i am A.DEEPAK . I Have taken a loan [protected] for my two wheeler in your Fullerton India. I already Paid my loan amount on 16th Sep 2014 and closed the a/c. After i am closing a loan A/C for one month and above i am not receiving NOC till date. I Have contact with your branch to or More times, they haven't give any proper information for receiving NOC and also i paid Rs.281/- at madurai Branch 19th Oct 2014 for issuing a duplicate NOC because of the NOC was return on the first time with remarks of door locked . Your customer care staff told that collect duplicate noc of your branch but your branch staffs told that i have contact customer care . i am very irritated with your staffs for long time. I am very unhappy with your Fullerton India and your employees. i am in very urgent need of NOC for selling of my two wheeler . Kindly consider my case, to take action for these circumstances and also solve my problem . Please replay how will i get my NOC immediately (today)

      Harassment from Fullerton Recovery Agents

      Hi i am loan account holder in Fullerton India A/c no [protected]. My Loan amount was sanctioned for Rs 36886. Document Attached for reference. I have paid the EMI(1920) for 18 months. At the time of Documentation your representative said me loan tenure would for 24 months and also your staff Mr.Manjunath from Lalbagh road branch Bangalore has taken Rs 4500/- to approve my loan application, Now when i checked with you Customer Care...

        My name is Lakshmi Narayan and my Loan account number is [protected]., i have paid your loan amount for 23 months without any problem, suddenly due to problem with the job unable to pay remaining emi's for the past 6 months, also i visited your Chennai branch people and requested them to give time till the time i settle down in my job and to pay the rest of the amount. Your people continuously made harrassments over phone and person. With lots of struggle we made payment of Rs.50000 in the beginning of this month. Now they are torturing again my family people when i am not in the house, they threatened my father and mother today for the payments. One Mr.Sathish representing the Manager of your company along with a person like Goonda, spoke very harshly to my parents and they were very much scared. I am not going to cheat your company and will make payment for sure. Please ask your people to stop threatening my parents and my family members, when i am not at home. They threatened my parents that keep one person round the clock in my home till i make the payment. This is not at all acceptable. Even i know the terms and conditions and also never said will not pay, but this type of torture we will be forced to take necessary actions against your company. And also one Mr.Senthil and Dhayalan keep on visiting our house and threatening every one in our family. Please stop that. I will pay for sure when i have money. I want to Proper action against Fullerton and I demand for cancellation of RBI license under the following act because there will be lot many people facing similar Issue like mine. • Banking Regulation Act, 1949 under section 45 IA • RBI Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006 • Protected Disclosures Scheme for Private Sector Kindly reply as per Central Information Commission under Section 19 (8) (a) of The Right to Information Act, 2005. Please look into this issue with utmost priority and provide a resolution ASAP

          My name is Abhay Kamble, I, I had taken loan from fullerton India for my friend's Need, after some emi he was not paying emi, and i am not able to pay money becoz of my family situation. When my loan started your co had taken insurance policy from loan amount, but still i not received any documents for this, they told me that my rate of intrest would be 16%, but when i get kit after 4 months then I came to know it was 32%, so that was the false commItment by your staff, but i was Ignored That time, bcoz the loan i Was taken was not for me.now i am not getting money from my friend for emi, and your recovery agents are harrasing me and my family like a hell.my financial condition Is not pay your emii on this moment, my mother is suffering from cancer treatment, i also have to take care Of her, your recovery agents using bad words with her and my wife, they are CallIng my wife for that and abused Her.i told them I want 2 mo time to settle Your loan, But they not Ready to understand, And giving me threat of my job.so Please help out frOm this

