I opted for the Vehicle loan from fulltron india Ltd and my last ECS was due on oct-2012 and the agreed up amount was deducted from my account on 29th-oct-2012

But the Company is dening that the amount was not credited but my account statement is showing that the amount is deducted against the ECS of Fulltron india LTD

Please look in the matter as they are adding intrest against my account

    Today I got a call from "[protected]" named "Suganya" around 12.30 pm speaking from Chennai. Saying that your father has taken a personal loan before 6 years and never paid. We have never taken any loans and she threatens us your case is under CIBIL and you will need to face serious issues.

    What kind of company is this, we haven't taken a loan or neither we are the guarantors, so how come they can threaten us like this. Don’t how come they trace our personal details.

    Please advise how to complain about this.

      Dear sir / madam,

      Myself vijay bhardwaj, i had taken a personal loan from fullerton india & was paying all the emi’s on time.in april-13 they gave an offer of top up loan of 3, 43, 450/- for the tenure of 48 months at the rate of interest of 28.17 and monthly emi was 12, 107/- loan account number is [protected]. I was paying regular emi's till may'14 but unfortunately i was diagnosed with throat cancer & doctors immediately did surgery & removed the affected area voice box (Total laryngectomy surgery). Doctors have removed my voice box & i am not able to speak thereafter. After the surgery i went to radiation therapy for six months. Because of radiation therapy my throat food pipe got shrink in size & i could not able to eat or drink anything. Doctors then immediately did a surgery & put a food pipe outside my stomach so i can fed directly to my stomach (Only liquid). Last year again doctor did neck surgery & made an artificial food pipe so to eat from mouth. I cannot speak, still i am on liquid diet. Because of all this i am not able to pay the remaining emi’s from june 2014.
      My wife have tried many times to explain to your team on call & to your recovery agents but still they don’t understand at all. Every time the collection officers keep calling me & asking me for the amount but how do i reply on phone as i can’t speak. I am now 53 years old & my financial condition is not good because of my cancer treatment. My wife have explained many time to your collection agents but they don’t listen & continuously use abusive language on calls to my wife. Now the agents are calling my family members & are abusing them.
      Please help, i have attached my medical certificates for your reference. I can also send bills & details if required.
      Below are the recent numbers i get calls continuously daily. Please help now i cant bear more trouble they have crossed all the limits.

          They destroy my cibil score.. I always pay my emi on time and if my emi got bounce will pay with in 4 to 5 working days, but as per my cibil there is 1900000 lac amount is due on me after complete my loan tenure..

            Dear Sir,

            This mail is in reference to our loan account FICCL - [protected] in the name of Seune.

            I was surprised to see ECS on 23/11/2016 of Rs.10, 738/- through ICICI bank after a long period, without any intimation to the us .It disturbed our account and one of our affiliate's cheque bounced.

            Our account was already settled with Mr.Sandeep Yadav at Rs.95000/- and we have already paid Rs.80, 000/- . There was a gap in between after paying Rs.80, 000/- as there was no contact from your side. We even went to your sector 15 office but the office was closed. I was told by the occupants that you have closed down that office. We also got busy with some other project outside gurgaon and then there was also no follow up from your side. Mr. Pawan is now visiting us for over 4 months asking for new payment schedule. I was quite shocked and told him that only Rs.15000/- is pending and you can take that, but he refused to take that money.

            Its very strange that you guys were quite for almost 2 years, there was no mail, no followup, your office closed and all of a sudden you ECS through ICICI without informing us. Now as you have already deducted Rs.10, 738/- from our account and we have to pay a balance amount of Rs.4, 262/-, which you can ask Mr.Pawan to collect from us.

              Hi Everybody, They are cheaters, don't take loan from fullerton.

              The indian goverment must ban this finance company, We must write complain letter to prime minister.

              When i get loan fullerton tell 22% loan interest, but actually they are taking 35% interest rate.When i got this information, i try to close my personal loan, they are not responding even past 20days.

              Loan Amout:315000, take hand:299, 000rs
              EMI is:14256rs
              9 month finished:14256*9 = 128304rs

              Still 263000rs pending.My money is wasted.

                Loan acct # [protected], I took a loan, total amount 82000, this included insuarence also, tenure 48 months, I did pay all this while n I was not aware of d high rate of intrest being charged, at d rate of 3812 x 48 = 182976, iv borrowed only 82000, then what rate of intrest am I being charged? I was not told anything, certain blanks were filled after I signed d papers, I agree I did a mistake, I trusted d company n tht was my mistake, I did not receive any documentation for my refrence from d offic, but im no fool, I will stop making further payments if, I dont get the intrest corrected, there are many more experiencing d same n we will take necessary action soon.

                    I have taken personnel loan from fullerton india on february 2015. I have cleared 22 emis uptill date without any issue. The loan emi is 5, 568 they told it is 16.9 % rate of interest. I was not knowing the base rate of this fullertron india bugging the people across. They charged me 28% base interest rate. I really struggled a lot paying such emi's with 28% rate of interest. I was taken 1, 30, 000 loan amount now only i received the welcome letter i was shocked i paid amout 1, 25, 000 but still 1, 75, 000 is pending dues i am middleclass family can anyone suggest me how to proceed. The total concern itself a fraud, pulling the money without intimating the customer.

