Hi,
I ve been trying to unsubsribe to the 1 month pack renewal but cannot do so. I think i'll be chargd with a hefty bill later. Please look into the matter. You cant just take away my hard earned money.

So i had provided my credit card details and was about to unsubscribe gaana once month ended. But they have no provision to unsubscribe. I'm losinng money here.

I have a gaana plus account with my mail id and another free account is created with mob no now i want to connect my phone number with my gaana plus account but i am not able to do that help me in deleting that account so that i can connect my phone number with gaana plus account.
Since the last one month, everytime I play any song from the ones I have downloaded, it plays for a while and then just stops. Very upsetting.

    Hello,

    I have renewed my gaana subscription on 12 may 2019 of rs. 499. Normally the amount is 299 rs but there is another offer of gaana + sonyliv subscription which costs 499rs. I took the same subscription and my gaana.com renewed but still didn't get the sonyliv subscription code yet. And this fraud company also doesn't have any contact information so that anybody can contact them. Also i mentioned the same issue in play store but there also no response.

    I made a playlist using downloaded and my micro sd card songs but when i play songs from sd card it shows song not found.
    But i didn't change the location of the micro SD songs .
    Please solve my problem.

      There are these u/m issues that i am facing with gaana.com...

      1. My email id "[protected]@hotmail.com" is not getting activated even after 5 attempts.

      2. Though i have paid ₹299/- for one year subscription of gaanaplus:-
      - the app keeps saying that i am a free user.
      - i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more money whereas i have already paid for one full year's subscription for hd downloading

      Kindly resolve the issue to rebuild trust

        Gaana app and gaana.com is looting company.
        These gaana management people are looting money from my account without my permission and without making any calls and taking any permission from us.

        I am shocked, how they are accessing my credit card details and looting my money.

        Kindly stop this harassment and looting money.
        Somebody help me please.

        They have charged rs.299 for a subscription themselves and didn't even take permission from me.

        I want my looted money back. Please refund me my rs.299.

        I complained on there app as well but they are denying to refund my money.
        I am not even using your app, you can check that. Please refund

        Gaana.com/app firm looted my money. Give me back my money which you people looted from me

        Please be informed that we never take unauthorized payment from the users.

        Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS".

        If this option is ticked, that means the user is allowing us for the renewal, hence the amount deducted is completely after your approval.

        However, we have checked that that the refund for Rs 299 has already been done, and it takes 6-7 working days for the amount to reflect back in your account.

          I paid for gaana plus (App) subscription for one year through student discount. I used two days with no problems. I formatted my phone, after that it's showing free account with same subscription account login. What should i do. Have i been frauded? I've messaged many times to them to resolve these issues. But they said it's a free account what should we do. I also have proof of deducted amount from bank. After that i asked them to help many times but they haven't replied till now. Please help..

            I m a gaana account holder of subscription - one year student plan. Activated on april 23, 2019.
            I forgot my account password.in my mobile phone i can access the gaana account since i have started the account from my mobile. But not on my desktop computer.
            The reset password email link shows some error in processing request. Pfa.

                They are fraud. Never ever provide them your card details. They will charge you even after revoking the instructions related to the renewal. They don't even care to call you or reply to your mails. Further, they will breach your financial privacy by deducting money on their own wish. They cancelled my 3 months promo period 1 month prior to it's completion. They don't have any options to cancel or remove your card details from the app.

                    I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the offer from paytm..
                    I had been forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription but intimated that i will get alert through sms/email when i need to get renewal.

                    But today without any intimation i had been charged for renewal of 249/6 months... From my credit card.
                    This is not fare... I don't want to be gaana+ user. Please cancel my renewal and get me back my money asap...

                    I don't find any option on how to unsubscribe from renewal in gaana. App

                    Please return my money and unsubscribe from gaana+..

                          I have a one year activated subscription which will expire in 19th july 2019.. But everytime i try to download any song a new subscription window pops up on the screen.. I have been facing this problem since 5 months.. Have not been able to download any song since then.. This is my first year of subscription and i am really disappointed..                               I am a subscriber to gaana.com through their paid service. As per the agreement subscriber are allowed to to download the songs to their devices. However when i am traveling or when i am poor on network i cannot even listen to my downloaded songs. Message comes stating that the application couldn't recognise the song and it will download the song when i am in good network coverage. This is really frustrating.

                              My subscription is not working but it’s a complaint against your subscription as well as your customer help desk. It’s been 2 days I’m waiting for 1 message. Vaibhav been your agent didn’t even bother to reply the whole time. Just ignored my messages. I need someone to help.

                                I paid for gaana plus (App) subscription for one year through student discount. I used two days with no problems. I formatted my phone, after that it's showing free account with same subscription account login. What should i do. Have i been frauded? I've messaged many times to them to resolve these issues. But they said it's a free account what should we do. I also have proof of deducted amount from bank. After that i asked them to help many times but they haven't replied till now. Please help.

                                  I'm already cancelled my subscription on 02/04/2019 received email confirmation for the same.
                                  Today i'm receiving another mail saying my subscription is auto renewed for rs.99 start date 04/04/2019. Auto renewal date 11/04/2019.
                                  What is this???
                                  If you renew my subscription against my wishes i will complain relevant authority for harrasment.

                                    Rs 200 got deducted against reference number[protected] from hdfc bank debit card on 26th of march 2019.. But the renewal did not happen.. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and refund me back the paid amount or get the renewal done.. Seeking your attention to the matter at the earliest.. Please find attached a copy of my bank statement for your easy reference..

                                      can't redeem my gaana code

                                      I am flipkart plus member so i rcvd redeem code for gaana app, but i am unable to redeem my code at gaana app. Showing error maximum coupon redemption limit reached. Last day for redemption is 31st mar 2019.

                                      I have tried thrice this code but it is not accepting. I have attached the error

                                      Request you to advice and please give me a solution for the same....
