I have taken loan from ten months back 2.4 lakhs, i have paid amount continuously, last month i could not pay the amount, emi amount: 7891, i have paid 6000 rs, i have told that i want two more days to arrange amount 2000 rs, they are harrasing me by calling continously and they came to my home harrasing me, executive number: [protected] and [protected](raju erra), please take immediate action on them....

I had taken loan from fullerton India credit company. During foreclosing time Fullerton India customer care members not positively responded and hide the information resulting in delay foreclose of loan account After 10 days of foreclosing of loan account they are not refund the excess EMI even continuous follow up and several mails.
After foreclosing of loan account they don't know the refund to be done to customer. They want request...
