I do have the paid subscription of gaana,
Still i am unable to download songs...

whenever I selected download option it is asking for download from web but the icon is not enabled . I am not interested in download app.

Please resolve it asap.

    I had opted for gaana+ with sonlyliv premium offer for an year by paying 499rs. I got gaana+ but sonlyliv premium is not accessible and it is showing basic account if i login with the same mobile number i registered for gaana+. I was supposed to be sent a promo but even after sending the email and waiting for more than a week. I have not got any response.

      i would like to make a complain regarding a gaana plus subscription's i purchased on 29th of Sep 2018. The transaction was completed on dated 29 th

      On dated 02 nd oct 2018 sum of 399 + 399 was deducted two times from my account .

      Pl. refund the same amount in my Account immediately

      If we are making only one time payment then why debited twice

      I had purchased membership for one year and I paid 399 rupees on dated 29th Sep 18 for one year subscription and I got to know I had been cheated because my subscription had not expired. I had subscription till Aug 2019. I need a refund of my money.

      Complained about it many times but no action has been taken yet...
      Want to cancel it before next due date...

      I recieved a amazon gift card of gaana + subscription for 1 month. When i tried to redeem gift card on my ios device, it showed me the message that the gift card is invalid! Now what to do? The company also can’t help me out to get out from this situation!
      Today deposited Rs199, name Mithilesh Kumar Minotra from debit card but unableto download songs.

        Gaana is charging me ₹99 monthly but still unable to download songs. There haven't provided an option to unsubscribe. When verified about subscription details it says"already purchased gaana plus but with different credentials". They haven't given any details about why i am unable to download songs and automatically ₹99 is deducted from my account every month.

          I was using gaana plus before but soon it got ### and i have stopped using it.
          Gaana has deducted 399 rs from my account through Google play without my consent.

          i dont want to use gaana plus by paying 400 per year. it is very slow and drains a lot of battery too, so no point o[censored]sing Gaana plus.

          i got the confirmation by sms that 399 has been taken from me. i opened the app and its still stays free user .

          request you to initiate refund of Rs. 399.

            I want to delete my gaana account as i have another gaana plus account. (See the pictures, screenshots of my two account.)

            I want to delete the account associated with my facebook. So i cant connect my facebook to my new account.
            Please delete as soon as possible.
            In the picture, the one with free user account is associated with fb.. I want that one deleted.

              I registered on gaana.com which allows you to listen to songs. I registered on it earlier but now i do not want to renew my subscription but there is no option to do that neither any option to delete account nor to remove card details. What is this? It does not even ask before making renewal payment. I want to discontinue with gaana and i want my money back, pl help.

              When I am trying to connect Gaana from my google mini application. It will ask to login with different options like Google, Facebook, email and mobile. I tried all the options it says API failed when I try these options and when I click on skip it does nothing.

                I purchased a yearly subscription and was offered a Myntra Voucher which i received on email however it's an invalid voucher. When I called Myntra they told me to contact Gaana. This is cheating.

                I just followed the link provided in the email and unable to use the voucher on any of the Myntra products.

                  I had a deal to purchase the gaana+ subscription and wanted to use it. However in the gaana app the deal was not applied as well it got subscribed for 1 year program costing me 2100/- which i cannot afford at any cost. I wanted to purchase for one month plan but it got selected for 2086/- for one year of which i was not made aware of.

                  Gaana+ team did not reply so I went to Google play store and asked for help there I got the solution and they also refunded the wrongly deducted money in 1 business day. Gaana+ customer care is non existent with no proper contact details or refund details and approach. I am glad i did not avail their services. Amazon Music is perfect.

                    I payed for gaana plus... Money was deducted from my account but in app it dint get subscribed. And theres no notification in my phone that you have subscribed to gaana plus... Please do me the favours as soon as possible or refund my money back to my account... I payed 399 rs for a year... The payment showed successful and money also got deducted. Do pls cooperate...

