In the year 2016 Month of April Fulletron had issued me Personal Loan of Rs 106517.00. Loan Account No: Re: PL Sal Loan: Loan Account No: [protected]. Intend of Rs 106517.00 Fulletron had deposited only 91000/- to my account. Till month of September 2018 I had paid there EMI of Rs 3750/- maximum time Fulletron had not gave me receipt of acknowledgment of payment received. Now fulletron is demanding me more 64294.62/- when I asked for statement they refuted to give me. I had calculated the total amount I paid to fulletron is Rs 112500/- Still fulletron is demanding more form me.
Their agent had visited my place when all ladies are at home, he started shouting in front of my home and threaten my family member that they will do anything if I will not pay the said amount. Because of all these scene my father sugar had raised as he is a diabetes patient. My mother is suffering from Motibindu I dint have money to do operation. Fulletron people are not contacting me they directly reach my home.
Fulletron people are harassing my family member, my family member are insecure. I request for justice

I am in desparate need of foreclose my personal loan with fullerton. I will be in outstation in a few days so that i personally visited their office at rafi ahemed kidwai road of kolkata and got my service request number 9995522. But no one is helping me in this process. So much urgency was shown to provide me the loan so why this negligency at the time of closure. I have only two or three days stay in kolkata. Not able to contact the customer care also. Kind assistance required to foreclosure of the loan on urgent basis.

Iam wasting my time to write about a bloody collection agent.. I have a loan with this bloody fullerton and they charged me alot of interest on loan while i apply. However i
Always make a payment on time my score is more than 850. I wonder how did a get a extra charge.

Agent says its a chk bounce... Just to let you guys know i will not say any extra fees and i don't want any calls from collections team.

Train your collection agents when to call and how to talk with the customer no manners at all... Daily iam getting close to 20 calls a day.. I work for mnc and do a night shift these guys are # my sleep... Bloody mother #... U know what your agent abused me on the call.. What kind of a customer service is that... After speaking with a agent he called 20 times on my mobile and not responding.. He kept the call on mute not speaking at all on... He spoiled my sleep.. I want a call from manager tomorrow and i don't a call from that blooody 3rd class agent.. I think he is selling his mother to me... I request all the ppl who are reading my story dont go with fullerton they will ruin your credit score by charging extra fee.. Call me bloody #s...

Your team have done several inspection of the property and your legal team have check the property papers after that only you have issue the cheque (Dated[protected] but your team not hand over the cheque to me
A day before the emi date they told me there is some problem with property we can’t handover the cheque to you and the emi which will deduct on 7/11/2018 that will be refund to you in 7 working days now more than 45 days crossed i didn’t received the amount

Fullerton sanction illegal loans without checking repayment capacity of customer. The emi is above salary. As per rule they can not sanction more than 60 % of net monthly income. But here more than 100% sanctioned.
This create npa of country. The customer is now at end stage by paying huge emi which above his salary. Fullerton india not listen anything and started threaten customer by ganster / gunde / bad people.
He contact chairman/ md / ceo but no body help.
Instead of help they start more threatening.
Now customer decide to... His life as no option infront of it.
See how fullerton indian destroy their happily life.

My CIBIL is impacted because of my Past Payment History. Overall it is my fault that I could not manage it well. Now things have become worst with the employees of Fullerton India. I have recordings on such calls which was made to my mother abusing her for producing such a child who cannot repay the loan. Once the conversation also went to my grand mother where the rep was abusive to her too. I have recordings of a conversation where I am requesting them to re structure my loan where I could pay for that what is possible for me. During another conversation I informed the rep that you are mentally harassing me and I feel like giving up my life... She was okay with that but wanted me to first pay them and then die. Please I am willing to pay what I could I just do not want others to go through a mental trauma. Lately this rep. who calls her self Prachi Kamble/ Shrada Kamble called my step brothers office and blamed him taking bribe from her and wants the money back. If I am not able to pay my dues she will recover from him who is my step brother, nothing to do with me. I need justice and I am also open to judgement for my wrongs

I am a existing customer of fullerton india, for personal loan product, due to some personal reason, i was unable to pay the loan emi now i started the deposition of amount in fullerton loan account - [protected], followings are the details of payment done recently (Inr 50000) -
1. Ref. No, from fullerton - nici[protected], amount inr 12000
2. Paytm id [protected], amount inr 8000
3. Paytn id [protected], amount inr 20000
4. Paytn id [protected], amount inr 10000

Note: above payments shows intention to pay the dues, i don't know why these threats

After doing such payments, i requested some more (1 month) time to the person - madhuri (Mob no, +91 [protected] landline no. +[protected], for this, i ready to pay extras (Panal charges and revised amount), and i am continuously contact to her... But either to speak with me she is threatening to my office colleagues in office nos. Which are impacting my job.

