I, tanmoy mitra, subscribed to gaana plus pack for 12 months for rs 499. 1st transaction didn't result in successful subscription. I then tried 2nd time on the same day 17 may 2019 from my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. This time it was successful. I waited for the refund of extra 499 rupees amount for 10 days or so.. Kindly remedy my situation at the earliest.

    1. My email id "[protected]@gmail.com" is not getting activated even after 5 attempts.

    2. Though i have paid ₹99/- for one month subscription of gaanaplus:-
    - the app keeps saying that i am a free user.
    - i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more money whereas i have already paid for one month subscription for hd downloading

    Kindly resolve the issue to rebuild trust...

      Hi, some time before i have checked into my account if there is any auto renewal activity on in my account, and at that time, no activation status is being shown, and i tried every possible way to check and deactivate that service, but i did not found anything. Eventually i thought that no service is activated and no money will be deducted from my account, but somehow it happened and i felt cheated at that time

        Hi, i want to deactivate my one account and want to use my current account.

        I have 2 account one with gmail and another one with a mobile number and i want to use my personal gmail and mobile number with one account. On my gmail, i have premium gaana account and with mobile, it's basic account, so i want to deactivate my account that is associated with a mobile number so that i can add the number on the account (Premium ganna account) with gmail. I do not want to use 2 accounts. I want the resolution asap.

          Sir/ madam, i have paid rs99/- two times for one month subscription on 29.04.2019. I have requested for refund of one amount rs99/- which was excess paid /deducted from my credit card.
          I wrote nearly 22 mails no action has been taken by your team to refund the amount. They wrote that two times amount received but want account number for refund.
          I wrote let them close all my accounts and refund.
          Meaning less replies are being received from your team.
          Please look into the matter and close any account and refund my excess deducted amount at once.

            Iam a subscribed member of gaana.. That is iam gaana plus member for one year from october 2018. Still i am not able to download songs from last month.. Songs will be queued to download..               I ve been trying to unsubsribe to the 1 month pack renewal but cannot do so. I think i'll be chargd with a hefty bill later. Please look into the matter. You cant just take away my hard earned money.

              I have a gaana plus account with my mail id and another free account is created with mob no now i want to connect my phone number with my gaana plus account but i am not able to do that help me in deleting that account so that i can connect my phone number with gaana plus account.
              Since the last one month, everytime I play any song from the ones I have downloaded, it plays for a while and then just stops. Very upsetting.

                I have renewed my gaana subscription on 12 may 2019 of rs. 499. Normally the amount is 299 rs but there is another offer of gaana + sonyliv subscription which costs 499rs. I took the same subscription and my gaana.com renewed but still didn't get the sonyliv subscription code yet. And this fraud company also doesn't have any contact information so that anybody can contact them. Also i mentioned the same issue in play store but there also no response.

                I made a playlist using downloaded and my micro sd card songs but when i play songs from sd card it shows song not found.
                But i didn't change the location of the micro SD songs .
                Please solve my problem.

                    Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS".

                    If this option is ticked, that means the user is allowing us for the renewal, hence the amount deducted is completely after your approval.

                    However, we have checked that that the refund for Rs 299 has already been done, and it takes 6-7 working days for the amount to reflect back in your account.

                      I paid for gaana plus (App) subscription for one year through student discount. I used two days with no problems. I formatted my phone, after that it's showing free account with same subscription account login. What should i do. Have i been frauded? I've messaged many times to them to resolve these issues. But they said it's a free account what should we do. I also have proof of deducted amount from bank. After that i asked them to help many times but they haven't replied till now. Please help..

                        I forgot my account password.in my mobile phone i can access the gaana account since i have started the account from my mobile. But not on my desktop computer.
                        The reset password email link shows some error in processing request. Pfa.

                            They are fraud. Never ever provide them your card details. They will charge you even after revoking the instructions related to the renewal. They don't even care to call you or reply to your mails. Further, they will breach your financial privacy by deducting money on their own wish. They cancelled my 3 months promo period 1 month prior to it's completion. They don't have any options to cancel or remove your card details from the app.

                                Hello team,

                                I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the offer from paytm..
                                I had been forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription but intimated that i will get alert through sms/email when i need to get renewal.

                                But today without any intimation i had been charged for renewal of 249/6 months... From my credit card.
                                This is not fare... I don't want to be gaana+ user. Please cancel my renewal and get me back my money asap...

                                I don't find any option on how to unsubscribe from renewal in gaana. App

                                Please return my money and unsubscribe from gaana+..

                                  We do understand your concern regarding the auto-renewal.

                                  Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS".

                                  After, your approval itself the plan has been auto-renewed and amount has been deducted.

                                  However, the auto-renewal has been stopped, the current subscription is valid till 30th Oct, 2019.

                                  We are afriad to inform you that the refund cannot be done, for any further queries please write to us at [protected]@gaana.com

                                      I have a one year activated subscription which will expire in 19th july 2019.. But everytime i try to download any song a new subscription window pops up on the screen.. I have been facing this problem since 5 months.. Have not been able to download any song since then.. This is my first year of subscription and i am really disappointed.. Will never recommend this app to anyone..

                                        I renew gaana.com subriscption last week but company again want to renewal me. Pls. Resolve my complaint.
