I had a deal to purchase the gaana+ subscription and wanted to use it. However in the gaana app the deal was not applied as well it got subscribed for 1 year program costing me 2100/- which i cannot afford at any cost. I wanted to purchase for one month plan but it got selected for 2086/- for one year of which i was not made aware of.

Complaint marked as Resolved Gaana+ team did not reply so I went to Google play store and asked for help there I got the solution and they also refunded the wrongly deducted money in 1 business day. Gaana+ customer care is non existent with no proper contact details or refund details and approach. I am glad i did not avail their services. Amazon Music is perfect.
