Hello, this is ashutosh sareen. My email id is aashutosh. [protected]@gmail.com and my contact number is [protected]. I have had already renewed my gaana + subscription on march 7, 2019. After that when my app kept prompting me to renew again, i again tried to renew my subscription. So now in total gaana has deducted the money three times from my payment sources. Please help me get the required refund. Here i attach all 3 of my payment order id screenshots.

    I’ve had a gaana account for around two years and recently i’ve been trying to cancel my aunto renewal but i’m unable to do so. I’ve gone to itunes but it says no subscriptions, the google play store says it’s empty, ive written an email to gaana but apparently [protected]@gaana.com isn’t a real email id and none of the gaana members have replied to me. Please help, thank you

    Look on the terms and conditions of Gaana subscription and look out for the amount of notice you are supposed to give before cancelling the subscription.
    If you have sent the email on their official email address(as appearing on their website) and does not matter if it's working or not and you have a proof of that email to cancel the subscription, go to your bank and cancel this direct debit or standing order with Gaana.
    There is nothing they can do about it. You can cancel any direct debit or standing order from your bank at any time as it is your money and the bank will only oblige your requests and no one else.

      Hi,
      Recently i switched from aitrl wynk to gaana plus and purchased their annual subscription of inr 399 (March 22, 2019). Just only to realize that
      - gaana app doen't support triple button click of earphone/headphone which results in playing the previous song. Currently

      One button click : play/pause (Gaana app supports)
      Two button click : play next song (Gaana app supports)
      Three button click : play previous song (Gaana app doesn't supports)

      Now triple click feature is quite necessary for me and without this, this app is useless to me. This feature was working on wynk music, amazon music, default music player on my phone.

      My phone : samsung galaxy s7 edge

      So, request gaana team that if you can't add this feature, then please simply refund my money as i am not using this app now and want to switch back to wynk music.

        Registered gaana email id kunal. [protected]@ymail.com

        I dont use the email id which was previously registered in gaana, and there is no option to change the name registered email id in gaana. Contacted customer care but they replied me with

        "hi there, welcome to gaana!

        Unfortunately, you won't be able to transfer your subscription. This feature is not available with us."

        I wasnt at all talking about transferring the subscription, and then no reply.

        Installing gaana was a waste of time.

        I want to change my email id from my old ganna account to my new ganna account. I am not using my old account. My new account also have subscription for ganna plus so, but it doesn't allow to chance.

          Kindly deactivate my subscription for gaana. There is no option to stop auto renewal for gaana subscription, so kindly unsubscribe me with immediate effect.
          Make sure no payment is debited for the same. I have already raised the issue at your customer care but no reply received yet.

            I have a Gaana Plus subscription, which is not expired. Whenever I am pressing download button for any song, it's just saying queued and never downloading it. What should I do?
            It's showing the queues symbol next to the song and clicking on it is resulting into popping up of a dialogue box asking me if I want to remove it from download list.
            I've paid for Gaana Plus, I expect that it fulfills it's purpose!!

              I have subscribed to ganna.com premium services for 1 year which included 1 year of gaana and sony liv. My registered email id with gaana.com is jinal. [protected]@gmail.com. Once i subscribed to it, ganna services got activated on the spot but sony liv didn't. I tried logging in with the same email id it failed to show premium content. So i tried getting help from twitter where official handle of sony liv had requested to put unique coupen code sent by gaana.com. But i havent received any email regarding activation of premium services or unique coupen code by ganna which can be used for sony liv.

                As i have brought the gaana subscription and got it but as gaana has already given me 30days trial but i'm not able to download any song litrely not even a single song the app doesn't even give any errors regarding downloads and it's just simply says retry and try to login and log out several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times still facing the same problem and your chat support team is not supportive.

                As if the issue is not resolved then i have to forcefully cancel my subscription before it starts

                  Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

                  I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

                    I paid rs. 399 for 1 year subscription on 8th december '18, but now it says my subscription has expired. I am unable to download any songs. I tried to use the chat function in the help section of the app but they are not very responsive. They responded on the 1st day asking for my subscription details but nothing since then. I have also attached a screenshot of my payment to them while subscribing but no one seems to have even looked at that.

                      I actually subscribed for gaana plus with sonuliv subscription for 1 year @ rs. 499.
                      But not getting any confirmation email from sonyliv app. Moreover, while i am trying to login gaana app through my email, it does not allow me to change or update password and shows me an error.

                      Additionally, when i am trying to sign in through my smart tv with my email, the system won't allow me to proceed.

                      I request you to please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                        I bought gaana.com subscription on 27 feb 2019 by paying rs. 499 for one year.
                        The amount got deducted, however i'm unable to use the feauter's even after downloading he app on my mobile phone.

                        I made the payment through axis credit card and sent the screen shot of same to gaurav at gaana.com after making the complain on phone.

                            Gaana organised a contest on social media in april 2018 and promised to announce 10 lucky winners who would win iphone x each below i have attached the screenshot for more details and even after asking the admin on every social media to announce the winners i haven't got any update yet request you to please look into this matter and give me a revert on this asap

                            Gaana uses fraud tactics to promote their app. They invited us bloggers to promote their playlists and promised something in return to the top 9 bloggers. Once we did the needful, they turned back on their promise which shows how the company operates. Need to take action. Please contact me I have all the screenshots of the conversations happened.
                            I have recharged 199 of student pack but it was still not showing

                                    I have sent every document via mail through my email to gaana which is [protected]@gmail.com may i know the reason why m not eligible after providing every document. Resolve this crap or u can refund my 99₹ to my paytm no [protected] within next 24 hrs. Also gaana.com has disabled the help option from my gaana account so that i cannt contact him. N i am attaching the screenshot of that too.

                                    As m showing as a gaana plus user in app account in my profile and the mode of payment has been also mentioned. But m unable to download songs now. I[censored] dont think that m eligible then refund my amount which i have been already paid.

                                      My annual subscription holder of gaana plus app for last 1 year with my registered contact number.
                                      After 1 year i. E 26 jan 2019, the subscription got renewed automatically but the services are not restored for the user.
                                      I have received the invoice from i tunes about the annual subscription being charged, for which i contacted them, but of no use.
                                      As in ganna app its showing that my subscription is now till 26 jan 2020, but i am unable to use any services of gaana plus app.
                                      Now i have already contacted them through app chat, but no one replied to my concerns. Also for reference i have shared the print screen shots on app about the problem.

                                        Hello, i have subscribed to gaana+ & sonyliv 1 year plan by paying rs. 499/-. My gaana+ features have been activated, but i have not received sonyliv activation code. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com. Date of payment is 25/01/2019. My login email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please provide the sonyliv activation code immediately.