                      I gave 5 star rating but there is a problrm for example mambalam sisters album has, more than 300 songs but iam unable to listen all suddenly there is interruption by soolamangalam sisters sometimes after playing it suddenly stops. Why did you introduced radio for some albums this is also not working properly we cannot listen devotional songs in your order we have our own choice. When you say m. S. Subbulakshmi bombay sisters mambalam sisters are containing 500 or 800 sons you should make arrangement in such a way we are able to listen to songs in our own way better to delete radio and reintroduce queque for each album seperately

                          I had my subscription for 299 for a year..
                          They confirmed that subscription will be cancelled but still not resolved
                          Gaana.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Initially the app used to provide good service and function properly. Later on no matter which list we select, it either doesn't play more than half of the songs or changes the songs automatically. It happens more often with Gaana radio. Not at all happy with the service.

                              I have subscribed ur ganna pack fr 1yr few months before and now the app is not playing the songs if im offline.
                              Plz help
                              I can attach my membership mail.
                              Initially it was playing offline songs wch i dwnlded from the app but now i guess aftr 3 months its not playing

                              I have even attached the pic wherethe app says im their free i user still im not getting the benefits of it. A nd im getting the error to subscribe gaana plus howeveri hv alredy paid them 399 earlier

                                Actually i am a trial user after subscribing to ganna plus 499plan and when i try to use the app offline the battery drains a lot so i deleted the app and switched to other music streaming services (Apple music) i have mailed to them regarding this but they haven’t responded in a while. So, i just want a refund from them since i have paid the money yesterday only (According to the terms and conditions they stated i can claim for a refund if they are not providing a valuable service)

                                  I surfed into gaana.com website and came to discover that i had to subscribe for downloading songs. There are various offers. The first one was one month subscription chargin rs. 99 which will allow unlimited download. I paid rs. 99 for one month subscription but i am unable download even single song. Whenever i click on download on particlualr song, pop up surfaces saying download gaana.com on your android mobile.

                                  I had no choice but to download the gaana ap on my mobile phone. I logged in and tried to download the song. Again i failed to download as it says some different cooked story. It says my mobile is not in sync with gaana.com.

                                  Eventually i realised my hard earned money has been cheated by the website gaana.com.

                                    I had gaana yearly subscription for last 2-3 years which gets auto renewed on may 8th every year. I bought willow subscription recently which comes with free gaana subscription by default and no option to ignore it. When i purchased willow, my gaana subscription automatically changed to monthly plan due to willow free service. When i canceled my willow i was expecting my old yearly subscription to be reactivated but its not.

                                    I reached out to gaana customer care and constantly following up with them for last 5 days but no result. My old subscription is not yet activated.

                                      Even after confirmation of continuation with previous plan (249rs/6months), 549 rs has been deducted for renewal inspite of 249 rs.

                                      Gaana team is not reverting to my mail now. This is like they promised to continue with previous plan and then charged more.

                                      I want to revert 300rs or cancel the subscription and revert whole money.

                                      Thanks for reverting the amount 300rs.
                                      If this was resolved when I mailed, there would be no need of this complaint
                                      I had paid rs 399 for downloading songs yesterday but I am not able to download songs now, please help me or otherwise refund my money back. First it was shown that to adjust sync download but now when I take download option it is showing the same advertisement to pay rs 399 for downloading unlimited songs.

                                        Hi, today I paid to 1 month subscription through Google Play, I was searching to download mp3. in search result, it was taking to your gaana page. When i click download, Then i was trying to download, it displayed a message to use an app to download. I download an app in my phone, downloaded the songs, but i could not find any mp3 files in my phone.
                                        I subscripe to download use in my PC. Not to listen online/offline through your app. Please refund my money..

                                        I have paid Rs. 99 subscription and unable to download single song. tried all methods and failed to download. this is a clear cheat.
