Dear sir,

I have a loan account (Loan no-[protected]... And emi – rs.4009/-) in fullerton india credit company limited. But while verifying the monthly statement of my above account for the month of october 2018, i find a debit of double amount emi rs. 222 by ecs and show my bank statement (Karnataka bank a/c no-[protected], bhowanipore branch, kolkata. Ifsc code-karb0000439).
I give below the details of the double ecs debit from my account:
1) date of ecs debit: 04th oct 2018= rs.4009/- and same emi debit
2) date of ecs debit 10th oct 2018= rs.4009/-

My request that why ecs debit (10th oct 2018) without my permeation. Hence i presume that it is an inadvertent error from your side. I request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to the account.

I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest.

        Worst institute to deal with.
        Starting with while taking loan i already informed their executive about scheduling my EMI due date. Still he themselves set the due date as per discretion. Secondly i had to run behind them to collect the loan papers (welcome kit)which came after almost 2 mths of followup.
        Recently even after paying my EMI online and informing their executive
        they did took EMI through ECS. (so twice emi in 1 month)
        Even after repeatedly calling the whole day on the number of just dial of their borivali branch no one took the call and the other 2 mobile numbers that are displayed are some personal numbers of the employees and they do not cater service to the customer (as told to me).
        Very very disappointing...

            Hi Team, my name is AKhil jain and I am receiving the calls from Fullerton India from no -[protected] Caller name is Aarti Gagre . the issue is if the loan is being address to Akhil jain then how come the family relatives and office employees arte getting calls from below numbers . this is Very non compliance and against the policy . I will go ahead and file the official complaint with the Police . kindly respons me back that how it is happening . Is this how fullerton works and the caller is talking very rude and abusive with all the calls they made.

              I was a Fullerton india customer and my loan account number is [protected], I took personal loan from them on[protected] for the amount 35000/- and I have paid all my dues in time since at that time core banking was not there they asked me to open a bank account in nagercoil where Fullerton is there for my loan repayment purpose. And for the first 3 dues i made through that bank then their executive called me and said he will come to my home every month to collect the emi and further the cheques given by me would be stopped. thereafter I paid all my emi's as cash payments with their executive.
              After I closed the loan they haven't issued me NOC then after 3 years they started messaging me like u have penalty charges. and after 5 years they made a call to me and harrased me to pay the penalty amount.
              I kindly request you to issue me a NOC towards the LAN mentioned above.I regret for the inconvinience.

                Good morning fulletron!!!
                My name is ajay singh amera, bhilwara, rajasthan.

                First of all i am telling you that i am existing customer of your company, i applied for top up loan on 4th of sep. 2018, then your bhilwara district fulletron team took my all document and my check on 10th of sep. 2018.. Now after document submission there are 10 days are gone but still you are saying that we will process it on 25 sep. 2018.
                What is this joke? Is it a single finance company in market have as much difficult process as your team are doing?

                I already request for complain 3 times between 10th sep to 21 sep. Time period. All times your senior managers like name - mr. Harish, miss neha
                Told me that we will process today. But still can not solve my problem.

                Seriously, i am saying that your professional work is so bad, so embarrassing for me. I am again again call in your customer care but all times they give me false reply.
                I am assuring you that none of person will be want to your customer.

                Seriously if you still have some professional courtesy than please do it as soon as possible.

                  This company is cheating I am willing to pay customer however these guys have no mercy I was hospitalised and couldn't afford to pay one month EMI in my 5 years loan tenure. When one day I was checking they have processed 5 time ECS on my account I have told them next month I will pay both of them at once however these guys processed 5 time and my account went in minues and due to which I could not afford rest EMI because whenever I keep funds available either my bank charges me bounce fee or either these guys use to process ECS without my authorization now when I asked for waivers I was told nothing can be done

                    I have mailed and following up for two weeks for personal loan pre closure., but still i did not received my preclosure amount and so that i can pay. Even mailed one week before, it says under process.

                    One fulletron guy called last week, and told site not opening, & he informed that will call later there after i didn't received any call. I repeatedly told him, whatever the precloure amount tell me or mail me repeatedly, but he didnot not supported. Even i asked for branch visit, but the telecaller informed some online loan closure id need to generate.

                    Hightly pathetic support, feel like why i taken loan from fulletron.

                    Please take immediate action and inform me by mail or phone, how much i have to pay to close account.

