I applied for a loan and got approval via email and call after submitting all documents. Then executive came to my home for sign the loan agreement and collected a security cheque, after all this done, they said me that your loan has been rejected at the disbursement time, is this the process you follow??? After signing the loan agreement and collecting security cheque fullerton people rejected my loan application. Usually other financial services verify all the documents and cibil report and then confirm with customer that your loan has been approved or rejected, however fullerton follow the exact against this process. Also not giving my documents (Loan agreement and security cheque) back to me. My loan lead reference is 2262680

I am also faced the same issue. I applied for a loan and got approval via email and call after submitting all documents including cancelled cheque leaf. Then executive came to my home and office for enquiry. After i signed the agreement i got an message like this...

Thank you for applying with Fullerton India. We regret to inform your application did not meet our internal criteria and will not be processed further. *TCA. Fullerton India.

    My self anil kumar i got auto loan in 2010 my loan no is [protected] and i paid all emi in cheque and by cash also. Bank put my name in cibil. If i paid all loan amount to bank so why the bank doesn't close my account and they didn't provide noc. Due to bank i am facing problems. Pls look after this matter. They give service request every time in mail. But they have not solve the problem.

    I have to close my account by settlement. in my cibil report the outstanding amount is 689 rs. if i paid same amount so i paid online. if as per your records the outstanding amount more then 689 Rs. so i will go with settlement. pls give the statement of outstanding amount in my mail and close my account and also remove my name from cibil. i will be waiting your reply.

    THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AFTER COMPLETE MY EMI. AS PER MY LOAN STATEMENT I PAY ALL EMI BY ECS AND CASH ALSO. I RECEIVED YOUR MAIL AND MENTION 4000 RS AMOUNT OUTSTANDING THERE IS TO MUCH MONEY INSTEAD OF 689 RS. I HUMBLY REQUESTED TO YOU PLS SETTLE THE AMOUNT FOR FUTURE BANKING.

    Dear Mam,

    As per my Cibil Report the outstanding amount 689 Rs showing. as per your statement the outstanding amount will be 4000 Rs. so i humbly requested to you please settle the outstanding amount. 4000 rs is to much. i will go with settlement becoz of my account is active from last 8 years. i have settle the amount and close the running account and also remove name from Cibil. pls settle the minimum amount which i have to pay.

          I have already provided the loan id for the below-mentioned query which has my details to contact me. Please update me with a relevant solution rather than delaying time and copy pasting the same information in the email. Please don't be in a hurry to close the case without investigating further on this, sejal.

          I am taking the pain of explaining the whole issue despite the mental and financial agony you (Fullerton india) have caused me. I have taken a personal loan from m/s fullerton finance co., with the loan customer id: 1794773 for an amount of rs.60, 000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) with 48 months repayment duration. I was paying my emi s regularly through ecs. As my banker closed their service with my employer, i was unable to proceed paying the instalment through ecs. I have approached m/s fullerton finance co, srp koil branch (My loan is with this branch), and explained the situation to the executive in charge (Mr. Sabapathy at srp koil street) along with a letter explaining the same in detail. I have requested him to not to present the cheque for withdrawal. He then instructed me to pay the instalment through cash mode at the branch and that he will reverse any cheque bounce charges incurred due to the cash payment. Later when the branch is closed, your executives were collecting the money from me on monthly basis. With this arrangement in place, i have paid my emis regularly without any default till the end of the 48 months. When i approached the manager (Dakshina moorthy / raj kumar) at maduraivoyal branch on 14th may, 2013, he insisted to pay 2 instalments. After the payment is complete, he assured me that the noc papers would be sent to my address. However, there has been no correspondence from them regarding this. I approached them again for the “no due letter” and they have assured that it will be delivered through courier. Having waited long enough for the “no due letter”, i wrote an email explaining the above matter to the email team. None the less, i have received an email saying that a payment of rs.23937/- is due. I have then written another letter attaching the scanned copy of the account statement and copies of the payment receipts. They in turn sent me an email reducing rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the charges.in response, i have expressed my unwillingness to pay the amount, as it is not my fault. Despite my repeated, detailed explanation of the events, you are just causing me metal and financial stress by delaying the issuance of the noc.in all the 18 statements issued after the initial arrangement to pay by cash each month at the srp koil, there are cheque bounce charges and rs. 225/ as bounce charges (Per cheque). These charges together does not exceed inr 4050/-. Coming to my financial situation, i am employed with a low monthly income and every rupee you try to extract from me is an unbearable burden. Even after displaying all the payment receipts, why are you trying to plunder me? This is totally unacceptable and if you prolong the resolution of the issue, i am left with limited options to achieve a resolution. I have already logged a complaint with the consumer forum, banking ombudsmen and also i will be looking to proceed with legal formalities. I am not looking for the same 10 days sla for your response, instead i would like someone higher in the company with authority to conduct with proper investigation and issue the noc.

