I do have the paid subscription of gaana,
Still i am unable to download songs...

Whever i download an album or a song, it starts showing in the download section
(Indicating that it has been downloaded) but when i click on it, the download symbol dissappears and it again start using data to play the song, and i get the icon of 'resume download'
When i click on 'resume' the same cycle happens again and nothing gets downloaded

I am using gaana for more than 2 years, have not faced this kind of issue.

Please resolve it asap.

    The notification stated that I have subscribed in gaana.com neither I have an option To unsubscribe it without my confirmation or acknowledgement amount of 99 has been deducted from my Paytm wallet I need my refund in my Paytm wallet anyhow or else I will go for social media I will not recommend anyone for gaana.com.
    There is an auto-renewal that happened from PayTm.

      I subscribed to gaana.com using paytm to pay. But i cant unsubscribe on the app. I would like it to be done asap. My renewal is in 2 days. I dont want to pay for the renewal. So unsubscribe me. I am not going to put my email publicly i have put in a complaint with gaana.com and paytm in the last few minutes.
      You people can make an app and put in a payment method for subscription but make it so difficult unsubscribe that i have to resot to this to get it done. Do you think this is ethical? I have really got doubts about your ethics.

        Either the gaana team is incompetent or its all a scam. They dont provide service based on what they advertise. I have been following up with them for the past more than 2 weeks and they have been asking me to provide all screenshots but they are just delaying the issue for some reason or the other.
        Money was debited from my credit card but they dont believe it and have been delaying enabling paid features on my login. I dont know what the problem is. I think its just a trick so pocket money till the time the customer gives up in frustration and they get away with free money.

          I live in the uk and i am in india at the moment for vacation. I was a free gaana customer in the uk but today i bought the 1 month free download for rs.99 today but i am not able to download or even play songs on gaana. I tried calling the customer support number but no response. I have wifi access and i am able to do everything else using the wifi like watsapp or facebook etc so i dont know why gaana isn't working. Can someone help please?

              Hi, i had opted for 3 months subscription by paying rs. 297 on 3rd jun.17 (Transaction: bil/[protected]/gaana.com/HTTPS://PAY) by using my mobile no. But till now, i'm unable to download a single song. Also even after logging in on the website, the status does not change to gaana+, so whether my activation is done or not. Had submitted complaint on gaana email too which only got acknowledged by gaana.com but problem is not resolved.

              I want to stop the monthly subscription of RS 99 to gaana.com which is linked to my paytm account with immediate effect. I am unable to stop it either on paytm app or gaana app, which is ridiculous!

              But Not Download to Songs

                I have subscribed for gaana+ last month (in the month of April) and now on 31st May an auto debit of Rs.99 has been initiated from my linked Credit card. I wish to cancel the subscription and has done the same but now since after my auto debit for the current month amount I am still not able to download any song as my amount for this month subscription has already been deducted.

                Kindly refund my money or allow me to download the songs till 1st July

                        This is to bring to your kind attention, that i have subscribed for gaana for one year from 25th feb 2017 to 25th feb 2018 and paid the amount online through my debit card of canara bank. I have received the receipt also wide transaction id dqzsd_olx3ld dated 25th feb 2017 time 12:04:25. I do not know what happened to my yearly subscription, and have been asked everymonth to renew the subscription. Again i am forced to renew from 17th march and 17th april 2017. Please look to the matter and continue and adjust rs 999/- for which i have paid already. Hence accept my subscription for one year from today and please mail me the acknowledgement. Hope this time you will do the needful.

                        Reg the yearly subscription, and one executive mr. Rahul Sharma from Gaana.com was very rude and he is asking all the debt card details to refund the amount Rs 999. I do not know why he is asking all the personal details of my bank cards. I have given my account no of canara bank[protected] B N Nagaraja Iyer. If I do not receive my refund within 2 days, I will lodge a Police complaint against gaana. Com. If you cannot refund the amount, you can adjust that amount for further one year.

                                Last month on 26 th February, 2017 i have subscribed one month gaana+ at Rs.99/- . I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 26.03.2017 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent.

                                      I have been block for having used wrong password. Now I am unable to reset the password.

                                      The message mentions to check my mail to reset the password but I have not received any email yet. Please let me know if there is any alternative procedure to reset the password. I have also uploaded the screen shot for your review.

                                        You don't give offer benifit to your regular user. I was using your subscription since 2014 but i naver get offered any discount like you used to give me at starting month and thats why i left you in this year. Have some discount polycies for old user.
                                        There is a suggestion for you hat please update your category regularly. your gana special category were not even rearranged ever. Please add dome mood base category.
