I was unable to download some of the songs due to this i have given 1 star rating on the playstore due to the reason i have a bit of conversion on ur mail id with ur executive but they are not giving me satisfying answer and due to that i m complaining to higher authorities to see my problem nd i[censored] cant solve my problem then u can ask for anotherm mail id

    Today we made a payment of 499 for annual subscription, the amount got deducted from my bank, however i did not receive any confirmatory message from gaana... (Payment ref no [protected])

    Instead gaana said that payment has got declined, try again...
    This has to be resolved...

      I was searching to download mp3. in search result, it was taking to your gaana page. When i click download, it was asking me to register to download. So paid for 6 months subscription. Then i was trying to download, it displayed a message to use an app to download. I download an app in my phone, downloaded the songs, but i could not find any mp3 files in my phone.
      I subscripe to download into USB and use in my car. Not to listen online/offline through your app. Please refund my money.

      I subcribed that gaana app but still i didnt get confirmation from there and money has been deducted if my problem didnt resolve i will lodge the complain... My email is [protected]@gmail.Com

        I have taken a one year subscription for gaana unlimited download about a month back by paying rs. 399/-. I have tried to download songs by clicking the download icon. However iam unable to download even a single song in the last one month as the moment i press download for a song it just shows queued. Download dosent happen. Perpetual issue. Has repeated again and again.

          But, in my account, it is displaying as a Free User. I have written an email on 19/7/18 to [protected]@gaana.com regarding this issue. I have not received any reply till now.

              3-4 days ago, I purchased subscription for Rs 499 in gaana website by mistake and just after purchasing, within 10 minutes, I told them about my mistake several times and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as I am a student with no source of income. But till now it has not been satisfactorily responded from their end and everytime they are making excuses asking not to cancel the subscription. Please help

                I cant download songs. Every time it shows songs are in que and it reamins in que forever. Kindly revert. My ID no is 9922469. I took annual package 20 days ago and when I am submitting my complaint it is showing bloody write your complaint in more words. What do you mean by that.                   I have paid Rs 399 towards one year subscription. I received message regarding amount has been debited. The only mistake i did was i refreshed when it was taking very long time to process after the debit message has come. When i was trying to download songs, it is still asking me to pay the amount to download. Please look into it and try to resolve the problem at the earliest. I am awaiting your response.                   I have subscribed by paying 399 but the gaana+ has not been activated.
                  It was a 1 year membership.
                  The payment was done through paytm. Amount has been deducted.
                  This was not expected from a reputed player like gaana.

                      My transaction number is[protected]. I have made payments for a yearly subscription but gaana plus is not at all working. Its very shocking to see no id, no login id, not even on my mail, no way of telling that i can access the downloading facility, i can not download either. What have you taken the payment for??? Surprisingly there is no customer care number or any helpline also available. What a sorry state.

                        On 31st Jan 2018 I had purchased membership for one year and today it showed subscription expired so I paid 399 rupees today for one year subscription and I got to know I had been cheated because my subscription had not expired.                             Hi there, i would like to make a complain regarding a gaana plus subscription's i purchased on 10th of may 2018. The transaction was completed and a sum of 399 was deducted from my account through paytm portal with order id 8211480.                                 My name is sumeet stephen. I have taken gaana+ subscription few days back for which i have paid rs 399. Today when i logged in gaana.com it asked me to upgrade to new version and to do this was mandatory without which i was not able to process. Once i did it my ganna+ subscription is not retained and i am being asked to renew again.

                                  But i am not completely satisfied with the availability of songs that you have.
                                  Sometime i see or listen to songs on youtube and wish to listen to them without the video and so i use gaana but i am let down for the reason that the song is not available.
                                  I would like to mention some of the songs that i couldn't find:
                                  1) grenade by goat.
                                  2) freaky friday but lil dicky and chris brown.

                                    I have taken up the valentine day offer and paid for one year but still my account is asking for renewal. It is pathetic even after paying it is not showing up. They are cheating by giving offer taking your money in advance and not providing the service. I paid through paytpm and this people want me take the monthly subscription again and again pay the money.

                                      I have received msg from gaana.com that my monthly subscription has been renewed, i had subscribed only for the perticular period and the site is auto renewing the subscription, i wish to stop this immediately and the charges should be refund or revoke. Also the site or app should give option to remove subscription.

We do have mentioned on our subscription page about the renewal for all the plans and payment mode where the subscription goes into renewal mode. The same information is also available in your profile section of Gaana app.

                                        I had purchased the subscription for 6 months on March 10, 2018 and it's not working at all.

                                        After login, if I select to download any song, it says it will be download next time you login.

                                        But nothing happened till now even after logout and login again.

                                        My order number is GA1905492 and I paid $17.99. I live in USA.

                                        Please advise.

                                        I have paid for 1 year Ganna + subscription today through Paytm. This subscription
                                        provides free unlimited downloads.

                                        But I am not able to download any song. Either resolve the problem or refund my amount.
