Today at night a message was received that my ganna subscription is being automatically renewed and was without my permission and I have not been agreed with auto renewal, kindly cancel my ganna plus subscription and return my money and please stop auto renewal.I think that you should ask me without doing renewal and should wait for my permission.

    Sir, on dated-14th-janu-2018 i transfer amount rs-99. Oo to ganna.com, through net-banking procedure. The amount was transferred with the monthly plan rs-99.00. My operating system is window xp system. I opened ganna.com to download the favorite songs but it won"t get dwnload, failed to do same. Kindly check the payment made through state bank of india on dated 14th january 2018 netbanking processes. Kindly acknowledge the details.14th-jan-2018. Transfered inb citrus payment solution. Ref no.-[protected]igacsmtvx7. Sad to experienced all these stupidity. Please refundback to my account the amount transferred 99 rupees only. Log in is confirmed on phone no.[protected]

      12th october 2017 i have subscribed 3 month gaana+ at rs.208/-. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet ([protected]). Now, this month on 12th january 12pm 2018 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent.

          Firstly it had sort by popularity inside the playlist now after update it removed for
          proof I am sending image pls resolve because I have send lot complaints using helpswist using premium account Yash
          Padti pls help I always premium ganna over hungama Savann and any other app
          Pls do not let my faith in ganna and it's team die . At the end or least do not remove feature pls .

          However, you can change the sequence of the playlist as per your choice.

          Please follow the below steps to change the sequence.

          Gaana app>>My music>>Playlists>>Tap on the playlist you want to edit>>Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the screen>>Select Edit Playlist>>Tap on the 3 lines to drag upwards or downwards according to your choice.

              I renewed my Gaana.com subscription on my mobile today. It is supposed to cost 99 Rs for 1 month, and I made the payment through Paytm. But the money was deducted twice from my Paytm account (99x2) = 198 Rs.

                I had subscribed to 12 months of gajanan on the 6th of july 2017. I have received an invoice sequence number 3-197647, order id mt38f85lnn, document no.[protected]. I have to state that the app does not allow me to download any songs neither does it allow me to hear any of the songs previously downloaded. I have called the customer care number many times but they are unable to help me. I have already lost five months of the subscription. Kindly help me out as i wish to use the app to download new songs and listen to the previously downloaded data. I look forward to an urgent reply. Also please deactivate the auto renewal.

                  I subscribed for gaana plus last month on[protected] but i don't want to continue the subscription this month but it got auto renewed from my paytm wallet on[protected] please tell me how to stop auto renewal from my paytm wallet.                     I got renewed my gaana monthly subscription on 31.10.2017 through my sbi debit-card. The amount of monthly subscription is rs. 99/- p. M. But due to some technical error my subscription was deducted twice. The copy of my bank statement is also annexed. But on my mobile app, shows that "your gaana+ subscription has expired. Please do needful done and active the gaana+ on my mobile.

                      After having the gaana+ subscription i am not able to download the songs in my playlist. It is just a wastage of money and not enjoying it at all. Also i am not experiencing any extra features in gaana+ although gaana free version was better. I simply need my subscription to be cancelled and please refund my money which i have used to buy this subscription.

                            unable to download songs, gaana not refunding back!!

                            I am not able to download / listen the some songs in hd with gaana+ subscriptions,

                            I have written 10 emails / replies to them. They have not yet started work on my issue yet.

                            Just asking me the same details - client type / app details / song / ablum details over and over again.

                            I have been repeated asking for refunds, they are not fixing problem or neither refunding my subscription cost....

                            This is pathetic from gaana,
                            I have not subscribed gaana,
                            Money is deducted from paytm automatically every month..

                            No option available in app to cancel
                            Or
                            Anywhere mentioned in the app a subscription is done...

                            This is not acceptable, it's clear case fraudant transaction, getting a person's paytm details and auto subscribing and nowhere mentioning about subscription or an option to cancel it... Case of pure fraud transaction.

                            The Paytm payment mode has an auto renewal feature. The subscription charges are deducted after the end of subscription period automatically. The same has been mentioned in the Gaana app subscription page.

                            Yes Nithya it is happened with me aslo, I have lodged complain with Paytm to refund the amount and to stop any such payment in future.

                              I do have the paid subscription of gaana,
                              Still i am unable to download songs...

                              Whever i download an album or a song, it starts showing in the download section
                              (Indicating that it has been downloaded) but when i click on it, the download symbol dissappears and it again start using data to play the song, and i get the icon of 'resume download'
                              When i click on 'resume' the same cycle happens again and nothing gets downloaded

                              I am using gaana for more than 2 years, have not faced this kind of issue.

                              Please resolve it asap.

                                The notification stated that I have subscribed in gaana.com neither I have an option To unsubscribe it without my confirmation or acknowledgement amount of 99 has been deducted from my Paytm wallet I need my refund in my Paytm wallet anyhow or else I will go for social media I will not recommend anyone for gaana.com.

                                  I subscribed to gaana.com using paytm to pay. But i cant unsubscribe on the app. I would like it to be done asap. My renewal is in 2 days. I dont want to pay for the renewal. So unsubscribe me. I am not going to put my email publicly i have put in a complaint with gaana.com and paytm in the last few minutes.
                                  You people can make an app and put in a payment method for subscription but make it so difficult unsubscribe that i have to resot to this to get it done. Do you think this is ethical? I have really got doubts about your ethics.

                                    Either the gaana team is incompetent or its all a scam. They dont provide service based on what they advertise. I have been following up with them for the past more than 2 weeks and they have been asking me to provide all screenshots but they are just delaying the issue for some reason or the other.
                                    Money was debited from my credit card but they dont believe it and have been delaying enabling paid features on my login. I dont know what the problem is. I think its just a trick so pocket money till the time the customer gives up in frustration and they get away with free money.
