to my calls, mails, and not even available in the office and no other employee of the branch cooperate me..
                    Please return me my documents submitted with fullerton akola branch along with my processing fees otherwise i will have to lodge a complaint for the same to your management and even to grahakmanch.. Consumer forum

                      I have taken loan of 30k from Credy company which internally takes loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited and give to us.My all dues are paid and I have recieved a NOC from Credy company for the same.

                      As from last 6 months my dues are shown pending and i my cibil score is down because of this reason and i am unable to apply for any loan or card.Called them and mailed them about the same, but no response.

                      Please take this comlaint into considaration and do some needful action about them

                        During march 2019 i was looking for loan and i received call from fullerton india employee requesting for taking loan from them. I rejected there offer because of their high interest rate and resulted in hard enquiry by them on 09/03/2019. That resulted in 76 points down in the credit score by experien as i can see this on bankbazzar.com. Because of that bad score reported by fullerton i am unable get new credits or loans. Please help

                          Unknown person calling and we are from fullertron and asking money through whatsapp and mobile call. I asked them
                          To send email officially from your bank id. But they are not doing, this is second time. All ready they are harrsing before i lodged complaint against them in police station. And again they are started. No body taking action against them.

                          The guy named Sukumar and telling am from fullerton and calling at midnight to ladies . Check the screen shot, check the time. So they are not normal. They are thinking, they can do anything. So they will not change, this is 4th time. I just want to rise complaint in court.

                          RBI ombudsman complaint also raised about, again the fullertron sending agent.

                            I had taken a Personal loan of amount 2L96k in Feb 2018. The rate of interest told to us was 20%% by the salesman. Later at top up time the ROI was decreased to 16-18%. After calculation today I found even after repaying for around 20 months, the outstanding is still 2, 35000. The ROI is inflated to 45%. I need an explanation for it. I want to settle it. This is sheer fraud.

                              I had taken a personal loan in september 2018 of rs.1, 93, 992/- after all deductions i have received only rs. 1, 71, 768/- in my bank account, i signed blank documents, which i now realise that it was my biggest mistake. Before signing the document they told me 15.50% rate of interest on my loan but when i received final document, i found that they have charged me 28.50% rate of interest, after 3 months i contacted to customer care where they said that you will have to continue this loan for atleast six months after that you will be able to close your a/c. Now i have paid rs. 80, 000/- to fullerton india and i want to close my loan a/c and i contacted their customer care and they have charged me rs. 1, 86, 000/-, this is injustice to me,
                              Fullerton cheated me and now i m unable to pay this amount so plz help me.

                                I had taken a personal loan dt 31.12.2018 where i signed blank documents, which i now realise that it was my biggest mistake. I was unaware of your terms and conditions, on 03.01.2019 i contacted your customer care where i came know the details of my loan. The rate of interest, emi, petiod all were beyond my reach, so i contacted personally to your staff member of yerwada br pune, where he said that you will have to continue this loan for atleast six months after that you will be able to close your a/c. He did not mention any types of charges etc etc. Now while closing my a/c they have charged me rs22000/- which i think is unjustice to me. Please contact me and help me to get refund of the above amont. Thanks

                                    I have been charged a very high rate of interest on my personal loan at fullerton india to the tune over 60% for a loan amount of 150, 000. The sale person had told be 25% interest rate. After finding out this massive amount of interest be charged, i had approached the bank for clarification, even after calling the sale person no reply was given.
                                    As i did not get any reply i stopped paying the emi. After many back and forth i end up paying the money back to fullerton india after coming to a settlement amount at 24% interest rate and paid the fullerton india bank in total 185000, now when i revived my cibil report, i found out that they have marked my cibil rating as loan amount 120, 000 written off, even after paying them the whole money. Please help me get the bad cibil falsely added to my name removed and make sure fullerton doesn't cheat common people with false promises.
