I have taken two wheeler loan from fullerton india and all the installment was paid by me but till now i did not get noc letter from your side. I have paid installment regular. Pl see below details.

I am very disappointed for the services i am getting from your end. I would like to help you with the call behavior which i have face today by one of your representative. She was brutally rude on call and she don't know how to talk to their clients. I have good account with you where i make monthly payment regularly. After making regular payment, i still get a call stating that you have not paid. How can you question someone without checking your payment tool. My account is not overdue nor i am a defaulter to talk like that. I need an apology call from her.

I wish you could have offered attachment in this form so that i can send her call recording.

I am Monica Bhatnagar and i have taken a personal loan from fullertone India. In this April month due to my health reasons i was going under some treatment due to which my ECS got bounced and today on 18.04.19 i got to know about it and when i checked the bankaccount i found bank has charged me bouncing charge twice inspite of this they called me again and again and started misbeaving with me on phone saying MAINEY BANK KA PAISA KHAYA HAI AND MERI AUKAAT NAHI and all. Just because of this my Bp has been risen up and i am not feeling well. I have contact details from where i got the calls.
I just want to know i have taken loan on interest and no one has done any obilgation on me. I am paying and will pay a huge amount of interest against it then why the hell me as a customer will listen to such nonsense talks. have i done any crime by borrowing a loan from bank.

I need you to look into the matter urgently.

Hai team i applied loan for 150000 rupees they also disbursed at the time they said interest rate 17 to 18 % but it was 30% for 150000 rupees i am paying for 4 years totally double the loan amoubt really frustrated... Cheated by company please dont play in others situation... If one month emi delays company executive also speaking in odd manner they wont give respect to the customers... Please dont get loan from fullerton

My loan no -310421, due to my sister marriage, i was applied a loan of rs. 299999 only from fullerton, at the time of applied the loan agent said to me related interest rate 15 to 18%, and calculate my emi.. And they are getting from me 30 to 32% interest. They are cheated with me, even they are not call me or inform to me at the time of loan, ur interest charge is 30 to 32%

And i am only single person in my faimly, belong to poor faimly and last year i applied a loan for my sister marriage, in a 5 years they want from double money if i calculate, 9991*60 emi.

Hi i am ratan staying out of country for last 8 years and recently i have been
Facing these torture calls through this company as they are continuously calling my friends and relatives who are not concerned in any way with this issue.
They have been harassing relatives putting unnecessary blames on them and defaming them and also me for no reason..
Its not once twice but it has been happening to all my relatives staying abroad.
This is a case of mental harassment and i want it stop now.
I am 50 year old aged man suffering from heart disease and they will be responsible
If any incident happens in the family.
I want these calls to stop immediately
Providing the details of the person whos been continuously making calls by changing names

I have applied for personal loan at ficcl submitted all documents, done all verification and finally got approval msg from company

Going forward done agreement and also handed over security.

They said that on coming monday will disburse money into your account

But later said that your file is rejected

Why so? I didn't understood and they don't have any proper reason for rejection.

By this way they are just playing with our cibil

And if they found anything incorrect or not suitable to there eligibility criteria then
Why they approved my loan and did agreement.

I took 1 lakh 87 thousand, before getting this loan (Sha mangalore branch) he is a mangalore branch fullerton india executive, he told to me this loan term 36 months that'swy i took loan ofter get loan he told 48 months u have to pay, not a 36 months so i can't able to pay 48 months so i need to close this loan kindly answer me. Still i'm not paid single emi also kindly approve

I availed personal loan 4 years ago lan:[protected]. I closed my loan account i therefore kindly request you to issue me a noc at the earliest. The loan closure is pending in cibil currently i kindly request you to issue me a noc towards theaccount number mentioned above. I regret for the inconvinience.

Existing loan holder of fullerton india credit company limited and my emi deducts every 4th of month. I raised a request of 16/2 for foreclosure of my loan, got response on march 1 that cuz is your payment with ample no. Of dues and charges. Fine, i went to bank yesterday 4th, to close the loan and do the payment. Bank is closed, but again my emi got deducted again though the parallel process of foreclosure already initiated.

Why so?

The brilliant customer care guy says very patiently that “sir, we don’t except any payment from 2-6th march. Neither we can let you know the pending amount nor any branch will accept your payment.

Mr. Rahul bhardwaj - do u understand this logic, if yes do dare to explain me in detail.

Heights is - the payment will not be accepted between 2-6 march but the bank will add overdue charges every single day, basically stop the person who pays and again extract or make him suffer and pay more for banks useless policy.

When u don’t accept payment on those days, how you people have the authority to charge overdues?

Mr. Rahul - please explain if this is legitimate process.

So, from 1st march to till whenever i will do the payment, everyday i will b charged overdues. Even the fullerton banks get functional on 7 march to accept my payment, by the time almost 5000 extra i need to pay.

Who is responsible for extra payment.

Mr. Rahul - being the gm of customer care, hope you understand the situation and resolve the same immediately.

