I paid half yearly subscription of 549/- for gaana plus on 22/03/2018 by hdfc netbanking however it is not reflecting in my account with result i am still getting only medium quality music instead of hd which gaana plus provides. I have written to gaana customer service but there is no response. Please rectify this mistake and inform me.

    Hi

    My name is sumeet stephen. I have taken gaana+ subscription few days back for which i have paid rs 399. Today when i logged in gaana.com it asked me to upgrade to new version and to do this was mandatory without which i was not able to process. Once i did it my ganna+ subscription is not retained and i am being asked to renew again.

    Please help me at the earliest.

      Hello, i am a huge fan and and great user of gaana.
      But i am not completely satisfied with the availability of songs that you have.
      Sometime i see or listen to songs on youtube and wish to listen to them without the video and so i use gaana but i am let down for the reason that the song is not available.
      I would like to mention some of the songs that i couldn't find:
      1) grenade by goat.
      2) freaky friday but lil dicky and chris brown.

        I have taken up the valentine day offer and paid for one year but still my account is asking for renewal. It is pathetic even after paying it is not showing up. They are cheating by giving offer taking your money in advance and not providing the service. I paid through paytpm and this people want me take the monthly subscription again and again pay the money.

              Hi, i have been charged for rs 99 from my paytm today, which is unfortunate and unfair as i already subscribed for the gana+ on 9 the march for 6 months (By charging of 249 see screenshot attached)
              Therefore it is requested to you to make reversal of the payment asap of 99 to my paytm account and make sure to update my account subscribed for 6 months (As per attachment) if you have any questions please let me know.

                We regret the inconvenience caused. As checked, you had one monthly subscription through Google which was on auto-renewal mode before you subscribed to the yearly subscription through Paytm. Since the auto-renewal was not turned off after you subscribed to the yearly plan, the monthly subscription got renewed.

                We have processed the refund for the monthly subscription that was charged on 28th Feb and same will be credited in 5-7 working days. We have also stopped the auto-renewal for the same so it will not renew again. Your year subscription is active and valid until 31st Jan 2019.

                    On 19 dec 2017 i have subscribed one month gaana+ at rs.99/- through gaana.com application. I have paid the amount through debit card. Now, on 18.01.2018 and 18.02.2018 the same amount has been deducted from my debit card which i did not do these transactions. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent and how come you have my debit card details without my consent.

                      Have been trying to download songs since 17.2.18. But cannot do it as it is asking for fresh subscription, and after selecting the option it is saying that my gaana subscription is valid till july 2018...                         It's disheartening to know that you want to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. It would be really helpful if you can please share the reason for the same so that we can try to improve your experience.

                        As your subscription is through iTunes, you would need to cancel it from your iTunes store account before the trial period expires on 18th March. Please login to your iTunes store account and in the subscriptions page, you can cancel the Gaana plus subscription. You can also visit the following link for the same.

                        Turning off auto-renewing subscriptions on an iOS device provides you with the steps to turn off auto-renewals on your iOS device.

                            I have subscribed for the six months plan and have paid the necessary amount. I have been trying to download albums; however, it shows "queued" even after downloading - how can i completely download the albums? If i am offline and want to hear the songs, would that be possible as they have not been downloaded entirely - need to know why it shows queued even after downloading completely

This generally happens due to the intermittent network connection and the song gets stuck in the download. We request you to please remove all the songs from the download queue and then log out of the app. Log in again and then try to download one song at a time. This should fix the issue.                                 Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case of fraud.

As checked, you had subscribed to 3 months subscription in Oct during Diwali offer and as per the offer terms, the subscription was set for auto-renewal so that you get 30% discount on every successful renewal. This was the part of the offer, hence the subscription got renewed at the discounted rate of 208/- instead of 297/- of the original cost.

                                If we cancel the auto-renewal, this offer would not be available any further. Still, if you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please confirm the same so that we can cancel it and you can use the current subscription.

                                Please do write to our support team at [protected]@gaana.com and let us know about your decision so that we can take appropriate action.

                                  Last 3 month ago on 24th October, 2017 i have subscribed gaana+ . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 22.01.2018 Rs.208 amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent

                                    My gaana plus subscription was ending today, on 24th january, but without asking for my permission, they've deduction the subscription fee for next thee months (Inr 297) from my paytm wallet.
                                    Current subscription tenure was not even over, how can you extend/renew for next three months, without confirming from the user.
                                    Need to refund the amount and end gaana plus subscription immidiately.

                                      I have raised one request in ([protected]@gaana.com) regarding cancelling the auto renewal subscription from my Gaana account.

                                      Instead of keeping my request and they replied me "Thanks for reaching out, we are not available at present. We have received your query and will get back to you at the earliest once we are available and answer your questions."

                                      And deducted my money without my Consent from my Paytm Wallet.

                                      This is really bad of you, it is a kind of Fraud.

                                      Request you to initiate Refund process ASAP. Otherwise i dare you to challenge in Consumer Court (if required).

                                      Received a reply from gaana .com As per them they have cancelled the auto-renewal subscription. However they have not initiated my refund.

                                      Request you to initiate Refund process (INR 208), as i haven't given consent for the same.