            Dear Fullerton Team, I am one o[censored]r customers having LAN:-[protected] Customer Id :- 4060467. Complaint No.1 1) Misinformation by Branch:- I have foreclosed my above loan via cheque on 15th of Sept 2014. I was informed that we normally close the loan within 5 to 6 days. However the max time limit is 10 days. 2) Call to Customer Care for NOC / NDL:- I called CC Team. To my utter surprise ur 1st CC guy did not know how to properly communicate his language in English was strictly not acceptable. On the 1st instance he said ur loan amt has not been recd. Further on my persuasion he says yes the amount has been recd and it will take 15 working days to foreclose the loan. Post which I can apply for a NOC / NDL. I immediately asked for a supervisor or a manager. Post keeping me on hold for 3 mins. He said no supervisor is available as everyone is busy. On my refusal to end the call finally I was kept on hold again for the 3rd time on the call and then trfrd to a female who presented herself to be a supervisor and was talking to me in Hindi. I again explained her the entire story and she gave me the standard reply of 15 working days for the loan to be foreclosed while I was explaining her my side and my concern she used the words that " Yeh koi tareeka nahin hai " ( Its not the way to talk / behave). Kindly have the call recordings checked for the call made to ur toll free no. on 20th Sept 2014 at 11:31 ( Call duration:- 15 mins 26 sec. I had to end the call with a huge disappointment that the CC guys are so poorly trained on customer etiquette's.with the hold time being so pathetic and what do I say abt the language... Bottomline is I want my loan to be foreclosed and my refund of excess money paid of 16, 000 being transferred to my account asap. Trust me I would never ever recommend Fullerton to anyone.             Fullerton India Credit customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I am still to get the dispatch details of the No due letter which has been dispatched on the 24th of September 2014 as per their records. They are unable to get it and have asked for a time frame till 27th Sept 2014. Strange to hear such kind of a revert.

            Plus my refund status is still pending. Overall never ever seen such a pathetic response.
            The complaint still remains pending. My No dues letter is dispatched but I am yet to recieve it. As per their mail which was dated 26th Sept they have initiated the Neft of Rs 16111.02 in my account however today is 29th Sept and I am yet to receive it. Their manager Ranjit is untraceable he just does not seem to come on the phone. I have called their no. [protected]. The operator transfers it to his desk and it keeps on ringing on for ages. This is just not happening. I am now worried whether I will receive my refund. The banks will be closed now till 3rd Oct 2014... This seems to be a complaint which is never ending.
            Dear Team,

            The experience of dealing with u guys is just getting horrendous.Yesterday I had to call you 5 times before getting through to your manager Ranjit E.C.

            To be upfront and honest and to add to misery what I have been through the following points where discussed:-

            1) That he is still checking with the accounts team for the NEFT done on 26th September 2014. Plus my case was been processed as an exception as the TAT of foreclosing the loan is 15 working days

            2) They are still getting hold of the call records for my conversation with the CC team and it was " None of my concern" to question their way of working and their business policies"

            3) He was least apologetic about not calling up on time on Friday as promised by 5pm and was blunt enough to say me that he had called up at 6pm and I did not answer the call. I did admit that I missed the call. I had called up within 5 mins of the same however the IVR gave me a msg that its outside working hours.

            4) Now the concern is that the NEFT if not processed on Friday due to a Technical issue. It could have been processed on Monday considering the fact that you guys work five days a week and your branches work half a day on Saturday's.

            5) Till date on 30th September 2014 I am yet to get the hard copy of my No dues letter. Although the scanned copy of the letter has been recd through the mail.

            I would just conclude this mail by saying that I am still unsure about How does Fullerton run its business with such untimely and unacceptable SLA's and just unprofessional customer service approach?

            I am still skeptical whether my refund due will be processed today or by which date?