This started in Aug 2018 where fullerton india started debited my bank account with random amount against the ECS set up, due to no proper validation and response i had cancelled the ECS set up on my account. After 5 months the credit company is stalking my social networks, trying to contact my relatives also tried calling my official toll free number and disclosed my name stating i am a defaulter, also the collectors arrived at my office address despite saying that the payment will be made online. Ms Shraddha Shilwant from the collections department has been extremely rude to me also Mr Arun Gowda has sent me threatening messages stating that they will come at my office address for collecting the dues. Contact messages and calls at my office has lead to humiliation and assassination of my reputation. By law no credit company can disclose my personal information or due information to anyone. This is breach of privacy. Such unethical practice has to be reported. Attaching snapshot for your reference, where the company is accessing my social networking site and tried to contact my relative. Kindly have this case taken up on priority.

Last month on 4th of jan emi is not deduct from my account due to non-sufficient fund due to same i have to pay ecs charge's to my bank icici rs 413 something and today again a rs 402 amount deduct from my account when i check with my bank they told there is some charge's you have for ecs bounce from fullotron so i want to be confirm why again and again i have to pay charge's for my ecs bounce as clearly on 30th of jan i got a message emi will deduct from your account on 31st so keep maintain balance and its successfully deduct on 31st of jan so kindly check the bank statement why i need to pay twice a time charge's to bank this is really frustrating to me if it again and again happened without any intimate then i need always pay charge's without my fault?

Please refund my charge's that i paid today without my fault if you do as like again and again i will put a complain over there and i have to disclose auto emi process (Ecs) from my bank.

They response now we have not take such payment even bank statement clearly showing payment deduct.

They can clearify to you its really shameful for your reference as clearly saying on bank statement charge's due to to fullerton then why you saying wrong thing after clear all thing from bank then i told to you otherwise i don't have much time for waste my and your time on as like happen please send or share my number with your bank executive if you have doubt so i can clear to him its not a good first you take 7 days and waste my time then after you told we have not charge's why you not see my bank statement as clearly showing ecs charge's please don't make as like this thing's and do refund my money as clearly showing i already paid charge's on jan month now that is not good you take again and again and deduct amount from my account without any information if you do as like i need to raise a complain for your bank and stop my ecs from my icici.

My loan is sanctioned double amount and emi goes out of salary. When complaint then staff threaten me to send jail if not paid emi regularly. They not ready to accept their mistake and for hidden their mistake they appoint local recovery criminal agency to recover my emi. These people don't know anything just want to your money anyhow whether you have not. They pressurize such a way that some body sale his kidney and pay them.
On may request, their senior level staff just copy and paste same reply again and again. Even after many years, reply is same.

I had applied a personal mortgage loan of rs 5000000/- in the name of anil jain and babita jain.
A loan amount of rs.23, 18, 500/- was sanctioned in the name of anil jain and rs. 22, 03, 500/- in the name of babita jain.
I was told 1.5% processing charge will be deducted from the loan amount.
On 11.02.19 the credit manager came at my resident and handed the cheques to my wife.
When i came home and saw the cheque amount i was almost fainted.
It was20, 57, 067/- in the name of babita jain and 20, 54, 617/- in the name of anil jain almost 10% less then the sanctioned amount.
When i called the credit manager he just said nothing and i even complained the matter by mail to kolkatta branch but all in vain.
I have not deposited the cheques in my bank and i can't take such hidden amount cheque.
This fullerton india is really a cheat company and plays with emotions of common people.
This company must be black listed.
If they don't solve my matter or replace a fresh cheque i may in depression and tenson commit suicide and all responsibility will be of fullerton india. There staff and credit managers.
Emotion players cheaters.

Sir, my emi is not debiting correctly as i have given complaint so many times even i visited branch also its debiting part emi so, after minimum balance iam getting bounce charges i fed-up with fulletron service past from 7-8 months again and again i am getting cal from your end... Its your fault why should pay for your faults

(Penal & bounce charges of rs. 3772.5 kindly pay at the earliest.)
Recent msg even the amount was their on that date...

Till know i paid bounce charges 5k to 7k because of your not debited emi on correct date

In the year 2016 Month of April Fulletron had issued me Personal Loan of Rs 106517.00. Loan Account No: Re: PL Sal Loan: Loan Account No: [protected]. Intend of Rs 106517.00 Fulletron had deposited only 91000/- to my account. Till month of September 2018 I had paid there EMI of Rs 3750/- maximum time Fulletron had not gave me receipt of acknowledgment of payment received. Now fulletron is demanding me more 64294.62/- when I asked for statement they refuted to give me. I had calculated the total amount I paid to fulletron is Rs 112500/- Still fulletron is demanding more form me.
Their agent had visited my place when all ladies are at home, he started shouting in front of my home and threaten my family member that they will do anything if I will not pay the said amount. Because of all these scene my father sugar had raised as he is a diabetes patient. My mother is suffering from Motibindu I dint have money to do operation. Fulletron people are not contacting me they directly reach my home.
Fulletron people are harassing my family member, my family member are insecure. I request for justice
