This is in continuation to our mail dated March 29, 2016.
At the outset, we thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. We understand that our National Collections Manager, Vishal Wadhwa has spoken to you this morning for resolution of your concerns. We have taken your feedback with respect to your experience with us and have initiated necessary corrective action.
