My annual subscription holder of gaana plus app for last 1 year with my registered contact number.
After 1 year i. E 26 jan 2019, the subscription got renewed automatically but the services are not restored for the user.
I have received the invoice from i tunes about the annual subscription being charged, for which i contacted them, but of no use.
As in ganna app its showing that my subscription is now till 26 jan 2020, but i am unable to use any services of gaana plus app.
Now i have already contacted them through app chat, but no one replied to my concerns. Also for reference i have shared the print screen shots on app about the problem.
