I subscribed for 499rs plan, (Gaana plus + sony live premium subscriptions for 1yr)

Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content is still inaccessible.

    As m showing as a gaana plus user in app account in my profile and the mode of payment has been also mentioned. But m unable to download songs now. I[censored] dont think that m eligible then refund my amount which i have been already paid.

      My annual subscription holder of gaana plus app for last 1 year with my registered contact number.
      After 1 year i. E 26 jan 2019, the subscription got renewed automatically but the services are not restored for the user.
      I have received the invoice from i tunes about the annual subscription being charged, for which i contacted them, but of no use.
      As in ganna app its showing that my subscription is now till 26 jan 2020, but i am unable to use any services of gaana plus app.
      Now i have already contacted them through app chat, but no one replied to my concerns. Also for reference i have shared the print screen shots on app about the problem.

            Hi,
            I raised my concern on gaana chat with us option through the application regarding inactivity of my ganna plus subscription (Harshal. [protected]@gmail.com), which is supposed to b expiring on 30th dec 2019.
            After raising my concern there i waited for two complete days to get a response, and i guess the payment and the time all are wasted which i invest in “gaana”, higly disappointed with the company for not taking interest in complaints of customer.
            You cheat people with asking them to buy subscription plans and there after showing glitches after only 9days of effectivity.

              I badass chutia send request to [protected]@gaana.com for my early account deletion process but the rooster cocks(Prashan Agarwal) & the Dogg-poop(Gaana teams) are deaf and blind and handless for doing this job.
              I purchased Rs.99 pack on 4th February 2019, but could not download music, when i click download option that shows buy Rs. 199, now what about my Rs. 99 pack ?? And there is not any initial information about that is only for students

                Actually i had purchased a plan of 499 a year plan regarding subscription but few days before after updating gaana app its say that try to purchase the gaana subscription plan... This is totally disgusting... My plan was about to expire on oct. 2019 but right now it states that try to purchase subscription plan...                   I paid rs.499 on and bought one year subscription of gaana plus, bundled with sony live app.
                  Gaana plus subscription unlocked immediately.
                  But sony live app with premium havent been unlocked and thus i am unable to use it.
                  I wrote many mails to gaana but haven't received any solution. Neither i received any unlock code for sony live app.
                  Now, the gaana people are not responding to my emails. Please help.

The gaana app is working perfectly fine since then but i haven't been able to use the premium features in the sonyliv app. I haven't received any coupon codes either.                                   I subscribed for 499rs plan, (Gaana plus + sony live premium subscriptions for 1yr)

                                  Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

                                  I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

                                  I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content is still inaccessible.

                                    login issue with gaana app

                                    Hi, i am facing a login issue with gaana app where i am unable to login with my credentials. I have reported this issue on 25th of november but still today the issue is same. After taking continuous follow ups for almost half a month i am still at the same position as i was before. I have waited for quite a long time now so, please address this on priority and help me to resolve the issue asap...

                                    I subscribed for gaana plus in september and every month $5.99 is being taken from my bank account but i am not able to download songs and play them offline. When i look at the status of the subscription on my phone it says expired in september yet the monthly payments are being taken. I think i should get my money back. It worked well when i subscribed to it in july. I discontinued it and then resubscribed.

                                    I paid the amount via Debit Card for Gaana+ membership, still it is not activated till now. This is ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour of company. Other music platforms are atleast trustworthy, not like this. Either activate the Premium features or give my money back.
