I have subscribed ur ganna pack fr 1yr few months before and now the app is not playing the songs if im offline.
Plz help
I can attach my membership mail.
Initially it was playing offline songs wch i dwnlded from the app but now i guess aftr 3 months its not playing

I have even attached the pic wherethe app says im their free i user still im not getting the benefits of it. A nd im getting the error to subscribe gaana plus howeveri hv alredy paid them 399 earlier

Plz resolve this as early as possible

    Actually i am a trial user after subscribing to ganna plus 499plan and when i try to use the app offline the battery drains a lot so i deleted the app and switched to other music streaming services (Apple music) i have mailed to them regarding this but they haven’t responded in a while. So, i just want a refund from them since i have paid the money yesterday only (According to the terms and conditions they stated i can claim for a refund if they are not providing a valuable service)

      I surfed into gaana.com website and came to discover that i had to subscribe for downloading songs. There are various offers. The first one was one month subscription chargin rs. 99 which will allow unlimited download. I paid rs. 99 for one month subscription but i am unable download even single song. Whenever i click on download on particlualr song, pop up surfaces saying download gaana.com on your android mobile.

      I had no choice but to download the gaana ap on my mobile phone. I logged in and tried to download the song. Again i failed to download as it says some different cooked story. It says my mobile is not in sync with gaana.com.

      Eventually i realised my hard earned money has been cheated by the website gaana.com.

        I had gaana yearly subscription for last 2-3 years which gets auto renewed on may 8th every year. I bought willow subscription recently which comes with free gaana subscription by default and no option to ignore it. When i purchased willow, my gaana subscription automatically changed to monthly plan due to willow free service. When i canceled my willow i was expecting my old yearly subscription to be reactivated but its not.

        I reached out to gaana customer care and constantly following up with them for last 5 days but no result. My old subscription is not yet activated.

          Even after confirmation of continuation with previous plan (249rs/6months), 549 rs has been deducted for renewal inspite of 249 rs.

          Gaana team is not reverting to my mail now. This is like they promised to continue with previous plan and then charged more.

          I want to revert 300rs or cancel the subscription and revert whole money.

          Thanks for reverting the amount 300rs.
          If this was resolved when I mailed, there would be no need of this complaint
          I had paid rs 399 for downloading songs yesterday but I am not able to download songs now, please help me or otherwise refund my money back. First it was shown that to adjust sync download but now when I take download option it is showing the same advertisement to pay rs 399 for downloading unlimited songs.

            Hi, today I paid to 1 month subscription through Google Play, I was searching to download mp3. in search result, it was taking to your gaana page. When i click download, Then i was trying to download, it displayed a message to use an app to download. I download an app in my phone, downloaded the songs, but i could not find any mp3 files in my phone.
            I subscripe to download use in my PC. Not to listen online/offline through your app. Please refund my money..

                Today we made a payment of 499 for annual subscription, the amount got deducted from my bank, however i did not receive any confirmatory message from gaana... (Payment ref no [protected])

                Instead gaana said that payment has got declined, try again...

                    I have taken a one year subscription for gaana unlimited download about a month back by paying rs. 399/-. I have tried to download songs by clicking the download icon. However iam unable to download even a single song in the last one month as the moment i press download for a song it just shows queued. Download dosent happen. Perpetual issue.                       On 18/7/18, I have paid Rs.99/- for 1 month's subscription fees of Gaana Plus.
                      But, in my account, it is displaying as a Free User. I have written an email on 19/7/18 to [protected]@gaana.com regarding this issue. I have not received any reply till now.
                      I want a refund of my amount and immediate cancellation of my subscription.

                          3-4 days ago, I purchased subscription for Rs 499 in gaana website by mistake and just after purchasing, within 10 minutes, I told them about my mistake several times and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as I am a student with no source of income. But till now it has not been satisfactorily responded from their end and everytime they are making excuses asking not to cancel the subscription. Please help

                              I have paid Rs 399 towards one year subscription. I received message regarding amount has been debited. The only mistake i did was i refreshed when it was taking very long time to process after the debit message has come. When i was trying to download songs, it is still asking me to pay the amount to download. Please look into it and try to resolve the problem at the earliest. I am awaiting your response. I am a great fan of gaana.com

                              I have subscribed by paying 399 but the gaana+ has not been activated.
                              It was a 1 year membership.
                              The payment was done through paytm. Amount has been deducted.
                              This was not expected from a reputed player like gaana.

                              Same issue with me please help. I recharged it's been 2 to 3 months no update from gaana. N I can't even download songs after I paid money for music. I'll share my account screen shot.

                                  My transaction number is[protected]. I have made payments for a yearly subscription but gaana plus is not at all working. Its very shocking to see no id, no login id, not even on my mail, no way of telling that i can access the downloading facility, i can not download either. What have you taken the payment for??? Surprisingly there is no customer care number or any helpline also available. What a sorry state.

                                    On 31st Jan 2018 I had purchased membership for one year and today it showed subscription expired so I paid 399 rupees today for one year subscription and I got to know I had been cheated because my subscription had not expired.                                       Im not a paytm user but your scheme payment process by them... I would like to make a complain regarding a gaana plus subscription's i purchased on[protected]. The transaction was completed and a sum of 399 was deducted from my account through paytm portal twice time... How can i back 399rs.. I have written to gaana customer service but there is no response.

                                      I m Dr praveen chandra. My user id praveen chandra. I subscriped for 1 yr plan by paying 399. but still unable to download songs. It says 'song will be downloaded next time you open the app'.
                                      What is this [censored]. U people are doing frauds. Solve this issue asap. i will complain to cyber crime shell if not resolved.

                                        Hi there, i would like to make a complain regarding a gaana plus subscription's i purchased on 10th of may 2018. The transaction was completed and a sum of 399 was deducted from my account through paytm portal with order id 8211480. However the one year subscription plan has still not been activated on my gaana app. My user name is 'athoo'
                                        Kindly look into the matter and fix it as soon as possible as i have already paid for my service for which has not been activated still and the app constantly keeps asking me to subscribe even though i have already bought it for a year.