              Hi, I am existing customer of Fullerton India. I have taken a Personal loan and I am paying it properly for the past 2.5 years. My loan account no is[protected]. Due to some unexpected medical expenses I was not able to continue it and the Emi’s got skipped for past 4 dues, on which two of my payment has been received by your collection team. For the past 3 days I m getting calls from your collection team, I guess your collection agent is specifically training their executives to talk to the customer in the manner less way. First thing is that lady was talking without respect and she pulled entire family and started abusing in the local language. I have recorded the conversation the lady had with us. Is this the way u treat your customer and most worst part is that she started contacting the reference contacts which we were given at the time of loan. The same slang she had used there too. Even though we cut the call she called us 100 times and started torturing us like anything. I do agree that I am bound to pay the emi’s regularly and of course due to unforeseen situations it got skipped, but then we paid one due last month and I will be clearing all the pending dues too. But before to all of these settlements, I need an explanation who has given rights to these agents to speak like this and abuse a customer. I am going to logged a complaint in the consumer forum and until I get a proper solution from Fullerton I m not going to make any payments. Ganesh, Hope you are the owner of that collection agency “Leadpro consultancy pvt ltd”. Please note your telecaller name Divya, Usha and Priya and your collection person Sriram, these are the person’s with whom we were talking for the past 3 days and particularly those ladies they only abused us in local slang and called my reference’s and spoke to them in the same way. Is this the way you train your executives???.. I have the call recorded and if in case I didn’t get any revert from any of you people sure I will take it to the next level and will logged a case against your agency and those guys who were involved in the call.                 Dear Sir, My name is T. Subburaj from Chennai. I have a Personal Loan account with Fullerton India. My Customer ID: 3538456, LN.AC. No- [protected] and Loan Amount: 1, 16, 550 Dated on 28-Aprl 2012 and monthly EMI - 4645. I want to make a complaint against Fullerton India. Every month my EMI was deducted from my Axis bank account promptly on 3rd of every month. Due to my loss of Job & my family situation I can’t able to pay my EMI properly past 3 months. I apologize for that. However, I gained back my job for the sole reason of paying our Loan. I was the single earning person at my home. A person called me in this month and said “sir your EMI not paid for the last 3 months and you should make payment by today”. To his reply, i explained in my critical situation He said “I don’t want your reason. You should pay your EMI in one shot today before7 O clock. Otherwise your SEBI Profile will be affected and then nobody can help you.” Then on 22nd of Aug 2014 a female collection Manager (Land line number[protected] from Fullerton called me and said that if I don’t pay now, then I will be facing trouble in from her collection team members and then disconnected her call. when I said “I shall report to your Consumer court, higher authorities and lodge a police station...she said. “Do it! I am not going to stop you but that will not stop me calling you!" I am seriously hurt and my emotional balance could not take her words Then again on 27th Aug 2014 I have been getting calls from same female collection Manager. She started verbally harassing me (using bad words) in such a way that I almost though of committing suicide. Also in some situations I am unable to pick their call due to Official / Personal Work and for travel reasons. But the collection agents kept on calling and stated abusing about my inability to pick the call. I never expected a feminine gender to use such filthy language over wire and it is really a great shock to me which yielded me a great Agony and pain while answering their call. She threatens me that if you do not pay the loan EMI then she may have to bring lot of people to my house. What I could understand from her words are that she is threatening me and she will bring rowdies in to my house. I foresee this as a very serious threat to me and my wife. I still do not understand that how can an employee of an organization like Fullerton speak like this? Fulletrtron India is a respectable financial institution / mortgage company. But I am threatened by one of that Employee.                   I wonder which law permits the usage of abusive language over phone and in which context such language is permissible by the law.

My Customer ID, Lan [protected] i m paying on time each and every month but as per CIBIL i m not paying on time i have the statement i have missed 2 EMI that 1 year old for that you charging Penal & bounce charges of Rs. 22572.01. please change the my CIBIL status ASAP or if not i will not pay even 1 rupee also. what ever you want you can do. i want CIBIL should change thats all i m paying 34% interest for my loan. if i need to repay the money change my CIBIL right away.

                  1st i like to say thanks for your detailed case, but i like to know what action is taken against Fullerton. I am also facing similar issue, I don't know how they reached my personal and official contacts, and misbehaved it office colleagues. Which felt me very embarrass at my work place. Also they use very ruff language with me. please respond.
                  From last 1 weeks myself and my wife got harassed by recovery agent Mr.qureshi from Mumbai. We only have phone numbers and personal number of one recovery agent as once he called from personal number to harass my wife.

