Dear team, I mr Vikram .lohar have taken a personal loan from Fullerton Indian company in the month of Sep 2014. While applying for the loan I was told that rate of interest will be 13 to 14 percent. The loan was applied from kandivali branch (Mumbai) I have given all the documents to the executive and while giving the document he told me to signed the aggremnt also which was blank. After 10 month I got a call from Fullerton for topup loan, while speaking to executive she told me that my current rate it interest ruinning on loan is 24 percent, I was shocked when I heard about the rate of interest because while applying I was told 13 percent and now I came to know I have be charged 24 percent, without even telling me. When I complained to call centre executive he said me that it is clearly mentioned in the aggremnt that rate of interest is 24 percent and I have signed the same .i have also told him that the aggremnt was blank when I signed and rate o interest was not written in the aggremnt . They Sent me a mail that now they can't do anything bcoz I hav signed the aggremnt. Now I the month of Dec 2015 I had pre closed my loan.i have sent s mail to CCRC team to process my insurance refund as I have close my loan.they told me to send a cancelled cheque to powai address, which I did the next day.after 1 week I got a reply saying me to send necessary document to process the refund.they didn't even called me and told me that documents I have to send.i had sent 2 to 3 time to them to know what all document I have to sent, but they were wasting my time and took more 2 weeks, before 10 days they sent me a mail that they have processed the refund and will be credited to my account on 15 jan2016 but till today I Have not yet received th refund, today I got a mail from Fullerton saying me to sent duly signed request letter for insurance refund. Fullerton have purposely wasted my more than a month to process the refund.and irrated me lot .

I had subscribed to a personal loan from Fullerton India in March 2013, the repayment for which started in August 2013. I have been clearing all payments on time without any interruption. As I am a salaried professional, I had switched to a new company in June 2015. Due to new company and processes, I wasn't able to maintain minimum balance for July and August 2015, for which Fullerton had asked to pay bounce charges. As I had a clean record earlier and also currently except these two months, I had put in a request to waive off the charges. I was told to contact the customer care, which I did and I was a issued a service request number[protected]. I am yet to receive a response on this request number. Today, I got a call from a Fullerton female employee named Pooja from no.[protected]. She enquired about my bounce charges and when I explained her the above situation, she bluntly said that I must pay the charges. When I asked her to check her tone, she claimed that I was behaving rudely and I must check my attitude before talking to her. This is complete harassment and unethical behaviour, which is unacceptable. I call for strict action against the caller.

I have taken the loan for 48 months from october 2009. I have cleared all the dues till November 2013. I have got to know that there is still one more installment due. It is shocking that fullerton added 1 more installment and showing 49 installment and explaining that because of some RBI Charges. I have sent several emails requesting the NOC and spoke to the bank and of no use. Almost it is 3 years now, there is no remedy from the banker. I have already sent the sanction ticket copy and the latest email statement.

Could you please take action on it ? this total harassment since i have been tortured by mobile without my any faulty. Otherwise i will take this in consumer forum. I have taken a two wheeler loan from fullerton india credit company. Within six months i foreclosed the loan on 23 rd april 2014. Still i have not received the noc from the company. Now they are asking for rs-285 for duplicate noc. Why i will pay the money. After contacting they told that they despatched the noc but it was returned by the courier company. For this i have to go to the branch and collect the noc after depositing the amount....

Dear sir, I am customer of fullerton india and I have taken bike loan from fullerton india.Due to some finnacial problem I have not paid 4 emi now I m ready to pay the four emi but your company is not cooperating they are asking I have to pay the interst also amount is 8000 and they demand for 33000. I obtained a loan of 75, 000/- in 2009 and submitted 48 PDCs for all the EMIs in Chattisgarh, however as got transferred to New Delhi 17 EMIs was regular and from my end no negligence was there. Due any resons 2 cheques got returned from bank which was not for funds insufficiency, the Fullerton has charged me huge penalty for funds insufficiency and caused lots of harassment soon after that, though I wanted to solve this issue has not cooperated as agreed and my CIBIL got affected very badly for no negligence of mine. I want to take this in consumer forum now to finalise the issue.

Anand walke, I have close my personal loan of Fultron india (loan number [protected])before 3 mounth but still my emi was debited from my account & I have send 5-6 email & called to customer care but there's no reply redgarding refund

I took up a personal loan from them beside paying all the EMI before due date still their executives and banking department is sending me SMS and call claiming that Penal interest is levied on my account and each month they are increasing this by RS 2000/month.

