My gaana plus subscription was ending today, on 24th january, but without asking for my permission, they've deduction the subscription fee for next thee months (Inr 297) from my paytm wallet.
Current subscription tenure was not even over, how can you extend/renew for next three months, without confirming from the user.
Need to refund the amount and end gaana plus subscription immidiately....

Gaana.com deducted rs: 208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from paytm wallet.

I donot want to continue with the subscription (If any).

Request you to refund my money and cancel all my accounts from gaana.

Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case...

Yesterday my gana subscription auto renewed without my permission and amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account. So i kindly request you to cancel the subscription and return the money which was deducted.
So i kindly request you to please seek into the matter and help me out. (I have attached the payment reference id).

I had paid for 1 year subscription but after the trial period my subscription is not activated. I have changed my mobile into dual sim card recently. May be that is the reason for nonactivation. I am sending you the payment reference number from paytm. Kindly suggest me regarding procedure for activation.

Gaana.com deducted rs:208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from paytm wallet. I've not downloaded any song in my lifetime from gaana.com
They are not refunding my money saying its not possible. I want my money back and cancel that subscription.

I am your valued customer for many year, i have a problem i have paid rs 990 on 7th january 2018 with transaction from my federal bank tdecm/7992 on indication on the screen to renew my subscription unfortunately an amount rs 990 was auto debited without my person even though i have subscribed for gaana with 990 on 7th january i request that one of the amounts to be refunded i wish to state i can afford a double subscription...

I haven't subscribed anything from gaana.com, nor i want to ever. Still my money the sum of rs208 got deducted from my account? Why?
Just like that out of the blue money got deducted from my paytm wallet. I never trust keeping money in online wallet because of this reason.
Paytm are not authorized to take out money or auto deduct charges without consent. I have checked for the auto debit settings and there wasn't anything....

Purchased one year subscription of gaana.com. It says to download songs i have to purchase any subscription. I did. After downloading. I click on download it started and completed. But now i can't find the files in anywhere. I can only play them from gaana player. If i have to listen songs why would i purchase subscription?... It's a fraud... They should provide. Mp3 files so that we can listen and share the songs as well....

Today at night a message was received that my ganna subscription is being automatically renewed and was without my permission and I have not been agreed with auto renewal, kindly cancel my ganna plus subscription and return my money and please stop auto renewal.I think that you should ask me without doing renewal and should wait for my permission.

Sir, on dated-14th-janu-2018 i transfer amount rs-99. Oo to ganna.com, through net-banking procedure. The amount was transferred with the monthly plan rs-99.00. My operating system is window xp system. I opened ganna.com to download the favorite songs but it won"t get dwnload, failed to do same. Kindly check the payment made through state bank of india on dated 14th january 2018 netbanking processes. Kindly acknowledge the details.14th-jan-2018....

Sir, this was totally without any knowledge and communication.

I had subscribed to 12 months of gajanan on the 6th of july 2017. I have received an invoice sequence number 3-197647, order id mt38f85lnn, document no.[protected]. I have to state that the app does not allow me to download any songs neither does it allow me to hear any of the songs previously downloaded. I have called the customer care number many times but they are unable to help me. I have already lost five months of the subscription....

I had subcribed for gaana.com on 11/10/2017 with an autopay renewal every month of rs 99 from my paytm wallet. I wished to unsubscribe from gaana.com and had informed them but they have deducted rs 99 from my paytm wallet on 11/11/2017. Kindly help me unsubscribe from gaana.com and cancel the autopay payment from my paytm wallet for gaana.com. Thanks in advance....

I subscribed for gaana plus last month on[protected] but i don't want to continue the subscription this month but it got auto renewed from my paytm wallet on[protected] please tell me how to stop auto renewal from my paytm wallet. They have deducted 99/- rs from my paytm wallet. I want to stop auto renewal. I am not finding any way to stop it and they are not even telling me how i should unsubscribe or cancel auto renewal. I got renewed my gaana monthly subscription on 31.10.2017 through my sbi debit-card. The amount of monthly subscription is rs. 99/- p. M. But due to some technical error my subscription was deducted twice. The copy of my bank statement is also annexed. But on my mobile app, shows that "your gaana+ subscription has expired. Please do needful done and active the gaana+ on my mobile....

After having the gaana+ subscription i am not able to download the songs in my playlist. It is just a wastage of money and not enjoying it at all. Also i am not experiencing any extra features in gaana+ although gaana free version was better. I simply need my subscription to be cancelled and please refund my money which i have used to buy this subscription....