                  Here interesting fact in spite of lock down and such an pandemic situation he is calling all my family members by harassing them for making balance payments, I had requested Mr. Rajesh Chafekar for payment will be done after lock down and once the life is in normal but now the recovery agent Qureshi repeatedly calling my wife, Family, Relatives asking her to repay the loan
                  He is using abusive words they know and also threatening for life . Even though we don't have a recordings as our numbers are post paid we have statements to show that we got call from them.

                  I am filing a criminal case against the person and Fullerton India Pvt Ltd, But after listening to abusive words used by them regarding my wife I decided to file a case but how to file it Pls give me your support.

                    Hello Sir, I am having a PL with Fullerton India-Thrissur Branch( Loan a/c no-[protected]). I wanted to close this PL for the purpose of clearing my CIBIL record. Now I went to the thrissur branch one day for closing the loan. They gave me a toll free number and asked me to call and get a request number, only then these people will be able to close it. I called and got the number on 6th Aug'14, took a DD for Rs 48239 as per the customer care people and went to the branch, the next day. Now the big surprise!!! The Branch people says that they can close the loan on 13th Aug'14 only. They also says that the people sitting at the customer care office are chutiyas!!!. They also told me ' sir you send anybody with the same DD on 13th Aug, and we will close your loan. NO NEED TO TAKE ANOTHER REQUEST NUMBER. Now The big mistake which I did was that I beleived these , and send my poor aged father with the DD to the branch which is at the 2nd Floor of the building, which don't have a lift. What happened next??? They rejected my father with the DD and said we cannot close the loan unless you call the toll free number and get another request number!!!. I called the manager, and his reply shows how sincere, These FULLERTON are!!!- ' It is your need to close the loan...not ours!!! So we will make you run left and right!!! You will have to oblige!!!                       I'm A.Meganathan from Kanchipuram one of your customer thru Personal Loan. I'm very unhappy with Fullerton India and their employees who's working in the Kanchipuram Branch. The employees is not responding properly in any manner. My Loan ID:[protected] it was credit in my account on 24-March-2012 Rs. 94, 451 instead of Loan Amount Rs. 1, 05, 000. I Paid 11 Month due (4519*11) against the loan, after the payment i was not able to continue my tenure bcz of my personal reasons. Hence i requested branch but they yet to lesson my words. Then due to my delay payment, one of the chennai branch manager was called me and i explained the situation and he has given the solution that Pre-Closer for Rs. 78, 200. I too agreed and i was arrange the said amount for pre-closer. Then chennai manager informed to the Kanchipuram branch for collection. Based on this conversation i was paid DD of Rs. 78, 200 in Favor of Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. Dated on 30th March 2013. DD submitted on 30-March-13 Received by Mr. J. Ganesh - Receipt No. 6855346. While submitting the DD i enquired about the NOC, the Mr. J. Ganesh said that "NOC will you get with in 30 days". Hence i was awaited upto May-13 again visited to branch for my NOC, again the manager said please come after the 10th of may. Then 27th again visited the branch, the manager said "you please contact customer care and get the NOC". again i called customer care in 1st of July-13, they said "you please visit your branch office with receipt and ask them for NOC". This is what happening from 30-March-13 but since i didn't received my No Objection Certificate (NOC). in this gap 03-July-13 my account was debited again the loan amount of Rs. 4519. After many discussion and mail. They are not ready to close my loan. Last two month i'm getting call from Fullerton india for paying Remaining Rs. 71, 000/- I Would like to make complain about this company. If any possible to close this fullerton india. Kindly share the details lets we do together.

