Hi,
Yesterday my gana subscription auto renewed without my permission and amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account. So i kindly request you to cancel the subscription and return the money which was deducted.
So i kindly request you to please seek into the matter and help me out. (I have attached the payment reference id).

Gaana.com deducted Rs:208 from my paytm wallet without my permission and subscribed me to it. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from Paytm wallet. I've not downloaded any song in my lifetime from Gaana.com

I had paid for 1 year subscription but after the trial period my subscription is not activated. I have changed my mobile into dual sim card recently. May be that is the reason for nonactivation. I haven't subscribed anything from gaana.com, nor i want to ever. Still my money the sum of rs208 got deducted from my account? Why?
Just like that out of the blue money got deducted from my paytm wallet. I never trust keeping money in online wallet because of this reason.
Paytm are not authorized to take out money or auto deduct charges without consent. I have checked for the auto debit settings and there wasn't anything. Then how can paytm take out my money?

Purchased one year subscription of gaana.com. It says to download songs i have to purchase any subscription. I did. After downloading. I click on download it started and completed. But now i can't find the files in anywhere. I can only play them from gaana player. If i have to listen songs why would i purchase subscription?... It's a fraud... They should provide. Mp3 files so that we can listen and share the songs as well.

My operating system is window xp system. I opened ganna.com to download the favorite songs but it won"t get dwnload, failed to do same. Kindly check the payment made through state bank of india on dated 14th january 2018 netbanking processes. Kindly acknowledge the details.14th-jan-2018. Transfered inb citrus payment solution. I renewed my Gaana.com subscription on my mobile today. It is supposed to cost 99 Rs for 1 month, and I made the payment through Paytm. But the money was deducted twice from my Paytm account (99x2) = 198 Rs.

I had subscribed to 12 months of gajanan on the 6th of july 2017. I have received an invoice sequence number 3-197647, order id mt38f85lnn, document no.[protected]. I have to state that the app does not allow me to download any songs neither does it allow me to hear any of the songs previously downloaded. I have called the customer care number many times but they are unable to help me. I have already lost five months of the subscription. Kindly help me out as i wish to use the app to download new songs and listen to the previously downloaded data. I look forward to an urgent reply. Also please deactivate the auto renewal.

I got renewed my gaana monthly subscription on 31.10.2017 through my sbi debit-card. The amount of monthly subscription is rs. 99/- p. M. And the song is not being downloaded

If this problem is not resolved then i will have a police case against it
And i will send news to all news agencies that the song is a fake website
And will issue a video on social media against it that this website loses money

I have already purchased a yearly subscription of rupees 999 on 18th march 2017... Now during downloading songs, window shows u have to pay our plans.. My 1 year is not completed yet. Only 7 months have been passed since my payment... So kindly take this seriouly and reply me soon. When ever i try to download songs from gaana app; there is a message showing u have to pay...
