Bank fullerton, provided loan to my mother, giving false statement regarding loan interest and emi amount in feb 2013. When i read thru' the documents provided and word of mouth of my mother, was shocked to know that my mom had already signed all the documents, stating the present interest rate and emi; nothing could be done now regarding this.
Step 1:
I personally visited the bank and tried finding the person who actually delivered the loan, but he is not traceable, the branch persons also have no clue about him.
Step 2:
Planned for fore-closure of loan as decided by mother myself, to take over by lic hfl. I started the procedure in october. For each and every document we were requested for certain documents from fullerton. Even after a month they are not providing any authorised valid document; again for the same they made me us wait for month after month even after showing the loan sanction letter from lichfl.
There was no communication or guidance provided by the person in the fullerton's vellore branch. He told us that, whatever the procedure/ request regarding the loan will be processed only between 5th and 20th of every month. I requested him to provide me the same explanation in a written statement, so as to provide the same in lic hfl to proceed with the other procedures. I was informed that the outstanding statement provided from the branch will be processed only during 4th to 20th of every month, which was strange to me. Even after waiting for couple of months the document expected was not issued.
Documents requested and issued so far:
1. Statement of list of documents (Received in proper format after lots of struggle, almost a month later)
2. Statement of outstanding amount (Amount incorrect than was informed in customer service info given)
I requested for a statement of rules and regulations regarding for foreclosure in written format, they told me it cannot be provided
And today customer care center executive told me i hav to intimate one month prior to loan closure.
Once the customer care executive made a fake call as a service manager, when i requested her to transfer the call to service manager, instead of transferring call she herself spoke to me after putting the cal on hold for 10 minutes.
Like this there so many discrepancies, no proper details proper guidance from this company
Myself and my family members are struggling a lot with this financial service for almost 4 month to fore-close our loan.
Sir/ madam, i humbly request you to take some action and help me in this regard..

When i spoke to mr. Anil bhatia([protected]), he told me these are company rules, he can't do anything and we have to wait whether it is a day / month for just getting a document, and also mentioned in a rude way, " go wherever you want, complaint wherever you like, i don't mind."
This is the way he spoke to me.
Now am afraid that whether i wil b able to get back my original home documents from them after my loan closure.
Fullerton India Credit customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