Without job i am not be able to pay the dues of fullerton. (I am frestrade from these calls)

Request you please help to stop these activities, remaining amount will deposit soon in loan account of fullerton soon (In 1 or 2 months maximum).

I am not a customer of Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. but Some very unproffessional people are calling me on my phone and claiming that a loan taken from Fullerton India Limited by some Mr Anand Rai needs to be paid by me because he has given my reference.
These guys are calling me and asking personal questions about my job.

Please take immediate and appropriate action on this and confirm immediately.

This is my personal loan number [protected] in fulletron. Am paying my loan correctly every month and putting money in my account.in nov 2018 5 amount also debited my account.

But i got call from some name divakar balan and he told you have three months loan pending. But i don’t have idea, how it’s bounced while paying regularly. So asked statement and he sent me showing two month is bounced. But amount is deducting from my account every month from my account. So confused and contact bank, they replied they have charged for that and this. So i don’t what happened exactly.

So am tried to explaining the divakar balan how recovery will happend while am paying correctly. His mobile [protected] and [protected]. He started abusing me in bad words against law and said will kill your whole family. And come to your office everyday create your problem with colleague and everyone.

As per rbi law this is not allowed and harshing borrower. I lodge a fir against bank and divakar balan. And going to file case in court tomorrow. He is threatening me to kill me and my family. He played with wrong guy who is backround with police family.

I need answer from the bank for this action within tomorrow.

Hi this is sourabh i have been receiving calls related to my previous office colleague who took loan and delinquent. Agent claims me as reference but i did not get any call while availing loan nor i am in touch with my colleague for more than 8 years. I have been receiving calls despite informing the same demanding even payment from me. I am giving my #[protected] and also please find the details of the agent

I have received several calls in the last 2 days about my colleagues loan. She left the company 5 years back. I am not concerned with her loan. I received a call from mumbai [protected]. Caller name is priya. I came to know that fullerton has hacked numbers from social media and they are making calls. I also like to forward this complaint to cyber crime depart.

I had taken a personal loan of rs 10 lakhs 36 thousand from the above mentioned bank with agreement number ([protected]) in april 2018.
For which all emis till date are paid on due dates without any default.
Now as i have arranged my funds i wished to close the loan account in order to save my extra money. But the company people are not responding properly.
They are postponing due to some or other reasons.
Its already about 15 days since i ve called them and they are not answering my phone.

I have taken a PL for which you sent 5 times your person for collecting documents and other things in doing so i think the NEFT Form was not passed through my bank and from 1st EMI till today i.e 5th EMI you do not have time to sent one person to collect the new NEFT Form just because with every EMI you are getting additional money, please check your customer care, how many times i have request for collection of the said form.
Kindly get it collected and waive the charges.

Mistake is my friend's but your agent called from this nos [protected], [protected]. They where talking like illiterate street rowdy by using in descent words.

I was planning to take a loan 50 lakes from your concern, after seeing all this i have planned to get my loan from icici..
Comparing to you concern they are far better..

I have a personal loan and paying EMI since may on timec but since last month my two EMI have bounced as we are getting our salary on 8th, and I have experienced the worst service ever received.

As the EMI was bounced I received msg to pay online and I made the payment on the 8th October on 10th October I called call centre and spoke to Hussain to advice the I have done the payment but have not received any confirmation message. He could see the payment received through Paytm but it is not updated on my account. Later after 1 hour their automation sistem chafed EMI again on my account .

Again I spoke to Hussain and advised him that dupe EMI has been charged on my account and I request my urgent refund as my wife is expecting and she is due on 14th and any things can happen any time and this refund urgently in my account.

After telling all this their agent kept saying that it will take 6 days for payment to get updated and then it will take 7days to process refund back to my account. In short for Fullerton India's system error I have to wait 12 day to get refund I felt this is like a joke .

Later when I lost my temper and requested to speak to manager Hussain kept on hold and then after few min he advised me to send my bank statement showing both transaction and they will process refund urgently into my acvount. I sent them statement in 5min and waited til next day for confirmation of my refund. Later on 11th October I called the call centre again to double check about my request and spoke to Amruta. She told me that she couldn't see any such request on the system and all we could see is that I have been advised that it will take 7 days to process refund. Now again I told her that I want to speak to manager and she gave me a lame answer that there is no manager available on the floor and she will request a call back. Again I lost temper and told her I don't need stories and I will not disconnect the call until I speak to manager then she kept me on hold for 2 to 3 min and transferred the call to manager Neha Srim Chennai office.

Another person to tel the same stories again .. I told her i am not interested in your company procedures, all I need is solution for your error and I need it urgently. As per advice and approach I felt she is not even manager as she dint had any authority and had no knowledge of customer service as she still told me she will put a request and still it will take 7 days.

I am sorry but I was very rude to her but I was frustrated and help less. Then she asked me to send one cancelled cheque urgently and she will process refund but no response or update till now.

I am seeking leave attention

If any one require any proof of my wife's medical situation please let me know.