I always took the screenshot when the payment is done online so that I'll have the record of payment along with date and time. 2 months before when I logged a complaint with their CEO, VP and other higher officials along with submission proof they immediately removed those charges and apologized and now after 2 months they have again started the same process.

Its a simple way of extortion. Nor they allow pre-closure nor they have any proper system maintenance and their executives GOOD FOR NOTHING!!!

They have prove our elders right; Go for National banks at-least they have some defined rules and standards.

Hi, I have taken a loan from Fullerton in 2012 for a tenure of 4 years. I paid the initial EMIs without any problems. In Jul 2013, I lost my job and since then I have tried and paid as much possible by borrowing from friends, relatives etc. Recently Fullerton has given my case to an agency called HP Solution as told by Nitesh Singh who works with Fullerton as a collection manager. Sunil Das and some one with second name Shetty have been calling people who are somehow connected to me on social networking sites and they are harassing them stating that Chetan Javeri has given the number and asked to recover the dues. Else they call them and say that you are the guarantor where as the other person doesnt even know me properly. The best part is that there is no guarantor in the loan and they had just taken 2 references while giving the loan and no guarantors. On 16th Oct 2015, they called an ex client of mine and said that I have asked Fullerton to recover dues owed to me by the client by visiting the clients residence. This call was made by Sunil Das. I raised a complaint about the same to Nitesh Singh and he said that it can only be stopped by you making the payment else we cannot stop the same, you have to bear with it. This is the 5th person whom they have harassed for my loans and none of them are related to the transaction which has happened between me and Fullerton. I have taken loan of 107000 from fulletron india for 4 year. I have paid 19 emi(88103) . I want to terminate my loan by paying rest amount.i have talk to agent for the same they told me to pay 70000 to finish loan. Ihave paid that amount but company told me to pay extra 21000 to finish loan.and they threatened me.i have take loan from rewa branch on 26% interest.please suggest me proper way.

Every day i am getting calls from you company call center for top up loan. i have mentioned them i am not interested. but still i am getting calls. Dear concern, This is regards to the complaint case of personal loan which I took from Fullerton India in April 2012 with the top most higher interest rate of 24%. My concern is, I paid emis regularly when I was working till march 2014 after that I lost my job and the same time I inform Fullerton India about this. However I had managed to pay emi every month till Nov 2014. I took loan of 80000 on which Fullerton charged 80000 interest. As on date total amount paid by me is around 130000 approx. But Fullerton is asking to pay another 38000 which is not possible me to pay because I am jobless since march 2014 and I have no money at all to pay any further emis. If you see Fullerton India has received their principal amount which is 80000 and what they are asking to pay is only interest. At time of taking loan I was not aware that 24 % is much higher rate in the industry and I should not take it. On the basis of current situation they would have settled my loan. But they are not doing so and keep sending the person at my home. I request you to please intervene in the case. Details and mails attached. My Name is Joginder Kumar. I bought a new HERO SPLENDOR PLUS bike from Yuva Motors Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad as on 10th June 2015. I financed this bike from Fullerton India Ltd. with 24 monthly ECS. I have paid my last and final EMI as on 3rd July 2015. But still they are not providing me the NOC again my Two Wheeler Loan A/c No. [protected]. I called in Fullerton India Ltd. customer care executive a lots of time but they are advising me to go to the nearest branch of Fullerton India Ltd. and after paying 285/- I can get NOC against my Loan. But my question is this. If they did their job properly and provide me the NOC. Then why i need to go to the nearest branch of their Co. And why I should pay 285/- I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hello, Recently i and my family is receiving calls from some recovery agent named Shabir shiek [protected]. He is using abusive language and also calling my colleagues and neighbours where i stay. The loan was taken By my father-in Law without intimating my mother in law and my husband.The garuntor for this loan sanctioned is someone else. We are no where related to this matter sas we do not hold any relation with my Father in Law. This is totally unethical to call neighbours at anytime. Could you please take action on it? This is totally harassment since we have been tortured by the phone calls.

I have suffiecent balance that day and My bank statment is not showing any bouncing .but this company is saying my emi is bounced.I have see the statement . but this was popular company for fraud.