Ltd.in dec’17 and now wants to close it but they were charging 7% forclosure charges and now i am ready to give it but they are asking 15 days time now to close my loan so i am very much dis-satisfied with the company.                         I have been charged for bouncing charges more than 7000 in 4 months. 2 times (31st may, 31st aug) bouncing amount charged after made payment also and not get a proper response.                           Only for the 3 months, u people debit more than 6000 from my account. I don't get any response for the email from [protected]@fullertonindia.com which drafted on 31st jul. You people represent the cheque 4 times in a month and without any info, bounce charges were debited twice for every instance. 2 times bounce charges were charged after made payment.

                            Loan account number "[protected]"

                            I want to close this loan account by making the payment. However fullerton india is not helping with this loan closure. Everytime they say foreclosure team will call back. However no one from that team calls back. Reason given is number not reachable. However their top-up team calls 3-4 times a day and somehow they are able to get through.

                            I have all the call recordings and emails where i have requested for the loan closure before 5th september (Emi date).

                            I also requested them to cancel my ecs. They refused to do so.

                            The customer service team refuses to give contact details of the foreclosure team and keeps saying i will get a call back.

                            Kindly help as i cannot pay 2 emis. I want to close this one.

                                Please read the points with little patience:
                                1. I was in need of money for my father carcinoma treatment, so i approached sr nagar fullerton branch for personal loan in feb 2013.
                                2. Fullerton employee named mr. Raju checked my salary slips bank statement and other documents and informed me i can get a loan of one lakh at that time my salary was 12, 800/- per month. He informed me the rate of interest for loan would be is 18.25% emi 4, 641/- 48 months.
                                3. I accepted the loan and an amount of 1, 08, 518/- was deposited in my account on[protected] by fullerton. I am thankful that helped my father’s treatment.
                                4. I paid emis regularly upto 16 months and suddenly i got a phone call from mumbai customer care service saying that i am eligible for a top up loan of 50, 000/-
                                5. I accepted the top up loan, i asked the lady in phone call about the rate of interest for top up loan. She answered me that their executive will come to my home.
                                6. Next day their sales executive mr. Prasad came to my home and took my documents for process and he took all my signatures on loan agreement letter without filling the rate of interest and loan principal amount.
                                7. Next day he called me and said i got a top up loan of rs 49, 669/- for lesser rate of interest when compare to main loan and emi slightly increased to 5, 944/-
                                8. I got rs 49, 669/- in my account the next day on[protected] with emi 5, 944/- i paid for 10 months regularly.
                                9. Suddenly i got a call again from fullerton mumbai customer care saying i am eligible for top up loan 50, 000/-
                                10. At that time my father condition was critical. He was under radiation and chemotherapy treatment so immediately i accepted the loan.
                                11. Same executive mr prasad came to my home and took my documents again and informed me that i am eligible for 55, 220/- with lesser the rate of interest compare to the first top up loan.
                                12. Emi slightly increased to 6, 890/- for which i paid 33 emis regularly and i cross checked the amount paid by me till date and amount credited by fullerton in my account as shown in the table.
                                13. I called to sales executive and was informed by sales team that my first loan rate of interest was 34.55%. But i was informed at the time of loan process 18.25% by mr. Raju at sr nagar ameerpet branch.
                                14. It was too late by me to realize and to calculate the amounts. I paid nearly 1.5laks more than what fullerton has deposited in my account.
                                15. I went to their office in begumpet and collection dept manager is saying to pay me 92, 914/- which is completely injustice to consumer.
                                16. He informed me to pay 40, 000/- for settlement of loan and my cibil credit will be 480points with negative loan records as in future i will not get any loans from any banks
                                17. Is this not fair from fullerton india credit co ltd., as i am a common person of this country. I am not a corrupted person to have black money and give to you. All i earn is of my blood and sweat hard earned money.
                                18. I have to feed my family house rent, milk bill electric bills food health then i have little savings that hard earned savings i am paying as emi to fullerton.
                                19. Kindly look in my issue and please give me loan closure letter with positive cibil report.

                                Finally i got NO help from Fullerton Mumbai Head Office team.

                                As i Mortgaged my Mother gold in Muthoot Finance borrowed money and paid to Fullerton 45, 000/- on 28.08.2018

                                Please have a glance at the Attachments of Screen shot of money receipt send by Hyderabad collection team and they have given me a settlement letter.

                                I got a SMS as cash received by Fullerton India.

                                1. Total Amount deposited by Fullerton in my Bank account Rs 2, 13, 407/-
                                2. Total Amount deposited by me in Fullerton Account Rs. 4, 06, 066/-
                                3. Rate of interest 34.55%, 32.10% and 25.50%
                                4. Finally i paid double the amount i borrowed from Fullerton India.
                                5. But Now i am not eligible for any further Bank loans, since my CIBIL score is low made by Fullerton India as my loan is not cleared but settled.
