Fullerton India Credit Complaints & Reviews

I have availed loan in 2010 and repaid my loan as per the agreed interest rate of 18%. Later i came to know that they have charged higher interest. I have taken it to their office and they issued waiver letter for 5 installments and when i disputed on the interest rate and asked for loan statement, they realized my security cheque. I have written to their customer care for correcting the accounts. But no action was taken and they made my name in crisil so that i am not able to apply further loans eventhough i have met my emi as per the agreed terms.

These private bankers used to get forms signed without filling the application forms. Because of the crisis we also signing on the confident that private bankers wont cheat.

Please provide remedy for the public so that the private bankers like fullerton and india bulls wont misuse the people's weaknesses. This type of issues wont come in the banking sections. No remedy is availabe fro this type of bankers too.

I have been cheated by this company. Please save the right people.

My name is nitin gholap. I am being constantly harassed buy a telecaller from your company that is fullertonindia, since last 3 days from these numbers[protected],[protected]. I have mentioned to them in the very first call that i have not taken any loan from fullerton company and hence have no responsibility to repay any loan.

Instead of repeated instructions that i am not the relevant person to call related to this issue i am being constantly harassed by your company as they are making about 25 to 30 calls at my workplace during busy hours and disturbing the entire staff by talking arrogantly to them. This is affecting my image in my professional circle which will hamper my professional career.

I am aware that as per rbi rules relative cannot be harassed for recovery of loan. If i get another call at my workplace i will opt for legal action as all the calls at my workplace are automatically recorded and saved in a database. As per rbi regulations clause 5.7.3 the bank and their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind either verbal or physical against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the debtors’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

I request you to stop this and also like to mention again that the loan does not belong to me. I am not the right person to provide you information, so please stop communication with me immediately.

Fullerton india is the worst finance company. They harass people mentally and socially for recovering their money, all mafia and gunda gardi people. The person name nikhil rastogi with the nos. [protected] & [protected] & abhinash gaitonde having numbers, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

They threatned people like they will beat them and they kidnap them for the sack of money.

I request please stop acting like goons (Gundas) from fullerton india bank, & behave professionally.

I also request of india please never ever buy any product or any transaction from fullerton india bank, they all are mafiasa.. You might get into trouble.

I took loan in 2013 since then either few financial issue, you can verify it through my cbil and bank record. Even after that i try to pay emi as much as possible, you can verify this also. My emi due date was over in april-2017 and now there are still some outstanding. For that outstanding i am managing one time pay in next 1-2 months.

But from saturday 08-july-2017 i am getting calls from your dept collectors. I update them also that i will pay in 1-2 month but your current debt collector (I dont know whose name) talking very ruthlessly and start from with abusing with some mens they got my full contact list and with them also they are talking with misbehave and very aggression. I dont know form where they got my contact list but my contact list have contacts whom nothing to do with my loan. Even he is calling my clients and calling them as my wife.

This scenario is completely unacceptable, i want to know my rights and i want to complain with higher authority. Please look is this issue as urgent basic and provide me contact details of your dept collectors so i will complain about this harassment with banking core authority.

Is it really necessary to call me at 10:00 p. M. To tell me to send in a payment? I am five month behind, and i keep in touch with fullerton officer, yet they are constantly harass me and relative and neighbour also i was already told we are suffring financial problem fast one year this month end of july 17 we are try to clear pending emi and after two month clear the principle amount but they are continuously phoning me and my relative and neighbour and giving bad word also his name sachin tyagi and his contact no.[protected]

I applied for personal from this company. They said after paying 5500, i will get loan. again bank commission 7000. again dumurage charge 4500, transfer code 4000 like that.

Still they are telling transfer code expired. I have to pay 3000 to renew transfer code.

so far I paid 16000 for 1 lakh loan.

Am viji past two years back i have purchased the personnel loan from fullerton bank, starting they are promissed for low interest rate, and after getting the loan high interst rate, am asking the document executive they are told first 3 months little high and after 4 th month from as per communication interst will apply, but till now very high intrest rate, after one year i cont make the payment because my business loss, Now they are (payment collection team)very disturbing for illeagal activity, ubuse kind of wrong activity they are doing

I had taken a personal loan from fullerton india credit in the year of 2012. I have almost repay the whole amount but recently i came to know that fullerton india charged me rate of interest for this personal loan @ 49.01 per cent per year.
I want to know that whether any rbi registered non banking financial institute can charged rate of interest @49.01 per cent per year for personal loan.

With due respect this is to inform you that i have taken one personal loan
On aug 2014 amount of rs, 215000/= but in hand 180000/=. Due to my change of bank i was paying all the emis in cash since oct 14. And there was no failure to pay the same. During this period only one emi was due because of old currency problem (I. E. 500 and 1000 rs not changing). Upto mar 17 only
One emi was due. During that time i have approached to your authority for settlement as i am not able to continue the loan due to accute economic and domestic problem. Since 01 apr 17 i am requesting for settlement the loan as i am not in a condition to pay the emi. But till date no suggestion or clarification
Has been provided to me. During the month of may one lady from calcutta office has abused to me and my family over phone. Where as i have never said that i am not going to pay but only requested for settlement. Today i have received one official letter from your end by giving one short of threatning to pay the same. Reason not understood.
I therefore request you please settle the loan at the earliest. I will be thankful to you.