                        NEVER EVER APPLY FOR ANY LOANS WITH "FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED" BECAUSE THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR CREDIT FILE. Hi, my name is Rikki Kamdak. I have applied for Personal Loan and provided all the required documents to "Fullerton India Credit Company Limited" from last 3 weeks they are keep saying it will be approved and what they did is they sent 3rd party external agency to verify my Resident address and that guy went back after calling me by saying i am in front of your building, but when i runned down there was no one the guy was "Lying". Than Fullerton asked me for my Marriage proof which i have provided but none of the banks ask for those documents. "Fullerton India Credit Company Limited" gave me pathetic service and hampered my CIBIL Score which was 850 points but when i checked yesterday by paying Rs.470 it shows check mark of "Fullerton India Credit Company Limited" (FICCL) which reduced my score to 750. I think i am gonna seek compensation of 10 Lakh's because i have been maintaining my Credit Score from decade for future which has been now spoiled by "Fullerton India Credit Company Limited". I have 2 Credit Cards from HDFC and SBI+1 small personal loan from HDFC wherein i have never ever missed payment and i have closed 1 personal loan a/c with "Capital First" as well and at that point of time my credit score was increased but just because of "Fullerton India Credit Company Limited" it has been downed to 750.

                            Hi Team, This is regarding a request I have placed for a NOC, which has not been received since 3 months and have been put through the worst experience, the courier containing the NOC has been returned stating "ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE", wherein I receive other couriers fine. When asked for a scan copy of NOC the Customer Care has advised me to scan the RC book and send it, why am I being asked for the same information over and over again, this is the worst service I have faced. I would never advise anybody to be go for fullerton loans with the experience I have received. Why is it so difficult to send me a email copy of my NOC.

                                  I really had a bad experience with Fullerton. I took a personal loan from them and the tenure is going to complete by July 2014. I planned to pre close the loan and with money in my hand, I went to Lalbagh branch in Bangalore, they checked my account & told its not possible to do it here and sent me to Jayanagar, as its on Saturday and its half day I couldnt go there. I went on Monday, they told me it cant be done here as I have some EMI dues and asked me to go to Lalbagh branch. When I called them they took my account and told me that they will check and call me back. I called them more than 5 times but proper response. I raised a complaint through customer care, they said that I will get a call back within 2 or 3 working day, but no response till now even though I mailed them to [protected]@fullertonindia.com. The main reason of pre closure is my CIBIL score is down due to their irresponsibility and no proper guidance, I had more than 10 check bounce due to them. Im not getting any loans now. I called them so many times but no one guided me correctly, after that I was unable to fight with them due to change in my job to different places. Executives from Fulletron didnt call me regularly before EMI date every month to collect money. I request never take any loan from them even though they give you when no one is helping. During applying a loan they will be very friendly after that you will suffer with them for your entire life.