              Hi,

              I took a personal loan # (06350) with fullerton and was paying from the last two years but due to jobless situation i was unable to pay two emi`s but then i got a job again (Less package) and started paying the emi`s again but now i have the situation again where in i lost my job and unable to pay the emi`s.

              The situation started from here where in i started receiving threatening calls to make the payment at any cost or else they can do anything to take their money out.

              Due to some personal reason i no longer stay with my family but they still visit anytime they want to my hear patient parents house and threaten them to any extent they want. Last time they even didn`t feel shame to snatch mobile phone from my younger brother`s hand to get my wife`s number and started calling my wife at night with all sort of profanities and threat. They even shout in-front of our neighbours to make us feel insult and raise their voice like a underworld guy.

              The collection manager mr. Sanjay (Delhi, karol bagh branch) even challenged me over the phone that even law & order or police cant do anything into it as they have the power to sue defaulters badly.

              I even requested them to give me just two month`s time to start pay them back while i search & get a job in between but they are not agreed and said that they won`t listen to anything as they want only money and no one can do anything against them even if you report to ombudsman of rbi.

              I have even email them and talk to customer care but nothing is working. Please help me what to do here shall i reach to local police for a fir or file a written complain to rbi against them.

                As you wrote in previous mail i will not get any relaxation in the loan as well and your company has cheated me, your company speak the interest rate 11.99% and have applied 37% interest rate. Fullerton is fraud company and i will do the court case against you and will not pay any emi from next month.

                  This is regarding the personal loan which was completed in 2013. (Loan availed at your branch which was located at srp koil street) all my dues was paid on time and i have the payment receipts provided by your bank as proofs. When i checked with your manager at maduraivoyal branch he confirmed to send the noc to my mailing address, till now no response. Now i get calls from your bank threatening to pay more amount in order to provide the noc. Issue me the noc at the earliest. If it is delayed will make a further move with your receipts for legal action to get the same. My email id is pn. [protected]@gmail.com

Jab maine top up karvane vale apke bank executive se bat ki to usne kaha ki refund ho jayega. Kuch formalties h vo kar do. Lakin 1.5 mahine ho gaye lakin vo aise hi ghuma rahe h. Kuch kiya hi nhi. Kabhi kahte h complaint mail kar di h. 20-25 din lagte h refund hone me. Lakin abhi tak kuch bhi nhi huwa. Pls solve this matter immediately.

                            I had taken a pl and couldn't pay few instalment due to job change. A official from surat caĺed and my brother had cleared that let us know the settlement amount we would like to close the loan. He said a particular amount but we asked him to reduce so that i can pay it at one time. He said he will let us know. Yesterday suddenly a call came from mumbai or surat branch to my husband and that bloody rascal used abusive language. He even said that he will keep on harassing us again. I don't understand when there was a situation when i agreed to clear the amount y anybody had to call n do that. Now i need an apology letter from him or company then only clear the amount. His name he mentioned was nikhil anyone should rather go and use same language for his mother wife and sister.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had taken rs.50000 loans from the company, at that time i was told that i would get rs 50000 and your emi would be rs 2000 for three years.
                                But later my emi made 4 years and the interest rate was 37%. And given 40000 rupees.
                                Then when i talked, he said that if you give only 3 months' emi, then we will reduce your interest rate but there is no action yet.
                                Now, i want to close my loan, now the company is saying that you have to pay rs. 54, 000 to stop the loan, i have given 8 emi so far but the amount of loan has not been reduced.
                                So please help me what i do for this fraud

                                    What is the service you guys are providing for the customer.? I already lodged several complaints (Complaint no #[protected] against your third-party recovery agent so many times, but still am getting calls from them with arrogant and rude behavior.

                                    Don't you guys have any discipline or manners to talk on a call with the customer because after several warnings still they are calling me and harassing me also no actions was taken from your side even after highlighting the same.?

                                    Am not going to pay a single penny if still ​this continues and would lodge a police complaint, also would file harassment case in consumer forum.

                                    If a customer misses the emi and was not able to pay the emi, i don't think he​ ​should suffer from such kind of​ ​harassment. I​ ​do apologize for the delay in payment but i assure to foreclose the account asap because of your high rate of interest and for your​ ​horrible treatment. Kindly give me some time​ ​to close the account asap.