                      I sanket mandali having an loan account no (Lan):- [protected]. Sir i have taken a loan from your reputed company on 2012 to 2014. I already paid 21 emi but due to some reason i unable to paid last 3 emi. But on september your representative has called me and we made a settlement conformity for rs.12400/- (By paid 4 emi) i. E 3093 per month.
                      On[protected] and[protected] i had already paid two emi. But on[protected] and[protected] the amount of 3093+3093 has been debited from my account as esc/inw/bul.
                      As conversation with your representative mr. Afzal (Contact no:-[protected]). He is saying that he didn't know about the ecs that has been debited from my account.
                      1) i want to know that if iam ready to pay the hard cash for settlement why it is debited from my account
                      2) as per conversation with mr. Afzal on september the settlement amount is rs.12400/- that is already paid (Two emi from hard cash and two emi from account as ecs)
                      3) mr. Afzal told me to pay one more emi installment that is not possible for me to pay out.
                      Pls clarify my request for better relationship in future

                        My self ajit kumar pradhan i have applied a loan (Reference no - 936428) on your bank with valid all document. When your verification staff verified then he report that my office was lock and my document was not correct but he came our office and verified properly and he also went my house and check all docs in my house and when he report it was not properly. Actually i don't understand i applied a loan in this same address and it was approved but this time your verification staff absolute wrong and his behavior also. I request you that please verified its properly and sanction my loan and another request pls send good man who verified properly.
                        Please look this matter and update me as soon as possible.

                          Bad Experience with Fullerton at first time.

                          I applied for a loan and got approval via email and call after submitting all documents. then executive came to my home for sign the loan agreement and collected a security cheque, after all this done, they said me that your loan has been rejected at the disbursement time, Is this the process you follow ?????? after signing the loan agreement and collecting security cheque Fullerton people rejected my Loan application. Usually other financial services verify all the documents and CIBIL report and then confirm with customer that your loan has been approved or rejected, however Fullerton follow the exact against this process. also not giving my documents (Loan agreement and security cheque) back to me.

                              We have taken a mortgage loan in this company and loan ac no is [protected]. We initiated for closure of loan(full and final settlement) for our loan and they promised us to give our mortage document within 10 days. We have paid the complete amount . But it is almost 15 days completed and we have not yet received the document. There is no proper response from the coimbatore branch ( even in the collection branch).

                              Please help us to get our document.

                                    This is to inform with much regret that even after the final settlement the Fullerton India continuously keep mental harassment for us who I believe committed mistake of taking personal loan from it.

                                    Please for God's sake stop this nonsense once for all

                                    One of your colleague from khar branch named Sameer malhotra alias Afzal khan alias so on harassed me from January.

                                    first by threatening to inform my office and second time by actually informing my company which ends up me losing my job

                                    Now myself and my wife are under psychological treatment due to mental harassment by you people

                                    In past also many people came to my house at odd hours just to threaten us for the payment

                                    I lost double the amount for cheque bounce charges when I looked at bank statement

                                    I managed somehow to pay but now new issue has come up

                                    You people are still going for ECS even after the final settlement and that's ridiculous and makes me to initiate legal action against your organisation

                                    Please return all my money at the earliest
                                    failing to which will result in taking legal action

                                    Please do the needful and inform your team
                                    Please issue final settlement paper at the earliest and oblige.

                                    Please revert back as I am waiting to know what action you have take on this mail

                                      Dear Mr Gupta, our official has discussed and communicated the status of your CIBIL report . We have also mailed the details of your loan account which stands closed in our records. Trust all your concerns has been addressed. For any further queries please mail us at [protected]@fullertonindia.com.
                                      Please file a complaint against them with prime minister office and pmo. along with that also complain about them with rbi and banking ombudsman in writing it wont cost you more than 100 rupees but then you have to make them suffer if you want justice they are cheaters and theif people you can also email to various ministries of government of india and sifo about this farud compnay. i advise you to spoil the future of this compnay as it has spoiled your life. its not just you it is more than lakh people who have been cheated by this compnay in different differnet manner. they have given loans to some people at 28 to 40 % rate of interets by not following the norms of rbi. they are also spoiling cibil data of various people for their selfish ineterst, once your data is spoiled you wont be alble to get any loan so you should be like me and complain to ministry of corporate affairs, rbi, cbi, cbdt. do what you can do use email and post ways to spoil their lives too. let them face the music from all the sides. they cheated me by giving me loan at 30 % while they told me that loan will be given at 14 -15 percent they also did not reschedueld my loan instalments i have forwarded written complait to all govt department you too forward to all ministries. please do it. do not let thieves make you suffer. make them suffer enormous losses. it wont cost you more than few emails, your time and 100 -200 bucks but then you can make them suffer who are making innocent indian like me and you suffer.please join the cause do not cry or let any one make you cry agar ye apka cibil thik na kare toh aap inki maa behan ek kar do. aap PMO ko likho sath hi RBI mein written complaint karo email karo sab jagah se inki bajwao.

                                        Hi,

                                        As Fullerton is charging high rate of interest (26% per annum), I approached other bank for balance transfer.

                                        Hence I required precloser letter from Fullerton. I am calling to Fullerton customer care from last 4days, I requested them for precloser letter, They are saying that their forecloser department is busy. I have called them nearly 12times in last 4days, but still not issuing me Precloser letter.

                                        They wantedly not issuing preclosing letters in order to provide difficulty to customers for transfer their loan balance.

                                        I request every one, at any situation do not take loan from Fullerton.

                                        It is a finance company, charging more than double the interest than normal banks.

                                        Even this company charge high processing fee(5%) and preclosing charges (7%). Interest rate (24% to 30%).

                                        This company dont have any ethics, Employees are arrogant, No proper Customer care. I request government should take strict actions against this kind of companies, And Save Poor and innocent constomers.

                                        My emi date is 4th of every month, this month I paid 6th through the online payment options ( ₹2910) with penalty, but you're represent the cheque last 10th, I don't know what's your update, this is happening in every time?