                                    Dear Sir, I want to make a complaint against Fullerton India Credit. I was very thankful as when I was looking for funds and Fullerton Was the one who helped me. Every month my ECS was deducted from My union bank account on every 3ed of every month. While the time of PL Loan Fullerton did one insurance which was to save customer? I case of any problem happens while repaying it. On 2ed May 2013 i meet an accident Due to that my left Leg 3 ligaments damaged. I was in private Job and since past 4 years was working for company Wings Brand Activation pvt ltd as Branch Head Jaipur (Rajasthan)(Brand Events, Promotions(School contact Programs, Road shows etc...)), I was the single earning person at my home. Due to my accident is was not able to do my work properly and on 1st Oct 2013 I resigned from Wings Brand activation as they were not paid me any salary since Aug 2013. Somehow i managed my Emi (My Home loan Rs.10335/-, PL – Rs.2865/-, my office rent Rs.8000/- pm) till Sep 2013, but after Sep 2013 things become difficult for me. As i was the single earning person taking bed rest was not possible and just because of that my Leg problem remains same as it needs to be operated and minimum expense of 2 lkh and complete bed rest of 2 to 3 month. When i checked my insurance paper which was done by Fullerton I was happy because there was a condition of LOJ( loss of Job) 3 emi will be paid by the them. So I emailed Fullerton help line with my all details given blow Cust ID:3671170 Name- Vikas Sharma, Lan [protected]. PLoan Amount:68, 250/- They replied saying that yes your Loan have insurance so contact over person they will help you. I was happy to see revert but due to my leg problem i reverted and asked them to send somebody from their office to collect needful doc. They never reverted and I thought that they have informed there people. In Sep 2013 my bank account was not having funds(PL ecs come ever 3ed ) and the PL ECS bounced. I was not expecting this to happen. 22ed Oct one person came and said sir your ECS is bouncing for last 2 months and you have to make payment by tomorrow. I informed him that i have no issue in paying amount but I asked him to take a copy of the insurance. He said he will forward it and i don’t need to worry about this. So on 23ed and 24th Oct both month amount was paid by me. Nothing happen in Nov they deducted ECS and again in Dec they deducted ecs as i put some funds in my account. In Jan, feb and March 2014 there was no amount in my account all 2 ECS bounced on 25th March 2014 one Manager (Naveen Sharma mob [protected])of Fullerton came to my place and said if you don’t pay now then You will be in trouble but when i informed in regards to the issue he said sir your EMI is just 2865/- for PL for 3 month it will be around 9 thousand its not to huge amount also no body Submitted that insurance doc and 6 months hve passed away now you can’t clam Insurance . He said take ur time but pay one emi by 31st. March or your civil Profile will be affected and then nobody can help you. In April I will Help you to resolve your problem on this behalf I arranged 2865/-(collected by Pradeep Sharma mob [protected] ) amount. In April no body contacted and on 24th May one different guy(Rakesh Gupta mob [protected]) came and said sir ur 3 emi bounced for the month of feb, mar, april . He placed a call to his senior who said Sir you have to make payment when i informed about that Manager who came and meet me He said your case is in 4th bucket and that manager is for 2ed bucket so he can’t help you. Just after the call the guy who came to my place said sir we have bucket system and for every bucket we have one manager. Same time i placed a call to Mr Pradeep Gupta as Naveen Sharma was no taking call, I informed him the issue he said last month i have been to my training and that why i was not able to help you but for now you pay the amount and i will come to you in day or two and resolve your problem. Till date no body contacted for a single time. Sir these people have done a mantel Harassment which is not expected. The have to compensate what they have done with me I want them to pay Rs.2 lkh as relief for Me and a Proper action against Fullerton because there will be loot other people facing same Issue like me. When you have Money that time we don’t value but when we don’t have enough Money that Time arranging a single rupee becomes very difficult but then also a person willing to do as Per the old commitment but then also such issue is created is not expectable and forgivable.                                     On 05/07/2014 at 03:01:56 I got a call from Mr. Pradeep (This
                                    number[protected] to my Ln no[protected] call duration was
                                    00:15:26. He was the person who collected March EMI from me and before
                                    him his manager came to my place.
                                    Mr. Pradeep said vikas ji what is the issue and why you have not
                                    called us before sending such complaint. Your complaint has come to me
                                    and I'm relay sorry that I was not able to attend you because in last
                                    2 month my Father and then one another relative passed away.
                                    Now tell me what i can do for you.
                                    II told him now i have made complain and let Fullerton reply to it.
                                    When Will they take action?
                                    Is there any body who can help me.
                                    When you expect something from any body as i was expecting from this web site.

                                    To be very true there is no way left for me to rather then kill my family(me, my daughter, My wife and the expected child as my wife is pregnant ) then only i can get rid from this.

                                    I will be responsible If any thing happen to me and my family, because I was expecting help.

                                    I'm still waiting for help but It look like that there is no effect happen to Fullerton.
                                    Since past months they stooped communication thinking that If they stop following
                                    for 3 - 4 month. And just after they will start harassing and this time customer can't
                                    get help from any body can help him.

                                    These people misjudged me I will never let them go this way.

                                    Now I will be filing a RTI to know answers to my questions.

                                    Do Corporate Finance company's have value to there Mooney ?
                                    Who will tell value to a mango people Money?