I never apply for loan in fullerton but yesterday i get a message that my loan application has accepted and today i got a call from fullerton india credit for loan verification regarding. They asking me that i have apply for loan yesterday but i never apply for loan in fullerton sir someone is useing my name and mobile no. Please sir help me

My husband P J Purushothaman is working in IPAB and wanted to payoff a loan amount of nearly 400000 rs went to Saidapet office with the cheque on 19 and today to submit but they said u have to get an ID we registered it and yet to receive it. Inbetween one lady named Manju gave Rajesh kannan name Manager of Saidapet office and told he will help to deposit the cheque today but sent us telling bring ID we cant do approached customer service gent also didnt help so we are not interested to go anymore to the office and beg for anything and we will not pay any EMI from next month u have to come and take the cheque from my house u have all the details so do the needful and get the cheque by yourself .Moreover purushothaman is an handicapped we are unable to take him to office everytime it is in an odd corner in Saidapet, pl give instructions and collect the cheque given by ICICI and oblige.

This is regarding loan [protected] availed from fulletron india. I have already cleared all pending dues of loan for the emi before closing the loan. I was told there was one pending emi (Feb'11) at the time of closing the loan and for the same, i even paid emi through cash to the manager in person at moosaram bagh brankch, hyderabad in april, 2012. I had personally visited moosaram bagh branch, hyderabad in april 2012 and i was issued no due and loan closure document from bank manager.

Now after 5 years your bank is trying to hit ecs for that missed emi (Feb'11) on my current account fraudulently to extort more money. Why is your bank trying to charge me now after 5 years and that too after closure of loan?

This looks like a complete fraud from your bank and i have already seen these type of fraud instances from your bank trying to charge money even after loan closure in consumer forums and from my acquaintances.

You are causing mental harassment to me even after genuinely closing the loan and request the appropriate authorities to take the necessary action. Also, i am going to file the report in relevant consumer forums to escalate this fraud.

में आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ की fullertorn कंपनी से मैंने पर्सनल लोन लिया था सन 2010 में और लगभग ११ क़िस्त चुकाने के बाद किसी कारण से इस लोन को ख़त्म करना चाहता था तब मुझे इसी कंपनी के अधिकारीयों ने फ़ोन करके कहा की एकमुश्त राशि ३२, २५०/- रुपये जो की रु ३०, ०००/- डी डी और २२५०/- कॅश के माध्यम से पेमेंट करना है! मैंने जीवन में पहली बार लोन लिया था इसलिए मुझे इसके एकमुश्त लोन को ख़त्म करने का अनुभव नहीं था इसलिए मैंने कंपनी के अधिकारीयों द्वारा बताये गए तरीके से रु ३०, ०००/- की डी डी और २२५०/- कैश के माध्यम से सन 2012 में करवाया जिसका प्रमाण मेरे पास इनके अधिकारीयों द्वारा भेजा गया पत्र और जो फील्ड बॉय डी डी और कैश लेने के लिए भेजा था उसकी फोटो आईडी कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी मौजूद है और इसके बाद इनके अधिकारीयों द्वारा बताया गया था की एकमुश्त लोन राशि का भुगतान होने के बाद 15 दिन के भीतर NOC दे दिया जायेगा परंतु 20 दिन गुजरने के बाद भी NOC नहीं दिया फिर मैंने एक मेल NOC जानकारी भेजा उस दिन से कई बार मेल भेजे परंतु उनका आज तक कोई जबाब नहीं आया !!
मुझे फुलरटोरन कंपनी के अधिकारीयों द्वारा भ्रमित किया गया!!! इस बात को 3 साल गुजरने के बाद अचानक मुझे २०१६ में इस कंपनी से लोन की क़िस्त ना चुकाने का फ़ोन आया सारी उक्त जानकारी उस अफसर को बताती गई परंतु उसने मेरे द्वारा जमा की गई 30, 000 /- की डी डी और 2250 /- कैश का भुगतान कंपनी में सिस्टम पर अपलोड ना होने की बात कही जिससे स्पष्ट होता है की fullertorn कंपनी जान बूझकर एकमुश्त लोन को ख़त्म करने वालों के साथ ऐसा ही फ्रॉड करती है और कस्टमर्स को परेशान करते है!
में अपना DD का photocopy भी शेयर कर रहा हूँ! मेरा लोन नंबर [protected] है!!! इसकी एंट्री करवाकर इसे जल्द से जल्द ख़त्म कर मुझे NOC दिलवाये. धन्यवाद !!!

I am a new customer of fullerton india credit company pvt ltd. I took the loan (Loan application reference no.[protected] in month of march, 2017. I got the loan from fullerton company, panaji - goa branch through one of the agent named pushpashil kawlekar. After discussing the whole matter regarding loan in detail, he agreed to provide me a loan of 60, 000.00
Which later i got to know that he had increased to 1, 00, 000.00 without my knowlede, i received a call from your head office which confirmed that i would get a loan of 60, 000.00 and the i was later called to the branch and made to sign on the half filled forms, giving me an excuse that he needed to leave early and would later fill the document once the head office approves the loan and the percentage of interest which would be below 22% or so., and would send me the details by message or mail (Date 25/3/2017).
After this i used to call him regularly asking him about the emi but he always avoided or said he was not at work, etc
Now when a deduction was made towards the emi i. E. 4019 for the month of may, 2017. I later called the agent (Pushpashil kawlekar) he informed me that the head office later confirmed an interest of 37%, which was shocking and so i told he that i needed all details of the loan asap or i would come to the branch to collect them, for which he told me that the branch was experiencing some network problems and could not connect to the main server and hence could not give me the details.
I only got to know the complete truth yesterday i. E 9/5/17 when i saw the documents sent to me from your head office which had new details added i. E. 37% rate of interest, 4 years tenure, etc.
I cannot tolerate such cheating,
So i don't want this loan anymore i will repay the entire amount which was deposited in my account anytime u ask me.
Waiting for your positive reply.
Or else i will be forced to file a complaint, with the concerned authorities.
